@BillyTheKid46 The reality, activism plays little to no role in the decision with governments and is evident.
    Um really ?

Although i didn't really agree with the London protest, it still got the info' out there to the public and to the JW's that had been hidden from it all.
More organisations putting on more pressure will get the message out there more, that is obvious.
And more pressure on governments and authorities will get things done.
Remind me of a scripture about a man knocking on his neighbours door at midnight, asking for bread to feed to a visitor.
I think it was Jesus said, it wasn't that the other man wanted to get out of bed but the continuous knocking on his door moved him to action.
Yet another scripture about a woman that kept going to a judge and asking for justice. in the end the judge heard her case.
Keep knocking, and believe me the protesters will keep knocking and gaining support Earthwide.
I think you are a sad person Kid, and I do have concerns about which side you are on regarding Child Abuse. Do you support the Victims or the abusers ?  Very worrying indeed.

You and i always seem to have different opinions, which to me is quite healthy and well balanced. .
But on this matter I think the protests Earthwide have had and are still having much influence on governments and authorities and are also helping people to have a voice so that they can release a lot of the pain they are feeling inside.
JW Org would not be being investigated were it not for protests about the Child Abuse within. I there is proof that it is working.

They have been people who fought against the child sex dolls, on the other side of the spectrum, you have those that accepts such things because it would keep pedophiles at bay, for them to keep to themselves, but at the same time, they do not release if you keep dancing with the beast, it will snap at some point and will attack you, in this sense, if they continue to carter to pedophiles in this matter, especially what is going on in the communities in some Asian countries like Japan, it is only going to get worse and push pedophiles to go after the real thing, even by means of kidnapping.
So far, pedophiles are on online video games and social media now because they find it easier, which poses a problem and makes it harder to combat this issue. Nowadays, kids play anything, a game for 17+ year olds, no problem, they fin a way, ironically enough, and are often, in some cases targets. for if not a female, it is a child. As of recent, you have the whole VR chat situation also.

There is always better solutions but people do not seek them or strive to make it the focus regarding child abuse. Protesting will not do as much, as someone once told me, protesting matters not, as long as blood soaks the streets and pavements of neighbors, such is meaningless, for he says this because of the series of events from 2016 into 2017 that led to a spark in violence and hatred. He says this because on occasion he believes he is a target, granted with how white supremacy and the uptick in influence and power is now in the states whereas all persons, young and old are in the cross-hairs.
Another thing is we should be teaching our children and even older ones on the matter, help them to spot signs and the like, be it of abuse, bullying, violence. We cannot prevent all problems, but at least something one in some cases benefits, especially if going about things the right way.

The Mystery of the Gospel Revealed (1-13), right?
    In outline format it being:
Sacred secret to include Gentiles (1-13) Gentiles joint heirs with the Christ (6) God’s eternal purpose (11) The Ephesians to gain insight through prayer (14-21)
Non-Jews are Gentiles. His link isn't bad when you understanding what he is conveying - granted this is an Epistle to the Ephesians.
The change of spiritual position of Gentiles as a result of the work of Christ, moreover, with the account telling an apostle to the Gentiles, in the hope that this will keep them from being dispirited and lead him to pray for them. It is agreed by most the main focus regarding the Ephesians is in response to the newly converted Jews who often separated themselves from their non-Jew, Gentile, counterparts, their brethren. The union of the apostolic church, especially between Jews and Gentiles who are believers, is the primary focus of the book/epistle. Of which we can see examples from 2:5, 6, 15, 16 22, 4:4-6, something of which is also noted in also the Epistle of Philippians.

