Dmitar reacted to Witness in BETHEL'S BIG SECRET
    Here's the link:  https://4womaninthewilderness.blogspot.com/
I've never heard of a secret portal only accessible for supposed elite "members" who read at a blog.
There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known.  Luke 12:2

Jehovah's Witnesses have a secret database in their online library full of questionable material they wrote. They "have nothing to hide" but keep access to this portion of the website under lock and key. What could be so bad that it needs to be hidden from their millions of followers?

Even with given time, you make assumptions and claims, of which you cannot prove. Actually it does matter, granted my remark of how dishonorable somethings are, of which you are claiming, to make a claim without evidence it a bold face lie - as far as I am ware, lying has nothing to do with Christian Ethics.
You haven't put me in my place because I can see the low quality Hitchens's Razor and Appeals to Motive you are using several times already.
That being said, that is new, if I recall, I stated all men are imperfect, no one is immune to anything, not even me, however, due to my backing, my vigilance and discernment enables me to evade ill intent.
I am Christian, one who is able to discern, something of which you probably missed, purposely it seems.
Other than that, your attempts are nothing more but miniscule, it is nothing different I have been tried with in the past.
What are you talking about? You mentioned @JW Insider so many times, you start to confuse yourself. Not a good look.
That remark has nothing to do with Scripture, just discernment, for, anything can be found from your last tenure, since you seem to be revealing here of who you are. I must say, in your last few tenures, there are some remarks that are somewhat interesting which can be used to call your Christian Ethics to question outside of the Fruit of the spirit, of which you lack, along with discernment, as is the verse relating to testing the spirit.
Lacking? I guess I am suppose to believe that Jehovah's Witnesses indeed do own firearms and has some connection to military grade missiles. Clearly that is false.
Who is knocking on doors other than those of the paradigm in this day and age? You speak of foolishness, but you say things you can't really prove. I am clearly not like the others so your attempts don't faze me.
I already gave a definition and examples of what it is, the problem here is you made a claim against a guy who's culture looks at Narcissism as extremely dishonorable. You were invited several times to prove it, but instead, you ended up like Srecko and Witness when they make a direct claim towards things deemed dishonorable.
A Narcissism would not be spending his time looking for people, instead, such ones put themselves above all men and assume they are perfect, free of sin even, but in reality, they are not. For no man is perfect nor sinless.
Sure it does, however, looking at your last few tenures, seems as though you are holding grudges. Not too long ago you made childish remarks, that in of itself, is foolish. No grown person needs to reduce him or herself to such a level, but you did.
Truth. That is in regards to that.
But you made these claims, numerous times, so if you have a claim, surely you have evidence? Why tap dance around what you've coined?
If I say something, I have legitimate information to back it up, I would not say something out of the blue and hope someone thing it is true. That is unethical, so to speak.
Which you did, therefore you made a claim. My culture isn't mystical, it was brought up due to moral reasons on the view of what is bad or haughty behavior in that sense, in a way, even from a Christian standpoint, such an attitude thing is frown upon even to Christians, moreover, said culture heavily relies on Scripture and Christian practices, mainly so, to do everything right although an imperfect person.
Like I said, it is pretty foolish to make claims without evidence, you did this to yourself, so it would be wise on your part to finish what you started.
On the contrary, it was already made clear of what it entails. As I am aware I am not in a state of being emotional, nor has my mood changed, for I have been neutral.
Do you want me to care? People come and go on forums, even in real life debates, people come and go, it makes no difference to me.
    Irrelevant.
That being said, cowardice of your own words is foolish, and quite tragic.
Next time when you make claims, have evidence, there are Biblical examples of which can be equated to this, so perhaps you should read up on that, hence your understanding seems to be fragmented from many tenures. Therefore, if you have no evidence, keep silent.
1 John 4:1 has been used against you, thoroughly.

    No.

I already outlined the role of the spiritual priesthood under Christ.  The elder "priesthood" is an evil dichotomy transgressing the laws of God.

