    Unfortunately, I can easily believe that to be entirely true.     The Bible says that Earth has been given to the sons of men. Obviously the phrase "the vicnity of the Earth" includes the Earth's Moon, because mankind has been there many times. By extension it seems clear that Satan's influence would extend to the Moon, and by further extension throughout the Solar System, and by even further extension ... the entire physical Universe. The logic is inescapable ... So ... now that we have a better understanding of what the Universe REALLY consists of, how are we to understand humanity's role in colonizing it? Is Mars destined to be forever a planet of Robots ... or will it eventually be shared with the sons of men?

    Exactly right, but the Wt. leaders are experts at creating confusing doctrines. So, Christ's followers would reject such doctrine and rely on the words already established in Jesus Christ. Airliners should not crash .... either. But they do. To reasonably expect others to be "perfect", you have to actually BE the example. How are you two critters doin' on THAT?

    Over the centuries, words and expressions have changed dramatically. Consider that just a few years ago "Gay" used to mean frivolously happy .... ...... And of course, my favorite "Let's Go Brandon!" It used to be that anyone who had great authority was referred to as a god .... and even today England has a "House of Lords", and Winston Churchill was titled "Lord of the Admiralty".
