I read his comment to you and I had prepared an answer for him but found the thread had disappeared.  He is much like his spiritual “fathers” who set prophetic dates and time tables – all of which have not come true.  Has he not learned from the examples set by his leaders?  Now, if this had been someone in another religion doing the same, that person would be criticized and labeled a “false prophet”.
    w59 7/1 p. 389-390
#1:  Not all persons who have claimed to be Jehovah’s prophets were actually inspired by him. Regarding such false prophets in Israel Ezekiel said: “Thus says the Lord GOD, Woe to the foolish prophets who follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing! They have spoken falsehood and divined a lie; they say, ‘Says the LORD,’ when the LORD has not sent them, and yet they expect him to fulfil their word.” (Ezekl 13:3,6, RS) Jeremiah spoke similar condemnation against the false prophets who said Jerusalem would not fall. He said: “Do not listen to your prophets and to your practicers of divination and to your dreamers and to your practicers of magic and to your sorcerers, who are saying to you: ‘You men will not serve the king of Babylon.’ For falsehood is what they are prophesying to you.”—Jer 27:9,10.
As there were false prophets then, so there are today. They will not hesitate to delude people into believing that they have knowledge of the future. An accurate knowledge of the future cannot be gained from such people.”

#2:  The Governing Body is neither inspired nor infallible. Therefore, it can err in doctrinal matters or in organizational direction. In fact, the Watch Tower Publications Index includes the heading “Beliefs Clarified,” which lists adjustments in our Scriptural understanding since 1870. w17 February p. 26
In #1, the truth is spoken.  All JWs read it, and heard it during their study.  In #2, the excuses for errors made by those who actually wrote the truth in #1, is the accepted protocol.
YET, they themselves state “an accurate knowledge of the future cannot be gained from such people”.
Who really, will be weeping and gnashing their teeth for their hypocrisy?  (Luke 12:54-56; Matt 24:48-51)
By the way, the Wt. teaches that those who enter the organization have left Babylon the Great.

    Yes, Think on that for a moment.   2 Timothy 3 : 16 & 17
    Berean Literal Bible
Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for instruction, for conviction, for correction, and for training in righteousness,
so that the man of God may be complete, having been fully equipped toward every good work.
But, a. it was only the Hebrew scriptures that they had, b. it was only for the Anointed ones.
However IF JWs believed that ONLY God's written Word was needed, then the Watchtower would not have wasted millions of pounds/dollars/euros, of donated money in writing hundreds of books over the years. And all of which are untrue....

    Malachi chapter 3
Who is it that is being visited by a "messenger"? (Matt 17:11; Rev 11:1-3)  Who is receiving the message?
The royal priesthood ("elect") must be cleansed. (Mal 3:1-4) Tell me, if they believe in proven falsehoods spoken by the GB, are they not in danger of losing their prospect of eternal life?  (Jer 23:16; Matt 24:23-26)
This is why Jesus predicted a division among  Israel in his day, and "Israel" and those with them, today.  (Luke 12:51)
“Your words against me are harsh,” says the Lord.
Yet you ask, “What have we spoken against you?”
14 You have said, “It is useless to serve God. What have we gained by keeping his requirements and walking mournfully before the Lord of Armies? 15 So now we consider the arrogant t be fortunate. Not only do those who commit wickedness prosper, they even test God and escape.”
It is wickedness in God's eyes to lead people into believing false dates and prophesies.  You may forget them, but He doesn't.  (Jer 14:10; Hos 9:9)
In light of these sins, JWs praise a literal man-made rendition of the tetragrammaton, and not give praise to the God of Truth.
16 At that time those who feared the Lord spoke to one another. The Lord took notice and listened. So a book of remembrance was written before him for those who feared the Lord and had high regard for his name. 17 “They will be mine,” says the Lord of Armies, “my own possession on the day I am preparing. I will have compassion on them as a man has compassion on his son who serves him. 18 So you will again see the difference between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve him.
In the organization, God's requirements about His priesthood have not been kept.  Under the counterfeit priesthood/elder body, His sanctuary/Temple in the anointed has been trampled.  THAT is the body - the "church" that should be unified in the scripture you quote.  Instead, it is scattered among you; "living stones", left not one upon another.  (1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Eph 2:20-22; Matt 13:2)

@JW Insider gave an opinion on who deleted the topic and why. What's so accusing in that about that other brother?
You should have read the last comment from Rando that he sent me. It was troubling what this man thought of those who thought differently from him. And how he allows himself to pronounce a severe condemnation/judgement of another.
In my opinion JW Insider has outstanding intellectual abilities and I don’t see any aspiration for self-praise. But even if I am wrong in my perception, it does not invalidate the results of the research and presentation he has shown. I hope he will stay on this forum in years to come.

