Ocúpense en sus propios negocios (1 Tes. 4:11). Debemos tratar con el debido respeto a quienes Jehová ha elegido para que vayan al cielo. Una manera de hacerlo es evitando preguntarles cómo saben que son ungidos. No debemos meternos en asuntos ajenos (2 Tes. 3:11). No les preguntemos si su cónyuge o cualquier otro familiar también son ungidos, como si fuera algo que se heredara o se recibiera de alguien (1 Tes. 2:12). Tenemos que resistir la tentación de preguntarle al cónyuge de un ungido cómo se siente al saber que no estarán juntos en el Paraíso. Podríamos causarle dolor con nuestras palabras. Estamos totalmente seguros de que Jehová satisfará en el nuevo mundo “el deseo de toda cosa viviente” (Sal. 145:16). El espíritu mismo da testimonio con nuestro espíritu de que somos hijos de Dios (Rom. 8:16). Jehová creó a los seres humanos para que vivieran eternamente en la Tierra (Gén. 1:28; Sal. 37:29). Elegir a algunos humanos para que vayan al cielo es la excepción, no la regla. El cristiano que recibe esta invitación no solo tiene una esperanza nueva, la de ser rey y sacerdote con Cristo; también experimenta un cambio en su manera de pensar y de ver las cosas (Efes. 1:18). ¿Y cómo sabe una persona si ha sido invitada para ir al cielo? Encontramos la respuesta en la carta que Pablo dirigió a los cristianos ungidos de Roma, que habían sido “llamados a ser santos”. Les dijo: “No recibieron un espíritu de esclavitud que ocasione temor de nuevo, sino que recibieron un espíritu de adopción como hijos, espíritu por el cual clamamos: ‘¡Abba, Padre!’” (Rom. 1:7; 8:15). Recuerden a los que están en prisión (Heb. 13:3). Obviamente, Pablo no estaba hablando de cualquier preso, sino de los cristianos que estaban en la cárcel debido a su fe. Cuando les escribió a los hebreos, Pablo mismo llevaba unos cuatro años encerrado (Filip. 1:12-14). El apóstol los felicitó por condolerse “de los que estaban en prisión”, es decir, por ser compasivos con ellos (Heb. 10:34). Claro, ellos no pudieron ayudar personalmente a Pablo, pues estaba en Roma. Pero a pesar de ello, había algo que sí podían hacer por él: rogarle con insistencia a Dios que lo ayudara (Heb. 13:18, 19). Hoy día también hay cristianos en prisión. Los hermanos que viven cerca de ellos pueden prestarles ayuda, pero la mayoría estamos lejos. ¿Hay algo que podamos hacer? Sí, mencionarlos una y otra vez en nuestras oraciones. Mind your own business.—1 Thess. 4:11. How can we show appropriate respect for those whom Jehovah chooses to anoint? We would not ask them personal questions about their anointing. We thus avoid meddling with what does not concern us. (2 Thess. 3:11) We should not assume that the parents, spouse, or other relatives of one of the anointed would also be anointed. Genetics or marriage play no part in the process. (1 Thess. 2:12) We should also resist the urge to quiz spouses of anointed ones about how they feel knowing that they will live without their mate in the future earthly Paradise. The spirit itself bears witness with our spirit that we are God’s children.—Rom. 8:16. God’s original purpose was for mankind to live forever here on earth. (Gen. 1:28; Ps. 37:29) The selection of some to go to heaven to rule as kings and priests is not the norm. It is an exceptional arrangement. This calling causes a profound change in the thinking, outlook, and hope of a person when he is anointed. (Eph. 1:18) But how does a person know that he has the heavenly calling, that he has, in fact, received this special token? The answer is clearly seen in Paul’s words to the anointed brothers in Rome, who were “called to be holy ones.” He told them: “You did not receive a spirit of slavery causing fear again, but you received a spirit of adoption as sons, by which spirit we cry out: ‘Abba, Father!’” (Rom. 1:7; 8:15) Simply put, by means of his holy spirit, God makes it clear to that person that he is invited to become a future heir in the Kingdom arrangement.—1 Thess. 2:12. w16.01 3:8, 9 https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/dt/r1/lp-e/2017/7/30

Keep in mind those in prison.—Heb. 13:3. Paul was not here referring to just any type of prisoner. He was speaking about those brothers who were imprisoned for their faith. Paul himself had been in prison bonds for some four years by the time he penned those words to the Hebrew Christians. (Phil. 1:12-14) He commended the brothers for having “expressed sympathy for those in prison.” (Heb. 10:34) Those Hebrew Christians were physically separated from Paul. So how could they keep him in mind? They could do so by their fervent prayers in his behalf. (Heb. 13:18, 19) Today, we may likewise be separated physically from our brothers who have been thrown into prison. We may not be able to give them the practical help that is provided by the Witnesses who live near the prison. Happy is anyone who shows consideration to the lowly one; Jehovah will rescue him in the day of calamity. Jehovah will guard him and keep him alive.