Many words put people into an "Alpha State" of mind, which lowers their mental acuity dramatically.  When someone can answer a question with one sentence, and I get a half-hour dissertation on the history of the Universe. I either walk away, or interrupt with "Is there a bottom line to this story?"
I have found most three day Assemblies can be covered in a two page email.... and save three days, and $400.

We should be very suspicious of any individual or group of people who assume controlling religious authority.

I have no authority over anyone.  How can someone on the outside exalt himself over those who refuse to acknowledge them?

What they practice, Jesus condemned. Matt 24:48-51  And all JWs who condone this practice, obey men and not Christ.  2 Cor 11:20; Acts 5:29
Since the Watchtower finally admits that Christendom is not the "anti-typical" Jerusalem, then, as I said here:

It is regretful that you are so blind, Allen.  We have strayed very far from the topic; yet, I refer back to the topic by saying those who put their faith in men and an earthly organization, which rules others by it's own laws and decrees, while holding the Bible in one hand, cannot hear what Jesus is telling them.
“Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say? As for everyone who comes to me and hears my words and puts them into practice, I will show you what they are like.  They are like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock.  What did Christ say; to come to "Jehovah's organization", or did he say, "come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."  Matt 11:28   
The Watchtower calls such individuals who simply do what Jesus said, as apostates; who's faith is apparently "garbage and needs to be torn down."  Rev 13:16,17

Oh dear Billy you have simply lost the plot, or more likely are being blinded by the Devil. 
The Anointed are the 144,000. The scriptures are for the Anointed. Only the Anointed go to heaven to be with God and Christ. 
The Anointed are the body of Christ, the Bride of Christ, Heavenly Jerusalem. 
Everyone else is of the earthly class. Remember that God intends to restore this Earth to a paradise. 
A resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteous. Well the unrighteous wouldn't be resurrected to heaven would they ? 
I don't pretend to fully understand all scripture and I don't pretend to be Anointed either. 
The time is not yet here for God to fully reveal who the Anointed are otherwise people that were really seeking truth would know who the Anointed are. 
I'm now quite sure that you Billy are not a JW, you are just a wind up merchant. You know nothing of scripture and nothing of truth. 
 

You believe today's Watchtower lie about the Body of Christ.   The above written in 1963, was surprisingly, truth. How long have you been a JW?  

And if the GB and Org did their job properly they would announce name of person and sin committed directly from the platform.  Why hide it ? 
Is it just parents that need to know these things ? No. Quite often grandparents, carers and other congregants take children to the meetings. No longer is the rule that children must sit with their parents at the meetings. Children sit with lots of different people. The  whole congregation should be told directly from the platform. 
It's because things are kept hidden that the Org now has such a serious problem concerning Child Sex Abuse accusations. 

Some people will always live in a fantasy construct, made of words. 
When I was a small boy for me it was Superman Comics, and TV show.  I would wear a towel as a cape, fastened with a clothes pin, and look for things to jump off of,
One time I jumped off a back yard furnace oil tank, into a pile of broken cola bottles, barefooted.
My Uncle tightly rolled me up in a blanket to extract the glass from my bloodied, lacerated feet.
I hope that Billy's continuous leaping to agenda driven conclusions will not be as bloodied, or as painful, as my experience.

Of course any policy can not be implemented. But that is not Alexandra’s statement. Her statement is that there is no policy to specifically warn parents in the event of child sexual abuse. 
Had she just read the easily available online JW policy, she would have known that the whole thrust of her point is bogus.

Notification for congregation:
We inform our brothers to be cautious. Anyone who left the house without an umbrella on a rainy day, could be wet.

@TrueTomHarley  I remember a case of a brother being reproved from the platform, and as it happens he had previously visited my wife and I, with his wife, to tell us that he was about to be reproved. He had been out with a group of brothers, one of them being an elder, they had gone into Exeter and he had got drunk and been sick on the train home, as he wasn't used to 'going out drinking'.
One almost funny point though not important, the elder was on holiday overseas when this brother was reproved, so the elder was well out of the way and not involved. But my point is that only a few of us in the congregation knew why this brother was being reproved. 
The point of that article is that, most people in a congregation DO NOT KNOW WHY THE PERSON IS REPROVED...
Therefore it is not a protection to those who do not know the 'sin committed'. 
I remember a tiny bit of scripture whereby the apostle Paul is counselling congregation because a member of said congregation was  having sex with his father's wife. 1 Corinthians 5 v1 & 2
Actually sexual immorality is reported among you, and such immorality as is not even found among the nations—of a man living with his father’s wife. And are you proud of it? Should you not rather mourn, so that the man who committed this deed should be taken away from your midst?  
If Paul wasn't frightened to mention the deed and the man then why should the Org be frightened of it ? 
I fully agree with @James Thomas Rook Jr. when he says :-

