Hey, that was the same interesting topic in the study article that addressed it. It highlights the significance of God's intervention in Peter's behalf and emphasizes the vital role of God's Holy Spirit in correcting individuals. Given the greater responsibility borne by Elders, their judgment naturally carries a weightier spiritual impact.
So by all means, if you happen to spot a typo in one of the Watchtower publications, please get in touch with the writing department to ensure it is corrected. It is important to note, however, that this has no bearing on how Elders interact with each other or how concerns are addressed within the congregation or territory.

One more outrageous claim like that and it is off to Worm City for him.
And, what’s with the angel that was able to spring Peter from prison, opening doors right and left, but was not able to spring the one at Mary’s home, leaving Peter knocking in the street. Have him write Bethel about that.

What about the abusive behavior displayed by TOM, Pudgy, and now Juan, Xero, Many Miles, Miracle Pete, as well as numerous other associated accounts created by Tom and Pudgy? You cannot make any excuses, JWI, for showing favoritism to some individuals while banning others. This behavior becomes increasingly obvious with each person you ban.
    Then you upvote that dishonesty.

Under your personal moniker JWI, that's correct you haven't. But since you and Tom are the librarian, then under that moniker, Yes! You have. That has been obvious well over 5 years now. You're not the only one with computer skills. Obviously, you will never publicly admit it, just as Tom was reminded by his own words and post which was taken down, about how things are manipulated here.
Regardless of how many times someone has been banned (disfellowshipped) here, the truth will ultimately prevail, which is what truly matters.
You've only posted a few out of hundreds. However, the truth has persisted for over a decade. Why do you choose not to publish the outrageous comments made by others, like the one from Tom, and the recent post from Pudgy that is still being defended here, which are equally insulting and offensive as George's comment, or perhaps even more subtly offensive like you have done yourself?
Why bother defending your position when you know you can't justify it?
What does it imply when you ban that person and their content? Your understanding of the situation is astute. It appears that George's use of abusive language in his recent post about Tom's dishonesty may have led to his ban, while Tom continues to be a presence. Your defense of those involved is noteworthy. It appears to be a clear case of double standards, which, as a Christian, you cannot in good conscience justify.
Well, we both know this is not a true statement.

Maybe now that you understand the similarity with a ban, your perspective has shifted. I recall that in the past, you mentioned using the term "barbaric" to express your strong disapproval of it. If you have reconsidered banning George while Pudgy remains unbanned, you cannot justify your action as an act of Christian conduct.
We are both aware that this is untrue, as George has been banned while Pudgy and other former members are freely spreading slander, disparagement, and maligning the Watchtower, God, and the Bible. The only thing that doesn't change here seems to be the same attitude of noncompliance.
Why would lies be allowed to persist? Can you provide an answer?
What is the difference when the same proposition can be applied to those who ridicule God? Why criticize the Edler arrangement, the Governing Body, and the Watchtower when we all recognize our imperfections? Your standards here surpass the ones chosen by God. God may have once selected you, only for you to degrade that choice by replacing it with dissatisfaction and in a public manner. So, where's the spiritual benefit?
I've noticed your previous post in which you posed the same question to the public and acknowledged that you only support about 95% of what the Watchtower offers. In that case, what gives you the authority to undermine the remaining 5%?

Is that why you banned him for exposing you all?
JWinsider argued against the unethical practice of disfellowshipping, emphasizing its barbaric nature. It is indeed the same when it comes to banning, as it involves severing ties with someone who stands up and speaks truth to power.
So, who is right? Can someone who is wrong correct another person?
Why aren't you glad that despite being called out for your reckless post, you are still here with your double standard, while that person has been banned? So, who are you fooling when it's Tom and JWI that have the authority to ban.
Are you going to take shots at the person as people normally do after they have been banished unjustly? In my perspective, if you have the ability to insult someone, why shouldn't others have the same freedom? What kind of muzzle do you want to impose on others that you wouldn't be willing to impose on yourself?

You have just expressed the common and pedestrian viewpoint which typifies the shallowness of those who reside in the open club. However, your statement also provides opportunity for the rare person who possesses true wisdom and insight to let his brilliance and intellectual rigor shine brightly beneath all the sun. This is crucial to recognize. But where in the world is there in the world a man so extraordinaire? C’est moi, who resides—where else?—in the closed club.
The nugget of pure wisdom to be revealed today, which you would do well to write upon the surface of your brain: @Pudgy and @JW Insider are one and the same. They both have commented here forever. They both disappeared at exactly the same time. What further proof could anyone ask for?

So why do you hide behind a moniker?. Why hide if Jehovah values transparency, honesty and speaking the truth and makes us accountable for it?
Self-awareness and Experience.  Feedback from Others. It triggers an emotional response. People can change and develop empathy and reflect on their behavior. Understanding the mechanics of condescension. Because they can still interpret tone, body language, and context to identify condescension.

I’m curious, George. Why do you hide behind a moniker? I can think of several reasons why others do it, including their own admissions, but what is the rationalization for your persona? 🙏 @George88

@TrueTomHarley JWI mentioned that he was involved in several other projects and activities. I haven’t been active lately, because there’s just too much content and input worth browsing here.
Many miles sent me a message about a month ago that I had a knee jerk reaction to because I took as condescending, but it was most likely done in good faith. Hope he is doing good and can continue despite his pain and convictions about the blood issues.

