Well, it’s Thursday afternoon, and the MegaMillion Lottery is up to ONE BILLION DOLLARS! If you “invest” $2 now, you may be able to get two or three cloned dinosaurs. You could start your own “Jurassic Park”, if only at the side of an on or off ramp of a local Interstate Highway. Sure …. It’s a 1 in 300 million chance gamble, but like the Brother in Ohio found out when he earnestly, and with tears and anguish, weepingly prayed to Jehovah to win the Lottery, and his prayers were answered by God …. ”It would help if you bought a ticket!”.

…. And say I had $300 million left over, I might set aside half for a warehouse full of bags of Purina Dinosaur Chow, and give half to the WTB&TS. ($150,000,000). Do you think they would turn it down?

Of course, if I could buy a dinosaur, and it would probably cost an appreciable amount of $500 million, and brought it to the Kingdom Hall I’m sure I would get a lot of criticism for having bought the Lottery ticket. However, if I mortgage my home, sell my car, and use my entire life savings to invest in very high risk penny stocks, and they generate $500 million, that kind of gambling is OK. What’s with that? what’s with that? At any rate, I would still have the dinosaur. ……. so I suspect that the moral of the story is this: in order to get $500 million to a buy or have made a dinosaur from DNA there is one essential thing you have to do. …. get $500 million dollars. And for crying out loud, get one of the cute dinosaurs, not one of those big ugly ones.

Well, I noticed that the Mega Millions Lottery is up to about 890 million dollars, and I could get by on about 500 million, but I realize that the one thing I want that money can’t buy….… …... a dinosaur.

To be fair, everybody has their blind spots…… I do, you do, Pearl Doxy has, and the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society has theirs. Not everybody knows about everything and some people know less about it than others. …. until they figured it out it took 18 years and many billions of dollars and over 30 deaths to get the bugs out of the V-22 Osprey vertical takeoff helicopter/airplane. it was considered to be a death trap for many years and the program was almost canceled many times by many people that did not understand it it’s on the blood and bodies of anybody participating that progress is made. ….. it is an incredibly complex, very high maintenance aircraft it requires a support staff that’s just unbelievable …… ….. and all that being said, it’s perhaps 5% as complicated as human beings. Not realizing that can cause some people to want to cancel incredibly valuable things just because there’s a high death rate. The V-22 Osprey is so dependable now, that they fly the President of the United States around in it.

I have found that using a valid scripture which is wholesome on the face of it, it’s useless when it’s used to support a false premise. Many times all false premises are identified only through experience and perception and if you have extremely bad experiences and a very false perception it makes it difficult. A good example of this is a politician of yesteryear who saved his country from deep depression and economic collapse, a man who wanted to be a priest but couldn’t stand it, a man who love dogs and wouldn’t put up with any crap, a man who built his nations highway system Into something the world could emulate and was on Time Magazines cover as “Man of the Year”, twice. But then again, we are talking about Adolf Hitler.

I don’t read citations either. it’s hard work, but the burden of proof is with a coherent self contained …. SHORT …. arguement. That’s why people watched the Muppets! If there was a “running gag”, Kermit would tell you.

Oh I dunno …. when I think about the book of Revelation with the many headed beast with the multiple horns and duck flippers and tangerine eyes it makes me wonder if I knew everything about everything in that regard it would make any difference at all. I suspect that it would not. So I think what I shall do is to pay attention to things I can do something about and not worry about invisible things that may happen in the heavens that no rational person can see and worry about such things as keeping my brakes in good repair so that I don’t slip out into an intersection and get T-boned by a concrete truck.

As I mentioned in my previous post, considering what that said, if a person is borderline insane, all bets are off. If you had read your own article that you yourself posted, you would see that the woman was mentally retarded, and had perception problems, and was borderline insane. as you yourself have demonstrated, people have a tendency sometimes to imagine what they want to do, regardless of what the conversation is about .….. reminds me of the time, (according to crazy liberal Democrat anti-gun folks) my shotgun got up off the table and chased them down the street and as they tried to hide behind cars as all by itself it hopped around like a pogo stick and tried to shoot them.
