  1. When did we use any "yucky" words? If I recall correctly, the only time I've seen @Pudgy use a "yucky" word was when he was quoting you to prove a point. I can't think of a time I used a "yucky" word, unless you're talking about "BS", which can have more than one meaning I suppose. 😎 "The Bachelor of Arts (BA) and the Bachelor of Science (BS) are undergraduate degrees you can earn to help elevate your career and develop relevant job skills." (from coursera.org)
  2. Forms of "good debts": "Cast your bread on the waters, for after many days you will find it again. Give a share to seven or even to eight, for you do not know what disaster will occur on the earth." "Sow seed for yourselves in righteousness and reap loyal love. Plow for yourselves arable land While there is time to search for Jehovah, Until he comes and instructs you in righteousness." "Keep on asking, and it will be given you; keep on seeking, and you will find; keep on knocking, and it will be opened to you; for everyone asking receives, and everyone seeking finds, and to everyone knocking, it will be opened." "By faith Moses, when grown up, refused to be called the son of Pharʹaoh’s daughter, choosing to be mistreated with the people of God rather than to have the temporary enjoyment of sin, because he considered the reproach of the Christ to be riches greater than the treasures of Egypt, for he looked intently toward the payment of the reward." "By faith Noah, after receiving divine warning of things not yet seen, showed godly fear and constructed an ark for the saving of his household; and through this faith he condemned the world, and he became an heir of the righteousness that results from faith." "The one who sows righteousness receives a true reward." Jehovah always pays back His debts. "The one showing favor to the lowly is lending to Jehovah, And He will repay him for what he does." "Let us hold firmly the public declaration of our hope without wavering, for the one who promised is faithful." "It is Jehovah who will repay each one for his own righteousness and his own faithfulness, for today Jehovah gave you into my hand, but I was unwilling to lift my hand against the anointed of Jehovah. Look! Just as your life was precious to me this day, so may my life be precious in the eyes of Jehovah, and may he rescue me out of all distress." "May Jehovah reward you for what you have done, and may there be a perfect wage for you from Jehovah the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to seek refuge." 💖
  3. Gonzo was a blue weirdo too. (I think he used to be a plumber. @Pudgy knows a lot about plumbing, but he's not a weirdo. I think he's a little more like Kermit and willing to give a weirdo a chance.)
  4. The "princes" of this world teach Make-Believe. They are just like their father, the chief Make-Believe storyteller. Jehovah's Word is Rock Solid. "Do not put your trust in princes Nor in a son of man, who cannot bring salvation. His spirit goes out, he returns to the ground; On that very day his thoughts perish. Happy is the one who has the God of Jacob as his helper, Whose hope is in Jehovah his God, The Maker of heaven and earth, Of the sea, and of all that is in them, The One who always remains faithful, The One securing justice for those defrauded, The One giving bread to the hungry. Jehovah is releasing the prisoners. Jehovah is opening the eyes of the blind; Jehovah is raising up those bowed down; Jehovah loves the righteous. Jehovah is protecting the foreign residents; He sustains the fatherless child and the widow, But he thwarts the plans of the wicked. Jehovah will be King forever, Your God, O Zion, for generation after generation. Praise Jah!" The princes of this world teach that 1000000000000000 million years ago "such-and-such" happened, and they assert that they know more than the last guy who made a theory. (Were any of them there? Can you check up on any of their theories for evidence?) The "emperors" of this world have no clothes. It doesn't matter which "GB" you are talking about. The "GB" of the Cult of Evolutionary Theorists is no different. They sell a lot of books. "Publish or perish." "How do they afford their rock'n roll lifestyle?" How do all the "emperors" and "GBs" of this world get their fame and wealth and prominence? How do they afford to live without doing any real work? (Answer to be found in the key phrase in this song: "You buyin' what they're sellin'?")
