Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs it down, but a good word cheers it up.—Prov. 12:25.

Uncontrolled anxious thoughts can cause us physical and spiritual harm. Let us trust in Jehovah and remember the words of today’s text. Good words of encouragement from someone who understands us can make our heart rejoice. Confiding in our parents, our spouse, or a trusted friend who views things from God’s standpoint may help to relieve our anxiety. No one understands our anxiety better than Jehovah does. “Do not be anxious over anything,” wrote Paul, “but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving, let your petitions be made known to God; and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.” (Phil. 4:6, 7) Think about those who are helping to protect us from spiritual harm—fellow believers, elders, the faithful slave, angels, Jesus, and Jehovah himself. w15 5/15 4:16, 17

He will crush your head, and you will strike him in the heel.—Gen. 3:15.

Abel likely gave much thought to that promise and realized that someone would be ‘struck in the heel’ so that mankind could be lifted to perfection such as that enjoyed by Adam and Eve before they sinned. Abel had faith based on God’s promise, and Jehovah therefore accepted his sacrifice. (Gen. 4:3-5; Heb. 11:4) Noah survived the Deluge because of his faith. (Heb. 11:7) After the Flood, he was moved by faith to offer animal sacrifices. (Gen. 8:20) Like Abel, he undoubtedly had faith that mankind would eventually be released from bondage to sin and death. As he entered the dark post-Flood era during which Nimrod acted in opposition to Jehovah, Noah still had faith and hope. (Gen. 10:8-12) Very likely, he would have been heartened to think about mankind as being set free from oppressive rule, inherited sin, and death. We too can “see” such a wonderful time—and it is near indeed!—Rom. 6:23. w15 5/15 3:4, 6

Él te magullará en la cabeza y tú le magullarás en el talón (Gén. 3:15). Abel tuvo que haber meditado mucho en estas palabras. Es probable que se imaginara a alguien sufriendo un golpe en el talón y llegara a la conclusión de que ese alguien tenía que sufrir para que la humanidad recuperara la perfección que sus padres habían perdido. Abel tenía fe en la promesa de Dios, y por eso Jehová aceptó su sacrificio (Gén. 4:3-5; Heb. 11:4). Noé sobrevivió al Diluvio debido a su fe (Heb. 11:7). Una vez que salió del arca, esa fe lo motivó a hacer un sacrificio de animales a Dios (Gén. 8:20). Al igual que Abel, Noé creía que la humanidad sería liberada del pecado y la muerte. Ni siquiera perdió la fe y la esperanza cuando el mundo de nuevo se volvió violento y hombres como Nemrod se rebelaron contra Jehová (Gén. 10:8-12). Imaginar la época en que la humanidad viviría libre de problemas tuvo que haberlo animado mucho. Nosotros también podemos imaginar esa época, pues está más cerca que nunca (Rom. 6:23). w15 15/5 3:4, 6

ONE  meal a day ??  No breakfast, coffee?  only lunch or dinner or brunch ?  And the rest from buffet take to home?   What all is in one portion "Golden Corral" ?  And does it make full for many hours ?  Hahaha,  is it really true?  ONE meal and NO diet, you and your wife?  I never heard of that !

I learned,  JESUS  is our current king?  until to PARADISE !  JEHOVAH is our GOD and CREATOR all over the EARTH ?  In PARADISE,  HE will be our Father❤️ King ?  and still much more?  Then we're all  PERFECT & the real life can start, finally  WONDERFUL...  WHAT A BIG GIFT FROM JEHOVAH and JESUS???

Danke Dir liebe Heidi,  daß Dir meine postings so gut gefallen??  Ja, ich versuche immer mal etwas Schönes, Individuelles zu zeigen, z.B. aus Jehova's wunderbarer Schöpfung ! Das liegt mir besonders am Herzen.  Ich hoffe, Du konntest wieder Kraft schöpfen in der Versammlung, das brauchst Du für die kommende Woche 

Wir haben Sonntags um 14 Uhr Versammlung, aber wir sind noch beim Camping...  packen aber nach und nach. Ich höre alle Versammlg. mit m. Allnet Flat per Handy !

Wir hatten viel Pech in diesem Jahr, beide gestürzt. Mein Mann hatte eine Op. u.3 Wo Reha, ich wartete auf ihn, allein !   Schreibe Dir mehr in einer Privatnachricht, das wird zuviel für hier !

Solo engañando a la gente puede el Diablo alejarla de nuestro querido Dios, Jehová (1 Juan 4:8). Con engaños consigue que las personas no se den cuenta de que tienen necesidades espirituales (Mat. 5:3). Así es, ha nublado la mente de los incrédulos “para que no pase a ellos la iluminación de las gloriosas buenas nuevas acerca del Cristo, que es la imagen de Dios”. Uno de los engaños más perfeccionados que tiene Satanás es la religión falsa. Tiene que darle un gusto enorme ver a tanta gente adorando a sus antepasados, a la naturaleza, a los animales o a cualquier otra cosa que no sea Jehová, el Dios que “exige devoción exclusiva” (Éx. 20:5). A otras personas les hace creer que están adorando a Dios como es debido, pero las tiene esclavizadas a doctrinas falsas y ritos inútiles. ¡Qué situación tan triste! Están igual que los israelitas a quienes Jehová dijo: “¿Por qué es su afán por lo que no resulta en satisfacción? Escúchenme atentamente, y [...] halle su alma su deleite exquisito en la grosura misma” (Is. 55:2). w15 15/5 1:14, 15
