You’re such a loon, 4J. You’ve been told any number of times just who runs things here—it is entirely unremarkable—and you choose instead some paranoid and zany version.

I can see the game that the administration is playing here. They don't want to remove us completely as it would prove my point about them being Elders disfellowshipping people, just as they disfellowshipped John Butler and probably others. So the admin is playing games of moving comments and starting 'pretend new topics' to make those comments look silly stood alone. Everyone knows that a comment out of context does not stand properly. Well done admin, keep playing your games. Keep pretending it has some 'purpose'.  Hum, you get more like your GB all the time.

Patiently waiting for Truth got a reaction from Srecko Sostar in When i strongly criticize WTJWorg + GB + Helpers, why is this same to you as criticizing God?
@César Chávez  @Srecko Sostar is right.  Criticizing the GB, Watchtower or CCJW  IS NOT criticizing Almighty God or Jesus Christ.
If it was so, the when Jesus criticized the Pharisees he would have been criticizing his heavenly Father too.
CC do you know your problem ?  Well your problem is that you think your GB and their helpers are serving God. But in truth your GB and their helpers are not serving God at all.
As for association with the CCJW, well the CCJW changes it's teachings and rules and lots of hidden information has become available over the past years. What I'm saying is that the CCJW / Watchtower is not the same as it once was. So when a person of good Christian conscience realises how bad and immoral the CCJW has become and how it's teachings no longer teach TRUTH but has gone after it's own ambitions, then a good honest Christian will separate them selves from that immoral and wicked Organisation.
And when you, CC, say " Understand what Christian unity should mean, and the body of Christ is."
Do you, or the GB, actually understand either ?  The GB tell the Body of Christ, the True Anointed, not to gather together for prayer or to discuss scriptures. The GB say it would be working against the Holy Spirit if the True Anointed gathered together. So where is the unity of your GB with their 'Fellow Slaves' ?

These protesters want to throw away the constitution and everything it used to stand for in the past.  All past history must be eradicated and a new start must be given through revolution and the building of a new socially equalizing society and government.  Do not underestimate the power of these atheist, post modernist, cultural Marxists...… the constitution can easily be abandoned. There is much talk of it already....They want police to be abandoned at local level so that they can force a centralized police oversight in federal government..  This is similar to communism.
Police was always locally appointed so the central government cannot control it.  Trump is setting a dangerous precedent...but he is being forced into it by the riots which governors  are refusing to address.  They want anarchy....
For example, gun rights are protected and freedom of speech are protected by constitution...and property rights...… but in reality, freedom of speech is already curtailed, next, all will have to give in their guns.... and property rights are already being eroded at local level by "sustainable development NGOs" which were brought in by the Council on Foreign  Relations after adoption of UN Agenda 21.  The constitution is easy to change or abandon.  The constitution is only regarded as untouchable mostly by conservatives.
America will not be what it was before...…its constitution will not protect the individual and his rights any longer - USA will be come collectivist. How quick this will happen in future depends on the outcome of the next election. Does not matter who wins the next election - the acrimony will be worse than before the election, with disputes about vote counting, because both sides are being set up by propaganda that their side will win and both sides believe the other side is ready to steal the election.
USA will still stand when Armageddon comes but not like before.  An eighth king will take its place - the disgusting thing.
Equality sounds wonderful - I agree it is a Christian principle. But when equality is 'forced' on all humans and administered by a central government consisting of people only loyal to a central party and these party officials are not as equal as all the rest - it always becomes oppressive and dangerous.  The nature of atheism and totalitarian central government lends itself to disrespect life. (injustice is in all human systems but some kinds of governments liquidate their own population easier than others. When humans are asked to spy on their neighbors because their loyalty to the party is suspicious...…
Equality, as taught by Jehovah, comes from the heart - a true personal belief that we should not view ourselves as better than others and should treat others with justice because Jehovah is watching.  A true belief that we all must be self-controlling, self-sacrificing...…and just, kind, good, merciful etc. This is a true equality when all humans apply these principles from conviction.  When all willingly have a self-sacrificing personality which comes from WILLING obedience to a set of standards of justice (good and bad) which comes from Jehovah.  Human laws (human good and bad), enforced by humans over other humans, does not work because humans always protect their own interests and enforce laws unjustly.
Satan has tried to set up counterfeit utopias, both by means of religion and philosophy.  Communism promises an utopian government where all are equal.  Islam promises an utopian government which is religious - where the rulers are religious and all must be loyal to the religious leaders..... similar to Zionism.....
Zionism, the communist manifesto and islam have this in common ……  they believe in a human government that should rule the entire  world and bring in the future utopia..... but all under human rule - whether religious or secular.  In all these forms of government, the person has to divide loyalty to Jehovah and give a form of state worship. As in capitalism and democracy, where money or the self is worshipped, very little worship goes to Jehovah.
As you know I am NOT a fan of Islam... and I can understand why Russia had wars against the Chechnians and subdued them because they were a threat to the stability of the nation with terrorist attacks. Two girls in my congregation here in Georgia both have referred to the school that was taken over by the terrorists.... it was in the territory they lived in. Uighurs are not much different...… but my sense of right and wrong was outraged when I heard that they take children away from parents and re-train them in boarding schools where state propaganda is spoon-fed day and night.  I realized that they can do this to Witnesses.
This is the nature of a totalitarian regimes whether religious or secular, atheist.  Most Chinese now have their phones checked when they come back from abroad - to see if any religious etc. searches were done on the phone.  They do not like the ideas of freedom or rights to contaminate their citizens. This is similar to extreme Muslim countries where they also check citizen's phones when they come back from abroad.  I met many of them here in Georgia because I worked a minimum of 2 hours most days just in tourism - street work. I met wonderful and sweet Chinese people.....but they are forced to comply at peril of their life or a system that can take all their social credit away in one swoop.  This new social credit system is terrible and may soon come to the west... as Google and other global tech companies cooperated with the Chinese Central party to institute this system.  Facial recognition will be the method of social credit system in future..... in the west as well - by 2025.

