  1. Norway, Spain, UK, etc...Jehovah will use the nations to expose and eventually remove this bad disfellowshipping doctrine. Just one more article exposing the way individuals in the organization mishandle justice and abuse their unscriptural "shunning" procedures to hurt Jehovah's little sheep... https://www.standard.co.uk/culture/tvfilm/rebekah-vardy-jehovahs-witnesses-and-me-channel-4-wagatha-b1080879.html I like this quote from the article... "We do get a faintly comic scene where Vardy travels to the Jehovah’s Witnesses’ UK headquarters, Bethel – which allegedly covers 82 acres and cost £150m to build - and rings repeatedly on the front gate buzzer. No one answers." Guess they're a "Not Home" or maybe actually "Home But Hiding"? 😆 Jehovah knows where they're hiding. He'll get the wolves out at the appointed time. "Bethel means the House of God". Jesus will clean house. Jehovah's name will be sanctified. Praise Jehovah.
  2. I am working on applying the good counsel you gave me before, and I will keep on applying it - it is good practical counsel that I value very much - but I can't cut off the congregation, not in my heart. It's almost like they are just asleep or on pause, the relationships with them, on hold until they wake up. They'll wake up. Jehovah will wake them up. We have to be here for them when they wake up. If I were to cut them off in my heart, well, then I'd have to stop caring. It hurts to care, but Jehovah helps with the pain, and the pain does lessen after awhile. Or we develop a callus or something. I don't know - I just know He's helped me endure so far, He'll keep helping all of us get through. You're right, I am tired! Good night, my friend.🌷
  3. I didn't get that link from there, I got it from another forum I had been researching a topic on.
  4. @Pudgy @boyle I know you mean well. I know you do. It's just, Jehovah's spirit leads us by means of love. Sometimes because of love we do things that others might not understand or that we wouldn't have the strength to do by any other means. I already told you before, I am a weak person and I am tired all the time. But Jehovah gives me the what I need when I need it. "For God is the one who for the sake of his good pleasure energizes you, giving you both the desire and the power to act." I don't know what all the workings out of His will may be for me or anyone else. But I know when Jehovah gives me the strength to do something and when He is directing me to do something. I am one of Jehovah's witnesses. Jehovah doesn't leave people. He doesn't abandon people, even those people who misjudge Him. I am one of Jehovah's witnesses. I will be loyal, because He is loyal, and He makes me loyal when I rely on Him.
  5. You know I'm talking about the elders in my congregation, @boyle, come on now...☺️
  6. "I'm not dead yet...I'm happy...I want to go for a walk" lol 😆 They might want to say "she's spiritually dead" but I'm not.
  7. I am always wary of any medical advice from "the FDS"...makes me think of this link...http://underpop.online.fr/w/watchtower-bible-and-tract-society/watchtower-society-and-medical-quackery.pdf The governing body in the Bible told people to stay away from blood. The GB today tells people it's okay to take fractions of blood. They are apostatizing on that too. "Stay away from false teachers" is good Bible advice. The pages of the Watchtower have been used for some good things, but also for some bad things. A discerning reader knows the difference by means of comparing the words with what the Bible says. "We must always be determined to follow his warning." "His" = Jehovah's. "Young children, it is the last hour, and just as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have appeared, from which fact we know that it is the last hour. They went out from us, but they were not of our sort; for if they had been of our sort, they would have remained with us. But they went out so that it might be shown that not all are of our sort. And you have an anointing from the holy one, and all of you have knowledge. I write you, not because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and because no lie originates with the truth. Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son." When the GB denies the power of the ransom and denies the teachings of the Christ regarding love and other things, they are being antiChrist. We must obey God as ruler rather than men. Disfellowshipping doctrine as currently practiced is antichrist, and I will not support any part of it.
  8. I will never again listen to men who would ask me to disobey Jehovah. I've done that in the past. I won't do it again. If I were to go along with their God-dishonoring doctrine, then I'd be hurting Jehovah. I know how Jehovah feels about that false teaching. He hates it. It hurts Him. I love Jehovah, and I will not take part in something that I know hurts Him. If I pretend I'm "spiritually dead", then I'm going along with their lies. I won't do it.
