Frozen Drop !! - The good and bad of Frozen Water!! ~ Can things be frozen in time? - FOE AND WOE!! ~ (Psalm 147:17) . . .He is throwing his ice like morsels. Before his cold who can stand? The Wonder of Water Although individual drops of water seem very simple, water is an extremely complex substance. In fact, Dr. John Emsley, a science writer at Imperial College, in London, England, said that it is “one of the most investigated of all chemicals, but it is still the least understood.” New Scientist magazine stated: “Water is the most familiar liquid on Earth, but also one of the most mysterious.” Dr. Emsley explained that despite the simple structur…

One day, during an evening class for adults, the psychology Teacher entered the class and told students, "Let all play a game!"  "What Game"?? The Teacher asked one of the students to volunteer. A gentleman, Peter, came forward. The Teacher asked him to write 30 names of most important people in his life on blackboard. Peter write names of his family members, relatives, friends, his colleagues and his neighbors. The Teacher told him to erase 3 names that Peter considered most unimportant. Peter erased names of his colleagues. The Teacher again told him to delete 5 more names. Peter erased his neighbors names. This went on until …

Encouragement to keep preaching. "Are you going to help me now?" This experience was given by Bro. Splane of the Governing Body at an assembly on Oahu.  They said everyone at the assembly was tearing up. In an eastern European country in 1989 there was a huge 8.9 earthquake. 30,000 people died in 4 minutes.  It happened in the morning and a man had just returned from taking his small son to school. After he made sure his wife was alright, he went straight back to the school to find his son.  When he got there he saw that the school was completely flattened, like a pancake.  Just rubble. He stood there devastated, completely destroyed. …

As my wife and I are preparing to adopt five children, and knowing historically how many elders' children have abandoned the Truth, for whatever reasons there might be, common to mankind ... the thought occurred to me ... Were all of the Apostles Single? If any were married, how did they balance their responsibilities to their families, with the field ministry? If they were in the Ministry, were they supported by the congregations from the Apostles money box ... and were their families also supported as they rove about ministering about the Good News? If so, that would indicate a paid clergy ! I suppose it all hinges on he first question. WERE ALL…

I HAVE BEEN INVITED TO JOSEPHÂ’S HOME ••••••••••••• (Psalm 37:29) •••••••••••• (The adoptive father of Jesus)  I am very excited because one of the righteous who has risen in paradise is: Joseph, the adoptive father of Jesus! and he has accepted my family's invitation to dine in my house, what a privilege, so all day with my family we have been fixing the house and preparing a typical and traditional dish of this place to receive you. There are so many of our houses to share but also so much to learn from him, from his culture, from the history of his family and most importantly from his way of worshiping Jehovah, that in our fam…

Look! As the clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in my hand.—Jer. 18:6. GodÂ’s provisions to help us remain like soft clay include his Word, the Christian congregation, and the field ministry. As water softens clay, daily Bible reading and meditation can help us be malleable in JehovahÂ’s hands. Jehovah required that the kings of Israel write for themselves a copy of GodÂ’s Law and read it daily. (Deut. 17:18, 19) The apostles realized that reading the Scriptures and meditating on them was essential for their ministry. They quoted from and referred to the Hebrew Scriptures hundreds of times in their writings and encouraged the people to whom they preached to d…

I was a blasphemer and a persecutor and an insolent man.—1 Tim. 1:13. When Jehovah observes humans, he does not pay attention to outward appearances. Rather, he examines the heart, the inner person. (1 Sam. 16:7b) This fact was amply demonstrated when God formed the Christian congregation. He drew to himself and his Son many individuals who from a human standpoint might have seemed to be undesirable. (John 6:44) One such person was a Pharisee named Saul. “The examiner of hearts,” however, did not see Saul as useless clay. (Prov. 17:3) Instead, God saw that he could be molded into a desirable vessel—in fact, “a chosen vessel” to bear witness “to the nations as w…

“The Universe Declares GodÂ’s Glory “ Psalm 19:1 answers by saying: “The heavens are declaring the glory of God; and of the work of his hands the expanse is telling.” David discerned that the stars and the planets that shone through “the expanse,” or atmosphere, gave irrefutable proof of the existence of a glorious God. He continues: “One day after another day causes speech to bubble forth, and one night after another night shows forth knowledge.” (Psalm 19:2) Day after day and night after night, the heavens display GodÂ’s wisdom and creative power. It is as if speech praising God were ‘bubbling forthÂ’ from the heavens. However, it takes discernment to …

RUSSIA / DENNIS CHRISTENSEN .. Õ•Õ•Õ•Õ• (From: Eduardo Diaz) Õ•Õ•Õ•Õ•Õ• Â April 9, 2018. Â Â The lawyer Bogvadov who takes the case of Danish Dennis Christensen in Russia accused of "Religious Extremist", requested time in court on the day of the trial, to be able to review the material available for his case, since due to circumstances beyond his control only I had been able to examine 8 of the 12 available folders. Nor was Christensen familiar with the available evidence collected by investigators, such as photographs, and video recordings, as well as some objects seized as a result of the search. To this request, the public prosecutor Fomin was against to g…

Draw Close to God “O Jehovah, . . . You Know Me” “NO GREATER burden can be borne by an individual than to know no one cares or understands.”* Can you relate to those words? Have you ever felt that no one cares about or understands what you are going through, let alone how you feel? If so, you may find comfort in this: Jehovah cares so deeply about his worshippers that he takes note of all that happens to them as they go about their daily life. DavidÂ’s words at Psalm 139 assure us of this truth. •Psalms 143:5–7,10 —"I remember the days of old; I meditate on all your activity; I eagerly ponder over the work of your hands. I spread out my hands to you;…

FROM our Watchtower study this week, a couple of important reminders... The world we live in today is full of immorality, false worship, and wickedness. People have been influenced by Babylon the Great, the world empire of false religion, which the Bible calls "A DWELLING PLACE OF DEMONS."  READ Revelation 18:2. But Jehovah's servants are "like foreigners" in this world. As a result, people can see that we are different, and they often make fun of us. READ Mark 13:13. Yet, like Daniel, an outstanding prophet of Jehovah of the tribe of Judah, and the writer of the book bearing his name, let us also draw close to our God, Jehovah. When we are …

THE LITTLE BLIND GIRL.... A blind little girl sat on the steps of a building with a hat by her feet, and a doll in her hands. She held up a sign which say: "I am blind, please help." There were only a few coins in the hat. A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. Soon, the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind girl. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The girl recognised his footsteps and asked, "Were you the one who changed my sign this mor…
