@TrueTomHarley You must watch a lot of television or films or something as you seem to reference so many things I've never heard of. Both you and Arauna make references to things that have no meaning to me. (Perhaps I lead a sheltered life).

But then your words "Perhaps then your credentials for condemning everything under the sun will improve.", are too general. You know that I don't condemn 'everything'.  Paul's words, as I mentioned "Hate what is evil", prove the point. 
It is because I hate what is evil, that i cannot be part of the CCJW right now.... I am not saying that 'everything' about the Org is evil, but that certain things are.... And @JW Insider certainly seems to find 'discrepancies' in the 'teachings' of the Org. 1914 seems to be suspect for instance. So it's not only what you and others call my 'favorite subject' that holds me back, but also some of the teachings and 'rules'.  I admit to being at a complete loss right now. You laugh at my idea of a True Anointed but it's the only way forward as far as I can see. You also laugh at my idea of a much bigger 'Body of servants' taking the lead in the Org, but my point has been proven that so much can now be done via internet that a much bigger 'GB' type of leadership is easily possible with Anointed leaders from all around the Earth. 
But i will come back to the Org's teaching of "Only baptised JWs will be saved", and I'm not liable to be a JW for many years if things continue as they are in the Org. So, I will take the risk of doing what i think is right and stay away from the CCJW, and I will face the consequences. If i die for doing wrong then i can say i did wrong for the right reasons

I got it. Randomly I’ll hear Bill Gates whisper sweet nothings in my ear telling me to buy more Microsoft products, it’s a weird side effect, but on the plus side I grew an extra set of limbs making me much more productive at work. I’m hoping I’ll be a candidate for employee of the month now.

Personal decision:  love of neighbor (and self)  moved me (86) to get the first shot of moderna on February 5 along with my husband (89) and the second shot on March 5.  Spent one whole year watching the deaths climb to horrible levels. Researched the risks/benefits, pros/cons, and we decided we would rather be alive than dead.  No adverse reactions beside itchy arm for my husband and sore arm for me which was relieved by warm compress.   This was with the second shot.   Looking forward to being able to conduct my studies on a person to person, eye to eye level whenever we are given the ok by the GB. Also want hugs from my brothers and sisters when we are able to return to the KH.

No vaccine for me. I find it kinda funny that anyone who is Christian would allow their body to be misused volutarily.

Just a bit of clarity though. I have high blood pressure, I'm 71 years old, and my own dad died of a cerebral hemorrhage, so I think i have good reasons to say no to a vaccine. Many old folk are dying after having the vaccine here in England.. 
J & J  were found to have knowingly  allowed asbestos in their brand of talcum powder, so I certainly woud not trust them with an untested vaccine. All the covid vaccines are 'not tested' because there was never enough time allowed.

Jezebel is more noble in his eyes now. 
For the life of me, I don’t know why anyone gets into long exchanges with him. Have they nothing at all to do with their time? Plainly, he is deranged.

The OT text regulates slavery, meaning, it supports it as part of the social circumstances of the time. In the NT the matter of slavery is still relevant and nowhere is it described to be unacceptable to Christians. In fact, Paul also advises slaves to return to their master and be obedient (Ephesians 6). Isn't Paul "Christianly enlightened" so that he comes to understand that it is wrong to support slavery? Or did he obey the social injustices normal for the society of that time?
When did slavery begin to be abolished and why? Was it because of a sense of injustice and that it was contrary to the freedom God had given to man or because of the social changes in the political consciousness of those who participated in power? Or was it all mixed together?
So, Paul under “inspiration”, seems, supports slavery in the 1st century. What is inspired here? Paul's advice for slaves? Or is it inspired that the record became part of the Bible and shows how Paul gave counsel that was contrary to God’s love, but was already in accordance with the rights of slaveholders?
Well it looks like, whether something is right or wrong becomes a process that goes beyond the framework of "level of accurate knowledge", and biblical understanding and interpretation in the past and today. 
True Christian people in the past was good Christian despise their slaveholder position. Today JW Christian would be considered as bad Christian if would had slaves. What has changed? Bible text in Ephesians 6? Interpretation of same text? Or Human Society today?

This is why people leave the organization.  They see the leadership floundering at keeping their "house" built on shady, weak "foolish" teachings, stable.  But it will fall, as Jesus promises in his words here.  Why do people want to go down with it?  Why are they so foolish?

I think you should say "It depends on level of obedience to" the GB and the Org.  Because that is the truth of it.