  5. "GB" of Evolutionary Theorist Cultists... Richard Dawkins Stephen Hawking Peter Atkins Philip Pullman Richard Carrier Louis Leakey Carl Sagan Friedrich Nietzsche Karl Marx "If they say it, it must be true! What blasphemy to speak against the GB! Anyone who says otherwise is antichrist antiscience!" (Where's the "Window Test" for ANY of their theories???) https://www.livescience.com/47737-stephen-hawking-higgs-boson-universe-doomsday.html (Quoted from livescience.com article:) "Stephen Hawking bet Gordon Kane $100 that physicists would not discover the Higgs boson. After losing that bet when physicists detected the particle in 2012, Hawking lamented the discovery, saying it made physics less interesting. Now, in the preface to a new collection of essays and lectures called "Starmus," the famous theoretical physicist is warning that the particle could one day be responsible for the destruction of the known universe. Hawking is not the only scientist who thinks so. The theory of a Higgs boson doomsday, where a quantum fluctuation creates a vacuum "bubble" that expands through space and wipes out the universe, has existed for a while. However, scientists don't think it could happen anytime soon. "Most likely it will take 10 to the 100 years [a 1 followed by 100 zeroes] for this to happen, so probably you shouldn't sell your house and you should continue to pay your taxes," Joseph Lykken, a theoretical physicist at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory in Batavia, Illinois, said during his lecture at the SETI Institute on Sept. 2. "On the other hand it may already happened, and the bubble might be on its way here now. And you won't know because it's going at the speed of light so there's not going to be any warning." [Doomsday: 9 Real Ways Earth Could End]" (Not a "Window Test". It's Make-Believe.) I've read another version of that story before, it's called "The Emperor Has No Clothes."
  6. You're just being naughty, @boyle - you know which word you used and it wasn't "bloke" it was a different word that was yucky! ...regarding the truth of the global Flood vs sci-fi fantasies of various shapes and forms? (Jehovah can take on more than 15 characters any day, with His figurative eyes closed!)
  7. Well, you're here now, @Mankeptforunnaturalporpoises, so what's your two-cents on the topic?
  8. My relatives had New England accents and they told me to stay away from men kept for unnatural "poipoises". (Actually, my step-dad only talked with that accent when he was imitating the Three Stooges...)
  9. Lol, that's funny, I always thought your name was kinda creepy...I mean, I knew it was a joke but the part of the scripture you made a joke about was pretty appalling to me! Oh, well, I guess everybody has their own sense of humor.😆 (I'm sorry you didn't like the Muppet videos...)
  10. ""Is anything too extraordinary for Jehovah? I will return to you next year at this appointed time, and Sarah will have a son.” But Sarah denied it, saying, “I did not laugh!” for she was afraid. At this he said: “Yes! You did laugh.”" You can laugh (I laugh at you too) but someday we will laugh together when we recount this conversation in the Paradise and you see Jehovah Himself wipe away all your tears. I don't think I have anything more to add to this thread. Talk to you later!☺️
  11. Can you imagine if ChatGPI said Bill Gates doesn't exist? That'd be ridiculous. And if ChatGPI said Microsoft evolved from a bunch of baboons? That's be ridiculous too. And if ChatGPI said an invisible particle could suddenly decompose and destroy the universe? Funny what people will believe if it comes from a computer programmed by imperfect people but they won't believe something written in a book by God.
  12. You wouldn't know a faithful anointed one if you were talking to one. Seriously. Lol.😆
  13. All the incredible technology is built on the foundation of incredible and reliable principles designed by Jehovah. Who is more incredible, the inventors of the technology or the One who put in place the universal principles the technology is based upon, not to mention the Designer of the universe itself? "How many your works are, O Jehovah! You have made all of them in wisdom. The earth is full of what you have made." "He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has even put eternity in their heart; yet mankind will never find out the work that the true God has made from start to finish."
  14. Not my fault you can't read it. Only "kids" can understand. "Every vision becomes for you like the words of a sealed book. When they give it to someone who can read, saying: “Read this out loud, please,” he will say: “I cannot, for it is sealed up.” And when they give the book to someone who cannot read, saying: “Read this, please,” he will say: “I cannot read at all.”" "So calling a young child to him, he stood him in their midst and said: “Truly I say to you, unless you turn around and become as young children, you will by no means enter into the Kingdom of the heavens." Guess you're not young at heart yet.