Zech. 10:2 – “For the household gods utter nonsense, and the diviners see lies; they tell false dreams and give empty consolation. Therefore the people wander like sheep; they are afflicted for lack of a shepherd.”
The term “household gods” refers to the Hebrew word “teraphim”, which means “healer”, a family idol, an image.  Teraphim could be rather large and in the shape of a human. They were consulted in divination, and derived from a root word meaning, “comfort”; thus, the teraphim god was a “giver of comfort”. (Gen 31:19; 1 Sam 19:13; Judges 17:5; 18-20; Hos 3:4,5)
Their role with the “diviners” of Zech 10:2 can be seen in Ezek. 21:21 -
“For the king of Babylon stands at the fork of the road at the head of the two roads to practice divination. He shakes the arrows, he inquires with the teraphim, he sees with the liver..”
(Diviner - “one who pretends to predict events”, “false prophets of Israel”  - Micah 3:6)
Consider if you will, the elder body. Can they be symbolically viewed as the teraphim – as gods?  It is stressed in the organization that congregation elders provide “spiritual support and comfort” and are “protectors of the flock”.  They are the governing leader’s “Helpers” whom they consult with, through the writing committee and many other committees that are part of the organization.
Jesus had asked the question in John 10:34-36, “Is it not written in your law, ‘I said, you are gods’? 35 If those people to whom the word of God came were called ‘gods’ (and the scripture cannot be broken), 36 do you say about the one whom the Father set apart and sent into the world, ‘You are blaspheming,’ because I said, ‘I am the Son of God’?”
He is quoting from Ps 82:6 - I said, "You are gods; you are all sons of the Most High.”
As “sons of the Most High”, God’s holy people, the anointed priesthood, are “gods”.
Gal 3:26 – “or through faith you are all sons of God in Christ Jesus.”
They form, as priestly “living stones”, the spiritual house, the Temple of God. (1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16; 6:19; Eph 2:20-22)
God’s early priests were to teach the people His instructions. (Deut 33:10; Num 27:21; 2 Chron 15:3; Mal 2:7)
Since the advent of Jesus Christ - the High Priest and chief cornerstone of the spiritual Temple -  God’s chosen priests are given a token of spiritual understanding, with God’s laws written on their heart. (Matt 13:12; 2 Cor 1:21,22; Heb 8:10,1,2; 10:19-22)
They must teach the word of God to all, as ambassadors of Christ. (2 Cor 5:20; Rom 15:15,16; 1 Pet 2:9)
To his faithful priests who walk in his path upholding his truths, Jesus gives “hidden manna”. (Luke 9:23; Matt 4:4; John 17:17; 2 Pet 1:19; Rev 2:7,17,18)
Yes, those to whom Christ gives hidden manna, take in the power of eternal life, through the spirit and it's seed placed within them (1 Pet 1:23; Rom 8:9). It then dwells within them (Luke 8:8,15).
They have authority to give it to yet others who receive them. They become messengers (Greek: "angels") of heavenly bread (Mal.2:7; 1Cor.4:1)
    (John6:51,55; 1Cor.12:27; 10:17; John1:51)
    and of living water (John7:38; Rev.22:17,1,2; Jer.17:7,8; Ps.1:3; Prov.11:28; Isa.61:3; Eze.47:12; John15:16,8; 14:12,13; Gen.22:15,18; Gal.3:29)
     (John7:38; Luke6:45,44; Matt.7:20).
Possessing the power to impart eternal life...."gods", indeed!
    Pearl Doxsey
Can the “uncircumcised” elder body, fit this description? (Ezek 44:7,9)  No.  The organization loosely uses the term, “God’s house” to define not only its physical “Bethel”, its kingdom halls, and various buildings, but also its people.  It has removed the distinction between the righteous and the unrighteous, the clean and the unclean, by allowing a “Gentile” elder body to replace God’s priests.  (Num 3:10;18:7; Lev 10:10; Ezek 44:23; Rev 11:1,2)   These men are false “gods”/false priests of a greater idol.  While the anointed are to represent the image of God’s Temple and dwelling of His Spirit (1 Cor 3:16), the elders represent the image of “Jehovah’s spirit-directed organization”.  (Rev 13:14-17)
The scriptures refer to teraphim as an abomination. (1 Kings 23:24)
To correlate this abomination as “gods” within God’s sanctuary, the word “abomination” in Matt 24:15, is translated as,
“a foul thing, a detestable thing, of idols and things pertaining to idolatry.”
Mark 13:14 - “When you see ‘the abomination that causes desolation’ standing where it does not belong—let the reader understand—then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.
The abomination certainly is the elder body “standing in” or stationed unofficially, as ‘representatives’ of the royal priesthood…becoming its own priesthood, and firmly establishing its power and false authority over the holy place”/Temple of God. (Matt 24:15; 1 Cor 3:16,17)  Being granted that role by the wicked slave/governing leaders, has resulted in the removal of the priestly “daily sacrifice” and the trampling of the “living stones” of God’s Temple.  (Dan 8:11-13; Matt 24:48-51; Rev 9:1-4) https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matt+24%3A15%3B+1+Cor+3%3A16%2C17%3BDan+8%3A11-13%3B+Matt+24%3A48-51%3B+Rev+9%3A1-4&version=NKJV
In 2 Kings 23:24, the household gods and “all abominations” were removed by King Josiah “in order to establish the words of the law written on the scroll that Hilkiah the priest had found in the temple of YHVH.”  The anointed today, have been silenced in the organization.  Under the presence of the “abomination”, the laws of God written on the anointed heart are rejected for the laws of men. (2 Kings 17:7,8; Ps 10:13; Amos 2:4)  Christ’s teachings are either polluted or ignored. (Dan 8:12; Matt 5:17-19; Mark 7:7,8; John 12:47-48; Gal 1:11,12)
It is an outright lie, that the organization carries God’s blessing and is inhabited by His Spirit, when His laws are blasphemed by the “abomination standing in the holy place”. (2 Chron 7:19-21; Jer 7:11,15; 1 Cor 3:17; 2 Thess 2:4,8; Rev 14:9-11)
The priesthood has been ordered by the governing leaders to remain distinctly separate from one another. This too is blasphemy, and sadly the anointed have been fooled into believing it is a decree coming from God.  (Ezek 44:6-9; Mal 1,2,7,8,11) (Mark 13:2; 1 Cor 12:25-27; Col 2:8; 1 Tim 4:1; Rev 13:10; 16:13-15; Mal 2:9)
“The king will do as he pleases. He will exalt and magnify himself above every god and will say unheard-of things against the God of gods. He will be successful until the time of wrath is completed, for what has been determined must take place. 37 He will show no regard for the gods of his ancestors or for the one desired by women, nor will he regard any god, but will exalt himself above them all. 38 Instead of them, he will honor a god of fortresses; a god unknown to his ancestors he will honor with gold and silver, with precious stones and costly gifts.”  Dan 11:36-38
The Hebrew word for “fortresses” means a place of safety, protection, refuge, stronghold.  For JWs, the organization is perceived as such; a refuge and place of spiritual protection, but also each elder is said to reflect these qualities.
Yes, I believe the characteristics of the teraphim can be compared to the Body of Elders, the “abomination”, replacing God’s priesthood and blaspheming His spiritual Temple. (2 Thess 2:3,4; Rev 11:1,2; 13:5-7)
Elders are the assumed spiritual “healers” and are consulted for protection, comfort and guidance, in conjunction with the “diviners”, or the false prophets/ governing leaders. (Matt 7:15; 24:24; 2 Pet 2:1; Rev 13:11,15)

