Patiently waiting for Truth

Various members of different churches gave some "knowledge" about God and Bible to Russell who then modified it. Russell pass his "knowledge" to Rutherford who also made some modification and pass that "knowledge" to other Presidents of WTJWorg .... various members of GB until today have same modus operandi. 
"Knowledge" is in danger state, because you never know what spirit "guided" this people. "Knowledge" about God and Bible can be revealed only if God revealed true meaning of written words in Bible text to people or individuals, let say this way. Because GB is not "inspired", as they claim, by same spirit who stand behind writing OT and NT scriptures, it is not reasonable to put your full trust to GB in such matter. They have already proven, multiple time, that they are changing interpretations that they previously claimed to be firmly established in the Bible. They denied/rejected decisions brought  previously, also made under HS "guidance". 
Transferring insecure knowledge in such a way has the same effect as when an electrician learns from an older colleague. Because even a senior fellow electrician can be someone who has learned from a poorly trained electrician. Certainly, one learns from mistakes and one can reject the wrong way of working and the wrong conclusions. But the Bible is not an electrical manual that explains the Wire Color Code, etc.
You are actually asking yourself and JW members and those who want to become a JW, to voluntarily accept the current “knowledge” with a predetermined and not doubting certainty by which that “knowledge” will most certainly change into some other “knowledge”.

Bolding WT publications such as this one, do you imagine you have uncovered some dark mystical “gnostic” secret? Or is this not the way knowledge of anything is acquired? If you want to be an electrician, isn’t the best way to put yourself in close association with someone who has already grasped the material?
Knowledge in the case of this Watchtower quote is not the hidden knowledge of the Gnostics. It is Bible knowledge, available to all. All that is needed is a guide. 
And it apparently works. The Bible tenets that describe Jehovah’s Witnesses and Jehovah’s Witnesses alone are found nowhere except where the GB is taking the lead.
That there is no immortal soul, no trinity, use God’s name, kingdom a real government, everlasting life on earth, why God permits evil, exactly how the ransom works, what happens to the dead, and so forth. Few Christian denominations teach even one of these. No one teaches all of them. Only where the GB is present does it happen. In that sense, though G Jackson was ridiculed for it, he is exactly right. They serve as “guardians of doctrine.” Where they are not present, doctrine is scattered to the four winds..
Nor do they “decide what knowledge is” in the sense you imply—simply making things up as though from a secret “gnostic” source. In all cases it is from the Bible. They point people to it—no more—after which it is clear the Bible itself does the instructing. As in the following case:
“Philip ran alongside and heard him reading aloud Isaiah the prophet, and he said: “Do you actually know what you are reading?”  He said: “Really, how could I ever do so, unless someone guided me?” And he entreated Philip to get on and sit down with him.” (Acts 8:31-32)
There is nothing mystical about the know in this verse. It’s not gnostic. It is just plain and simple knowledge of the scriptures. The eunuch just needed someone with a key to unlock it.

You miss the whole point of HOLY SPIRIT being poured out onto the TRUE ANOINTED ones. 
You, and others, seem to think that God and Christ do not realise the seriousness of the 'times' or that they don't care. You and others only seem to think in a 'physical' way. 
Your comment in fact, says, God cannot be served properly. Or is it that you cannot serve God properly ? 
It would seem sensible to me that God, through Christ, would prove in some way, who is the Spiritual JEW that us 'little dogs' should 'go with'.  
The GB / Watchtower / JW org has proven that they cannot be trusted in many ways. Do you honestly think God and Christ will allow that to continue. To allow millions of people to be stumbled at this time when we are moving closer to the Judgement Day.  
When Christ uses his authority to change things here on Earth, those in the Org will be in for a very big shock.

Yes I could easily still be a JW. I could have just lingered in the background. I could have pretended that CSA was a lie.
I could have pretended that all the false predictons didn't happen.  In other words i could have been a coward. 
Why would I want to support / contribute to / preach on behalf of, an immoral, dishonest, self-centered group of 8 men, who pretend to be the F&DS' ?
I am waiting for God, through Christ, to 'awaken' spiritually, the true Anointed remnant. When that happens, I don't know if it will be by cleaning out the W/t - JW Org, or, by forming a new association. I believe that there are true Anointed ones in many countries around the Earth.  I think that a 'new association' guided by 'Anointed Servants' could be organised globally. It does not need all of them in one place. 
I did have a thought that just as John the Baptiser made the way clear before Jesus came, then maybe JW Org has made the way clear before the True Anointed appear. 
Remember too that the Watchtower was around before the JW Org was formed, and most of those 
were known long before the JW Org was formed.  Although Russell wasn't a JW, he did most of the ground work. 
But I haven't stopped having Bible discussions and will talk to anyone that will discuss it sensibly.  I also try my best to encourage my family to think about 'spiritual things'.  In online discussions about world events I will try to introduce Bible prophecy. What i don't do is pretend i know the when and how of God's plans. 
So back to your question as to, What would i do ?
I would and do accept that I am NOT Anointed, therefore I do not expect God or Christ to work through me. 
Therefore I pray, read my BSB Bible, and i wait to find out who the 'Spiritual JEW'  are.  
Sometimes we just have to have patience and wait on God through Christ. 
The alternative of course is to try to 'run on ahead' without spiritual guidance, and we have seen the bad results clearly in the Watchtower / JW Org.