Paul speaks of the rebellion of the Levites against Moses and Aaron. So it is a struggle for supremacy within the hierarchy. With this example, Paul speaks to the Corinthians who rebel against the counsel and teachings that Paul taught the congregation in Corinth. We can see a parallel because some were against Paul as an “apostle”.
What does this have to do with those JW or ex-JW who do not want to listen/obey to today's "apostles", who are constantly changing their own teachings?
WT+GB+Helpers+WT lawyers spiritual and physical deeds are revealed by their own actions. Nobody "slender" them.
Well, why you find yourself fit to judge me or someone else, than? Or, you think how only certain people in WT have privilege to judge other people in and out side WTJWorg, and  how that certain individuals are in Top Management of your organization?
So you are in favor of a collective approach?
Are you willing to bear the guilt of your brother who is a pedophile? Are you ready to bear the guilt of your elders and lawyers lying before a secular court and uses deception to cover up the real situation? Do you want to be judged for what you did not do?
I know of only one man who took the sins of all others and died for it. Are you ready to do the same? :))

In ex-YU some of people who listened JW preaching used to say how Jesus was first communist.
Communism (from Latin communis, 'common, universal')[1][2] is a philosophical, social, political, economic ideology and movement whose ultimate goal is the establishment of a communist society, namely a socioeconomic order structured upon the ideas of common ownership of the means of production and the absence of social classes, money[3][4] and the state.[5][6]

It is as I wrote in the introduction to Dear Mr. Putin - Jehovah’s Witnesses Write Russia:
[The Witness faith is “not the only minority faith to experience persecution in Russia. All of them do to some extent. Witnesses are in the vanguard – the first to have their organization outlawed, but many are shaking in their boots that they will be next.“
They are still shaking three years later. Many faiths in Russia experience “problems.” Only the Jehovah’s Witnesses have suffered their organization declared illegal, which vastly compounds the nature of their “problems.”

@TrueTomHarley You must watch a lot of television or films or something as you seem to reference so many things I've never heard of. Both you and Arauna make references to things that have no meaning to me. (Perhaps I lead a sheltered life).
Now as for your words of wisdom, "Why don’t you divert a little more energy towards the goal of being in that New World, you yo-yo?"  This is sensible......... But then your words "Perhaps then your credentials for condemning everything under the sun will improve.", are too general. You know that I don't condemn 'everything'.  Paul's words, as I mentioned "Hate what is evil", prove the point.
It is because I hate what is evil, that i cannot be part of the CCJW right now.... I am not saying that 'everything' about the Org is evil, but that certain things are.... And @JW Insider certainly seems to find 'discrepancies' in the 'teachings' of the Org. 1914 seems to be suspect for instance. So it's not only what you and others call my 'favorite subject' that holds me back, but also some of the teachings and 'rules'.  I admit to being at a complete loss right now. You laugh at my idea of a True Anointed but it's the only way forward as far as I can see. You also laugh at my idea of a much bigger 'Body of servants' taking the lead in the Org, but my point has been proven that so much can now be done via internet that a much bigger 'GB' type of leadership is easily possible with Anointed leaders from all around the Earth.
But i will come back to the Org's teaching of "Only baptised JWs will be saved", and I'm not liable to be a JW for many years if things continue as they are in the Org. So, I will take the risk of doing what i think is right and stay away from the CCJW, and I will face the consequences. If i die for doing wrong then i can say i did wrong for the right reasons

