Apologize for my poor English  
From reaction made by other people here i see that they understand what was said.
More serious consequences arise when people who write texts for WTJWorg “distorting, twisting, contorting, screwing up” the minds of their readers .... PS ....and listeners.

I can name several defects that I have and I continually ask for forgiveness.  One thing I don’t do, is teach millions of people that they must obey me, no matter what I say.  I don’t put myself before Jesus Christ. I don’t lead millions of people into idolatry, a grave sin that I committed for over 30 years and which I have asked God to forgive me; for listening to spiritual harlots who have broken their covenant with Jesus, and becoming one myself by consuming their lies.   I don’t tell people that Armageddon will be here in a certain year, and when it doesn’t occur, blame my listeners for jumping to conclusions.
I don’t exalt earthly treasures above spiritual “treasures”/knowledge of God’s Word.  Can your leaders live without their organization, their compound, their hopes and dreams to be filled on this earth…in Satan’s domain?
Their sins are not the slight ones. They have committed the unforgivable sin against the Holy Spirit, by damning the anointed in Christ, who speak against their lies. 

I do believe those in the world who want to "know" the GB just need to tune into the website and take a listen to their videos.  Their deficiencies are REAL.  

I always found it amusing how watchtower leadership, claiming they are anointed, feel it’s ok to lie like a rug and still feel worthy to be accepted into the 144,000, even though Revelation 14:5 clearly says:
“No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless.”

If I may,
God always sends prophets to warn Israel of their impending judgment, but they never paid attention:
“God sent prophets to straighten them out, warning of judgment. But nobody paid attention.” 2 chronicles 24:19
God uses the same tactic today as he has sent prophets again and again to warn the governing body to turn from their wicked ways, but they do not listen:
“Time after time I sent you prophets, who told you, “Turn from your wicked ways, and start doing things right. Stop worshiping other gods so that you might live in peace here in the land I have given to you and your ancestors.” But you would not listen to me or obey me.” Jeremiah 35:15
Why don’t they listen? Because, they feel exactly as you’ve said, “if Jehovah wants us to change then He will change us”, but they completely fail to recognize exactly how God works. God sends prophets, they’ve rejected the prophets. Therefor, Jesus has given the governing body time to repent, but they are unwilling (Rev 2:21).
This is their future if they do not change:
“Therefore, I will bring upon you all the disasters I have announced. Prepare to meet your God in judgment, you people of Israel!” Amos 4:12

advise,  confab,  confabulate,  confer,  consult,  parley,  treat WTJWorg literature is full of counsels, instructions, directives, dogmas and teachings. Plenty of them is questionable. Thus, the problem may be in the person giving the advice and in the content of the advice. Often times, giving advice in the JW assembly, is at the level and in the form of a request and obligation to accept the advice. In that case, if the advice of the JW elders is not accepted, it could mean that such a person is "marked" as disobedient, stubborn and the like.
But let us ask ourselves this; What could be the advice, from WTJWorg lawyers, also elders, on whether to tell the truth or still be allowed to lie and deceive? The Bible says, don't lie. WTJWorg publications say that it is allowed to lie in order to protect the WTJWorg organization. Enough, right, about the types of advice from a JW organization?

Perhaps you are interpreting my resistance to approach a body of elders for spiritual support that you believe I must need, as being stiff-necked?  I don’t think you understand God’s use of “stiff-necked” in the scriptures.  It concerns God’s people not following His commands, and Christ’s teachings. (Exod 32:8-10; Acts 7:51) If needed, I receive my counsel and refinement from the Father and the Son. (1 John 1:7,9,10; 2:1; 3:2,3; 5:3; Eph 4:20-24)   The GB have created their own interpretation of God’s word that diverts from scripture. You even mentioned that the magazines are simply interpretations on the word of God, which indicates no solid ground for truth to be established. (Matt 7:26,27)  Their goal is to refine JWs according to an earthly organizational method under the influence of their word, that you seem to prefer.  No.  They are not my mediator, an organization made up of elders is not my mediator, who have usurped the anointed priesthood in Christ, (2 Thess 2:3,4) and who gives advice by the guidelines of a confidential scripted book.   Are your methods the same earthly methods of your leaders?  ( Phil 3:17-21; James 3:15)