Finding truth calls for a division amongst brothers and sisters so we can know who has Jehovah’s approval, and who does not.
“But, of course, there must be divisions among you so that you who have God’s approval will be recognized!” 1 Corinthians 11:19

Perhaps you would say that to the Governing Body of the Watchtower / JW Org.  They are very keen on dates and especially giving false prophecy. 'the last part of the last day of last days' . 1941, 1975. Before the year 2000 et al.
No honest hearted Anointed one (the GB) would pretend to be the F&DS and then give so much false information,
And as for Bro Rambo, if he were a true JW then surely he wouldn't be putting up a date (2034) as that is only his opinion and could be a stumbling block to others. Plus the fact that it would seem to go against the grain of following the GB to get 'food at the proper time'.
Go now and have a good cry. If you don't like what people post you know the old saying, 'Just scroll on by'.

The questions make sense. If God did not participate in the creation of human governments, which should be logical, because why would he create competition for himself, then these "kingdoms" are not his, but from those who established them.
We should establish historical events that show the emergence of “human rule”. It should then bring to light the possible moment when it was God who became the “owner” of all these past kingdoms (and today’s legal successors). What biblical account confirms such a conclusion? The appearance of Nemrod? But nothing speaks in favor of God appropriating or producing that kingdom. JWs only deal with the term - "God allows it to exist".
According to the development of events visible from the Bible, God was in some way involved in the creation of the Jewish Kingdom. The Jewish Kingdom was ultimately still (became and remained) human rule, thus part of the “political” picture at the time, and through the state of Israel it still exists today.
If God was ever the owner (I won’t say the creator of human kingdoms), at what point and why would He hand over all control and ownership to Satan? Let us not forget that God greatly regretted creating man. Would he then, and yet, contribute to the creation of competition in the form of “kingdoms” that he voluntarily gives to Satan? Or is it perhaps a matter of creating a seemingly invincible system on the opposite side, which God would destroy in the future to prove himself the greatest?
We can deny/refuse whatever we want, but we can still be reached by "someone else's reality". In the past, before becoming president of the new Yugoslavia after World War II, Tito was arrested and brought before a court in 1928. At the process of the trial he said that, he consider this court incompetent and recognize only the court of the Communist Party. But he was still sentenced to 5 years in prison.

Gen 1:29 -  Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.
In this verse it would be possible to conclude how all Earth and ground are prepared for and, in fact giving food, not only for humans, but for animals too. Or, if we conclude how only Eden was filled with animals and first humans, then animals outside of Eden was starving and humans also.
Some controversy or dilemma came from Genesis 2
5 Now no shrub had yet appeared on the earth[a] and no plant had yet sprung up, for the Lord God had not sent rain on the earth and there was no one to work the ground, 6 but streams[b] came up from the earth and watered the whole surface of the ground. 7 Then the Lord God formed a man[c] from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.
8 Now the Lord God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed. 9 The Lord God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
Here, report said how there is no shrub and plant. What, then, did the animals that were created thousands of years before humans eat at all? Reason for not existed shrub and plant was - missing of rain and no work from human hands.
After, verses speaking about God who worked and planted ground of Eden, but rain was not needed as in first picture, because of streams and rivers which gave enough water for plants of all kind. Does this mean how streams and rivers inside Eden was sufficient for plants but not outside of Eden? Again, if so what have eaten all animals before Adam and Eve and before Eden?
One thing is need to be take in consideration. After every creative day God said how every thing was "good". In this terminology, today we explain this as "perfect", without something that would missing. Animals were perfect, earth were perfect, the natural cycles were perfect. If God planted Eden and made it better and more beautiful than the rest of the planet Earth, does that mean that everything outside of Eden was “hell”? Why, when God says that all creation was "good" aka "perfect"?

I think there are several models around that in Croatia. Sometimes the matter is resolved in court because the private owner is not satisfied with the small offer for redemption. And, sometimes the state can expropriate property from the owner because of a higher interest for the state and the public.