@BillyTheKid46This is true. They've actually made robot/dolls that resemble children to carter to people and even young ones themselves sadly. It gets even worse because the pronographic industry in the Asian countries, predominantly Japan, also makes these robot/dolls that carter to those who indulge themselves in shota/lolicon material, which to the eyes of those on the outside, is borderline child pornography.
Somewhat unrelated but is also a contributor to the problem: There was one instance a few months ago, not involving robots/dolls but soon sparked brazen art and imagery on pillows, a particular anime/manga that is popular in Japan, My Hero Academia (僕のヒーローアカデミア [Boku no Hīrō Akademia]) made by Kohei Horikoshi, he made a picture of all the female heroes in a bathhouse which caused controversy (some for it and some against) because the heroes in question were underaged (for such didn't cross his mind and he was more focused on his work that has become popular since day 1), but right after the controversy and backlash, material that carters to those who partake in shota/lolicon material made inappropriate dolls and artwork, to this day these things are being produced in great numbers - and it didn't start or end with Mr. Horikoshi. He apologized and didn't realize what he has done due to the backlash, however his fans are out of control and took what he did as an opportunity to produce more brazen products and imagery - granted to the eyes of everyone, whatever exists, even Mr. Horikoshi' work, there is bound to be brazen things made of ALL things that exist on the internet, so to speak.
That being said, the plot only thickens at this point and the robot/dolls that resemble children or someone underage will continue to happen as long as people keep selling there will always be a buyer sadly, in the US it is spoken of as being a deter to pedophiles, which is crazy.

I think it strange that people seem to view Self-gratification? as only being of a sexual nature. It isn't of course, it's just desire to obtain pleasure for oneself.
As for all this talk about sex on here it makes me wonder if some people on here have serious problems with it.  The GB seem to talk about it a lot too. I suppose it's like Water. Whilst the water will run from the tap when you need it, all is well. But when you turn on the tap and there is no water, that's when people talk about it.  I wonder if this is the same with sex  .

I really appreciated the info you provided on the first two versions of Paton's book. The third one was in 1890, and appears to match the timing of an article by Russell in the May 1890 Watch Tower where Russell reviews the history with Barbour and Paton in an article called "Sifting the Wheat." He mentions these first two versions of Day Dawn, and how it came about that he finally stopped accepting articles from Paton and stopped distributing his book which favored a view of the Ransom that came closer to Barbour's view (Restitution without Substitution).
Are you indicating that he was NOT arguing in favor of himself being viewed as the FDS[FWS]? Even the article just mentioned in 1890 says that Russell wanted to personally be God's "mouthpiece," God's "instrument," and he said that the frame of mind he put himself into, back in 1881, allowed him to receive the correct and harmonious understanding "and no one has ever yet been able to find a flaw in it." Of course, Russell then ties this new understanding to several ideas about the ransom that we now find flawed, including the very topic implied in the title of this thread [OP]. Russell said several things about the ransom sacrifice that we would now find just about as ridiculous as the view of the ransom that Barbour held, including the idea that this ransom sacrifice was not completed by Jesus, but would include the sacrifices of the joint-sacrificers.
I understand completely that most of Russell's ideas had a basis in Scripture, even if some of his interpretations of those Scriptures were unwarranted. I defend and appreciate the long view of what Russell was involved with, but I can't always see a way or even a reason to defend him for those unwarranted interpretations. As Paul puts it in Galatians 1: 'after all, is it men I am trying to please, or God?'
In other words, I don't see the same parallel you see: that both Russell and the modern Governing Body struggled to understand Matthew 24:45 in a way to avoid an awkward view. From what I can see, the only parallel is that ultimately both Russell and the GB made the same mistake, a mistake that makes Matthew 24:45 even more awkward in trying to explain it in context, and when trying to keep it from contradicting the rest of the Bible.
A much less awkward understanding had already been available to and accepted by Russell for many years prior to his view that he personally was acting as the FDS/FWS.
Claiming that the FDS/FWS was one individual, and accepting himself as the one person who could then claim that role, is about as awkward as @TrueTomHarley claiming that because he once had a good neighborly experience taking care of a robbery victim, that he is, individually in his person, the "True Neighbor" of Luke 10:29-37.
Just as "True Tom" can claim to be the "True Neighbor" that answers the question: "Who really is my neighbor?" the Governing Body can claim to be the answer to the question "Who really is the faithful and discreet slave?"
[See how dangerous it is to join this thread, TTH?]