If the only path of eternal life is truth in God’s Word, why would one tolerate untruths? (John 1:17; 14:6; 17:17; 1 John 4:6; 2 Tim 2:15) 
Once we fall into a truth-baited trap, finding we’ve been surrounded by the deep darkness of untruths, what happens? (Ps 140:5; Amos 3:5; Col 2:8; Rev 13:10; 2 Cor 6:14) 
We either fold our hands and accept the good with the bad, as thousands have done so for the rest of their fleshly lives; or our heart condition is motivated at some point to know why – why would God teach His people doctrine that is revealed to be untrue; doctrine which men call repeatedly, “adjustments in understanding” and “new light”. (Isa 5:20,21; 50:11; Eph 5:6,11; Rev 2:2; Mal 3:18) 
God would not condone untruths, and neither would Jesus Christ. (Num 23:19; Mark 7:7; 2 John 1:9; Heb 6:18) But men in the organization convinced us otherwise. (Gal 1:6-9) 
Jesus, who established the foundation of the Temple of Truth, has always been straightforward in providing the light of God’s word for those who seek it. (John 2:19,21; John 14:6; 8:12; John 3:20,21;1 Cor 3:11; 1 Pet 2:5,6; 1 Cor 12:28; Eph 1:13;2:19,20; 1 John 4:6)

