    Bitcoin is not a stock. Bitcoin is not a corporation. Bitcoin is a new form of money - the best money ever used. Fiat currencies, by design, always march towards a value of zero. Bitcoin has all the good properties of gold: scarce, recognizable, durable, divisible, fungible, portable. Unlike gold, Bitcoin can be sent "instantly" over the Internet for an extremely low cost. Gold is very expensive to transport securely. No government/central bank can ever debase Bitcoin via "money printing". Bitcoin cannot be confiscated (as long as the seed phrase is properly stored). Bob can send Bitcoin to Alice, even when Bob is in the US and Alice is in Iran. Nobody can stop them. You can memorize your 24 word seed phrase and then go anywhere in the world, and nobody can detect that you own Bitcoin or take it from you. People always gravitate towards and start using the best money available to them - and that is now Bitcoin.