  9. She read it like this: "When a Kwistian is disfehwhoashipped, we might fink of him as a contagious sheep that might infect the fwock. He is sick in a speewichual sense. Speewichual sickness, wike some forms of fisical iwlness, can be qwite contagious. So it is necessary in some cases to isowait a speewichually sick individual fwom the congwigation. This discipwin is an expwession of Jehovah's wuv for faithful members of His fwock, and it may weach the wongdoer's heart and weed him to wepentence. While disfehwhoashipped, the individual may be able to attend meetings, where he can be fed and built up speewichually. He is also fwee to weceive witerature for his personal use and to watch JW Bwoadcasting. And as the elders observe his pwogwess, they may from time to time offer personal counsel and diwection to help him wegain his speewichaul health so that he can be weinstated as one of Jehovah's Witnesses." 🤣
  10. Yeah, the text this morning was even more hilarious...my daughter read it with the accent the wolves use on the Kevin McFree videos😆
  11. No, the other Portland, on the east coast. The kids and I will be heading down your way (did you say you are in S. Carolina?) for a road trip at some point this summer - have family in N. Carolina and friends in FL. Sounds like a blast!
  12. Oh, @Pudgy, I know nothing I do is going to "help". Nothing is going to change until it is Jehovah's appointed time. I know that. It's just in the meantime, a matter of principle. I am not trying to be disruptive, that is not my motive, but it is a result of their response to my keeping integrity. I can't help that. I obeyed the rules of the congregation as published, as well as the rules of the Bible. Those guys broke their own rules, and then punished me for it. Fine. Whatever. But now I am not going to stop loving people just because they want to kick me out. Their lack of integrity doesn't change my integrity. I am not going to stop talking to people just because some guys want to say "shun her!" It doesn't work that way. They can make all the decrees they want, but that doesn't change that Jehovah decrees I do everything I can to encourage my family. There are some in the congregation who know I didn't do anything for which to be shunned. They know it. And they got strength when they saw me out there with that sign. The little ones. They saw, and they got strength. I won't leave them. When there are brothers and sisters in the prisons, who goes to clap for them? When there are sick ones in the hospitals or nursing homes, who goes to visit them? We should. We can't always, but it's good if we do. My family is in prison in the organization to wicked men who make God-dishonoring decrees. I'm not leaving them. I can't be with them at every meeting - I won't bring my kids there anymore because of current circumstances - but I can go to the assembly and convention and CO visit once in awhile and show that I am not a hater and I am not guilty of the charges. It's the principle of it. If I didn't go, then it'd be like I gave up. I can't do that. Even when I feel like giving up, Jehovah gives me the strength again. Praise Jehovah. I am confident that soon He will get rid of the disfellowshipping doctrine and the other God-dishonoring teachings in the organization. I am 100% confident. I will be outside the "walls" when they fall, and I will be ready to comfort all those brothers. They are going to need to be comforted. They're not used to thinking and reasoning on the Bible for themselves.
  13. What are you, like a prophet or something now? Lol...😆 I don't believe in false prophets.
  14. They have tried to make separations in my family before. I have not told you the details because it wouldn't be appropriate on here for me to explain it right now, but I didn't let them do it. I don't care what "privileges" they take away from me, Jehovah says anyone not taking care of his own family is worse than someone without faith. I was willing to get disfellowshipped rather than bow down to those ridiculous elders because I care about the safety of my family, both my immediate family and my spiritual family among those ones in the Kingdom Hall. And I'm not just going to walk away and pretend I don't know those people anymore, even though a lot of them are half-asleep with the dumb doctrines they've been fed for years. I used to be asleep too. I know how fast people can wake up. They will wake up eventually, Jehovah is going to wake them all up at once very soon when Jesus takes the throne in heaven and then cleans the organization. Anyway, I can't just walk away. It's my family. Would you just walk away if somebody took your family hostage and told everybody you were the bad guy? Jehovah didn't walk away, even though Satan slanders Him in the same way, saying Jehovah abandoned everybody and doesn't care. Satan's a liar. Jehovah didn't leave us, and I'm not going to leave the family either, even if they want to ignore me.
  15. A man is a man and a woman is a woman. They are built differently. Either can have wisdom or a lack of it, either can have faith/trustworthiness/love/etc or a lack of it. But in a family, a man is built to take on a more leadership-responsible role. In the family, a kid will listen to the discipline of a father more than the mother, generally speaking. A mother tends to be more nurturing. These are generalizations, but Jehovah designed it so that older brothers, not older sisters, would take the lead in the congregations. A sister feels safe when there are older brothers taking the lead who are competent and humble. But when the older brothers are all wolves or cowards, it's hell. I have seen when sisters try to act like elders too, it's not pretty. Usually it's certain elders' wives who dictate what their husbands do, and if the wife wants to put a hit out on somebody, they're a goner, either socially they will be excluded or even "theocratically" executed. It's ugly.