They claim their personal role and that of their organization, is to disseminate truth, and this work is approved by both God and Jesus Christ. (Matt 24:48-51; Rev 13:11,12) Yet, neither the Father nor the Son would abandon what was initially established on the body of Christ in the first century, in order to accommodate the lying doctrines and aspirations of men. (Matt 16:18;1 Cor 3:10; Col 1:5; Eph 2:20,21; 2 Tim 1:13; 2:2; 3:14) 
Each doctrine and subsequent doctrinal change, is an obstacle to one’s spiritual growth. (Mark 9:42; 1 Cor 4:6; James 3:15; 1 Tim 6:3-5) 
“I appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; avoid them. In fact, the climate found in the organization reminds me of the air breathed when wildfires rage close to home. For days on end, the sun’s rays are obscured with smoke and ash. We may initially complain, but this obstacle is eventually accepted as an oppressive “normal”, and adaptations to continue in the daily routine are made. Our lungs and ensuing health suffer from inhaling harmful residue from the fires. In the organization, we adapted to the smoke and mirrors of deception and idolatry, contrived by the “ruler of the power of the air”. (Ezek 32:7; Isa 13:9,10; Joel 3:15; Eph 2:2; Rev 9:1,2) We were existing without the light of the “sun” – the light and truth of Christ’s teachings. We “breathed” in spirit-driven falsehoods, letting them settle into our hearts and placing our spiritual health in jeopardy. (Ps 5:9; Zech 8:17; Isa 29:13; Rev 16:13-16) 
We didn’t realize that each doctrine established, is a clear sign that men have diverted from the Temple foundation of truth. (Jer 8:8-9; Matt 7:15-20; John 15:4,5; Col 2:3,4) 
We were unaware that these false teachers appease their fleshly need for power over others, through the ‘sale’ of their false doctrines, while also exalting what they have built. (Exod 34:12-15; Isa 2:7,8; Hab 2:18; Rom 1:25; Rev 2:20;13:1,3-4,11,12,16,17) 
We shared in the sins of their folly. (Jer 5:31; Isa 3:11;Prov 19:3; 1 Tim 6:9; Rev 14:9-11; 18:4-8) 
“And you were dead in your trespasses and sins in which you previously walked according to the ways of this world, according to the ruler of the power of the air, the spirit now working in the sons of disobedience. The organization’s existence serves the spiritual thieving need for Satan to destroy the competition – those “kings of the earth” under Jesus Christ. (Rev 1:5;5:9,10) (Rev 13:5-7; 20:7-9) 
Is it really true that the governing leaders would accommodate Satan’s driving passion to destroy God’s priests/kings? (Luke 4:5-7; 2 Cor 11:3,4,13-15; Heb 12:15,16; Rev 8:10,11)
Well, it is not uncommon in the history of political rulership to witness corrupt men coming to power, only to rob and crush the poor and the needy. How much more so would Satan implement a plan to rob and crush the “remaining ones of the woman’s seed” under the façade of righteous acts, and using his ministers to carry it out? (Eccl 10:5-7; Jer 9:8; Isa 3:5,13-15; Zech 7:10; Hab 2:9,10; Jer 8:16; Joel 1:6,7;2 Thess 2:4,9,10; Rev 9:3,4,7,8,11; Rev 11:2; 12:13,15,17; 2 Cor 11:4,14,15) 
Can you imagine Satan sitting back and allowing his kingdom to be destroyed, which without a doubt will happen when the Temple of living stones has reached completion? (Zech 4:6,7; Dan 2:34,35; 7:27; Rom 8:19-22) 
No corrupt leader willingly gives up what he has built without a fight to protect his interests; and Satan’s only threat, is Jesus and the anointed members of his body. (1 John 5:19; Matt 28:18;:33; 1 Cor 15:25,26; Eph 6:12; Rev 12:7,10) 
The traditional warring campaign is to target, capture and kill. Of course, this is Satan’s tactic against the kingdom heirs since he originated the plan. (Ezek 38:10,11; 1 Pet 5:8; Rev 20:7,8) If we analyze the organization’s drive to search out those who are called “honest-hearted ones”, (“the hearts of the naïve”), the realistic goal behind the deception, is to target the unsuspecting ones, and lead these individuals into the indoctrination of men, resulting in spiritual famine, disease and ultimate destruction. (Hos 4:1; Amos 8:11; Isa 32:6; 1 John 3:8) 
