We don’t even have a right to ‘old age and death,’ the more I think on it, just death.
What does the verse day? “That is why, just as through one man sin entered into the world and death through sin, and so death spread to all men…”
It doesn’t say, “That is why, just as through one man sin entered into the world and old age and death through sin, and so old age death spread to all men….
Don’t get me wrong. I like the idea of old age. But it is icing on cake in a world sabotaged by sin, not a right  Just how many rights can you demand from the Devil? But with God you can reliably hope for undeserved kindness.

Some of the oldest manuscripts have the name of jehovah - and with this research done by Nehemia Gorden they found some of these manuscripts have the point system included in Jehovah's name.
I am not arguing.  I am finished arguing.  If people are reasonable they will go and look for themselves.

They said: “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will get saved, you and your household.”  Acts 16:31
It's obvous you don't beleive in JESUS.  So how is it that the name of Jesus was corrupted to mean 'Jehovah is Salvation'? It wasn't, you're simply a mouth piece for the Devil and his Demons spouting off lies.
When you dabble in sorcery, do you really think you are going to get a reward? The demons are playing around with you like a cat does to dead mouse. Pawing it back and forth, pulling your strings. Your door is wide open for demonic activity.
Jesus stated,  “When an unclean spirit comes out of a man, it passes through waterless places in search of a resting-place and finds none. Then it says, ‘I will go back to my house from which I moved,’ and on arriving, it finds the house unoccupied but swept clean and adorned. Then it goes and takes along with it seven different spirits more wicked than itself, and after getting inside, they dwell there; and the final circumstances of that man become worse than the first. That is how it will be also with this wicked generation.”
Why are you speeding up your own Destruction?

As if I have never written here about Jesus? You know I have intensely concentrated on Christ, since you've read many of my comments.   How is it, that particular JWs on here have no problem spouting off lies?    When people have to rely on lies to cut down their opponent,  it shows that they have no other "ammo", but to slander.  Just like the governing body.
That's really okay.  It just amazes me how Jesus' words have been fulfilled in the last days.

    Is God’s Name Jehovah?
Jehovah’s Witnesses and other Sacred Name groups lit up the Internet last week when Religion News Service claimed, “The original Hebrew name of God re-discovered in 1,000 Bible manuscripts.” At first glance, it sounds like the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society has perhaps been vindicated after all for inserting the name Jehovah into their New World Translation:
On January 21, 2018, Bible Scholar Nehemia Gordon and his team of researchers discovered the 1,000th Hebrew Bible manuscript containing the original name of God in Hebrew with vowels.
For two hundred years, scholars have believed based on Greek sources and conjecture that the Hebrew name of God was originally pronounced “Yahweh.” In late 2016, Gordon found never-translated traditional Jewish sources that explicitly identified the vowels of God’s name in Hebrew as “Yehovah.” This is similar to the English Jehovah, but with a “Y” and the emphasis on the final syllable.
This article, however, is more hype than reality. Nehemia Gordon is the leading light in a “revival” of a sect called Karaite Judaism. The Karaites originated in the late eighth century AD. They adhered, as do today’s proponents, to the written text of the Old Testament only, refusing both the Talmud and rabbinic traditions. They considered themselves purists, restoring true Judaism. They regarded use of anything other than the Old Testament as Pharisaism. Some of the Hebrew Roots Movement have been drawn to Gordon because he seems a bit friendly toward Jesus, yet he outright rejects the idea that Jesus is the Messiah.
But what are we to make of the article’s claim of manuscript evidence for this Yehovah pronunciation of God’s name?
Somewhere during the ninth and tenth centuries, a group called the Masoretes arbitrarily put vowels into the Old Testament text in an attempt to standardize pronunciations. The particular Hebrew Manuscript used was the text of ben Ashur. Until the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls, it was the oldest Old Testament text we had, and every translation team of the newer Bible versions used it. Again, the vowels are arbitrary, put into the text to standardize pronunciation. Wikipedia notes something important:
It has been suggested that the ben Asher family and the majority of the Masoretes were Karaites.
The vowels were added by the Karaites.
The ben Ashur text – or most of it – is held by Israel. Some of it is lost. It is called the Keter (Crown) and is also referred to as The Aleppo Codex:
The Aleppo Codex (Hebrew: כֶּתֶר אֲרָם צוֹבָא‎ Keter Aram Tzova or Crown of Aleppo) is a medieval bound manuscript of the Hebrew Bible. The codex was written in the city of Tiberias, in what is currently northern Israel, in the 10th century C.E.
So, what we essentially have is a late Jewish restorationist movement (and you thought we only had that in “Christendom”), adding vowels to the Hebrew text and then claiming a newly discovered confirmation of the pronunciation of God’s name!
So, while the headlines may appear to be a breaking story of newly discovered information, it is not new, and the story is contrived. Realistically, how newsworthy would a headline be, reading “One-thousandth Copy of Tenth Century Hebrew Bible with Vowels Arbitrarily Added Has Been Discovered by the Sect That Added the Vowels”?
Like most Watchtower Society “proofs,” it provides no proof at all — just much ado about nothing.