I agree, which is why I made the comment that it was not necessarily even unscriptural. It just "sounds" even more wrong when juxtaposed with so many other Matthew 24 interpretations he made.
Of course, I can't explain why he troubled himself to say that this also made it appropriate to apply to himself and others of the "high calling" additional titles such as "Eternal Father" and "The Prophet Greater than Moses." And it seems to diminish the sacrifice that Jesus made when men such as Russell would claim to be a necessary part of that great propitiatory sacrifice. Very few members of that class that we identify as the modern anointed remnant since the late 1800's, including Russell, have ever "sacrificed" even a tiny fraction compared to what Jesus sacrificed. The most well-known of that class among us in more recent decades have spent the greater part of their life in the comfort of an organizational bureaucracy.

SM – my point is, I don’t really care what the Watchtower may or may not have “bunkered” away.  The bigger evil is played out in the “heavenly” realm and affects the motivation of its leaders. Yet, anything is possible by an organization that practices spiritual deceit and lacks integrity toward upholding God’s Word. Eph 6:12
The Watchtower is not in the dark concerning where the trust money comes from, but the rank and file have been for years.  I suppose if there was a brothel listed among the companies you may take a different view of this trust money coming into the hands of the Watchtower?  You are on the other side of the Watchtower fence.  Although you have nicely explained how the trust funds develop and are used, the truth is, the money has been accrued and used by the very organization that teaches its members to be “no part of the world”.  The money the Watchtower open-handedly accepts with no questions comes from companies that its members would be disfellowshipped for working for.  In fact, they may not be approved for baptism if working for a military company, when readying themselves to join the organization.
It is hypocrisy and deceit, a fact kept until recently, from the rank and file who have believed it is only through their donations that Watchtower’s building projects are funded, as well as a preaching work that is taught as leading people out of the world and into a spiritual paradise.
Thank you for listing the companies. This scripture has a startling deeper meaning to me when applying it to the leaders of the Watchtower...
“Then the devil, taking Him up on a high mountain, showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.  And the devil said to Him, “All this authority I will give You, and their glory; for this has been delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I wish.  Therefore, if You will worship before me, all will be Yours.”  Luke 4:5-7

Expressions and conversations are sometimes misunderstood.
I remember being in a bar in England, I obviously being from America, because I was wearing a cowboy hat, and two somewhat large women were having a conversation that sounded like Scottish to me and they both had red hair, about something about the original Star Trek that interested me, so I sat down beside them and asked if they had ever met James Doohan, who played Scotty on Star Trek.
The taller redhead asked why I would think that?
I replied, because they were both Scots.
They replied "We're Wales ... Wales ... not Scots!"
I then asked if I could buy the two whales a drink.

@AllenSmith34 The Bible speaks of many nobles, Lords, princes and leaders, however among all of them there is but one who is the great one and the leader, this one is God's chosen one, and is above all due to authority and power given to him, in addition to this one's position as the Chief Angel. Archangel, however, is never mention in plural form, occurrences being 2-3 times I believe, and it is often in singular form. But that is correct, just as all of elohim are called gods and or godlike ones, even among them, such ones are called princes, leaders and nobles, but only one stands up among all of them. For Jesus, also being both Michael/Immanuel, has this title Prince of Peace, which tells us that the Christ/Messiah will be given this title, coming from Isaiah 9:6 in respects to the customs of the Jews regarding given names. The reason of this title -  because the authority, the government that God will place on his shoulders will be a peace without end.

