As I said earlier - the ONLY secular date that is without question is when Cyrus sent the Jews back to Jerusalem.  Read the Persian dynasty regarding the kings, their dates; as well as the number of years they reigned.
The organization's chronology makes sense as the kings and their number of years on the throne have to fit in with the beginning of the 70 weeks prophecy. ..... and we all know that Jesus came exactly oon time..... .

LOL.  Poetry got me through my husband's sudden death and a daughter with cancer..... so it had its function...... and I had to go back to work to keep food on the table...and in the process I learnt a few more lessons about life. Particularly - when to let go.  There is a time for everything.... also to let go.
We all have ego's and want to be heard  but I honestly believe that if you have been through severe problems where you only are grateful to have a life.... you realize how precious your gift of life is ..... to have an opinion, to be seen and heard or have influence -  all that other jazz -is just the trimmings. The substance of your life is what is in yourself and what is between you and Jehovah.
We will soon face the most dire threats to our lives.   We are now facing the beginning of the escalation of anarchy.  Our lives is the only precious thing we have and this is all that Jehovah promised us - our lives.
So let GO of the unimportant grievances, unimportant hurt feelings and all the unimportant ideas. Let GO of the ego and the traps and snares it brings to our lives.  Time is running out.  Like the illustration of the 10 virgins - make sure you are one of those who have enough oil to shine your lamp while waiting for the groom to arrive.

Since they have greatly facilitated the preaching work into all the inhabited earth, perhaps God will go easier on them than you think.
Plus, by reading and meditating on the Word daily, and reflecting upon how things turn out, there is no reason to think they do not allow their Bible study to adequately discipline themselves. All of us need discipline, and we all mostly get it through this means.
I think that you are at your best when you use your talents to focus upon your first remarks. Especially since you would never have discovered these things without their efforts and that of their forerunners.

Yes to the video. The brother was recovered from an apostate course. I am just saying that while the "unforgivable sin" is necessarily accompanied by apostasy, however it is defined, it does not follow that all apostates have committed the "unforgivable sin".
In other words, those who apostatize can repent and turn around and experience forgiveness from Jehovah. The record of the Kings demonstrates this. In fact, the return of Solomon (who, as far as the record indicates, died in apostasy) in the resurrection of the unrighteous is a prime example (1Ki.11:43; Acts 24:15), whilst Mannaseh provides a second witness (2Chr.33:13; 20).
Wilfullness and unrepentance seem to be key characterisics of the "unforgiveable sin". Of course, the determination of those factors lies in the hands of the "Judge of all the earth" and those whom He has commissioned and empowered to judge.

    I was ...and they didn't.
I sure they would have welcomed it if it had come as they would have, and probably still do, felt like Paul who said:
"Now if I am to live on in the flesh, this is a fruitage of my work; yet what I would choose, I do not make known. I am torn between these two things, for I do desire the releasing and the being with Christ, which is, to be sure, far better. However, it is more necessary for me to remain in the flesh for your sakes." Ph 1:22-24

Bit of care needed here I would suggest.
Apostasy is a state of mind. Jesus showed that a state of mind constitutes the relevant sin when he stated that "everyone who keeps on looking at a woman so as to have a passion for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart." Matt.5:28.
No one is condemned by men until a sin has been seen to be committed, but Jehovah can (like Jesus) read the heart (Pro.21:2) and will judge the intent that has the potential to become the sin. They (Jehovah and Jesus), can determine accurately the outcome of intent (Gen.4:7).
So I would be inclined to tread warily with the tendency we have to delight in independent thinking regarding explanations of doctrine presented by those who have the responsibility to direct the Christian congregation.
Proverbs 11:9 states:"By his mouth the apostate brings his neighbor to ruin". Just stating inappropriately a disagreement with an explanation provided  is to venture onto a place that can only be described as "slippery ground" Ps.73:18.

Some were. I was there in 1975 and I was not looking to a date. That was because some were not. So I can't see an issue of any significance any more than expectation postponed makes the heart sick. Were you there? Did you attach too much to human chronological speculation at the time?

I have seen my dogs eat grass, and had to have many of them over the years "put down" ( That means executed by a veterinarian, for those in Rio Linda ....), because of not being able to afford to fix their health problems.
And what language was it translated FROM?   Who issued this notice, and on what date?
Hmmmm....  does anybody know how this SHOULD read ... I mean ... what if it's NOT a "typo", or mistranslation.
    This is a KEY POINT.
Without knowing what the original ACTUALLY, REALLY stated ... WE DON'T KNOW if it's a typo, or an insert, or a plan.