WTJWorg has its own collection of unique religious ideas and teachings. Own system. In the JW church the emphasis is on personal friendship with God and obedience to Jesus ’brothers on earth aka GB. Because, GB has a special insight into knowledge and can interpret the Bible correctly. Participation with the divine is achieved through personal Bible study and WTJWorg publications, prayer, and regular attendance at meetings where “truth” can be heard about all that will contribute to the salvation of the congregation.

Thus, the way to acquire “knowledge” is through the personal study and publications of WTJWorg which is the source of accurate religious knowledge of God.

Now we come to the next part. According to these words all "anointed ones" could, should come to "true knowledge of the truth". However, in the WTJWorg Administration, things are different. The “anointed ones” who decide what knowledge is and who decide how and when that knowledge will be made public is GB. GB is the Church Body of all anointed and non anointed believers and are also called FDS.
In the GB context, it is clearly intended to make it clear that, personal study of the Bible and WTJWorg publication and individual prayer cannot be successful on the path to salvation if it is not subject to GB and Organization.

I truly am sorry, but if you check the earlier WT sources, you will find that the Body of Christ consists of the anointed ones, who ARE the many members under Christ, their Head.   Today, the fine line between anointed Body and those not anointed is becoming indistinguishable.  It is because, what once began as truth, has transformed into a lie. 
Rev 16:13,14 - "And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, ("organization")  and out of the mouth of the false prophet. (GB leaders)   For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth (anointed ones; Rev 1:5; Rev 5:10) and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty."
 

You bring out a couple of good points.  Yet, what does the phrase “Judicial Committee” mean to you, Derek?  It is judgment put upon a person by the elders, men who have the given authority (by the GB) to judge someone as spiritually alive or spiritually dead.  Matt 10:17; John 16:2; 7:1,2; Luke 6:37; James 4:12  Many times this judgment is made on the basis of doctrine that has been dropped or changed by the GB, and those judged refuse to absorb the lie. Or, it is based on the refusal to accept 1914, using scriptures verifying why one rejects it. Others, who read scripture realize there is no earthly organization that must obtain our allegiance, in order for us to receive life. Rev 13:4,12; John 14:6 (edit)  It is enforced because victims of abuse speak out when not receiving the attention and care needed, but are told to get along with their abuser who may reside in the same congregation.  If and when they speak out in pain and suffering against this injustice, THEY are judged as spiritually “dead”, and shunned. Rev 13:15 If these individuals who are disfellowshipped never returned to the organization, do you believe they will be saved in Armageddon?  If not, then you accept the unfair judgment of an organization of men, over that of Christ's law of love.   Rom 2:1-3; Gal 5:14
These are the facts.  Christ has been given the authority to judge individuals based on his Word; even so, if the organization was truly operating under his guidance, the anointed ones – the true priesthood (1 Pet 2:5,9; Rev 5:9,10) – would be leading, teaching and “judging” in righteousness and love, since they would be listening to one Head directly, Jesus Christ; and not to a mediator, the governing body.  Mal 2:7; 1 Cor 6:2
A true “faithful and discreet slave” would not shut the mouths of his brothers and sisters and expect undue allegiance only to their word; threatening them with disfellowshipping if they choose to listen to the gift of Spirit within their heart.  1 John 3:10-12; Matt 24:48-51; John 15:26
I think John recognizes these things, and realizes that men who unofficially judge others with such serious matters, show the WT organization to be a cloaked tyranny.  They play with lives, and ruin them.  The Father and Christ see all. They hear all.  And they will act on the sins of God’s people.  Isa 42:14-17; Rev 18:4-8

It really isn't the rank and files fault either, they have been conditioned over the years to think that way by the way the publications are worded. If they say it subtly enough times, its bound to stick. 

I see a deliberate attemp by Mr. Butler to twist the facts and distort information.
He may appear to understand the facts, but in no manner should he be given serious consideration folks.

The Society's Lawyers and Accountants are now running the show, and our "official theology" has been modified a dozen times to keep the financial coffers full.
It has been a sad, sad thing to watch evolve.
When this generation passes away, those that saw these changes will no longer be able to recount them, and the memory of them will disappear.
There will be no "overlapping generations".
Those that spin control the past, control the present.

It is my understanding that the Society now allows voting to be a matter of conscience ( to keep from being sued out of existence for sedition ?) ... but I have not really been keeping up on that issue.

First, they "Compromise their Neutrality" by Obeying Censor and Not God. :)))
Second, why to speak about Worldly things (wars and weapons and politics) IF they want to be "Neutral" about Politics and Worldly Things? :))) IF someone want to be Neutral about something then He/They Have NO Opinion on something or at least They must "shut their mouth" and NOT to Tell WHAT IS Their Opinion, Thinking, Attitude. :)))) With this behavior you show your "neutrality"!  :)) and not taking sides.

Perhaps The WT Society (as New Government on Earth after Armageddon) similarly misunderstand many ex JW who want to be "neutral" on acts and laws of WT Society. And try to act according to own Conscience. By that they were, in eyes of WT Society, acted as "traitors" aka apostates.
