WT Bible is another example how to increase the problem. WT Society made Versions of Bible translation. They haven't  qualified staff who is extremely proficient in Biblical languages. Perhaps few individuals who finished only two grade of Latin and Greek language in High School, or in best case four years in Classical Languages. But their Versions of NWT Bible, for sure, was made  under strong influence of Doctrines and Teachings that are Unique to JW.

It is 1975 in the case of anyone (over 45) living today. For anyone under 45, there is nothing at all.
The rules allow for it. It is a concession to human imperfection.
1941 and 2000 is straining gnats, as you know. It is you trying to retroactively puff up the stats. Nobody at the times thought those years were consequential.

I know it for everyone else, though. It is every case that comes to trial—and there are no end of them involving leaders of anything.
When was the last time you read of court action against a priest because there was child sexual abuse going on among a family of his parish and he did not stop it? 
When was the last time you read of the Boy Scouts getting sued because there was child sexual abuse going on in a Scout’s family and the Scoutleader did not stop it?
When what the last time you read of child sexual abuse involving the UN that centered around workers discovering CSA in a family and not reporting it?
This one is almost too stupid to answer. How can you be so childish?
“Shining as illuminators in the world” is also comparing Christians to the world. To acknowledge that within your ranks you have the same issues that afflict the rest of mankind, but that overall, they are far less serious (in not involving the leaders, whereas that is the pattern elsewhere) is hardly the evil that you make it out to be. 
It’s “The LORD.” Better get used to saying it. The only ones wanting anything to do with the Name is JWs, which you have left because it is not perfect. Get cracking on your replacement organization—you who have said that God could raise up a “genuine, pure” anointed within about ten years before the end comes. Shoot me a text when that has happened.

Lets break this down. Firstly Mr Harley (just like Aurana) likes to compare everything to the 'world'. We all well know that the 'world' belongs to Satan the devil. So in effect Mr Harley likes to compare the GB and it's JW Org to Satan the devil. Wow, great comparison.
Secondly. Mr Harley has no idea whatsoever, just how many JW 'leaders' are involved in CSA. 
The proving point will come WHEN the Paedophile Database of 20 years + is 'opened up'. Whilst the GB and it's lawyers keep that 'can of worms' closed, then there is no way of knowing.
I am of the opinion that Almighty God wants His name (or the name JWs use) made clean.  Therefore all efforts by the GB and their lawyers will eventually fail. That 'can of worms' will be opened up, for all the earth to see. Then and only then, can Mr Harley truly decide, with full facts, exactly what percentage of JW Leaders are guilty of Child Sexual Abuse.  
It would also be interesting to know exactly whom Mr Harley is speaking of when he uses the term 'leaders' when applied to the JW org. For me it is from the GB right down to Ministerial Servants. But I hasten to add that I do not know all the ranks and titles and I think titles change on a yearly basis.

What excuse did the Society / JW Org come up with to suddenly wipe out the 7,000 year creative day theory ?

So lets try to be a bit positive.  A question.  How is the GB and the JW Org moving forward SPIRITUALLY ?
What progress has it made in the last fifty years ?   I'm not talking about physical things, not buildings, not books, not meeting times........ 
I'm talking about purely spiritual matters.  Spiritual guidance, true spiritual love from the top of the Org down, mercy, understanding of people, serving the congregants as a way of serving God Himself (as Jesus did), showing patience without having weakness, making true adjustments according to true scripture not according to man's guesses. 
You may of course comment as to what you feel would make for good spiritual progress within the JW Org too.

You're wrong. I told you earlier: Greenlees was a pedophile in 1964 when he was appointed a Director, and before that according to one of his child victims, Mark Palo, who has put his story online. Greenlees was 72 when he was forced off the GB. Pedophiles don't start up at age 72 -- they just keep doing what they've long been doing. And even back in 1984 it was well known that pedophiles are never cured.
Furthermore, if holy spirit had anything to do with the Governing Body -- which formed the judicial committee that found Greenlees guilty of child molestation -- it would never have 'directed' Nathan Knorr to appoint Greenlees as Director in the first place, or it would have seen to it that Greenlees was not appointed a GB member in 1971, or that he was removed long before 1984.
This all proves that holy spirit has nothing to do with appointing the elders of the Governing Body, and by extension, any other elders.