—Ps. 41:1, 2. If we are ill, we can look to God for comfort, wisdom, and support, as did true worshippers in the past. Still, we know that an individual living in David’s day who showed consideration to a lowly one did not keep living without end. Hence, when David wrote the above, he could not have meant that such a considerate individual would be kept alive miraculously, thus gaining everlasting life. We can take those inspired words to mean that God would help the loyal considerate one. How? David explained: “Jehovah will sustain him on his sickbed; during his sickness you will completely change his bed.” (Ps. 41:3) Yes, an individual who showed consideration to a lowly one could be certain that God was aware of him and his faithful course. Cuando estamos enfermos, le podemos pedir a Dios que nos consuele y nos dé sabiduría, tal como hicieron sus siervos del pasado. Ahora bien, como es obvio, con las palabras del texto de hoy David no estaba diciendo que Dios conservaría vivo hasta nuestros días al que hubiera mostrado consideración a los necesitados. Entonces, ¿cómo lo ayudaría? Apoyándolo y fortaleciéndolo mientras estuviera enfermo en su “diván”, es decir, en su cama (Sal. 41:3). Así es, la persona considerada puede estar segura de que Dios sabe lo que ha hecho y no lo olvidará. En la Traducción del Nuevo Mundo original en inglés se hizo lo mismo que en otras biblias en ese idioma y se usó el equivalente de la palabra hebrea sche’óhl en textos como Eclesiastés 9:10, que en español dice: “No hay trabajo ni formación de proyectos ni conocimiento ni sabiduría en el Seol, el lugar adonde vas”. Pero esto creó un problema para los traductores a otros idiomas, pues la mayoría de sus lectores no conocen esa palabra; ni siquiera aparece en sus diccionarios. De hecho, a mucha gente le suena al nombre de un lugar que se puede hallar en un mapa. En vista de esta situación, en la revisión del 2013 se autorizó a los traductores para que tradujeran sche’óhl y su equivalente griego, háides, como “tumba”. Así quedó más claro su significado. También se quitaron palabras y expresiones anticuadas y se hizo un esfuerzo especial para que el texto fuera exacto, pero fácil de leer. In the past, the English New World Translation followed the pattern of some other English Bibles that use the Hebrew expression “Sheol” in verses such as Ecclesiastes 9:10. That verse used to read: “There is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in Sheʹol, the place to which you are going.” Translators of many non-English editions faced this problem: The term “Sheol” is unknown to most of their readers, it is not found in their dictionaries, and it sounds like some geographic location. Accordingly, for the 2013 revision, approval was given to make the meaning of “Sheol” and the corresponding Greek term “Hades” clear by translating them accurately as “the Grave.” Obsolete English expressions were also replaced, and a concerted effort was put forth to make the text clear and easy to understand without sacrificing accuracy. We need to be kind, compassionate, and forgiving 32, But become kind to one another, tenderly compassionate, freely forgiving one another just as God also by Christ freely forgave you. Do Not Grieve Jehovah’s Holy Spirit “Do not be grieving God’s holy spirit, with which you have been sealed.”—EPH. 4:30. JEHOVAH has done something special for millions of people living in this troubled world. He has made it possible for them to draw close to him through his only-begotten Son, Jesus Christ. (John 6:44) You are one of these individuals if you have made a dedication to God and are carrying it out. As a person baptized in the name of the holy spirit, you have the duty to conduct yourself in harmony with that spirit.—Matt. 28:19. 2 We who ‘sow with a view to the spirit’ put on the new personality. (Gal. 6:8; Eph. 4:17-24) But the apostle Paul gives us counsel and warns us not to grieve God’s holy spirit. (Read Ephesians 4:25-32.) We will now take a close look at the apostle’s counsel. What did Paul mean when he spoke of grieving God’s spirit? How could anyone dedicated to Jehovah ever do such a thing? And how can we avoid grieving Jehovah’s spirit?

Participar en un nuevo tipo de predicación hace crecer nuestra confianza en Dios y nos acerca más a él, sobre todo si no nos sentimos del todo cómodos al principio (2 Cor. 12:9, 10). I agree, dear Sonita. It should have forbidden on social networks ! I saw in TV, WHAT all happened in the 'dark network'? SO sad, what thousends of men around the world are doing with our little and also tiny dear ones? Very sad, the own parents selling their kiddies in darknet... I didn't know before, that such of things are possible... I'm very sad about that all !! But also the parents of little girls have to stop the love to copy older teens ????? My Dad often warned me in my childhood, in the past, before especially men, who are interested at little girls like me ! That was very good, bec. I understood him exactly ! I was not afraid, his warnings were always in my head ! When I was alone on the way, I never allowed any strange men on the street talk to me or give me candies etc.! I was a careful woman all my life... A big THANKS to my loving father???