--- in short and concise words, please explain me what do you mean by expression "inspired Bible text"?
  21. Confused
Foreigner reacted to Space Merchant in Jesus and Michael
Over the centuries there has been uninspired canons that some believed in only to discover such is false, this also goes for the case of the Bible itself, an example would the the changed, forged and or uninspired text that has entered the Bible around the 16th century, of such is still believed by some because it appears in the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible. The hypocrisy is some translations are often attacked by Trinitarians as well as others among the mainstream, an example would be the AS, the NIV, and several others, of which some target for omitting verses from the Bible, this is the same case with the JW's translation of the Bible, granted they and many others had no choice but to adhere to the KJV years ago. I threw this information to Allen some weeks ago, I may as well make it known here to show that there is a total showing of hypocrisy by those who cry and rant about omitted verses: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_New_Testament_verses_not_included_in_modern_English_translations
As for the question posed, it is not a matter of who, anyone who knows the Bible's History knows exactly of what is being addressed, the Bible in it's original forum is of the 4th century source alone, although, some tried to challenge change with uninspired views only to be stopped by the church fathers, one of which I had made mention to you before Eusebius of Caesarea (ad 260/265 – 339/340).
That being said, as for The Book of Enoch, it is not Bible Canon, nor does it ever appear in the oldest source, to say otherwise makes the claim neigh impossible to prove because the truth is the truth. We know this because The Book of Enoch is an apocryphal text, also referred to as pseudepigraphic text meaning falsely attributed written works, for such texts that claim authorship when it has nothing to do with the true author, and or a work whose real author. Moreover, it covers the false ascription of names of authors to works, even to authentic works that make no such claim within their text whatsoever. But obviously, such is widely accepted by many, even though it is evident that such is incorrect in attribution of authorship may make a completely authentic text appear apocryphal (pseudepigraphic), thus why Textual and Literary criticism exist.
Now this book is falsely ascribed to Enoch and came about sometime during the 1st and or 2nd centuries B.C.E., it is a collection of extravagant and unhistorical Jewish myths, exegetical elaborations on the brief Genesis mention and references to Enoch. Therefore many man who takes and loves God's inspired Word will not be foolish to be take any apocryphal as inspired, thus such, this Book of Enoch, as well as Jubilee and Tomas, are uninspired and not Biblical Canon, but clearly it seems quite easy to fool a man nowadays, even back in those ancient times.
I also like to add that is 100% accepted by and consider as canon by such ones like The Ethiopian Orthodox Church, in addition to those of mainstream Christendom, and only them.
As for inspired and not inspired text, clearly in this domain you are still confused. The I am making a references to is inspired text vs. uninspired text in the Bible, namely verses that have been forged like 1 John 5:7, 1 Timothy 3:16, or perhaps added man made verses such as Acts 8:37 and several others. Inspired text originates from the 4th century source ( Septuagint/LXX), while the uninspired came about in the 16th century, for such was added into God's Word thus making the confusion, granted that the KJV Bible was pretty much forced upon many people.
Then you may want to re-check of what you addressed on Jude 9. There is a good reason why I brought up Zechariah 3:2. And if you are still lost, cross-references can help you greatly, that is why I cited them for you. If that does not suffice, simply check here: https://www.openbible.info/labs/cross-references/search?q=Jude+1%3A9
That being said, I had already addressed that these verses are not just cross-references, but are parallel from each other, clearly we see this same person not in a position to rebuke the Devil in the presence of God, mainly in God's dwelling place. there are only 2 Lords (that alone should be obvious) being spoke here, hence the references, and the rest should be child's play on who has said what - this also goes for the one who was responsible for casting Satan and his demons out of Heaven.
But out of curiosity, however, which Bible Translation you are using? For I know only few translations to not make references to connecting verses and or cite places and or words in reference.

The JW reads Luke 14:29, but let’s include the scriptures before and after –
Now as Jesus proceeded on his journey, great crowds accompanied him, and he turned and spoke to them, “If anyone comes to me without ‘hating’ his father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, and even his own life, he cannot be a disciple of mine. The man who will not take up his cross (“figuratively, exposure to death, i.e. self-denial”)   and follow in my footsteps cannot be my disciple.
28-30 “If any of you wanted to build a tower, wouldn’t he first sit down and work out the cost of it, to see if he can afford to finish it? Otherwise, when he has laid the foundation and found himself unable to complete the building, everyone who sees it will begin to jeer at him, saying, ‘This is the man who started to build a tower but couldn’t finish it!’
31-33 “Or, suppose there is a king who is going to war with another king, doesn’t he sit down first and consider whether he can engage the twenty thousand of the other king with his own ten thousand? And if he decides he can’t, then, while the other king is still a long way off, he sends messengers to him to ask for conditions of peace. So it is with you; only the man who says goodbye to all his possessions can be my disciple.

