The Kingdom Halls, The Public Libraries, and the Gun Stores.
Here in the USA you have probably posted a GREAT recruiting tome FOR considering Jehovah's Witnesses !
Not so much, methinks in England, which had to be rescued from the Germans by the Americans TWICE, the second time courtesy of Neville Chamberlain and his limp-wristed ilk, and all the pansy-faced Snowflakes that thought like him.

Well it's quite funny to read this comment right now as I've just posted, on my FB / Ex JW page, about JW's that have a stockpile of weapons in their own homes. And how they love to talk about war and about men being run over by vehicles and having their heads blown off. Very Christian attitude, not. 
And how it seems fine with the GB for 'brothers' in the USA to stockpile guns, and how those 'brothers' seem to have a love for weapons of war..
I'm sure my readers will find it interesting. 
I got the idea of copy and paste from the Kid, so I copied and pasted from this blog to my FB. 

Like I've said before people can make excuses for almost any action. The GB and it's Org are very good at it. 
Um, I thought the JW Org was 'no part of the world', so why would it interest itself in the economy of the world. 
I had a nephew that was really good at poker and won quite a fortune, so to him it wasn't gambling.  

.... we agree, these are parables ......and NOT ticket for WTJWORG to enter in various financial schemes (with members money).  .... only if members gave them their written consent for such activity, job that is no more religious/charity activity but money making activity.   

For the life of me, I don’t know why anyone would ever downvote a comment.
I can easily see why one would upvote, but to downvote?
It is like booing and hissing the villains when they appear on the stage. They’re villains. That is understood. Why the need of all the theatrics to boo and hiss?

Because it creates a whole different set of problems when,  at the computer monitor, you throw vegetables !

Here we have confusion about Bible verses and meaning. Can we conclude from Jesus' words that He supported the financial and economic system of the Jewish and Roman Monetary System?
Parables and Illustrations or Verbatim Advice what do do with Money? :)))
What is Spiritual and what is Literal? What is Story Lesson?  
"...you knew, did you, that I reaped where I did not sow and gathered where I did not winnow?"  - Is this Jesus, Master you want as King? 

Yeah ......and after we repeat something he was said, from Bible, we continue with our safe interpretation of meaning :)))
 

Okay, time’s up. I am not rescinding that part of how judicial committees are superior to the world’s system of justice, even if you give me 100 likes.
I mean, you must really really really give them a run for their money, if you are even the slightest bit there as you are here. Yes, maybe they should exert superhuman effort to discover that beneath your incendiary manner, there lies a loveable fuzz ball. However, I have exerted such effort and even i could not swear that it is the case.

It is the fact that they have been kept secret for so long that has resulted in so many court cases Earthwide now. And if TTH thinks the GB / JW Org / W/t has a much better track record it must be because A. the internal 'court cases' have been kept secret, B. There are far more worldly cases than JW cases. 
I like that JTR Jr uses the expression " than OUR system, where everything is done in darkness, behind closed doors, and anonymously.
Luke 8 v 17. is a good scripture here. 
And I just have to repeat what James wrote here :-
It is an abomination when the Nations have a better system than we do,  and THEIR Justice System imitates what we know from the Bible worked well for thousands of years .... and OUR Congregational system imitates how it is done by tyrants practicing evil.
So James, do you still invite people into your Kingdom Hall ? Do you still go on the ministry ? 
Do you invite innocent people to be taught by tyrants practicing evil. ?
I'm sure you and others are beginning to understand why i left that 'collection of organisations'.

True Justice ONLY comes from Jehovah God and Jesus Christ .... all else, without exception, is only PERHAPS an attempt at Justice.
That is why the process is called "Due Process".
You get the process that is due ... HOPEFULLY it will approximate Justice.

I would prefer my case (if any) to be heard by a jury of 12 men, good and true, with all the above deficiencies not present, any day, on any subject.
For several thousand years the Jews had a system like that, EVERYTHING open, transparent, and public .... with trials held in the city gates, for all to see, and comment, and KNOW that either Justice had been served or that it had been perverted.
The Nations of the World's model of seeking Justice more closely resembles that ... than OUR system, where everything is done in darkness, behind closed doors, and anonymously.
I was the subject of a Congregational Committee Trial once, and the three judging me REFUSED TO TELL ME THEIR NAMES.
Can you imagine a trial in the USA where you cannot know the names of those judging you?
It is an abomination when the Nations have a better system than we do,  and THEIR Justice System imitates what we know from the Bible worked well for thousands of years .... and OUR Congregational system imitates how it is done by tyrants practicing evil.

Tom uses a lot of words just to say that the JW Lawyers are actually villains used by the GB, to do the dirty work of trying to get rid of Victims of Child Abuse that are now putting in claims,  in the JW Org. 
A bit like the religious leaders of the Jews using the Romans to do their dirty work when 'riding themselves of Jesus Christ'. 
Yes the GB do get some of their ideas from scripture.

I never comment on what the lawyers are up to because it is a tangled mess that they must operate in where justice does not necessarily prevail.
The courts, particularly the civil courts, are not so much a forum to establish truth as they are a forum to establish blame. There is some overlap here, but they are far from the same thing. 
In a real forum for establishing truth, you lay out each and every fact, in no particular order, without regard for whether it makes you look good or not. If you do that in the courtroom modeled on the adversarial system of justice, your adversary sifts through the facts, seizes the one most to his advantage and your detriment, and beats you over the head with it. 
Is it not so? Anybody who has ever watched a lawyer show on television knows it. Lawyers themselves know it. “Anyone who acts as his own lawyer in court has a fool for a client,” they say. Why would they say this were it not common knowledge that there are endless headgames and intrigues played out in the courtroom, and anyone who does not know how to play the game gets his head handed to him on a platter.
In many areas, a significant conflict of interest is enough for a person to be removed from the venue. In the field of lawyers, it is the name of the game.
I would prefer my case heard by a judicial committee any day. No, they are not perfect. It is just that they have a better track record than the alternative.

Are they, all this different entities and advisors in the one and same "channel of communication" ? Because GB doctrine teach that existing Only One Channel of Communication in mediating, of what is god's word and will, between god and JW members? 
All Lawyers, who working in all this various entities and corporations, to support religion of JW, have successfully produced a network of wells and channels by which water goes in all directions and from many sources.
Can such water be safe for drinking?

On a more serious note though. If as I think you said, the GB /Wt / JW Org (who it seems are 3 separate entities ) are investing in the 'stocks', is it possible to trace exactly what stocks they are investing in.  There are always rumours of course but is it possible to find the truth. Do any of those 3 have to publicly show who they are investing in ? 
Another strange thing, if they are 'charities' non profit making, then surely 'playing the stock exchange' is making profit. 

Anyone who has any money at all must park it somewhere when not in immediate use. Large swaths of the market far emphasize safety of principle over its increase. After all, if you do nothing at all, you lose your principle due to inflation.

And don’t think that you are springing any sneaky traps on anyone. Talk to my financial advisor, @Witness And then just link to the thread that already exists. I’m not about to reinvent the wheel here.

Well.....if you insist upon going there, then you must also include Pharoah’s daughter, who went down to the Nile bank and withdrew a small prophet.

Should/could this sort of worldly basic idea be possible to find in this spiritual advice: "Therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves." 
If yes, perhaps Jesus was not only spiritual Teacher but also successful Wall Street Investment Advisor?