  15. The Flood wasn't for Jehovah's sake. It was for our sake. The day and the hour of Armageddon has been on Jehovah's timetable since Adam and Eve sinned. Jehovah knew it would be difficult for us today to believe that He could clean the entire earth. He knew it would be difficult for some to have faith that God could possibly turn around all the horrible mess in every corner of the globe. He knew some would be so disturbed by the evil on the earth that they could not conceive of a way Jehovah could possibly clean up such a mess. The Flood was a sign for You. Jehovah didn't need to have a Flood in order to get rid of that wicked population of old. He didn't need to have a Flood. He did it for Love, so that doubters today could see that when God cleans up the evil on earth, He will get every last drop of it - He can completely remove the stains of wickedness more thoroughly than anyone can imagine. "Superabundantly beyond all we can ask and conceive." Do you hate abuse? Do you hate famine? Do you hate sickness? When Jehovah removes those things, any trace of them will be so utterly obliterated and overwhelmingly compensated for - the complete reversal of evil in a way that is more astounding than you can imagine. (Stephen Hawking is dead. Some people view him as a god, but he's dead. His body is unstable and has decomposed. He made up a lot of sci-fi stories. Some "science" BS people laugh about the Flood of Noah's day and say the Flood is a myth. They make up complicated sounding stories about invisible particles with fancy names. BS Geologists make up stories about invisible "Ice Ages" to explain why there are seashells found on the tops of the mountains. They refuse to believe the truth about the obvious Flood, but they swallow make-believe at every turn - even paying for books and "educations" in Make-Believe. They are like the naive king who at the request of his "god" believed in the "Holy Grail" and other stories. Easily duped if you use enough fancy words.)
  16. (John 1:18) 18 No man has seen God at any time; the only-begotten god who is at the Father’s side is the one who has explained Him. From Exodus chapter 33... "As soon as Moses would go into the tent, the pillar of cloud would come down and stand at the entrance of the tent while God spoke with Moses. When all the people saw the pillar of cloud standing at the entrance of the tent, each of them rose and bowed down at the entrance of his own tent. Jehovah spoke to Moses face-to-face, just as one man would speak to another man. When he returned to the camp, Joshua the son of Nun, his minister and attendant, would not depart from the tent." Also from Exodus chapter 33... "Jehovah went on to say to Moses: “I will also do this thing that you request, because you have found favor in my eyes and I know you by name.” Then he said: “Please show me your glory.” But he said: “I will make all my goodness pass before your face, and I will declare before you the name of Jehovah; and I will favor the one whom I favor, and I will show mercy to the one to whom I show mercy.” But he added: “You cannot see my face, for no man can see me and live.” Jehovah said further: “Here is a place near me. Station yourself on the rock. When my glory is passing by, I will place you in a crevice of the rock, and I will shield you with my hand until I have passed by. After that I will take my hand away, and you will see my back. But my face may not be seen.” So, does the Bible contradict itself? Did Moses see Jehovah's face or not? Those accounts are both from the same chapter. Yes, Moses saw Jehovah's face when Jehovah materialized a body and came and talked with Moses "just as one man would talk to another man." No, Moses did not see Jehovah's figurative spirit face because "no man can see me and live" meaning not Jehovah in His full spirit glory. When John said "no man has seen the Father at any time," the context helps us to see that he meant no man has seen the Father at any time in His full heavenly spirit glory. The context says Jesus "explained Him" meaning Jesus explained what Jehovah is like in His full heavenly glory, since Jesus is the only person ever to walk the earth who has been to heaven before and knows what Jehovah looks like in His full heavenly glory. The Bible does not contradict itself. Adam and Eve saw Jehovah literally in a materialized body. So did Moses. So did Abraham. So did a few others mentioned in the Bible. So will all the faithful human children in the future. "“I am the Alʹpha and the O·meʹga,” says Jehovah God, “the One who is and who was and who is coming, the Almighty." "And God will wipe out every tear from their eyes." Praise Jehovah. You as well. 😉 Thank you! 😌🌷
  17. I'm going to go for now, @boyle, and try to get some sleep. I don't count sheep, but they say if you can't sleep well it's good to reflect on some of the wonderful things in the world. I hope you have a good rest of your night.🙂
  18. Well, a true Christian certainly doesn't come here to reflect on the advertisements, that's for sure!