Sounds like Witness has been brainwashed by the trinitarians.  Was Jesus was a 14 century blunder. Should we discount Jesus and Joshua that means 'Jehovah is Salvation'?   I guess you also discount Elijah also that means 'My God is Jehovah' as a blunder in the 14 cenutry?
What a fake.  You were never a Jehovah's Witness...  doesn't the Bible claim theat Jesus is the Faithful Witness?  If so, doesn't that make you a False Witness that is bearin false witness?  Then stop using the English trnsnliteration of Jesus or any other name that refers to Jehovah..
Many more names refer to Jehovah.... were all the names that refer change to mean Jehovah?? Partial list attached.

You might want to get your facts straight.  I have never "denounced" YHVH/YHWH.  I use it frequently.  And I have never denounced "Adonai", or "Abba", or the "Ancient of Days", or "Elohim".  It is not blasphemy to say the "Almighty God", or "Father" as Jesus did.  In fact your own bible uses the phrase "Almighty God".   If you think one is righteous for uttering the name "Jehovah", I feel very sorry for you.

Friend, being as righteous as I am able to muster while yet residing in the flesh, allow me to make an observation on
Rather than carry on about rights, I prefer to focus on the Golden Rule, to whit, that we ought treat others as we would wish to be treated ourselves.
It preserves all that is noble about human rights while discarding what is pretentious. After all, if they are rights, shouldn’t you be able to do something about it when they are violated?
The only thing we really have a right to in this system of things is old age and death. Everything else is gravy—which we can secure if we can only persuade people to follow the Golden Rule.
  12. Thanks

I will agree, friend, such discussions should not sit with the righteous. Thank you for pointing out my fallacy. I again see where individuals here prefer to argue rather than accept facts. It has become common place with many subjects that shouldn't be relevant to a follower of Christ.
My only objective here was to demonstrate a different perspective than those entered through personal life experience of having a cousin who lives in Chicago and is a lieutenant in a police department, among other relatives that are judges, among other things.
"No one should live in fear of being stopped whenever he leaves his home to go about the activities of daily life.
—U.S. District Court Judge Shira Scheindlin"

BLACK RIGHTS, CIVIL RIGHTS, AND HUMAN RIGHTS
What are black rights? There are no distinctive rights that people have based on race, and to combine a racial adjective with the word “rights” is a rhetorical device. Still, with true premises, a persuasive argument about black rights can be framed:
    1. As human beings or American citizens, blacks and whites have the same rights.
    2. Blacks have been deprived of rights compared to whites who are not so deprived.
    3. It is unjust that blacks are deprived of rights whites have.
    4. To bring attention to this injustice and encourage respect and protection of the rights of blacks, so that blacks are not disproportionately deprived of rights, it is useful to talk about “black rights.” p31

Once again, my apologizes for making this quarrelsome. That was not my intent.

It’s okay to know things. It doesn’t in itself make you ‘part of this world.’
Some firebrand bro on Twitter tweeted how JWs are NOT interested in politics. Sometimes they are, I said. What they are not is partisan, or non-neutral, but as a field of activity, sometimes they keep abreast of it. He replied once more that JWs are NOT interested in politics. When I answered again, I was blocked.
Granted, one foolproof way to stay neutral with regard to politics is to know nothing about it. I do not criticize anyone taking that route. It’s a practical strategy.
Some people are greatly interested in sports. Some people care not a whit. Some people are greatly interested in cars. Others wouldn’t know a Astin Martin from a Yugo. Some are interested in the human interaction that is politics. Some are not. Not a problem, any of it. It’s all personal choice. The thing that nettles is when people misrepresent their non-interest as piety.

