  1. @JOHN BUTLER  When this country (USA) was in its infancy the founding fathers would often use anonymous letters and newspapers to get across their message of freedom in spite of the British tyranny.

    Honesty?

I would say we are seeing the enabling of MOBS on social media who are violating the rights of free speech every day.

Check out this latest occurrence with James Woods

His "Honesty" cost him his "voice".....

Hence the rediscovery by the people of FORUMS... FOR THE PEOPLE.

  2. We put privacy back in the hands of our members.

With social media, it only takes a few clicks to discover more. It's easy to look at your political leanings, which area you live in, what your favourite films are and so on.

All that information comes with you when you join a community on Facebook whether you like it or not.

With a forum, you can create your own personality unique for that forum. You don't need to reveal your real name, or photo.

    We really like that.

  3. Sunniva, Certhon technology

The CannMed 2018 conference is in four weeks at UCLA (Oct. 22-24) and they are launching the event with a job fair in conjunction with The State of California. Talks include a cultivation panel led by Katya Boudko of Canopy Growth Corp. There are also 50 other presenters sharing on various aspects of the cannabis space. This is not a pay-to-play conference... it started at Harvard University and is now at UCLA.

  4. I saw a comment:

Regrettably this bike was promised in 2016 in Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaigns but was never delivered, leaving hundreds of upset investors behind :( Excellent video though!!

  5. And this news appears to contradict last years announcement by Google that they would no longer be scanning our email.

Maybe they should have said... "WE won't be scanning your email but we will now ask all of our third party app developers to do it for us."

Ugh.... this modern world is so sleezy.....

It's amazing our infrastructure systems even run at all sometimes.

I'm still wondering if and when one of these giants crashes and burns what will become of the web?

Could the Internet as we know it still survive without Google's infrastructure?
