I never said special laws I said different laws….one law ( applied to mankind ) when disobeyed  resulted in death that would be considered the first death for mankind …there was hope of recovery from that death due to Jesus ransom.
The same law when applied to the angels who sinned …had a different outcome there was no hope of recovery for them….their deaths will result In The second death .
My apologies if my wording was confusing,,,not that I think your at all genuine Sereko…I don’t,

Knowledge is not what is most important JWI….if he behaved in the KH as he does here..he would be spiritually  counselled by the elders…once and perhaps twice…and if he continued to slander other brothers and sisters and bully them and call out numerous ones as liars etc he would be disfellowshipped for that.
Any witness…real witness must conduct themselves at a reasonable level of Christian conduct …ANYWHERE….even on a forum..you cannot excuse any witness of incredibly bad ….repeatedly bad behaviour …just because he offers up some good info…of which I agree…and have even upvoted….just because he is on a forum.
Satan himself would offer up as good a argument..and even better..but we would not sit at his table with him.
Tho I have blocked this so called brother I can follow the gist  of this argument…
Even tho his knowledge is good and his defence at times admirable…it is rubbed away..and deleted by his conduct and absolutely incredible slander and abuse to other brothers and sisters here.
In doing that he actually backs up in a way others who deliberately lie about witnesses…he is helping and aiding their hated and confusion of nearly every witness on this forum and the brotherhood.
The woman who followed Jesus around continually crying out that this is Indeed the Son of God ….actually caused Jesus such irritation even tho speaking highly of him and in fact truths ..frustration enough to demand the demon with in her to depart.
Giving himself and his followers a measure of peace..even tho she had only cried out truths.
Do you think this person can really be a brother..going by his fruits displayed over a long period of time.
I openly admit he has much more knowledge of the scriptures than I…but I have had to walk away from this person because of the harm he does to the truth in his behaviour.
I have never seen such behaviour anywhere in over four decades in the truth and being on a forum is not a free for all as some seem to think….not for a witness of a Jehovah …not for a true witness.
And for those that disagree with me…then I ask you to invite him onto your personal Facebook pages or into your homes….or perhaps arrange to meet him at your or his Kingdom Hall…or for a coffee.
See if he turns up…he’s a con job …

Several people here have understood you to say that you plan to leave this discussion forum soon, or perhaps at least the name "Dmitar" will be leaving the forum. If this is true, I wanted to say that I have found things you have said on certain subjects to be valuable. I might have never looked at the apocryphal book of Judith, for example, if it had not been for your serious utilization of that book. I typically don't try to access commentaries from the late 1700's and early 1800's but have made exceptions after you have quoted from them. These excursions often take me to some additional books that you quoted from or where your sources provide footnotes to other resources. I have learned a lot from them.
You often quote interesting information that sends me searching for where you got it from. I will honestly miss some of this.
I find the intensity and zeal and emotion with which you defend the faith to be unmatched, and it makes me wonder sometimes if there were not perhaps examples like this in the first century where we sometimes read of "sharp bursts of anger," or the disciples like James and John who were also given the name ' Bo·a·nerʹges, which means “Sons of Thunder.” ' You have made me wonder about the range of characteristics among Christian congregations in all ages.
Naturally, since this is a discussion forum, I will often make it known when I think a Biblical or even a secular idea is being misrepresented or exaggerated. I thank you for engaging on topics that many others find too tedious to attempt.
On the other hand, from everything you've said, I already know what you'll think of any counsel or criticism that comes from me. But this doesn't mean I must hold back from giving it, just as you don't seem to hold back much. I won't try to make a list of things I find disagreeable, but as you move along from here to other places, I do hope that you will consider a couple of things:
I think you will likely find it easier to make important points and get them across if you spend less time picking fights with others, or repeatedly reviling others to prove your superiority or knowledge. In the past I would have pointed out other things I noticed, too, but I've seen what I perceive as real improvement on several of those other things I've complained about in the past.  I think the one habit of yours that gets in your own way the most is "projection." When you do something wrong (like pick fights, revile others, or look for little ways to cause contention) you apparently want to blame others for the same thing. You seem to always want to make these things someone else's problems instead of owning up to them yourself.
By "projection" of course I mean in the sense of the definition found here:
    Projection
    Reviewed by Psychology Today Staff
Projection is the process of displacing one’s feelings onto a different person, animal, or object. The term is most commonly used to describe defensive projection—attributing one’s own unacceptable urges to another. For example, if someone continuously bullies and ridicules a peer about his insecurities, the bully might be projecting his own struggle with self-esteem onto the other person.
Other than those issues, I think I'll really miss a lot of what you have been able to offer over the years.