Pearl Doxsey once said Satan “dredged the world to get anyone interested in the Bible.” Upon hearing this, I immediately thought of gold dredging in the high country of rivers and streams where I grew up. Many believe that this practice is destructive to stream life. I tend to agree that it can destroy spawning grounds of fish, diverting riverbeds from their natural course. From what I’ve learned, any man-made change that does not accommodate the natural flow of rivers, streams, small seasonal run-offs, and moisture from the heavens, constricts or prevents all established trees, plants and water life dependent on their natural setting, to continue thriving as they once were.
A valuable “token” of Holy Spirit is deposited into each heart of one chosen by God through the anointing. (2 Cor 1:21,22; 1 Pet 2:9) Jesus compares the spirit of knowledge and truth, to “fine gold”. (John 14:15-17; Rev 3:18) 
Each vessel chosen to do God’s will, should preserve the word of God, and teach it. (Mal 2:7; Matt 5:14-16; 1 Cor 4:1; 2 Cor 4:7; Eph 4:11,12; 1 Thess 2:4) Through their faithfulness and sacrifices of praise, the wisdom of God should grow within them. (Matt 25:14,19,21; Eph 2:10; 3:20; 4:15; Phil 1:6; Eph 1:7-10) 
Jesus also compares the end harvest of the “sons of the kingdom”, to fish caught in a net. (Matt 13:37-39, 47,48; Jer16:16,17,18,15; 5:26; Hab 1:15-17) 
These “sons”/anointed are God’s “possession”. (Exod 19:6; John 15:16; 1 Pet 2:9,10) 
Through this fishing and dredging process, they became Satan’s captives, in time to halt the progress of further spiritual development of truth within themselves. (Heb 5:12-14) He halted the flow of “living water” that Jesus promised would come from the hearts of those who believe in him, and who remained attached to the “vine”/sap of Holy Spirit. (John 4:10; 7:38; 15:4; Jer 2:13)
He successfully blocked their connection with their Master and Head, Jesus Christ, and introduced them to a new Master, under the covenant of death. (Eph 5:23; Col 2:19; Jer 8:18,19; Hos 17:10,13,16; Matt 24:24; Rev 13:11; 17:3; Isa 28:15,18) 
Satan diverted the waters of life, preventing any who showed interest in the word of God to receive truth. (2 Chron 15:3; Mal 2:7; 1 Pet 2:5; 1 Cor 5:20; 2 Tim 2:15) He created his own poisoned waters, through his ministers, to the fatal harm of all who drink it in. (Rev 8:10,11) He prevented the members of Christ’s body to receive the “bread of life”, preventing their union as one body, “one loaf” sent by Christ to those hungry for truth. (John 6:35,50,51; Matt 10:40,41) 
At his demand, God has allowed this testing by Satan to come upon the final remnant in the last days. (Luke 22:31; Jer 9:13-16; 2 Thess 2:9-12) 
Pearl had mentioned that just as Herod went into Jerusalem to find the young Jesus and kill him, Satan has searched out those under the New Covenant in Christ – the anointed of “Jerusalem above”, to destroy with deceit. The “preaching work” of JWs, facilitated Satan’s plan. (Gal 4:26) 
These counterfeit "witnesses" unwittingly go "door to door" with the bait....searching out the "firstborn sons" for Satan....
that they might take the bait...becoming ensnared, enslaved, and "destroyed" before they have a chance to grow to sealed maturity (Eph.4:13; 1Cor.2:6; Gal.4:19)....just as the soldiers of Herod sought through every home in Ramah, to destroy the promised seed (Rev.12:17; Heb.12:23; Rev.14:4; 2Thess.2:13,14; Matt.2:16,17,18; Isa.49:21; Eze.14:22; 6:8; 7:16; 12:16) 
Unfortunately, Satan did not care that innocent babies were killed in his rage (reflected in Herod) against the promised "seed" Jesus (Gal.3:16). Neither does he care, that interested Bible students are perishing from the poisonous waters he has unleashed to target the "seed" today (Gal.3:29,26; Rev.12:4,15,16,17).
There is nothing superior about the indoctrination offered to the Bible students of "Jehovah's Witnesses".
They are learning lies just as members of Christendom are learning lies.
The only path to life, is Truth.
Whether you are "babes" to doctrines of men, or babes to the real truth,
the Great Tribulation will be a severe spiritual test, which most will not survive (Matt.24:22,24,13)...
Not because the test is unfair, but because most of those of the learned and the unlearned,
prefer the idolatrous lies (2Thess.2:9,10; Matt.7:13).

