Thanks for posting this. On this forum one might even forget that the Catholics have a problem. Also, I've seen statistics that are surprisingly detailed for some religious organizations, reminding me that JWs aren't the only ones who keep records on such issues, including from among their congregants/laymen/parishioners.

Remember when Mark Sanderson declared in a video, that Russia is the "King of the North" when things were first heating up?  
“Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say to Gog: ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: In that day, when my people Israel are living in safety, will you not take notice of it? 15 You will come from your place in the far north, you and many nations with you, all of them riding on horses, a great horde, a mighty army. 16 You will advance against my people Israel like a cloud that covers the land. In days to come, Gog, I will bring you against my land, so that the nations* may know me when I am proved holy through you before their eyes.”  Ezek 38:14-16
Who needs to know when God is proved holy?  Israel.  Why does God allow this army to come against His people?  It would be contradictive to say that it is just the will of the nations, to destroy an obedient Israel for no reason, and God allows this under those circumstances.  I say this, because always, devastation to that nation only happened when they sinned.  It only happened when they failed to give God exclusive devotion, and obey His laws. 
Ezek 39:2 - " I will turn you around and drag you along. I will bring you from the far north and send you against the mountains of Israel.
7 “‘I will make known my holy name among my people Israel. I will no longer let my holy name be profaned, and the nations will know that I the Lord am the Holy One in Israel. 8 It is coming! It will surely take place, declares the Sovereign Lord. This is the day I have spoken of."
This is why Gog and/of Magog come against today's "Israel".  They put their dedication in an organization built by men, who have a history of false doctrine.    They have replaced the anointed priesthood with "Gentiles" sitting in the Temple of God.  Num 18:7; 2 Chron 23:6,7; Dan 11:31,32,36; Matt 24:15,16; 2 Thess 2:3,4; Rev 11:1-3)
The elder body "surrounds the saints", blaspheming God's Temple, and demands silence from his priests - a decree from a false prophet/Harlot.  Rev 13:11,12
The elder body is the "king of the north".  The GB/organization are Gog of Magog
So, Russia is a false "king of the north".  Whatever nation may come against JWs, and whatever David Splane has to say about them, they are not the Gog of/and Magog to come against His people today.  Splane is deceiving you.  He hasn't shared all of the scriptures in Ezekiel with JWs.  
Ezek 39:22-24 -  "From that day forward the people of Israel will know that I am the Lord their God. 23 And the nations* will know that the people of Israel went into exile for their sin, because they were unfaithful to me. So I hid my face from them and handed them over to their enemies, and they all fell by the sword. 24 I dealt with them according to their uncleanness and their offenses, and I hid my face from them."
What happened in the past when God hid His face from His people?  All sorts of suffering came upon them.  (Micah 3:1-7)  Today, it is happening both outside and inside the organization.  Splane says, you shouldn't be afraid of "Gog of Magog".  I say, you should be fearful enough for your eternal life, that you leave the sins of "Israel" behind.  Rev 18:4-8
"When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison 8 and will go out to deceive the nations* in the four corners of the earth—Gog and Magog—and to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore. 9 They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints, the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them. 10 And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever."
The "thousand years" were over, when the organization, a baited trap of a little truth, was born. (Ezek 38:10-12)
and to gather them for battle. -  
Rev 13:5-7 - "The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise its authority for forty-two months. 6 It opened its mouth to blaspheme God, and to slander his name and his dwelling place and those who live in heaven. 7 It was given power to wage war with the saints and to conquer them. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation."
 
 
 

An exercise in futility.

So, 'appeals court'. That means that the GB and / or their Lawyers do not want justice to be done. They do not want to follow Christ's footsteps in showing mercy.  They do not want to 'go the extra mile'. The GB.
And this 'American' law, encouraging Pedophilia. This case proves that the congregation Elders knew that the man was a Pedophile, but they did NOT warn the congregation. 
Any JW that can live with this obviously has no Christian conscience.  We are back to 'Collateral Damage',  and all for the sake of the idol, the JW Org and it's GB 

Now, three years later, an appeals court has eroded her courtroom victory even further by ruling that the leadership of the Jehovah’s Witnesses had no duty to warn congregants that a confessed child molester was one of their own. As a result, judges eliminated the punitive damages in the case. Conti still stands to receive $2.8 million.
And GB welcomed that by both hands? How about WTJWorg publications and Bible verses on issue that, in fact, including same principle. GB and JW people are so concern about warning "wicked people about Armagedon" but failed to warn own people, own members about evil persons inside congregation. What absurdity! What hypocrisy! What a shameful behavior!
Can You Do More to Warn Others?