Knowing these things (about the identity of the "gods")
helps us to interpret prophecy accurately, such as 2 Thess 2:4....

"He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called god or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God**."

    Although we were taught while within the "Watchtower", that this "man of lawlessness" (2 Thess 2:3,4) pertains to "Christendom";
We now see that this is an identity that actually comes to dominate the authentic anointed.... the genuine priests of "God's temple" (1 Cor 3:16; Rev 5:10).
This is in harmony with so many scriptures that speak about the final condition of the anointed while being trampled by Gentiles ("man of lawlessness")
    (Luke 21:24; Rev 13:10,7; Isa 5:5; 63:18; Dan 8:13; Rev 11:2).
     Who are the "gods"?

Return unto thy rest, O my soul; for the Lord hath dealt bountifully with thee. Psalm 116:7
THE Christian's habit of thought has much indeed to do with his spiritual progress or retrogression, as it is also an index of his spiritual state; and good habits of thought need to be carefully cultivated. By "habit of thought" we mean that normal condition to which the mind habitually returns in the moments of mental leisure. While engaged in the active duties of life we must of necessity bend our mental energies to the work in hand, for if we do anything merely mechanically and without concentrating thought upon it we cannot do it well; yet even here Christian principle, well established in the character, will unconsciously guide. But when the strain of labor and care are lifted for a time, the established habit of thought, like the needle to the pole, should quickly return to its rest in God.
I can see where @Patiently waiting for Truth, @Pudgy the vampire mutt, and @xerowould fit the profile. As always, the generosity of present Jehovah's Witnesses coming together with former Jehovah's Witnesses to regal the visitor with their stellar minds. Classic!

