The choice was given to Adam and Eve which "tree" to eat from, with the consequences for choosing the lies of Satan, instead of the "tree" of truth in the Word of God.  John 1:1  We also have that choice.  2 Thess 2:9,10

Two Trees - Past and Present

So he drove the man out, and he posted at the east of the garden of Eʹden the cherubs and the flaming blade of a sword that was turning continuously to guard the way to the tree of life.  (Genesis 3:24)

I don't think the cherubs and the flaming blade of a sword was actually guarding the way to Jesus in the garden of Eden for 1,500 years.

The cherub that was covering in the garden of Eden was on assignment. He turned traitor and became a slanderer.

The tree named by Jehovah symbolizes Jehovah's Sovereignty to decide what is good and badm after all HE created them.  Adam and Eve had access to all other trees.  Jehovah God also gave this command to the man: “From every tree of the garden you may eat to satisfaction.  But as for the tree of the knowledge of good and bad, you must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will certainly die.” (Genesis 1:15-17)

After Eve eat from the tree that belonged to Jehovah. She became a theif, then later became deceiptive and a liar.  The father of the lie told her, "At this the serpent said to the woman: “You certainly will not die.  For God knows that in the very day you eat from it, your eyes will be opened and you will be like God, knowing good and bad.” (Genesis 3:4-5)

Did Satan say {{Like us}} knowing good and bad?  No!  He said God knows!  So the phrase {{like One of us}} that Jehovah God stated was in referrence to Jehovah Alone who knows good and bad. 

After Eve partake of the tree of knowledge, she did not run 10 seconds after eating to tell her husband but keep the event hidden until the day became many days. It was then she was deceptive so she could try to deceive Adam that shenever died....in that day.  She probably repeated it several times, before convincing Adam that God was lying to her.

However, when Adam believed Eve, he decided to join her in her rebellion.  Probably unaware of the conversation that Satan and Eve had. That would have threw up a red flag.  

The tree did have any inherent qualities other than Jehovah's Word. 

:So my word that goes out of my mouth will be. It will not return to me without results, But it will certainly accomplish whatever is my delight, And it will have sure success in what I send it to do." (Isaiah 55:11)

"For a thousand years are in your eyes just as yesterday when it is past, Just as a watch during the night." (Psalm 90:4)

"So all the days of Adam’s life amounted to 930 years, and then he died." (Genesis 5:5)

1. Jehovah had to be talking with the Firstborn of All Creation (Michael) which means Godlike One or One Who is Like God? It brings us back to this; JWs have been brainwashed into thinking that a person can only be a True Christian if that person is a JW.  This is GB teachings. Back to the old record of : "Only JWs will be saved at Armageddon", and JWs believe it.

So the Prophecy at (Daniel 12:11) has a beginning and an end. It covers a period of time during the time of the end. So what event marks the end, giving us insight to the conclusion of the prophecy for others to be fulfilled? "And arms will stand up, proceeding from him; and they will profane the sanctuary, the fortress, and remove the constant feature. And they will put in place the disgusting thing that causes desolation." (Daniel 11:31)

Since these things are in fact being fulfilled since 1919 what is the event that marks the final part of the prophecy that is upon us? Notice the term 'constant feature'. Prophecies often have an initial fulfillment and then later on concludes with a final fulfillment. The constant feature refers to a continual sacrifice. Animal sacrifices were brought to an end by the death of Jesus Christ.

So as to the timing, it occurs during the end of times. However, the constant feature during the Last Days would be the constant feature of the continual sacrifices of our lips in Preaching the Good News and in Praising Jehovah, the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Peter 1:3)

So the event we are looking for is when the King of the North makes his move and invades our Kingdom Halls, he repossess the constant feature of praise from Jehovah God and Bans the Preaching Work of the Good News of God's Kingdom. Therefore, this prophecy begins to manifest under a certain and specific condition. The King of the North is pushing ahead like a stubborn mule because it thinks he can rob Jehovah's treasury like a common thief and get away with it. (Matthew 24:42) Our Prayers and Praise are far more valuable to Jehovah than gold and silver. Soon, the King of the South will no longer be reluctant but join forces with him and the 'ten horns' will spew propaganda that collects their coalitions of earthly kings together as Gog of Magog. (Psalm 2:2) The result? Gog of Magog will be brought to his finish as Christ Millennial begins.
