One of the mens version seems to have a zipper on it. The women's version seems more like a jw.org apron or a sleeveless 'over shirt'. The only text I saw with this photo was: "Ayer nuestros hermanos tuvieron el privilegio de dar la bienvenida a una nueva hermana, Sri Yanti!: suggesting to me that the entire congregation / assembly (small) was dressed this way. Is this going to go worldwide? Covering our suits with aprons? Anyone know the story behind this photo? Where? When? Agape!

The best revenge is to have enough self-worth not to seek it. "Do not pay back injury for injury or insult for insult. Instead, repay with a blessing, for you were called to this course, so that you might inherit a blessing." (1 Peter3:9)

Do You Appreciate What You Have Received? Happy are those conscious of their spiritual need.—Matt. 5:3. http://wol.jw.org/en/wol/dt/r1/lp-e/2016/11/27 When one has had many material things from childhood, there is a tendency not to appreciate them fully. For example, a person who grows up in a wealthy household may take for granted many of the things he has. This can be the case with youths who because of a lack of experience may not yet fully discern what things in life are truly valuable. For many in the world, life revolves around material things—a good salary, a nice home, or the latest high-tech devices. However, if these are our only concerns, somethi…

15 "What is crooked cannot be made straight, And what is lacking cannot possibly be counted." (Ecc.1:15). What, though, determines whether a person is wise or foolish? Proverbs 14:2 states: “The one walking in his uprightness is fearing Jehovah, but the one crooked in his ways is despising Him.” The upright one fears the true God, and “the fear of Jehovah is the beginning of wisdom.” (Psalm 111:10) A truly wise person knows that it is his obligation to “fear the true God and keep his commandments.” (Ecclesiastes 12:13) On the other hand, the foolish one follows a course th…

38 JOB "Then Jehovah answered Job out of the windstorm: 2 “Who is this who is obscuring my counsel And speaking without knowledge? 3 Brace yourself, please, like a man; I will question you, and you inform me. 4 Where were you when I founded the earth? Tell me, if you think you understand. 5 Who set its measurements, in case you know, Or who stretched a measuring line across it? 6 Into what were its pedestals sunk, Or who laid its cornerstone, 7 When the morning stars joyfully cried out together, And all the sons of God began shouting in applause? 8 And who barricaded the sea behind doors When it burst out from the …

How to Cope with a Thorn in the Flesh.... ARE you contending with some ongoing trial? If so, you are not alone. In these “critical times hard to deal with,” faithful Christians are coping with bitter opposition, family problems, sickness, financial anxieties, emotional distresses, the loss of loved ones in death, and other challenges. Some may even cry out to God, “Why are you letting this happen to me?” If such a negative attitude were to take root in a person’s heart, it could erode his joy and confidence. Jehovah God fights in our behalf. He has made sure that his servants are not ignorant regarding Satan’s tactics. (2 Corinthians 2:11) Pau…

“Ever since the days of Adam, man has been hiding from God and saying, ‘God is hard to find.’” Venerable Fulton J. Can You Find Peace in This Troubled World? Many people yearn for inner peace. They may search for it in religion, meditation seminars, or yoga groups. Others hope to find peace in nature—taking vacation trips, hiking in mountains and wilderness areas, or visiting natural spas. Even if the searchers seem to find some inner peace, they may soon come to realize that such peace is superficial and short-lived. So where can you find real peace? The source of peace is our Creator, Jehovah God. Why? He is the “God who gives peace.” (Romans 15:3…

Many peoples will go and say: “Come, let us go up to the mountain of Jehovah, to the house of the God of Jacob.”—Isa. 2:3. http://wol.jw.org/en/wol/dtsync/r1/lp-e/r4/lp-s/2016/11/26 The flocking of many humans to worship Jehovah with his people in this time of the end was foretold by two ancient prophets. Isaiah prophesied the above. Likewise, the prophet Zechariah foretold that “many peoples and mighty nations will come to seek Jehovah of armies in Jerusalem and to beg for the favor of Jehovah.” He depicted them as “ten men out of all the languages of the nations” who, symbolically speaking, would take hold of the robe of spiritual Israel, saying: “We want to g…