As i can recall Bible text, God has never forbidden people to express to him their questions, feelings, dilemmas, anger, disappointments, irrationality or their madness,  ...etc.
Well, conclusion is obvious. You are not entitled to forbid or judge things which God allows people. :))

I should have probably put this in the religious part of the forum. But I don't think any moderator/admin needs to move it. It's also appropriate that religion has come up, because religion has actually been one of the motivations behind much of the propaganda: Buddhist, Muslim, Falun Gong, Fundamentalist, Christian/JW, etc.
It turns out that we are often so steeped in Western propaganda that the very idea seems ludicrous or confusing or dishonest that someone could say that China might not be as bad as it's claimed to be. Without researching the evidence, we might not be aware of just how gullible we've been. From an ethical or religious perspective we might not realize just how judgmental, unsympathetic and unloving we have been. Or how we may not even realize that we have begun to take sides in a political ideology without realizing it. Many people think they are politically neutral, but will quickly put the "inhuman/devilish" label on countries that the West tells them to, but without thinking about the West's motivation for creating those prejudices. There are many more than two, but even if there were only two major sides of today's political spectrums, and all sides were "devilish" to a similar degree, then what is our own motivation for focusing much more on the sins of one of those sides, and less focus on the others? That's not neutrality at all.
Also, if we don't know something for a fact, we might end up just repeating the lies that we accept from sources with their own agenda. This can be innocent, but repeating lies can be damaging and unloving to others. And some of what we repeat will no doubt be true and factual, but we should check our motivation for why we would repeat certain one-sided "facts" and not others. As far as it is possible for us, we should love our enemies and be peaceable with all. We should therefore be careful when we repeat claims as facts that could be only partly true, or even outrageously false.
This might be a good example of taking sides, and not showing neutrality. Is it really just communism (and atheist philosophy) that has killed millions as part of a devious process by Satan to replace hope in God's kingdom? Were those nations of Christendom who also killed millions somehow not part of a devious process by Satan to replace hope in God's kingdom? And does this lack of neutrality affect how easily we will accept and repeat just about any number of atrocities that the West has told us to believe about China (and Russia, too)?
Of course, we could argue that if those numbers are true, then it makes a fair point about human government versus God's kingdom as the replacement for those governments. But what if it turns out that the Western governments who promote those numbers, actually had the same, or even much worse numbers than the actual numbers of atrocities attached to Mao and Stalin? Then would it still be fair to single out China and Russia?
Naturally, this will look like a defense of China. I don't care if it looks that way. I just want to have a better sense of the evidence to make sure than when I repeat someone's claims, that I am not just repeating lies and propaganda.

@4Jah2me a while back you expressed  contempt at the fact that there is a JW only club and mockingly wondered what kind of topics might be discussed there. Well before this topic was moved here, (since it was off topic in the Furuli discussion) I considered making it a topic in the JW only club for the very reason that has become apparent  with your latest comment. In the JW only club, we like to actually discuss scriptures and their application, without inserting child sexual abuse or the imperfections of imperfect people every chance there is. That is the reason why the JW only club was set up, to avoid that. That is not to say the problems regarding child sexual abuse are not discussed there, they are, but under a relevant topic. I wish I had moved this topic there now. 😠

    Article quote:
A new Supreme Court ruling that Jehovah’s Witnesses are free to banish and shun any member they wish, regardless of how they decide to do it, offers a powerful precedent for religious independence in Canada.
I would like to direct your attention how Court in Canada confirmed what WT lawyer David Gnam in UK tried to hide: JW's shun any member they wish. WT lawyer claimed before Court how: Jehovah’s Witnesses don’t use the word “shun” or “shunning”.   But this Court in Canada told The Truth, JW's not only using word shun, but have all rights to practice shunning over members (or ex members) they wish. -
WTJWorg are so satisfied to use double measures in various court cases, and have no problem about own hypocrisy. Shameful!
    Article continue:
The top court’s decision rejects that view, bluntly refers to his “sinful” behaviour, and says it has no business making legal decisions about it. At issue were two episodes of drunkenness, one in which Wall “verbally abused” his wife, for which he was not “sufficiently repentant,” according to court records.
I don't clearly see how two episodes of drunkenness, one in which Wall “verbally abused” his wife is not something that can be  interesting to police or social  service or some other civil service in state. Drunkenness and abusing other people is something that is punishable in most countries. In his case somebody reported him to JW elders and not to secular authority for his "sinful behavior". If JW church have right, according to Canadian Supreme Court, to make decisions how they will "punish" "sinful behavior" of member, what is that different when some other church doing same according to their "religious beliefs", because as article say: But the Supreme Court has now said once and for all that the courts ought not to interfere in religious discipline.
Well, what is this different to "religious discipline", for example, to cut hand of thief or to stone adulteress because of  their "sin" -The top court’s decision rejects that view, bluntly refers to his “sinful” behaviour, and says it has no business making legal decisions about it.
But all "civilized world" looks with disapproval when this sort of punishment is common practice in some societies. :))