But the Pope says he is selected by God. Archbishops say they are selected by God. And you say that no one should question those selected by God. You would say that no one should judge those selected by God.
So, wow, every religion, in your eyes, has someone sellected by God
So how do you decide who you think is really selected by God ?
From my viewpoint it is 'By their works you will know them'. And the works of Watchtower / JW Org Leaders are not good.

The Body of Christ is ONLY the True Anointed ones. A body can only consist of a certain number of body parts. And that number in this case is 144,000.
The number of the 'earthly class' is not known which proves they are not part of the Body of Christ.
God uses words that humans can understand, hence the word 'Body'. Christ is the Head, and the 144,000 are that Body.  But we know it is not physical, it is spiritual.

You are comparing the word of God to the words of men ?
And actually it would seem that many people do not even use a paper bible any more, they use their cell phones or tablets.
So the 'paper copy' is not important, it's the content of it that is important.
No one has the original writings, we all have coppies. So why isn't the GB satisfied with copppies of those documents ?
And this period of time was when the Leaders were telling lies about the Romans scripture concernigthe Superior Authorities, and by doing so, causing harm to thousands of people.

I think the way “selection by God” is usually determined is what kind of costume they wear.
The Popes are always bent over at a thirty degree angle because they are wearing 25 pounds of clothes, lots of gold, and a very tall 15 pound hat.
I think those having God’s approval should wear striped bermuda shorts, and a welder’s helmet with a red clown nose.
Considering the outfits the Jews used to wear in the Temple, it would be a step up!

You seem to indicate an offering is wrong. Can you explain why it's wrong, even though Jesus spoke about it and the apostles referenced those offerings to the church?
Since this post is about a church scamming its parishioners by a refund if their needs are not met, and you insist the Watchtower should do the same, I'm trying to find a text where the first century did that by those means of giving. Now you're using the word temple, it's more interesting, since Jesus thought of his body as a temple. John 2:9. Does this mean, those offerings should have gone directly to Jesus and not the church, and if someone's prayer was not answered to their satisfaction, Jesus should have returned that offering?
How should a Christian proceed with the question of the burnt offerings and animal sacrifice?

Partial comment: Among other things, when one group of people attacks another group of people, then it is a kind of consequence of the "free will" that God allows to happen. The act of violence is unacceptable, but it is possible because God does not want to interfere to “defend the innocent”.

So, let me continue with the absurdity.   The word (of every kind) was transmitted orally, until the moment when human society began to be "literate", so I guess because of poor memory it began to write things down so that they would not be forgotten. It was similar with what we call today the "Word of God". Of course, we will not deal with unimportant details and say that some "letters" (documents) are inspired, and all others are not. At least not on the issue of "divine inspiration" as implied by the Bible.

In this comment you have introduced a new term; physical protection from harm. This reminds me very much of one statement before court when Richard Ashe says that JW elders provide spiritual protection to members of the congregation, not physical protection (there has been talk of protecting children from CSA)

If a delegated guardian angel has abused his position, the question is: Why has no one prevented him from doing so? Why no one came and told Eve and Adam; The snake is lying. And everyone heard it and watched it in the heaven. Where were all the First Princes, cherubims, seraphs and other angels? Did they sleep?
Why didn't anyone react? Neither in a spiritual nor in a literal sense of protection for Adam and Eve? Or, no one in the Heaven want to violate satan' free will? But there was no problem to punish Adam and Eve for their free will? According to JW elder Richard Ashe deposition, if he had been there, he would have sent the elders to provide every "spiritual help" to deliver them from the wrong decision.
Free choice? The explanations offered go in the direction that it could be concluded that it is very likely that free will means the wrong choice. In primitive terms, free will would be equated with the conclusion that a punishment would be obtained for a choice made beyond that choice prescribed by someone else. If there is no choice other than the one determined by law, then we have no reason to talk about free will in matters of such things.
And even when people choose a color of shoes that others do not like, many will succumb to the will of others and choose a color that is more liked by the majority in the group or one who has an influence on the opinion of the group. Why do male JWs have a big problem with, say, a beard? Because their free will is not free, but is under attack by the will of the WTJWorg Administration. What kind of free will/choice do we want to talk about? About what kind of protection is about that people in general and unprotected JW members can count on?
Protection, not general guidance. Because, people need to be "protected" from their wrong free will too.