The “theocratic construction projects” in Bible times were the building of temples, which God blessed with his Holy Spirit. 2 Chron 7:1    Within these early temples, a sanctioned priesthood offered holy sacrifices – burnt offerings, grain, sin, peace, thank, gift and trespass offerings - each one significant in being fulfilled once and for all, by Christ. Col 2:14; Heb 8:1,2  What sort of sacrifices are performed in the Watchtower ‘temples’, and to whom? They are all unholy, pagan sacrifices offered by “slaves” to “Jehovah’s organization”.  Rom 6:16  And who acts as “temple” priests?  An unanointed elder body.  Rev 13:1,2,4, 11,14-18; 2 Thess 2:3,4   https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2+Chron+7%3A1%3B+Col+2%3A14%3B+Heb+8%3A1%2C2%3B+Rom+6%3A16%3B++Rev+13%3A1%2C2%2C4%2C+11%2C14-18%3B+2+Thess+2%3A3%2C4+&version=NKJV
If today there are to be, spiritual sacrifices to be offered by an appointed priesthood, is there a need for a PHYSICAL temple?   The only Temple sanctioned by God, is built on Christ, the foundation cornerstone of the SPIRITUAL Temple, comprised of “living stones”, who are the anointed in Christ. 1 Cor 3:16,17
CAN YOU SEE THAT THE ENTIRETY OF THE WATCHTOWER – IT’S “IMAGE” AS A “SPIRIT-DIRECTED ORGANIZATION” AND ITS PLENTIFUL ESTATES COMPARED TO EARLY TEMPLES ARE ALL…
    IDOLS?
Can you discern that the CORNERSTONE of God’s true Temple has been rejected by your leaders, JWs, and is replaced with an idol? 1 Pet 2:6-8 https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1+Pet+2%3A6-8&version=NKJV
“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.  The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.  But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand.  The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”  Matt 7:24-27
God does not accept the variety of physical temples including “Bethel”, as well as a spiritual temple/Zion which the Watchtower claims is both an earthly and heavenly “organization”.   This is the 360-degree illusion the Wt. has created.   What Temple isn’t mentioned by your leaders and which has lost significance in the JW mind? It is Watchtower’s hidden target for “trampling” - the Temple/holy priesthood belonging to the Father under the “woman” covenant.  Matt 24:15; Dan 8:11; Rev 13:6,7; Gal 4:26; Rev 12:1,13  More praise is given to what man’s hands have built and the image it portrays, than God’s invisible building within the anointed. 1 Cor 3:9  As a result, “Jehovah’s” awe-inspiring “spirit-directed organization” is easily accepted and revered.  Rev 13:4  https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matt+24%3A15%3B+Dan+8%3A11%3B+Rev+13%3A6%2C7%3B+Gal+4%3A26%3B+Rev+12%3A1%2C13%3B1+Cor+3%3A9%3B+Rev+13%3A4++&version=NKJV
Jesus said, only the man who says goodbye to all his possessions can be my disciple.  He mentioned what that encompasses, in Luke 14:26, what we must “hate”, “disregard”, “love less”.  When we see the Watchtower for the idol it is, and reject it to serve the Father and Christ, we have calculated the cost of following Christ.  We know we can lose our family members and the life we once had in the organization.
“Then he called his disciples and the people around him, and said to them, “If anyone wants to follow in my footsteps, he must give up all right to himself, take up his cross and follow me. The man who tries to save his life will lose it; it is the man who loses his life for my sake and the Gospel’s who will save it. What good can it do a man to gain the whole world at the price of his own soul? What can a man offer to buy back his soul once he has lost it? If anyone is ashamed of me and my words in this unfaithful and sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when he comes in the Father’s glory with the holy angels around him.”   Mark 8:34-38