Why do you keep using the medieval English? Is it because it fulfills an alternate purpose?  The saints are today called the anointed.
It is almost as though you are promoting "apartheid" of the congregation and above them the "saints". ...
The prophecies in Ezekiel clearly point to the unity of the entire congregation, the little flock and the great crowd.
I am a woman, and I am pretty capable and not over- emotional as some women are.... but I prefer men to deal with problems in the congregation thank you.

Here's how I see the content of the quotes you cited.
The trial should be conducted only by "saints".
Are there enough "saints"? Who declares someone as "saint"? Is there a numerical limit to the number of people who can be “saints”?
WTJWorg has doctrines, with which it would be difficult to solve these dilemmas.
It is hypocritical of the Organization that male “saints” have the right to act as “kings and priests” already today, in a world where the Kingdom of Christ does not rule. Admittedly, WTJWorg believes that the Kingdom still rules over the Earth through the Organization. If so then female “saints” should have the same role as their male counterparts. Or maybe the solution is to change gender/sex to male with the help of surgery?

Possibly, but what does that have to do with @Patiently waiting for Truth, dealing with his deception and word twisting the way you are doing?
Well, that's your, @Patiently waiting for Truth, @Space Merchant, and @Witness interpretation of scripture. Like I said, I don't bother with such misrepresentations of scripture. You should know by now, I call out "all" false assertions coming from either, JWs, ExJWs and none JWs.
Don't you read the hilarious comments about me by @Thinking, @TrueTomHarley and others, that want me banned?  They can't stand a person telling the truth, here. Where were you when @Space Merchant made a bad mistake by, calling me misguided where he was set in his place, even though he thinks he won a factitious debate.

Do not take a brother to a (secular) court of law...... In the beginning of the forming if Christian congregations, all were (saints.) .... referring to the anointed.  All were anointed in the time of Paul.  One would really have to turn over every rock today to find an anointed or even 2 or 3 if only they were to handle a case....
This is why we have a slave to teach us..... and they act as administrators today ...... do u understand the practical impossibility if your suggestions?

I do not think it is loving to get the entire church/ congregation involved. This can cause sides.... a big boohaa.  It is not loving to expose any person in this way unless it becomes exceedingly serious.   Two or three is an exact number...  do only what the bible says..... and this 2 or 3 happens ONLY if u have tried numerous times to correct the matter.. between yourself and the offender. ..Those who know about the matter  are not supposed to talk to others as it can  become slander....... a serious offence. When it reaches the stage that ALL must know about a matter is when a matter is so serious that all should not eat or drink with such a person.

    Good Points
The Bible says that any congregational discipline has to be done before the entire congregation.
Jehovah’s Witnesses do not do that.
    End of thought.

Exactly, going by the Bible’s standards if nothing can change your brother or sisters stance on their sin by speaking to them in private or by having two or three go along with you yet they still don’t change, you’re then supposed to tell it to the whole church. The whole church would include women participating in the judicial process:
    https://biblia.com/bible/niv/matthew/18/15-17
But the far greater sin of a JW is not involving the saints that God chose in any of the judicial processes which involve actual forgiving or not forgiving sins, but rather 3 commoners take on the matter in a secret room:
“Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?” 1 Corinthians 6:1
And of course we know, once God anoints someone as a saint “There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” Galatians. 3:28
The priests are all of one body, male or female, they make up one body and are who Jesus put in charge of forgiving or not forgiving sins, but they are overlooked, actually, the proper word would be “trampled” (Luke 21:24; Revelation 11:2).
“And with that he breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive anyone’s sins, their sins are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven.” John 20:22-23

I don’t understand why you oppose the idea of women (JW women) participating in the survey and judicial process?
WTJWorg tries to retain the right of men to be spiritual leaders and to govern the Words of the Bible based on some biblical passages.
But on the basis of which biblical passages can women be forbidden to participate in investigative / forensic and judicial proceedings when it comes to CRIME? Or is it about SPIRITUAL CRIME when it comes to CSA and other abuses? Absurdity.