  16. The convention will be here at the end of this month. When I went to the assembly last month, my kids and I were kicked out at halftime because I was having conversations with people (they didn't know about the Pharisees putting the "disfellowshipped" label on me). I am not disruptive, so I just look like every other Jehovah's Witness at the assembly. When I went outside with my kids at lunchtime, the Gestapo elders wouldn't let me back in, I wrote about it in one of the Status Updates. Anyway, I emailed the local congregation this week to tell the elders if they could please let me know ahead of time if they're not going to let me in the convention center because I will have to find another way to tell my brothers and sisters I love them if I won't be permitted in to encourage them in person. The media usually comes to the Portland convention center to do a brief video camera stint for the news. I told the elders that I will reach out to the media people and tell them my situation, what with being banned and all, ask if they don't mind if I give a shout out to my brothers and sisters via the media. And I will also show up with that sign again about loving Jehovah's family. Or they could just let me come in and sit politely during the convention like I always have and talk to my friends and family at break like I always have and sing the songs like I always have, instead of them disrupting the peace.
  17. The faithful ones were not embarrassed. They waved and smiled and honked and some stopped to talk with me. The older CO flashed his lights and waved and smiled. A couple of the elders did too. The COBE and his wife didn't though. And some of the others pretended I didn't exist. But if any of them were embarrassed, well, that's a good sign, because they should be embarrassed. They're naked. "Clothe yourselves with love." "'Look! I am coming as a thief. Happy is the one who stays awake and keeps his outer garments, so that he may not walk naked and people look upon his shamefulness.”" "Because you say, “I am rich and have acquired riches and do not need anything at all,” but you do not know that you are miserable and pitiful and poor and blind and naked, I advise you to buy from me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, and white garments so that you may become dressed and that the shame of your nakedness may not be exposed, and eyesalve to rub in your eyes so that you may see." (Colossians 3:14; Revelation 16:15; Revelation 3:17,18) Some women will be made elders in heaven in the kingdom government, but not before that time. In the family relationship, an adult sister is not a slave or an animal or a baby. She is not some kind of serf to be dominated by the lords of the congregation, although that has been my experience in the congregation arrangement. If a sister treats the elders like lords, then she will have many "privileges". But if she treats a brother like her brother rather than like a god and speaks truth in harmony with God's will even when he doesn't like it, she will be punished. If she thinks about the Bible and adheres to what is written in the Bible rather than some dumb manmade doctrine that is obviously apostate, she will be ridiculed and called a "Jezebel" and an "apostate" and "a hater of men" and a "feminist" and "not in subjection" and all kinds of other foolish things. It's ridiculous. It's funny, in the videos of the modern day history of the organization and in the Proclaimers book, holding signs advertising the truth is held up as very desirable.
  18. "For when they rise from the dead, neither do men marry nor are women given in marriage, but they are as angels in the heavens." (Mark 12:25) "All around the throne were 24 thrones, and on these thrones I saw seated 24 elders dressed in white garments, and on their heads golden crowns." (Revelation 4:4) "It is according to his good pleasure that he himself purposed for an administration at the full limit of the appointed times, to gather all things together in the Christ, the things in the heavens and the things on the earth." (Ephesians 1:9,10) I've already sent them the links to this website. I'm not sure if they've checked it out or not. But if you come to my congregation let me know and I'll show up with a sign that says "Love Jehovah's United Family" so you can tell me again how disruptive I am.😆 Well, the local police department sent me an email that said if the COBE gives me a hard time, I can call the direct line and the police department will help me. They know the COBE is sketchy. (You can see the email in some of the correspondence I posted on one of the Status Updates.) If Tom is helping people here, I pray that he get a blessing. If you do go to his congregation, maybe you could recommend to his elders that they imitate Tom's example of love and courage in following Christ rather than the example of the cold-hearted Pharisees. Who made up those rules? Santa Claus? The Easter Bunny? Many people are afraid of displeasing the elders, so they spread whatever the loudest elders' wives want to spread. The truth is not spread if the loudest elders' wives don't want the truth spread.