Jesus said, “I can guarantee this truth: Anyone who gave up his home, brothers, sisters, mother, father, children, or fields because of me and the Good News will certainly receive a hundred times as much here in this life. They will certainly receive homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children and fields, along with persecutions. But in the world to come they will receive eternal life.”  Mark 10:29-30
JWs, you know the law covenant and its sacrifices are fulfilled in CHRIST. Acts 13:23,32; Gal 3:16; Heb 8:3-6  His body replaced the physical temple of worship. John 4:24; 2:19-22; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Eph 4:15  https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Acts13%3A23%2C32%3B+Gal.3%3A16%3B+Heb+8%3A3-6%3B+John+4%3A24%3B+2%3A19-22%3B+1+Cor+3%3A16%2C17%3B+Eph+4%3A15+&version=NKJV
There isn’t a new “covenant” God decreed with the Watchtower organization and its many slanted definitions of “temple”; but with His anointed priesthood/”living stones”/firstfruits; who, through the sacrificial offering of their lives and Witness to Truth, become sealed into the Temple of God.  Lev 10:11; Mal 2:7; Num 8:18,19; 1 Cor 15:23; James 1:18; Heb 8:1,2; 12:22-24   Their actions of faithfulness lead to the “healing of the nations”.  Rom 8:19-22; Rev 22:1,2  https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Lev+10%3A11%3B+Mal+2%3A7%3B+Num+8%3A18%2C19%3B+1+Cor+15%3A23%3B+James+1%3A18%3B+Heb+8%3A1%2C2%3B+12%3A22-24%3BRom+8%3A19-22%3B+Rev+22%3A1%2C2&version=NKJV
About priestly sacrifices, Pearl Doxsey comments:
“Animal sacrifices ended for God's new Nation, with the sacrifice of Jesus Christ (Rom.10:4; 1Cor.5:7; Heb.10:10; 9:12,13,14,15)
The New Covenant involves new sacrifices from it's members (Hosea6:6; Heb.13:15; Rev.6:9; Eph.5:2; Psalm141:2; Rev.5:8; 8:4; Rom.12:1;Phil.2:17). For those in the New Covenant, there is a new sacrifice of life, and new gift offering.
When Daniel mentions the end of the daily sacrifice (Daniel12:11; Rev.6:9; Rom.6:3; Psalm51:17), it also referred to the "gift offering" (Dan.9:27  "he shall cause the zevach [sacrifice] and the minchah [gift offering] to cease) Heb.13:15. [I believe this is the same period when there is a "half-hour" of "silence in heaven" (Rev.8:1; Job.12:19,20; Lam.2:10; Amos8:2,3; Isa.42:14; Rev.12:2)]. I believe this to be the period while Satan is successful in "trampling the Holy Place" (Dan.8:13Rev.11:2) into a condition of sleep and inebriation (Matt.25:1,5; 5:13; Jer.51:7;Rev.18:3), through the lying signs and portents of the Wild Beast (2Thess.2:3,4,9; Rev.12:15; 16:13,14,15; 13:11,13,14; Matt.24:24; Col.2:8). This is when the "gift offering" being offered by the anointed "priests", ceases (1Pet.2:5; Rom.15:16; 1Tim.4:16; 2Pet.1:8; Col.1:10).”   (4womaninthewilderness)
When are the thanksgiving and gift offerings resumed by today’s priesthood?  In Hezekiah’s day, it was when the temple doors were reopened, and when the process of consecrating the temple and priests was finished.  2 Chron 29:15-17  Now, it is during this Marriage Feast, that Temple members who have realized Christ as their Head resulting in their “death” at the hands of the Beast/organization, and are cleansed of all Wt. lies.  Rev 11:1-4,7,8; 13:15-17; 3:18-20; Mal 3:1-5 They can then present their spiritual offerings acceptable before the Lord.  1 Pet 2:5; Heb 13:15  https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2+Chron+29%3A15-17%3B+Rev+11%3A1-4%2C7%2C8%3B+13%3A15-17%3B+3%3A18-20%3B+Mal+3%3A1-5%3B+1+Pet+2%3A5%3B+Heb+13%3A15&version=NKJV
On the other hand, the Harlot/governing body will have her “exposure to “death”, but not as a result of turning to Christ.  She will be brought down by the organization she presently relishes.  Rev 13:11,12; 17:12,13,15-18

