History is not a destiny we all have a free moral will, we can, overcome, grow, and change in spite of terrible upbringing and past emotional trauma....most importantly Jehovah God can help us heal. 6 Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving, let your petitions be made known to Go; 7 and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus." Function of olfactory receptor in the human heart identified Researchers have for the first time identified the function of olfactory receptors in the human heart muscle, such as are also present in the nose. One of the receptors reacts to fatty acids that occur in the blood, in patients with diabetes significantly above the normal range. If a fatty acid activates the receptor, it triggers a negative effect: the heart rate and the force of muscular contraction are reduced. The team headed by Dr Nikolina Jovancevic and Prof Dr Dr Dr habil. Hanns Hatt from Ruhr-Universität Bochum has published its findings in the journal Basic Research in Cardiology. Negativ…

The family, including her grown sons, will be flying to Los Angeles this weekend to attend the Grammy awards ceremony. …

Our hearts go out to all those who suffer as a result of child abuse. Jehovah’s Witnesses worldwide are united in their abhorrence of this sin and crime.—Romans 12:9. We do not condone or protect child molesters. Our elders expel unrepentant sinners who commit this crime. When our brothers lose a loved one, we often say, 'at least we have the resurrection hope.' This is true, however, the Bible refers to death as a 'sting'. It hurts and it doesn't go away as quickly as a bee. I lost two parents in 20 days- Two funerals in 30 days. At least I have the resurrection hope.