The temple of God’s dwelling where truth could be found in a united anointed priesthood of “living stones”, (1 Pet 2:5) is in symbolic ruins in the organization. (Matt 24:2; Luke 19:41-44) Thorns and briars have taken over. (Dan 11:36,37; Ezek 2:6; 2 Thess 2:4; Rev 11:2; 13:7) The saints are scattered among the nations, but that doesn’t mean that a “restoration” work is impossible. (Eph 2:4-10) It is happening now. As Pearl said, “For lovers of truth, all things are possible, including salvation.” (Ezek 34:12; Isa 50:10; 52:1,2; Eph 5:14-16; Jer 31:10,11;16; Isa 10:20) 
 
Leave the organization if you haven’t already done so! And if you have left, help as many as you can to leave the abyss of deep darkness behind.

Not really. Some people just get more discipline than others. If you know anything, you know that no one gets DF'ed for doing anything. They get DF'ed for their attitude about what they're doing. If you don't cop an attitude, you generally don't get DF'ed. Now it's true that you can look at a person's behavior and intuit the attitude especially if they keep repeating the thing that got them disciplinary attention to begin with. Some people need something sterner to get their attention. But no one's been weeded. These can still stay in the garden, they just don't have all the privileges they had formerly. The "weeding" is what people do to themselves when they leave permanently. Are they leaving to a better, more correct group of Christians, or just a group who'll tolerate all manner of bad behavior? Or, and this is what some do, they become atheists or agnostics in a sense saying "If God doesn't present himself in a way I understand and approve of, I'll just wave my hands and he'll cease to exist." Yes, it is their job to shepherd the flock and yes it means to watch out for malcontents and others who'd want people to go astray. (This is the problem I see in Christendom in general) More denominations SHOULD disfellowship their members. It's a good thing, not a bad thing. Now you can argue that the way some handle their associations w/DF'd ones isn't something handled well at times and you'd be right, but that's going to happen w/everything that humans are involved with. They are going to get it wrong. Family members have to take responsibility for the way they handle members of their own family and others who are DF'ed - there are going to be some who minimize the discipline and they have to deal with that (and I've seen that they do...eventually).
Issues w/CSA and these other things have been examined by others outside as well as inside and adjustments have been made, but no....it's not perfect and never will be, but when this organization is contrasted w/others there isn't a better organization I'm aware of doctrinally or practice-wise with which one might associate.
Do I believe every recent interpretation or other older interpretations which have come down the pike? No. And I don't teach any of those things as facts, but as interpretations. The facts are clear and these are what can be clearly pointed to in scripture - the rest is speculation and there is and has always been organizational speculation as well as private and personal speculation. Does this mean that Jehovah isn't in control and directing things? No.

And that is why I'm PATIENTLY WAITING FOR TRUTH. 
BUT, in the meantime, I will continue to follow my Christian conscience and give warning about the lies, hypocrisy and immorality in the Watchtower / JW Org. And I will continue to show the hypocrisy and dishonesty of the GB in their dealings with CSA and the Pedophiles in the Org. In my opinion it is the Christian way to warn others of danger, both spiritual and physical. 
I've been told by many on here that the GB cannot be weeded out anyway. That is rubbish of course, because God and Christ can remove anyone they want to. When it happens, then we shall find truth. 
There are so many true Anointed ones that God through Christ can use to replace the GB. 
The scripture that you quoted from Matthew would be referring to people inside the Org. BUT what I'm referring to is the ones that have put themselves in the place of the Master, namely your GB. 
The strange thing is, the Elders / Circuit Overseers are constantly weeding / disfellowshipping people. Did Jesus tell them it was their job  ??? 
Are the Elders deliberately uprooting the wheat ?

I have often pondered that Jehovah God had expressed a particular fondness for humans, and no stated preference for dogs.
Perhaps in the New System, after the thousand year training and final exam, or perhaps even sometime before that (?) and "New Scrolls" are opened, perhaps we will learn that there is a plan, and perhaps has always been a plan, for a "Rainbow Bridge", where we wait for our Guardians to be resurrected, and be with us once again.
Like so many things discussed here .... the CORRECT answer is "I don't know."
It seems like a hint is that Jehovah knows our Guardians' limitations, and seems to have tolerated a tremendous amount of grievous error of his "Organization" back in the era of King David, et al.

Think of all the many thousands of Jews that fought in Jehovah's sanctioned and approved wars, who EVEN THOUGH JEHOVAH WAS WITH THEM ... they were slaughtered on the battlefields of those times. Jehovah COULD have preserved and protected each one of them, but he did not.

"taking down" = weeding - Jesus said that wasn't your job.
As for turning away and how one does this and to whom is everyone's responsibility. If you've judged then you have to deal w/the judgement you've made. Clearly not everyone JW or non-JW agrees w/you, but it's your prerogative and your responsibility. Whether it's a better use of your time to turn people towards something or away from something is your prerogative and responsibility as well.