He preached to everyone he encountered, be it a tax collector he passed on the road or a woman he met at a well during a midday pause. (Luke 19:1-5; John 4:5-10, 21-24) Even when he set aside time to relax, Jesus ungrudgingly abandoned his plans in order to teach others. Compassion for his neighbors caused him to offer more than a token witness. When someone destroys evidence (documentation) from which misconduct/incorrect treatment can be seen, then destroying evidence is tantamount to concealing/hiding evidence. Because, both, destroying and hiding evidence does not contribute to improving the CSA prevention and punishment of those who break the law. It just means more harm to crime victims. Past, present and future victims.

I don't remember saying anything like that. But one course for elders (video can be found on YT) provided instructions for destroying private elders ’notes and destroying documentation that could compromise WTJWorg Corporation and other companies and allow lawsuits and damages for the JW Organization.

Well the Watchtower Leaders have been trying to move Armageddon since the late 1800's but it hasn't worked.

To believe or to show faith, to show trust .... is what Jesus has rewarded many times. He performed miracles on people who showed faith, not faith that developed after months or years of exercise, but faith as the current state of mind and heart. 
Truly I say to you that whoever tells this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart but has faith that what he says is going to happen, he will have it happen. Mk 11:23 nwt
Or, people in WTJWorg have years of training how to move mountain?  

That's a real tough one for a people who put their faith in the GB, faith in the elders to lead them,  faith in their doctrines, and faith in the organization.  How far can one's spiritual faith stretch, before nothing is left to "exercise" toward Jesus Christ and the Father?
Their term, "exercise faith" sounds a little mechanical, doesn't it?  It sounds like work, and for JWs, it is almost impossible "exercising faith" toward Jesus Christ. It appears to be a mental exercise only,  that really cannot reach the heart.  If it did, they would listen to what the scriptures are telling them, and they would leave the organization.  Their heart would motivate them to do what Jesus tells them.
Their Bible uses this term "exercise faith" in John 3:18; 14:1; 2 Cor 4:13; John 7:5; 16:9; Rom 10:4,10; Mark 5:36; John 11:26; 6:29; 1 Pet 2:6; John 6:40; 1:12; 11:25; Gal 3:22; Rom 10:9...and the list goes on.
The ESV, NKJV, NIV, LEB and I'm sure many more,  use "believe/s", which  indicates action that can reach the heart.

When you say, "none of them went back to their churches," are you speaking of the alleged perpetrators or the alleged victims as being the

So the churches you are referring to would be the Kingdom Hall's, correct?

Jesus comes to "destroy" death - destruction, ruination, and the father of death - the Destroyer. 1 Cor 15:26  He has conquered death, and he will put an end to the destroyer through the condemnation of God's word, which is like "fire".  Jer 23:29; Rev 20:10
Isa 33:1 - "Woe to thee that spoilest, and thou wast not spoiled; and dealest treacherously, and they dealt not treacherously with thee! when thou shalt cease to spoil, thou shalt be spoiled; and when thou shalt make an end to deal treacherously, they shall deal treacherously with thee."
"spoilest" - to ravage:—dead, destroy(-er), oppress, robber, spoil(-er), × utterly, (lay) waste.
"Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour" 1 Pet 5:8
"devour" - "drink down, swallow down/up, destroy"
And what did Jesus say the "robber" did?
"The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly."  John 10:10

You do love to aim it at the UK, But I do wonder if some places like India, Pakistan and surrounding areas, and Africa, have a much deeper problem with CSA that is not known about worldwide. 
Statistics can only show what is already known. There must be far more going on that is not known. 
We have some idea how women are treated in some of those countries, so why would they be nicer to children ? 
I don't know what this is supposed to mean as some Elders were allowed to continue for years in their position even though it was known that they were pedophiles. And some that were d/fed were then allowed back into the congregations. And how many more are still hiding in the JW org. 
What has happened to that massive 25 + years American Pedophile Database that the GB keep hidden and will not hand over to authorities ? The Australian records went back for 50 years. That was made clear at the ARC. BUT the GB say they only have 25 years of records. Why ? As the W/t / JW Org started in America they should have records of over 50 years. So what are the GB hiding ? And why would you be on their side ?