I realize I had skipped this question.
Revelation 2 and 3 show that various congregations should at all times watch out for false teachings and that they might even go through phases of cleaning out false doctrine, immorality, and increasing their Christian "deeds." This is exactly what Russell and the WTS had tried to do, and it's being done in greater measure all the time.
(Revelation 2:18-23) 18 “To the angel of the congregation in Thy·a·tiʹra write: These are the things that the Son of God says, the one who has eyes like a fiery flame and whose feet are like fine copper: 19 ‘I know your deeds, and your love and faith and ministry and endurance, and that your deeds of late are more than those you did at first. 20 “‘Nevertheless, I do hold this against you, that you tolerate that woman Jezʹe·bel, who calls herself a prophetess, and she teaches and misleads my slaves to commit sexual immorality and to eat things sacrificed to idols. 21 And I gave her time to repent, but she is not willing to repent of her sexual immorality. . . . so that all the congregations will know that I am the one who searches the innermost thoughts and hearts, and I will give to you individually according to your deeds.
(Revelation 3:1, 2) . . .“To the angel of the congregation in Sarʹdis write: These are the things that he says who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars: ‘I know your deeds, that you have the name that you are alive, but you are dead. 2 Become watchful, and strengthen the things remaining that were ready to die, for I have not found your works fully performed before my God.
Those were just two of several examples. But they show how Jesus has been head of the congregations, who are responsible for greater accomplishments. The CCJW has done more than any others to accomplish greater deeds to more fully perform the congregation's duties regarding love, faith, ministry, morality, doctrine, and do this on an international scale. We are living in a time when certain methods are just now possible that were not possible before. Being alert to such types of "deeds" have included our ability to go beyond just "house-to-house" and make use of the printed page, transportation, radio, advertising, Internet. Staying alert to doing what we can, when properly motivated, is why we are blessed to be associated in this particular time period. And it seems like a pretty good guess that we are reaching the most critical of critical times. We don't actually "need" any chronology to tell us that it's time to lift our heads up because our deliverance is getting near.
  25. Confused
Patiently waiting for Truth reacted to JW Insider in Wasn't Jesus' supposed parousia/advent to be recognized only by those who had spiritual insight at the time?
Jesus said that the harvest is the synteleia.
(Matthew 13:39) The harvest is a conclusion [synteleia] of a system of things, and the reapers are angels.
Therefore, there is no specific time period just before Armageddon. This also removes the contradiction we have created against Jesus' words that no one knows the times and seasons. If we say that we know absolutely that we were preaching in the last "measurable" generation prior to Armageddon, then we would be making Jesus out to be a liar. Anything can happen. The UN could actually ban religion just as we expect to happen in the next few years. But claiming that such a thing must happen just before Armageddon makes Jesus out to be a liar. It also causes trouble with the parable of the wheat and the weeds, where both grow together indistinguishably from a human perspective until the angels reap the world.
We should also remember that just because synteleia can be translated as conclusion, that conclusion need not be an extended time period. ("full end" is actually a better translation in the Bible's context.) We could be near the end of a season, and then suddenly everything is concluded, or consummated. You can get near the end of a novel and then in one sentence a conclusion sums up the entire story. We have learned to think of "conclusion" in a sense that was not in the Bible. In the Bible, the "conclusion" is getting near, the "conclusion" is approaching. Even though the disciples were only a few short years from the "conclusion" of a system of things in 70 CE, they weren't "in" the conclusion. The "synteleia" was a destructive conclusion to the entire age.
Note how Mark uses the verb form of the same word (synteleo😞
(Mark 13:4) 4 “Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign when all these things are to come to a conclusion?”
That translates a better sense of synteleia/synteleo as "conclusion." Literally, the term is about the final end of all things together, therefore the phrase "synteleia" of the "age". Other translations get even closer with their translation of Mark here:
(NLT) “Tell us, when will all this happen? What sign will show us that these things are about to be fulfilled?”
When the full phrase is used, "synteleia of the age," it's a way of saying "the end of all things." Peter used those exact words instead of the synteleia phrase.
(1 Peter 4:7) . . .But the end of all things has drawn close. . . .  (and 2 Peter details how this means the [figurative] passing away of the heavens and earth that now exist.)
If the NWT had used that phrase "end of all things" the idea of a long drawn out conclusion would be gone. For example:
(Matthew 28:20) . . .And look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things end of all things.”