I cannot understand why the GB /Org does not announce fully the reason for reproval and reason for disfellowshipping alongwith the person's name.. 
It would seem worse to me to reprove a person and not give a reason as then the congregants are left being suspicious of the person that was reproved. 
Tom, you and Space Merchant and a few others seem to believe that just because a 'policy' is written down, that it will always be adhered to. Let's hear it again JTR Jr

Tell me TTH, what do you regard as genuine ‘apostasy,’ ?
Are you one of those that believes that if a person leaves the JW Org they become a non believer in God ?
What is an apostate in your viewpoint.  It is a person that turns away from a former religion ? Or is it a person that turns away from God ? 

It's great to read some humour from Billy the child, on here. He is sooo funny. For instance and I quote  :-

I would really like to know exactly whom Billy means by 'the Watchtower'. He never gives me a straight answer when i ask him.
To me the Watchtower is a magazine. Yes also the Watchtower and Bible Tract Society. 
But, who exactly is Billy referring to when he says "The Watchtower reverted to being like the first-century apostles with scriptural understanding" ? Does Billy mean the GB ? or the Writing Department ? Or whom ?  Who knows.
Anyway this Watchtower society which was formed in 1881 as Zion's Watchtower and renamed in 1896, has made so many blunders that it is completely inadequate for spiritual guidance as it cannot be trusted to provide true facts. It shows itself as not having any guidance from God or by Holy Spirit. 
If Billy wants to serve an idol, 'The Watchtower', that is of course his choice. However, as Srecko mentioned, serving Almighty God through Jesus Christ, is the correct way to do it. 
Billy ends his comment with a belter :-
"  Either you obey Gods laws and commandments, or you don't. It's that simple. How will false religion (false Christendom) accomplish that? "
Um Billy, I think you have such a bad memory or you just cannot bring yourself to acknowledge the failure of that Society / Organisation which you worship. The Watchtower and it's JW Org do not serve God properly and because they are not chosen by God, they cannot supply the 'right food at the proper time'.  Everything they do is guesswork and when they get it wrong they simply guess again, and get it wrong again. 
Scripture 'This generation will by no means pass away.' How many times have they changed the meaning of this one ? 
'The superior authorities'. How many times did they change the meaning of this one and WHY ? 
Billy the proof is there before your eyes. The Watchtower / GB / JW Org / Society, have no idea of truth and are not guided by God or by holy spirit. 

Well the Watchtower / GB / JW Org certainly do the equivalent of offering children in the fire to Molech, with their protection of pedophiles in the Org.  
And the GB / Org do put the Elders in place of the Anointed. So yes Billy your Watchtower Society do worship false gods and you worship the Watchtower.  

@Witness The scriptures you have quoted convince me even more that the Greek scriptures were written to and for the Anointed only. It is my opinion that only the Anointed can fully understand God's written word. 
As for Billy the child, no hope remains it seems  

Because those not of the anointed are supposed to say "We will go with you people because God is with you people" 
It's not that we would serve men, but i do believe that God will give information through men. (Not the GB of JW Org)
I've said many times before that the Bible was not written for those who are not Anointed.  It was written for the Anointed. 
There is a scripture somewhere that says 'they' won't have to be taught, because it will automatically be in their hearts. 
Hence the anointed will teach others. But in my humble opinion, God has not yet made it known who those Anointed are. 
That is one reason I think we are a long way from Judgement Day. God has much work to do yet to make His people known to all the Earth. 

I would have thought the simple answer would be, The Anointed. 
But the difficult bit is knowing who the anointed are. 
Which brings me back to 'Ten men clinging to the robe of a Jew'  How are we supposed to know who the spiritual Jew is ?

And half the nation was controlled by Democrats and had a whole race of men and women enslaved.

In fact. Thomas Jefferson, the author of the first statement, was a slave owner.