"YHWHÂ’s name is a strong tower:
the righteous run to Him, and are safe."
We know that scripture like the back of our hand, but keep reading:

The rich man’s wealth is his strong city,
like an unscalable wall in his own imagination.
Before destruction the heart of man is proud,
        but before honor is humility."
    Ps 18:10-12

Last I check the end has not occurred - yet. But the whole deal with nations and the mobilization of religious leaders is something rather interesting and at the same time rather telling, which speaks volumes compared to what is said by those in support and as well as those who partook in what went down in the last several years in regards to religion. But as I stated before, not everyone is paying attention to these things and or unaware, and what has been taking place in the world of religion, clearly little to no one here is aware of it either. That being said, I do not know if you are making a joke or not, but just know there are people, less fortunate than you, who do not take such things as a joke, mainly if they take the bible seriously, I am sure American Christians understand how Christians overseas feel, mainly when nations are at times in their business. Speaking of 2034, there has been talk about religious globalization by the year of 2030, around that time, due to the state of mainstream Christianity, people leaving the church, mind you, this excludes Christian minorities because they are not the affected, is on the decline, for the talk of unity has been known early 2000s, around years later said unity has been in profess of religious leaders joining forces, some of them who didn't like each other originally, but now accept each other, 2014-2015 said unity and various movements connected to the sole group in question have been rallying people of all faiths around the globe, in the US alone, thousands upon thousands was recorded via partaking and or being for said event, which connects back to the religious leaders around the world. Fast forward to now, Christianity is at a decline as this movement works on to convert and rally more people, Texas will be the next target this fall, and of course those they will go for are the ones obviously blind, while the Americas, Christianity is also going down and it is deemed not White enough, as they say, the list goes on.
You do not see it, but some see it, myself influenced, since I am well aware of Kairos and several others, as well as the whole protest is not over nonsense with Catholics and Protestants, an the like.
Other then that, it isn't a time to be slacking around at all, for the bible itself makes it clear for us to be vigilant and not be caused to stumble, and when a time does arrive, endurance is key - literally, for times before the end times will be very very devastating and hard to deal with, situations will be far worse, the same for each individual and household, perhaps far worse than the same household mind you. People will be scouring food like its Black Friday, minus the electronics. And clearly during such a time religion and or practice of said religion clearly not of the nation, will subject you to persecution, and it will not be pretty, especially if you are a male, for we have had examples in the past.
So it will be quite serious before the conclusion, 2 Timothy 3:1-17 is but one of many examples in scripture. And when the Christ does indeed come, he will not bring peace, no, he will bring a sword, and we all know what swords can do (they don't tickle either), and with said sword he will carry out justice in his Father's name and of course doing so by means of Shalach Principle, since God did give Jesus power and authority, as well as making him the chef agent of the angels, God's army, so therefore, it will be quite the calamity and those among the righteous, the meek and the upright will clearly be the ones to survive such a day.
Matthew 10:34 - “Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword." - Jesus
That being said, just next time know there is people out there who are very serious of such things and awaiting for God to allow the Christ to return again, to vanquish evil from the face of this earth, but such people who do not take the bible seriously will not even think of such or but in mind that their own brothers and sisters out there are indeed serious.
In Noah's day, people were fooling around with him, but they got what was to come, the same in regards to those who were told not to return to the city, and such people ended up has targets to their very enemies.
A serious Christian take bible matters very serious, mainly when it comes to the end times and tribulations.