If I may remark, it would then mean that GB should stop calling ex-JW with expressions as; ex-JW are "apostates, enemies, poison" and the like. 
Also, JW members' "bible-trained consciences" would disregard the GB directive on how to treat former members.
What you mention is commendable. Generally speaking. Generally understood. Generally applicable. But apart from you a few who talk to us here and a few who do it with us personally where we live, it is an rare  exception to WTJWorg policy.

It's not Calvary church that we turn to for salvation, it's not the building. We go straight to and through Jesus for our salvation. Which is a stark contrast to this bold statement:

Such as the Leaders of the Watchtower / JW Org that are deliberately insulting God and Christ.

If you can tell the difference between good and bad advice, you don't need it, if you can't it doesn't matter because you'll just end up finding out anyway. There are times when you can end up in the right place following the wrong advice and times you can end up in the wrong place following the right advice and whether it's the wrong place or the right place or not depends on Jehovah.
There was the time King David (actually, before he was king) when he'd had it w/Saul making his life difficult so he left Israel to go fight as a mercenary for the Philistines. Now he'd always vowed to not lift his hand up (w/graffiti or otherwise) against the anointed of Jehovah, but maybe he's changed his mind because he's on his way to Mt. Gilboa w/the Philistines to fight Saul...but at Aphek he's stopped and sent home...now could be this southward movement of men might have looked like a flanking maneuver to the Israelite scouts and maybe this put them out of position so they weren't in time to defend the entrance to the Jezreel valley leading ultimately to Saul's death? Who knows? Jehovah could have used David in a way to both stop him from breaking his vow AND leading to Saul's death and ultimate replacement. That's all speculation, but could be that's what was going down.
Thing is, though David didn't fight against an arguably bad King because he was put there by Jehovah and Jehovah was going to have to take him out. In any case, Jehovah's will was done and we can likewise know it will be done today.
You just don't want to be the intentional instrument to take down anyone or any group whom you see doing God's will, not matter how defective you imagine them to be. We aren't authorized to trash the dragnet either any more than we're authorized to do some weeding, but we can weed ourselves and our own hearts and we should.

Or, if you are the Leaders of the Watchtower / JW Org, then you spend your time playing with numbers and dates to pretend you know more than other people do. 

I have to agree that this does make sense. Though I would think there are cases where people have a right to have an attitude if they've been incorrectly dealt with.  I must admit that the Elders, in more than one congregation, were 'on my back' about some things, but I was never D/fed. 
Please be balanced enough to accept that some of us leave because of the immorality within the JW Org. I make it clear that I left because of the CSA earthwide in the Org, and because of the dishonest way it was being dealt with.  I felt that the Org was not a safe place to invite families into. I have since found other reasons not to return, but i have not gone looking for an alternative 'Christian' way, nor have I turned my back on God or Christ. Please think again on those last few words of your sentence above. Who was that tolerated pedophile Elders and M/s in congregations of JWs ? 
This is now an important issue to me. I could not hand out Watchtower magazines or books from the GB / Org if I did not agree with the things written inside them. 
 
I'd love to see that in a Bible study. Telling a student to read a paragraph from the book, and then saying, 'well actually you don't have to believe that because it's only what the GB write. it might not be true'  

Ok. I am the army for (by) myself and every other individual is army for itself (himself). That is battle between lie and truth inside us. This sort of war we have to fight. Alone (by myself)..... always alone (by myself).

This is in range of "scientific" and "inspired" explanation about ( Hebraism) bible text that is written in (not) "understandably" way for simple minds readers (that is - "Blessed are the poor in spirit"). If so, how to understand, lets say, simple command "do not murder, lie, steal...,". Do we need extra interpretations too? 
Of course we need. Because GB have many to say about how to practice such "simple" commands.  Especially in secular court cases where WTJWorg lawyers reinterpreting meaning of words "lie and truth" giving them new application.