I had a very brief and blunted “sharp outburst of anger” with someone over Rittenhouse. In the process of restoring peace, I observed they shouldn’t put trials on the media anyway. To get the populace all worked up when they can’t know more than 1% of the facts? It’s just done for ratings.
The only people who (hopefully) know it all will the the 12 of the jury. Let them decide it. Or, if you are not going to let them decide it, send them home. Nobody wants to serve jury duty anyway. Broadcast the entire trial on social media and decide the outcome by ‘likes’

I am a very 'simple' man of very basic upbringing. I only know English. Having gone through a bad time in my senior school years I just want to leave school and get a basic job. I have remained what i call working class, doing basic jobs and not needing to improve my educaton level. So I will probably continue to be 'not sure' of how YHWH should be written or pronounced. You see Arauna, if I do differently then what am i doing ? I am trusting 'men'.

I agree. But in the model prayer, Jesus did not use a personal name for God.
    The Watchtower (1982)
    The Model Prayer
The Model Prayer “You must pray, then, this way: ‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified. Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth. Give us today our bread for this day; and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And do not bring us into temptation, but deliver us from the wicked one.’”
I agree Jesus said "let your name be santified" but that brings me back to YHWH.

So it seems that SM is against even watching world events on MSM. He is against being able to quickly see countries that have floods, volcanos, eathquakes, wars, et al.
Perhaps SM wants to control people's minds. Perhaps he think he is the only one that has true information.
For everyone that mentions any world news, it seesm SM know more or better. SM is a Truther. Is it only them that know truth ?  I don't think so SM.
I'm not interested in 'left' or 'right' wing. I'm not interested in what people want to call other people or compare other people to. It just seems so childish that you have to A, group people together, B, compare people to villians.
Can you not just see each person as an individual ?  Each of us here. Do you need to compare us to others ?
I am an individual. I have no interest in politics. I am not right or left wing. I do not support any type of wordly government.
But i know you will continue to compare me to others, because it seems that is all you can do.

I speak arabic and understand the way the two  Semitic languages work. An ' Y'  sounds the same as y in yehwah.....   the first syllable in English is a little like the french J......  ...BUT there is NO Ye sound in the English language like the hebrew and we use the closest sound to the original sound.    I use the Ye sound sometimes my first language is afrikaans and we have a similar sound to the original hebrew - Just like Swedish - which I attended meetings in.
As I have said before - it is about the willingness to know and use the Name.  In arabic they still stick to the Yehwah form.   Jehovah knows we  are talking about him...and this has been the accepted form for a long time.   So to use a title like god is not a personal name.  The other 3 letters HoVaH also gives the name meaning in the semetic languages such as Aramaic, Syrian, etc.
You know all this - I am sure -  Witness  is defaming and blasphemously denouncing the true name of  the living god.