  19. 1 Thessalonians 4:11 says "mind your own business". What is the context of 1 Thessalonians 4:11? Earlier in the chapter it says... "For this is the will of God, that you should be holy and abstain from sexual immorality. Each one of you should know how to control his own body in holiness and honor, not with greedy, uncontrolled sexual passion like the nations have that do not know God. No one should go beyond proper limits and take advantage of his brother in this matter, because Jehovah exacts punishment for all these things, just as we told you previously and also strongly warned you. For God has called us, not for uncleanness, but for holiness. So, then, the man who disregards this is disregarding, not man, but God, who gives you his holy spirit." (1 Thessalonians 4:3-8) No one should take advantage of his brother or sister or a kid in greedy uncontrolled sexual passion. Each one should know how to control his own body. How would the brothers in the congregation know this if it wasn't common knowledge? If someone went against the scriptural counsel and took advantage of others in the first century, it would become known in the congregation because it is the right thing to do, to tell, both for the sake of the one who committed the transgression and the one who was transgressed against. In a similar way, if a person is a closet alcoholic and other people outside the home don't know, what happens? Often times, ignorant people will offer the alcoholic person a drink. I have seen this in the congregation. The problem gets worse, the elders cover it over, no one knows and at gatherings or in private homes everybody is giving the alcoholic a drink. Then the alcoholic goes home and abuses the family. When the family tells the elders, the elders don't do ANYTHING because they say they "we have to protect Jehovah's name from reproach" and "we have to mind our own business" and "we have to protect the name of the wrongdoer from embarrassment". They'll keep giving the person "privileges" and punish the family who is getting hurt. Even if the person gets arrested for assault, no one cares. You can ask for help and they'll tell you, "we have to mind our own business, it's not our business." It's an organization-wide problem. No matter who you ask for help, they will defer it to someone else and not help. You can even beg the governing body or people at Bethel who are in the videos. They say they love you, they want to help. Baloney. They want to protect their own interests, namely, power-tripping and lording it over the flock and keeping the sheep in worshipful submission to them rather than Jehovah. They don't care about what Jehovah wants, keeping the congregation safe and clean. It's the same with the abuse issue. Because people are uncomfortable talking about the issue, it festers and the little ones are the ones who end up suffering the most. I'm not saying every little mistake people make should be broadcast. But anything serious, it is the loving thing to tell the congregation, not just a few men, but the whole congregation. Paul made it known about that guy in Corinth that was sleeping with his dad's wife. He didn't just tell three of the elders. We know today. We also know Paul approved of murder before becoming a Christian. Does that stop anybody from loving him? If anything, don't we love him more for the changes he made? When I meet someone who has done horrible things and is sorry about it, I do not hate that person, I love them. I have done bad things in my life that I have repented about, and I know Jehovah's love has extended to me, so how could I not love someone else in a similar situation? Jehovah's love is enough, the ransom is enough, to help and love these ones who have sinned. But it isn't helping them to hide that it ever happened. In a thousand years, who cares what everybody knows about wrongdoing? Nobody's going to care. We all sin. That's old news. What matters is getting there. Covering over serious wrongdoing is wrong. Love is sufficient to cover the sins and the sinners. But covering something over with love doesn't mean hiding it. That is not loving. In verses 9-12 of 1 Thessalonians 4 it says... "However, concerning brotherly love, you do not need us to write to you, for you yourselves are taught by God to love one another. In fact, you are doing so toward all the brothers in all of Mac·e·doʹni·a. But we urge you, brothers, to go on doing so in fuller measure. Make it your aim to live quietly and to mind your own business and to work with your hands, just as we instructed you, so that you may walk decently in the eyes of people outside and not need anything." When Paul was talking about minding your own business in context he was talking about living quietly and working hard and not needing anything. He was talking about men not mooching off other peoples' incomes when they could go get a job themself. He was talking about able-bodied individuals not living off "voluntary donations" of poor people. He was talking about not going around to the congregations lording it over people and making up dumb rules that aren't in the Bible. He was talking about not acting like the way the current GB acts, making up rules about education or rules about beards or rules about counting time or rules about field service. "Work Hard" "Live Quietly" "Not Need Anything" "Mind Your Own Business." It's not about hiding wrongdoing. It's about not being like a fleece-the-flock-to-feed-yourself Pharisee. "“Therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of Jehovah: “As surely as I am alive,” declares the Sovereign Lord Jehovah, “because my sheep have become prey, food for every wild beast of the field, for there was no shepherd, and my shepherds did not search for my sheep; rather, they kept feeding themselves and did not feed my sheep,”’ therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of Jehovah. This is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah says: ‘I am against the shepherds, and I will demand an accounting of them for my sheep, and I will dismiss them from feeding my sheep, and the shepherds will no longer feed themselves. I will rescue my sheep from their mouth, and they will no longer be food for them.’” (Ezekiel 34:7-10) If someone is doing wrong, it is loving to share that information with others in the congregation so we can pray for the person and help them, instead of making them carry the load all alone. "If anyone catches sight of his brother committing a sin that does not incur death, he will ask, and God will give life to him, yes, to those not committing sin that incurs death." (1 John 5:16)
  20. Matthew 18:17 says to go to the "congregation". Matthew 16:18 and Matthew 16:21 shows that the Greek words for "congregation" and "elders" are different. If Jesus wanted a small committee, he wouldn't have used the word "congregation". That elder committee secret judicial hearing thing is apostasy.