So isn't SM promoting the same/similar, because from what he has written about himself so far, it could be concluded that his non-belonging to the "church" expresses independence from any established religious system. He advocates exclusivity for the Order based on Scripture. But he excludes his affiliation with the church/churches. Although every (christian) church is called to exist on the foundations of the Order of the Bible (Christian Order)

That's funny since the ARC said the same thing. Maybe you just forgot where you got the idea from. Age does that to the elderly.
Let's not make about me, since you are the one making false accusations about that institution.
I have compassion for True Christians. I don't bother with fake ones or apostates.
    Ephesians 5:6-9
    New Century Version
6 Do not let anyone fool you by telling you things that are not true, because these things will bring God’s anger on those who do not obey him. 7 So have nothing to do with them. 8 In the past you were full of darkness, but now you are full of light in the Lord. So live like children who belong to the light. 9 Light brings every kind of goodness, right living, and truth.

Then, how is this not correct? Where are these so called 10 men that you would follow? Are you suggesting those that are selected by God don't have your approval? That's quite a challenge. 😏
So, you think the churches of this institution should be separate like the Unitarians that you thought it was funny, with your emoji.
You should reread Paul's letters to the churches when they stopped listening to God, and had become independent? A reason why Rutherford decided to return the unity in our institution?
How is the great commission, irrelevant?
Have you heard of a little thing called communication? How does the Vatican know what's going on within their churches?
So, you don't think Jesus is the head of his church through the Watchtower. Can you explain this?

I have a daughter that is an Ex JW, and the only other Ex JWs I know of are on this forum. So where is this 'EX JW community' that you speak of ?  NO I do not want to be part of it, I just want some proof that it exists.

Oh! Taken out of the ARC playbook, how quaint! But, I guess you missed the point; that hypocritical court was implying, they want the Watchtower to give women the authority of an Elder to "interrogate" the children or women, themselves.
In other words, the ARC is suggesting the Watchtower go against God's inspired word in those situations. Funny, when it comes to the Australian government policing themselves by making whistleblowing a crime, such as it did with their immigration detention centers, the ARC court had no problem with it. 😏

You were added because you reacted positively without knowing what she was defending. No one question you concerning the view that isn't core.
For if that is what you stand on, you should have seen what she said right from the start, as is whatever Srecko pushed concerning Chloe.
As do I. Men and Women are invited by God to be Chosen, as in the 1st century and onward.
Christians, regardless of sex don't keep God's comfort to themselves.
As mentioned before when you were JOHN BUTLER, whatever Elders in the churches of JWs differ from one another, hence the smoking example I told you before, even more so, them, as with all men and women, are imperfect.
What I have been saying all this time, when I speak of the Church, I refer to the same one of old, The Early Apostolic Church. The same one that is in the Holy Bible, the same one of which was spoken about in the Didache, by the Apostles in their age, their students, and the Church Fathers before the Roman Emperor shifted everything for the worse, creating both factions of Christendom.
For there is the early church, Babylon's Church, is the opposition.
Hence the early church of where Christianity was birthed. Not only it is a body under the Christ, but the people of the Spiritual House, unity among them, regardless of sex or status, Jew or Gentle.
They paved the path for us to follow, as did the Apostles, as did the Christ.
You have to also proclaim the gospel of the good news, which was the primary command of the Christ.
There is a reason behind this, as to why. It is a shadow of what is to come, a level of Section 203 in Media and social media, across all platforms. Eventually, this will be on the forefront when Babylon makes it's move to deal with those against her who speak of Scripture and against Brazen conduct.
The Left will use people as tools, mainly the unaware for their own agenda, as soon as they reap some form of benefit, they will cast you out, or do it instantly if their agenda is ongoing.
That being said, it is far grander than that, too much to explain, but it is something I dealt with for years out of the paradigm, hence the view against the MSM.
The gospel has to be proclaimed to the people as well. So much one can do from a platform vs legitimate proclamation of the gospel itself, moreover, it is far natural and organic to do such in a way verbally or in person.
Although other forms are alternatives, the primary is usually best.
You can still converse. Proclaiming the message of God's Word, even casually.
However, my case is far more different vs you or your former faith whereas a constant threat is the other faction of Christianity.

Agree, however, in our institution, there is no such thing. Unity in Christ is appliable by Christ instruction and God's command. Therefore, there are no divisions or different churches among our ranks.
Now, I'm not talking about people here that disgrace that unity and our Church. I'm referring to loyal and faithful JWs.