'By their fruits you shall know them.'  All I see is defensive talk on defending yourself and accusing others of being 'deluded'.  Your version of the "truth" is more important to you and in effect you have become your own god - defending yourself and incapable of working in harmony with others.
I have seen no thankfulness at all in your comments. The most important things you learnt from those very people whom you now despise are:  Jehovah's name, the mortality of the soul, Jesus is not God, and many more teachings - with which - by the way - you would not understand the 'ransom' properly to be able to receive any mercy from Jehovah in the first place - if you did not understand these basic teachings of the bible properly. Where did you learn them?
At present, the pupil thinks he knows more than the teacher and has come to despise him.....seen that a lot in my life.  You find yourself outside the organization - not because you were a positive attribute to it but an unrepentant distractor and accuser..... and you are hardened in that spirit.   Your suffering is what you brought on yourself - it is not others who are doing this to you - yourself.  Acknowledge this fact and you may get some healing.  It is like the drunk who refuses to acknowledge they have a problem! Drunk with your own wine!
Knowing many scriptures does not qualify one for remaining an anointed but an extremely humble spirit and a spirit of "serving" others not a spirit of knowing it all...   The famous quote from 1Corinthians 8 :  Knowledge puffs up, but love builds up.  If anyone thinks he knows something, he does not yet know it as he should know it.....
And as I said before - one can find oneself to be one of the five virgins with no oil to keep the lamps burning. That illustration was given by Jesus as a warning to the anointed!

Added point:  About your impractical ranting regarding the 'priesthood' that needs to be acknowledged now. .....  During the thousand years is the time when the priesthood will be working with Jesus to get the earth restored and our sins removed..... not now. They will then rule and officiate as priests...... Their job (which comes with a new name) comes only in the new heavens.
When all the priests are in heaven (married to the bridegroom) ? who is going to organize things on earth?  Aren't these "elders" who are NOT  anointed (and according to you are selfishly taking the place of the priests at present) receiving training -  learning to shepherd in a loving way?  Arent they going to care for us during Armageddon when the sealing has been completed and these anointed have received their calling..?  Or is it all about the anointed for you and not the great crowd?
In my experience with the Bible - Jehovah is most practical and logic and foresees any questions that may be raised in future.  Can you answer this question?  Why are there going to be 144,000 to rule in heaven?  Why did God not use Jesus only?