My thoughts were that the congregation probably 'received' nothing, but the Watchtower Soc' / GB received that money. Well it will help to pay for the 'new film studio' at Ramapo I suppose.

In the USA we have what is called "The Right of Imminent Domain", which means as an example, the GOV can confiscate your property for the "greater good", but it has to be fair and equitable. This is a matter of negotiation, and sometimes a court battle.
... like the just and fair compensation the WTB&TS got from the State of Pennsylvania.
After the WTB&TS confiscated all the Kingdom Halls in the World (for the "Greater Good"), I wonder if the congregations were justly and fairly compensated?

Srecko Sostar reacted to ApostaBabe Linda James in Trial scheduled for Jehovah's Witnesses elders accused of failing to report sexual abuse
I have somewhat been following this one. From what I recall, Penkava was a school teacher and wrote a column in his local news paper. Being a school teacher also put him a position of being a mandatory reporter if he comes across any awareness of what may appear to be a form of child abuse. Once this suspicion or awareness is reported to those within the law enforcement, they have been trained handle it from there.
Penkava and Scott were made aware of what Arturo Hernandez-Pedreza, a JW member had done to his daughter. So if they did an in-house investigation by asking him if he did what the wife and child of this man claim that he had done. ( Which puts them both in great Danger! ) If the elders then receive an admission from him, then in that receiving of that one's admission, that is not considered, nor does it fall under the clergy tenant privilege confession. But the elders are not aware that this the case. But when the elders have received a confession when asked, the Org claims in the Court of law, that this is the setting with which the Org is able to claim "clergy tenant privilege." But its not. "Clergy tenant privilege" is when a person seeks out a spiritual leader (singular) to speak with them regarding a confession that that person, (who is considered the tenant) of a particular religious belief system, or not, would like "a one on one session" with a member of the clergy from their own particular belief system, or sometimes not, if the confessor is not all that particular. These are often deathbed confessions made by those whom are on their death beds.
When people are at the point of dying with in hospitals, they are often asked by their Dr.'s or the nursing staff if there is any form of clergy that they would like called upon for spiritual help and or support.
There are a list of numbers for different denominational clergy that have volunteered to be on call for the patients of hospitals so that they can meet the patients and their families clergy needs, including Jehovah's Witness clergy.
Believe it or not, the clergy that are full time on staff for hospitals here in the U.S. are often quite knowledgeable and equipped in several traditions and practices of several different belief systems. So they can not only be their for those patients within the hospitals who find great comfort in being able to experience the tradition and practices of their belief system, but they can also give the comfort one need from ( the Catholic inspired ) clergy pennant privilege deathbed confessions.
I have come to hate the fact that the secular government has their hands tied because they're not supposed to enter into the government of religious organizations and change up the dangerous religious disciplinary practices when it comes to CSA. Something needs to shift soon.
When It comes to the point where believers of several different religious hi control authoritative organizations have been led to believe that following the instructions of their spiritual leader's is on par with following god himself, I'm afraid we are just going to see more and more CSA case's where a mother and child who reported the crime that the male head of the household of their family has committed, will be encourage that forgiving him is the godly thing to do. Perpetrators will be continually be sent home to remain living with their victims at the spiritual directions of these elders, whom are the spiritual leader's of the congregation. They will yet again be wrongly informed by those elders who are taking the lead ( as they have unknowingly been directed with really dangerous guidance by the headquarters lawyers Department on so many occasions beforehand ) by the Lawyers at the headquarters of the Watchtower were Victims will continually be made silent with the accusations that they have infact brought these crimes upon themselves as they often find themselves being deemed by those taking the spiritual leed that what happened to them is viewed by these elders as these victims were not victims because the elders declared them as being willing participants to sinful acts in spit of the obvious pain that these victims are experiencing. Parents of these victims are threatened with disfellowshipping if they tell anyone as to what was said during these meetings. The perpetrators are given some spiritual guidance and a few suggestions that amount to, "don't do it again." Then when they are all sent back to the home. The perpetrator is still the head of the house and the mother and daughter still have to do as he instructs them to do. The way things are handled within this so-called Theocratic organization is a crying shame. There is nothing godly within the arrangement of how CSA is handled. Between "we don't take our Brother's to court," ·|· "this will drag Jehovah's name through the mud," ·|· "people can change," ·|· victim-blaming" along with a continual stall so that 95% of these CSA cases never ends up in court.
Something has to shift. I only hope that the shift of Justice will happen sooner than later.