Clearly, they are already demanding your exile. Yes! It's unfortunate that Pudgy spoiled a great discussion about science. I hope the discussion can continue without any more nonsensical interruptions.
Just a suggestion since they are on your heels.
Wow! You speak! It seems you have a lot to say! Now they are going to treat like, who do you think you are, mister big stuff! Are those aliens now going to imply that anyone who speaks out against the five or six key contributors to this site will be treated as though it is George just because those in opposition speak the language they hate to hear, the TRUTH?
They are seeking individuals who will embrace their nonconformist values and appreciate what they can offer in shaping public opinion contrary to the established agenda of God and Christ. Their goal is to enhance their writing abilities and avoid squandering time on frivolous pursuits, mainly arguing about the truth they don't care for. They see it all as a mere game, even when leading people astray. They believe they have every right to and will face no biblical repercussions, or so they believe. They just want to have fun just like that Cyndi Lauper song.
Be prepared to be belittled and ridiculed, all the while they claim to be angels. Haha!
By the way, please refrain from using the same language as George. They appear to believe that when others use the same words, it means they are the same person, and they emphasize this as if no one else is allowed to use similar grammar. It seems they think only they have the right to use the same or similar writing styles. Quite amusing, isn't it?
See, what I just placed in bold, now I'm George, lol!
Now, let's leave this nice science thread for people that want to know more about science. I believe George left it at "Zero Distance."

Yet, the "defense" of such a person, continues.

I read on another site that at least one Bethel insider is saying that the Governing Body is going to start allowing birthdays. They say the Watchtower hired a PR/rebranding firm and has a 10 year plan to roll back doctrine and policies to become more mainstream. They are supposedly 2 years into the 10 year plan. Birthdays next with blood to follow, becoming "conscious matters".
    Has anyone else heard this?

Since this list is mostly false and contrived. What distinguishes present spiritual leaders from those in the past, when Jesus is the head of the congregation? Do you imply that Jesus made a mistake by trusting others, including the apostles, with that responsibility?
Have you ever truly comprehended scripture, or do you simply enjoy improvising your own interpretations?
Also, I don't know who feeds you that nonsense about the GB overriding other members. If the source is a weak Bethelite from the writing department, then he is mistaken. No one overrides anyone. In the absence of the Holy Spirit, the Governing Body patiently seeks complete harmony, eagerly awaiting the divine guidance that will unite them with a single purpose.  Similar to the events of the past, it is important to note that the Holy Spirit was not received by all the apostles simultaneously. They performed various tasks united by a single cause. To glorify God. The apostles were bestowed with the extraordinary power to perform miracles by God, leading them to comprehend the indomitable force of God through Christ. Now we have the Bible, but it works in the same manner.
How does Scripture offer guidance on dealing with the absence of the Holy Spirit among the apostles? Experience the profound teachings of the book of Mark. That goes for Elders. The Holy Spirit's gift from God manifests in various ways in people. The only rule here is the person's acceptance by God. If someone who has received the Holy Spirit commits sacrilege due to their bad behavior, they will be unable to comprehend the mysteries of scripture, as Satan has blinded them, leading them towards evil intentions. This means that these individuals will begin to interpret scripture according to their own misconceptions.
Where on earth did you acquire such a profound ability to misinterpret scripture to such an extreme extent?

Not at all, you twist the narrative as usual. God is the ultimate judge, so a rational person doesn't have to search for hidden meanings. However, scripture teaches that the responsibility of decision-making lies with responsible individuals, just as Jesus entrusted that responsibility to the apostles, who in turn delegated it to the Elders and successors thereafter. The lack of spiritual maturity from former members is futile.
Hence, it is the scripture that ultimately decides who deserves assistance once they have demonstrated remorse. When hardcore apostates persist in their harmful ways, there is also a biblical perspective that sheds light on this phenomenon. Who does God entrust to take action as his earthly representatives?
You lack the credibility or justification to believe that God hears apostates or those who disrespect his sovereignty by using his name.
How is that a contradiction if God knows every movement in thought? Apostates don't hide who they are. You're a vocal apostate and blasphemer, how are you hiding your actions? Make sense. God knows those who conceal their true intentions and pretend to be righteous witnesses. However, they also expose their façade of dishonesty. It's not invisible here. Their reluctance to show themselves at a gathering is a sign of cowardice, but God sees through that facade even if humanity cannot. They are not deceiving God, but rather themselves, and that is the crucial distinction you are overlooking.
If people are attentive to the actions and behavior of others, the observer, entrusted by God to take earthly action through scripture, should rely solely on that understanding. The instructions from the Governing Body do not have to be comprehensible to apostates; rather, they should serve to validate the beliefs of genuine witnesses and expose any imposters.

Wow! Can you believe that person? They have the audacity to use such offensive language as "bad forum etiquette" when they engage in slanderous behavior, completely disregarding proper forum etiquette. Not only that, but they have the nerve to insult and degrade the Watchtower in their post, clearly violating their own set of rules. It's as if they're saying that we are the only ones allowed to have bad manners and that no one can dare to challenge us. We are the ones in control here, not the visitor. In that case, perhaps it's time to shut down this forum, since it seems like it's becoming an open platform for disrespectful behavior from apostates and Jehovah's Witnesses, or at least that's what these people here call themselves, lol!

The authority to judge lies with God, not the GB. While God has the ability to see into the hearts and minds of people, the Governing Body lacks this capability. Repentance can be found in the genuine willingness of an individual to demonstrate it through their actions and behavior. Nevertheless, there is no assurance, as the human heart is capable of deceit.
This depends on who is making the observation. If this mindset originates from an apostate perspective, it is futile. Apostasy is the conscious denial of something valuable, a value that profoundly reflects on God. Believing that one's former religion holds no value to God renders apostasy meaningless. The crucial point here is true worship, not false religion.
This is a sad commentary that actually reflects poorly on you. Nevertheless, true worship is highly esteemed by God and will ultimately lead to rewards. Who are you to judge God as a blasphemer of God's Holy Spirit? That's what you need to ask yourself.