WT Organization PR decide to tell minimum words, and best words for doing so is to reverse the meaning of the charge. Victims and ex-JW put issue on how elders not reporting CSA cases to police and secular authorities and have internal Judging Committees. This JW elders act in a way that is not proactive for victims but contrary, it helps abusers to stay unknown not only to JW population in particular congregation, but to all other who need to know about issue. By such WT policy, danger for children inside and outside JW community come to be higher.
Bro SL gave public statement, on JW National TV,  “we abhor child sexual abuse”.   In this PR statement he didn't say how WT Society and elders do it (abhor) and handle with CSA cases, but general statement, about general truth. Because whole world, religious and secular doing the same about the same  - "abhor".

It seems to me that if the Earth is somewhere around 3.5 billion years old, divided by seven days, that would make each creative day about 500 million years.
... and Genesis is described from the perspective of someone standing on the surface of the Earth, watching stuff happen, so that's O.K.
We are in the 7th day of 500 million years, so I guess Armageddon will be  in the year C.E. 500,001,975.

It is five weeks away. That is when the JW schedule of weekly Bible reading hits Revelation 22, and it would be too inconvient to make them start all over again at Genesis.

The signs read: "love does not shun".   True, the liove of this world with its "practices" of fornication, LGBT does not shun.

I predict this will become a huge issue as all children now at school are taught to accept these practices whereas the bible says we should not " condone" them Romans 1. So the future is bleak regarding morality. When good is bad and bad is good.
We will all in future be persecuted as hateful because of this. The same people who say jehovah was harsh when he killed wayward Jews who participated in false worship and burnt their own children.  There are none as blind as those who do not want to see.

I can understand how you like to have order in Topics and expecting this same from all of us who participating with comments. But people are unpredictable. In their behavior and in their reactions.
I guess how in this expectations of your and in own plans about how to run people's thoughts You made scale too high. Because, as you see by yourself, that requires nerves of steel.

I am creating this thread in response to all the non-sequitur replies all the other threads get. 
I will try to not care if someone responds with a Turkey recipe or True Tom spams us again. 
This is me throwing up my hands. Officially.

Perhaps we can include general idea in human and in Bible context, how all have to be, to done something and so on:  "to the right extent, measure, quantity". Salt is good, but to put too much salt into meal will not be good. Patient is good, but too much patient not  necessary mean how things will be solved because we show patient till the day we die .....etc.
As i can recall we can find:
For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit (measure).  - John 3 34  
But we will not boast of things without our measure, but according to the measure of the rule which God hath distributed to us, a measure to reach even unto you. - 2 Cor 10 13

We have here interesting descriptions. It seems how "measuring" and to be inside "measure" have correct logic and positive need, positive consequence. Of course, if lexically we have correct Bible text. 
Perhaps this is not very easy issue to discuss. So, why not go back to Topic. It is more real (actual) and it's easier to handle with the facts, evidences, proofs.....  :)))

This is true in my congregation, too. None of them are any good—not even four. They are all villains. They are so hypocritical that they smile at me and say Hello but their scheme doesn’t work. I know they are all backstabbers. It used to stymie me but I have learned to whirl around like Chuck Norris and take them out with a kick to the head when they are doing this, which is always.

Every time I meet someone who says, “I would never bring a child into this crazy world,” I curse those Witnesses—making so many people think (through “mind-control!”) that this world is a hotbed of problems when everyone should know that there are none to speak of.
 
This is why cop shows are so prolific on television for the last 40 years. Viewers cheer at cops chasing down all those wicked Witnesses who are doing evil things.