Here we go with the nonsense. You speak of misguidance, yet you think a subnet of the Internet supersedes real life.
How is saying otherwise? It was said that both experience Child Sex Abuse and they are not immune. You've been told this many times, even by others yet when your goose gets cooked you want to defend a so called tool when your own words is used against you.
You already failed once you deviated from the question asked numerous times.
Not one mentioned hiding, it was only pointed out several times they are no immune. Facebook can't hide CSA, however, their actions simply made itself exploitable.
Bad example. A Telephone is a device, not a platform.
    And?
Missed the point made several times. However if you are referring to Smart Devices, a Smartphone (Telephone seems old school), it can present some level of danger. This is why it is encouraged for parents to educate their children, as is enable any safety protocols.
Granted all apps/games are associated in the social space, such as Tiktok, Snapchat, etc, as is their parent, Facebook, it is strongly advised for the parents/guardians to take protective measures.
Those who fail to do this, often ends up with either of the following, addiction (Validation seekers aka Clout Chasers via the child and or their guardian(s) - Example - Lil Tay Claire Hope),a rebellious child, spoiled even, and in worse case scenarios, the child can be subjected to predators luring them, asking them for various deeds that are brazen, as is there is a pandemic in regards to sexting, as is an abundance of pornographic content made by even the owner of the device.
This also leads to even that of the Dark Web, in which not only people's information can be marketed there, but also some level of their data. Even emails can be found there, perhaps yours.
In other instances, there has been results of, missing persons, injury, and death, even rape when it comes to such things.
It is against culture and faith to be prideful, full of pride, and never displayed such. I would break culture even for that, but it looks as though you continue with appeals to motive and ad hominems that make no sense.
That said, this is all factual, mainly in my case, in which I have high experience in the field in question, so I know what is going on, and even the facts concerning such, when it comes to safety of the youth, even taking care of youth and teaching them on how the Internet and or Platforms can present a level of danger if one isn't careful.
The problem here is when your own words is used in relation to Facebook, you are quick to defend yourself. Everyone else seems calm because never once they made the statement you made, hence why I take no issue with them. But here we see you are very adamant, even you confused real life with social media, a problem.
    Because these are facts.
Of course, I am a fool because I recognize CSA on Facebook, perhaps a fool because I do not make a silly statement you did, which landed you in this position.
All bark, but no bite, you are. For a guy who cries about CSA, yet when you were told what you have done in regards to that, you had nothing to say.
And perhaps still even after 3 months of research no doubt.
Which is irrelevant, but it seems 3 months isn't enough of someone was being abused on Facebook Live. Your tool. The same tool that was also responsible for a list of events in the past 2 weeks.
Any? Because I can see the facts, I am not as one sided as you are.
This ahs nothing to do with liking them or not, it is in regards to the facts and truth about Child Sex Abuse. You pushed the narrative as if they do not know these things, even attest to ARC, yet at the same time, some of them are aware of CSA, Anna made a remark towards you in the thread you made an absurd statement in, Eqvo, JWI and a list of others, especially JWI. For months into years you complain yet do nothing, even when asked, you are as sheeple as the Media when it comes to these things, even when Case 29 was presented you didn't know even though you brought up ARC. You believe CNN on their remarks as is NYTs. Not to mention, you believed both a conspiracy and a book from a person who dwells on Spiritism.
Therefore making you both a Big Tech Solider and a Shill, in a respectful regard. You do not seek for grounded discussion and when it was said you can't handle a debate, this is true and fact because look how far this thread as gone from a small question, by your hand and your hand alone.
For an Ex Jehovah's Witnesses, you are no different from the Magic Hands guy from London, or that of a Leftist. To quote Mr. Kel, he made claim that most former Jehovah's Witnesses who fall into apostasy are often to ones heavily misguided, and Kel himself is quite neutral with JWs. I believe you hit that narrative.
No one said anything about loving a group, it was pointed out JWs have a CSA problem and they're not immune. Yet you become a church mouse by the mention of Facebook.
Typical Big Tech Solider, for good reason you can be called that and another Piker.

Yet you mentioned Capitalism when Communism is more attuned with Marxism, something of which is an opposition to Capitalism. There is a reason why Taxation was brought up, and the fact you mention this now spins a contradiction on your original response - so were you just talking out of ignorance or lying at this point?
Also a source from a quick first item search on Google, doesn't really help, granted what else is contained in the article in question which does not help your case.
This is where you got your info by the way - https://onlinebusiness.northeastern.edu/blog/a-brief-history-of-taxation/
That said, if you speak of Taxation now, does that make your original response false?
Which still does not help your case with your original response.
The focus was on Communism from the start, in which Marxism is connected to it to some degree, hence why I mentioned CCP, for a reason, for Communism  is the same all around in regards to governments. You were even told this when you tried to equate the latter with Capitalism
Perhaps next time do not confuse these things that put you in this position to begin with.
That being said, I suggest you learn what Capitalism is, and the very reason as to why taxation was brought up. On the other side of the spectrum, because of Capitalism, a danger chain of events that has taken place that can effect the common man, with an event in China, making it even worse. Moreover, intergraded Social Justice narratives that are problematic.

What is capitalism without communism, and vice versa? Both ideologies need their own enemy. And they found it in the other one.
Some say that Jesus was the “first communist” because he aspired to general equality (“you are all brothers”) and the abolition of all ideologies that oppress the weaker.
As i understand "christian ideology", presented by WTJWorg and JW elders, they think how both ideologies, communism and capitalism are enemies of God and True Christianity aka JW members. So, in their eyes they are equal.
Again, both ideologies need own enemy to feed their "bellies" and to seduce people. Similar as with religions.

Sadly some who still watch them without trying to find truth themselves. I am literally at war with Leftist right now because they themselves have been watching MSM, reading the NYT times and never once think to look into the facts, the truth itself. This is why as of right now, their misguidedness and them eating and professing misinformation spawned the riots taking place after a trial.
When it comes to anything, even various things, even discussed here, the MSM will speak in good terms of those that commit ill action, but should someone else does it, they are ready to run people into the mud.
The biggest absurdity in all of MSM is CNN, of which we Truthers call it the Communism News Network.
That being said, MSN is among the few who seek a cultural and a race war among the people.