I think the explanation is in the slight adjustments to words that the Hebrews used in order to remember how to pass on their stories verbally:
    *** it-2 p. 457 Nabal ***
    (Naʹbal) [Senseless; Stupid].
A wealthy Maonite sheep owner who pastured and sheared his flocks in Carmel of Judah. Nabal was also known as a Calebite, that is, a descendant of Caleb. Few Bible characters are so contemptuously described as is Nabal. “[He] was harsh and bad in his practices”; “he is too much of a good-for-nothing fellow [son of Belial] to speak to him”; “he repays . . . evil in return for good”; “senselessness is with him.”—1Sa 25:2, 3, 17, 21, 25.
I could guess, but I couldn't say what his real name had been, although naming a kid "Stupid" seems like a self-fulfilled prophecy in the making.
Dozens of names were given slight adjustments in the Bible, the most notable of which were the ways in which a false god had his name changed to become something derogatory. Note the implication in this Insight book entry, starting with "Lord of the Flies":
    *** it-1 p. 275 Beelzebub ***
(Be·elʹze·bub) [possibly an alteration of Baal-zebub, meaning “Owner of the Flies,” the Baal worshiped by the Philistines at Ekron. Alternately, Beelzeboul and Beezeboul, possibly meaning, “Owner of the Lofty Abode (Habitation)”; or, if a play on the non-Biblical Heb. word zeʹvel (dung), “Owner of the Dung”]. *** it-1 p. 234 Babel ***
(Baʹbel) [Confusion].One of the first cities to be built after the Flood. Here God “confused the language of all the earth.” (Ge 11:9) The name is derived from the verb ba·lalʹ, meaning “confuse.” Local citizens, thinking of their city as God’s seat of government, claimed that the name was compounded from Bab (Gate) and ilu (God), signifying “Gate of God.” *** it-2 p. 39 Jerubbesheth ***
(Je·rubʹbe·sheth) [Let the Shameful Thing Make a Legal Defense (Contend)]. The name of Judge Gideon found at 2 Samuel 11:21. Evidently this is a form of Jerubbaal, the name given to Gideon by his father Joash when Gideon pulled down the altar of Baal. (Jg 6:30-32) Some scholars believe that the writer of Second Samuel replaced baʹʽal with the Hebrew word for “shame” (boʹsheth) in order not to use the name of the false god Baal as part of a proper name.—See GIDEON. *** it-2 p. 424 Molech ***
(Moʹlech) [from a root meaning “reign as king” or “king,” but with the vowels of boʹsheth, “shame,” to denote abhorrence]. *** it-1 p. 1224 Ish-bosheth ***
(Ish-boʹsheth) [meaning “Man of Shame”].  Evidently the youngest of Saul’s sons, his successor to the throne. From the genealogical listings it appears that his name was also Eshbaal, meaning “Man of Baal.” (1Ch 8:33; 9:39) However, elsewhere, as in Second Samuel, he is called Ish-bosheth, a name in which “baal” is replaced by “bosheth.” (2Sa 2:10) This Hebrew word boʹsheth is found at Jeremiah 3:24 and is rendered “shameful thing.” (AS, AT, JP, NW, Ro, RS) In two other occurrences baʹʽal and boʹsheth are found parallel and in apposition, in which the one explains and identifies the other. (Jer 11:13; Ho 9:10) There are also other instances where individuals similarly had “bosheth” or a form of it substituted for “baal” in their names, as, for example, “Jerubbesheth” for “Jerubbaal” (2Sa 11:21; Jg 6:32) and “Mephibosheth” for “Merib-baal,” the latter being a nephew of Ish-bosheth.—2Sa 4:4; 1Ch 8:34; 9:40. The reason for these double names or substitutions is not known. One theory advanced by some scholars attempts to explain the dual names as an alteration made when the common noun “baal” (owner; master) became more exclusively identified with the distasteful fertility god of Canaan, Baal. *** it-1 p. 967 Goat-shaped Demon ***
Just what such “hairy ones” (seʽi·rimʹ) actually were, however, is not stated. While some consider them to be literal goats or idols in the form of goats, this does not necessarily seem to be indicated; nor do other scriptures provide evidence of that nature. . . . Or, the use of “goats” in these references may be merely a means of expressing contempt for all idolatrous objects in general, even as the word for idols in numerous texts is drawn from a term originally meaning “dung pellets,” not denoting, however, that the idols were literally made of dung.—Le 26:30; De 29:17. *** it-1 p. 1172 Idol, Idolatry ***
Often mention is made of “dungy idols,” this expression being a rendering of the Hebrew word gil·lu·limʹ, which is related to a word meaning “dung.” (1Ki 14:10; Zep 1:17) This term of contempt, first appearing at Leviticus 26:30, is found nearly 40 times in the book of Ezekiel alone, beginning with chapter 6, verse 4. The Hebrew speakers took advantage of the fact that only a small change in spelling or vowels could attach a bad meaning to another term. Biblical Hebrew "play on words" was a very common practice, and is found in the words of the prophets especially. But in order to remember a story to pass on verbally, there are often more innocent reasons for the wordplay. For example, in the story of Isaac, you can almost tell that the "Yitzak" from which we get "Isaac" is onomatopoeia for "laughter" and the name means laughter. But the root term is used for several parts of the story. Sarah laughs ("yitzaks") that she will have a child in her old age and this is a significant part of the narrative.
(Genesis 21:6, 7) 6 Then Sarah said: “God has brought me laughter; everybody hearing of it will laugh with me.” 7 And she added: “Who would have said to Abraham, ‘Sarah will certainly nurse children’?. . . But the next part of the story is important too, because Yitzak can also mean mean yuk-yuk/tsk-tsk in the form of mockery, and to some, can even imply sexual abuse:
(Genesis 21:9, 10) 9 But Sarah kept noticing that the son of Haʹgar the Egyptian, whom she had borne to Abraham, was mocking ("Yitzack"-ing) Isaac. 10 So she said to Abraham: “Drive out this slave girl and her son, . . . But the relationship between Isaac and his wife is also remembered through the same word as they were yucking it up in the sight of the king, because the word can even imply sexual foreplay.
(Genesis 26:8) 8 After some time had passed, A·bimʹe·lech king of the Phi·lisʹtines was looking out of the window, and he saw Isaac displaying affection ("Yitzack"-ing) for Re·bekʹah his wife. So we see who gets the last laugh in this story.
These examples could be multiplied, and for some, might even provide an incentive to learn Hebrew.

Each one here, those who have been part of the brotherhood and those who have stepped outside, each deeply trust the truth of the scriptures, inspired of God, correct? So when Daniel stated that only ones having insight will understand the knowledge he had sealed for release during these last days, whom do you think would have such INSIGHT? All of us seeker of true knowledge? Or a certain select group, that would guide other seekers, like the Ethiopian eunuch needing guidance and said so? Teachers need students, and vice versa. All of us was not about to gain insight, some would like Jesus spoke at Matthew, his disciples knowing what he taught, would in fact turn around make other disciples teaching theses ones the things to observe, what he has first taught them. These new one had no insight at first, right? Where would it come from? They had to be taught, correct? Self-taught? Jesus himself where 2 or 3 are gathered in his name he is there, goes against being self taught doesn't it? That is just common sense!
