I WAS THINKING about our preaching work recently, and how it has been accelerated recently by using the World Wide Web... and is sure to explode more as we notify all interested ones of our unique and wonderful website. What a marvelous tool we have for preaching and teaching our message ! If Jehovah wanted, he could write that website in the sky for all to see, along with an encouraging message to go there to learn about him....  and I asked myself, why he does not do that? Here is my answer to that question....  a way we are taught to preach now is the way to separate and collect the "honest hearted individuals" from among mankind... the ones who in their heart, are searching for the truth and in their heart, want to serve Jehovah correctly because they love him...  and not just because of what they can gain from him. By this method, each individual gets to make their own heartfelt decision. If the message appeared in the sky for all to see, all mankind would instantly know that the message would be coming from God... and they would all rush into Jehovah's "Boat" ....  not because they love him, but, because and only because they want to gain something from him. Jehovah is not looking for those kinds of individuals. Jehovah is very selective, and knows our hearts....  If we are blessed to know about him and his purpose for mankind, it is because he has drawn us. What a wonderful privilege we have, brothers and sisters... let's not waste a minute, nor overlook anyone who may have an "honest heart!" ( copied by a loyal, older Brother )

MAKE NO MISTAKE, we are living in the last days of Satan's rulership of planet earth, and as a whole, rulership over mankind in general. The small percentage of true followers of Jehovah God and Christ Jesus are the only exceptions, as Satan does not control us. 1 John 5:19. Jehovah's servants know and understand, that the next major prophecy we are anxiously waiting on to be fulfilled is the "false cry of peace and security." 1 Thessalonians 5:3. It seems to me that prior to that false cry of peace and security, a major worldwide crisis will occur... the kings and rulers of the earth will become quite agitated and worried...  but somehow, the big crisis will be resolved in the minds of these rulers, and they will make the declaration... Ahh, AT LAST, PEACE AND SECURITY HAS ARRIVED! Notice the scripture mentioned above.... That will signal "Jehovah's Day"...  And notice the words....  "Sudden destruction is to be instantly on them." -- As we look around the world today, we can see the tensions being increased in every corner. Could this be the big crisis?  Well, we do not know.... only Jehovah knows that ! But what we do know is we need to be ready for whatever happens... Brothers and Sisters.... Get your "to go" bags replenished, and listen VERY carefully to the slave, and the Elders in your congregation... be ready to comply explicitly. Su adversario, el Diablo, anda en derredor como león rugiente, procurando devorar a alguien (1 Ped. 5:8). ¡Qué bien describe este texto la actitud cruel del Diablo! Aunque ya tiene a todo el mundo en sus garras, sigue tratando de devorar a más personas; su apetito es insaciable. Está decidido a devorar al pueblo de Dios. La persecución que los cristianos han sufrido desde el siglo primero hasta nuestros días demuestra que Satanás no tiene corazón. Un león hambriento se lanza sobre su presa sin compasión y, una vez que la ha matado, no siente ningún remordimiento. De igual modo, Satanás no tiene compasión por las personas a las que intenta cazar. Por ejemplo, en la antigüedad, probablemente estuvo acechando a los israelitas en las ocasiones en las que cayeron en pecados como la inmoralidad y la codicia. Acérquense a Dios (Sant. 4:8). A fin de que nuestra amistad con Dios sea sólida, debemos comunicarnos regularmente con él. ¿Cómo podemos hacerlo? Para mantener la comunicación con Jehová, tenemos que orar con frecuencia (Sal. 142:2). Y si queremos escuchar su respuesta, tenemos que leer la Biblia y meditar en ella a menudo (Is. 30:20, 21). La respuesta de Jehová a nuestras oraciones no siempre es evidente. Pero si somos específicos al hablar con él, será más fácil que veamos cómo responde a lo que le pedimos. Contémosle todo lo que nos preocupa. Así Jehová será más real para nosotros y lo sentiremos más cerca. Nuestra amistad con Jehová puede ir creciendo a lo largo de toda la vida. No obstante, como hemos analizado, para que él se acerque a nosotros, primero tenemos que hacer nuestra parte y acercarnos a él. Pase lo que pase, nunca dejemos de comunicarnos con nuestro Dios: estudiemos la Biblia y oremos. ¿Qué lograremos si hacemos eso? Que nuestra amistad con él se convierta en una relación inquebrantable.
