Jehovah afflicted the king, and he remained a leper until the day of his death.—2 Ki. 15:5.

Suppose clarifying details concerning King Azariah (King Uzziah) had not been included in God’s Word, as is the case with other abbreviated Bible accounts? (2 Ki. 15:7, 32; 2 Chron. 26:3-5, 16-21) Would you be inclined to question the righteousness of God? Or would you reason that the Bible contains enough information to assure us that Jehovah always does what is right and is, in fact, the very standard of what is right and what is wrong? (Deut. 32:4) As we get to know Jehovah better as a Person, our love and appreciation for his ways will grow to the point that we do not need an explanation for everything he does. Be assured that such appreciation will grow in proportion to your efforts to study and meditate on God’s communication through his written Word. (Ps. 77:12, 13) This, in turn, will strengthen your relationship with Jehovah, making it ever more real. w15 4/15 3:8, 10

17:17; Juan 15:15). w15 15/4 1:19, 20

An elder should start his training of another brother by taking time to develop a relaxed atmosphere and a bond of friendship with him. The specific steps an elder takes will differ somewhat from land to land, depending on local circumstances and customs. Yet, no matter where you live, if you as a busy elder set aside time to spend with a learner, you are telling him, in effect, “You are important to me.” That unspoken message will be clearly understood and deeply valued by willing learners everywhere. A successful teacher is someone who not only loves to train another person but also loves the person he is training. (Compare John 5:20.) That crucial aspect of a teacher’s disposition is quickly discerned by a learner and greatly affects the way he responds to the training he receives. Therefore, dear elders, as you give training, be more than a teacher—be a friend.—Prov. 17:17; John 15:15. w15 4/15 1:19, 20

  5. THE DUCK AND THE DEVIL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.jpg

    The Duck & the Devil....

There was a little boy visiting his grandparents on their farm. He was given a slingshot to play with out in the woods. He practiced in the woods, but he could never hit the target. Getting a little discouraged, he headed back for dinner. As he was walking back he saw Grandma's pet duck.

Just out of impulse, he let the slingshot fly, hit the duck square in the head, and killed it. He was shocked and grieved.

In a panic, he hid its dead body in the wood pile, only to see his sister watching! Sally had seen it all, but she said nothing.

After lunch the next day Grandma said, "Sally, let's wash the dishes." But Sally said, "Grandma, Johnny told me he wanted to help in the kitchen. Then she whispered to him, "Remember the duck?"  So Johnny did the dishes.

Later that day, Grandpa asked if the children wanted to go fishing and Grandma said, "I'm sorry but I need Sally to help make supper."  Sally just smiled and said,"  Well that's all right because Johnny told me he wanted to help."  She whispered again, "Remember the duck?"   So Sally went fishing and Johnny stayed to help.!

After several days of Johnny doing both his chores and Sally's...  he finally couldn't stand it any longer.

He came to Grandma and confessed that he had killed the duck. Grandma knelt down, gave him a hug, and said, "Sweetheart, I know.  You see,  I was standing at the window and  I saw the whole thing,  but because I love you, I forgave you.  I was just wondering how long you would let Sally make a slave of you."

    The Lesson:

Whatever is in your past, whatever you have done... and the devil keeps throwing it up in your face (lying, cheating, debt, fear, bad habits, hatred, anger, bitterness, etc.), ..whatever it is....You need to know that God was standing at the window and He saw the whole thing..... He has seen your whole life; He wants you to know that He loves you and that you are forgiven.

He's just wondering how long you will let the devil make a slave of you. The great thing about God is that when you ask for forgiveness, He not only forgives you, but He forgets..... It is by God's grace and mercy that we are saved.

    God  is  at  the  window.....

    Bible verses:

“O LORD, you have searched me and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways” (Psalm 139:1-3).

"And I will forgive their wickedness, and I will never again remember their sins."  (Hebrews 8:12)

Jesus answered them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is the slave of sin. “The slave does not remain in the house forever; the son does remain forever. “So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed." (John 8:34-36)

"But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness."  (1 John 1:9)

Incredible or who helped  her ?

After finishing my 2 hour shift at Infostand, I was replaced by 2 pioneer sisters. They wanted a double layer on the stand. About one and a half hours before the end, the brother, who was looking after the assembly and dismantling, called me and told me that he had dismantled the stand. I asked him what had happened. He said that a woman of over 90, with her walker, had come to the booth and asked about Maulbeerallee and if she knew where she was. By the way, she did not come to the stand by herself. A man had brought the weakened woman to our booth, asking her to give her something to drink. Then he suddenly disappeared.

Now there is no mulberry shrimp near us. As she looked very shaky and weak, our sisters offered her a place and gave her something to drink. She told her that she had been out since about 8:00 am (meanwhile it was 14:30) and she no longer knew where the mulberry was.
With the help of mobile phones and the Internet, the sisters found out that they had already been missing in a home in Maulbeeralle about 10 km away. She had walked the whole distance and was now completely exhausted. They promised to take home the lady back and called the stand, he would like to dismantle the stand.

The sisters told me how it went on. In the retirement home, they were invited by the woman to tea and cake. The cousin of the woman, who lives right next door, then emerged and stayed. For over an hour the 4 women were together and during the whole time a very beautiful testimony could be given. As our pioneer swiss, the two women Offb. 21: 3, the two tears were in their eyes. Our two sisters are welcome to come back.

The old lady did not know how she came to Haselhorst. The sisters believe that the angels had their hands in the "game", so they were ultimately brought to our booth and helped her.

    Innocent faith in "miracles"......

Tess was an early 8 year old when she heard her mom and dad talk about her little brother Andrew. All she knew was that he was very sick and they were complete without money. They were going to an apartment next month because Papa did not have the money for the doctor's calculations and her house.
Only a very costly operation could save him now, and he was looking for someone to lend them the money. She heard Papa whisper to the weeping, despairing mother, "Only a miracle can save him now."

Tess went to her bedroom and pulled a jar of jar from her hiding place by the closet. She poured all that she had saved on the floor and counted it carefully. 3 times. The total sum was accurate. No chance for mistakes. Carefully she put the coins back into the glass and turned the lid closed. She slipped through the back door and made her way to Rexall Drug Store with the big red sign, with the Indian Chief, over the door.

She patiently waited for the pharmacist to give her some attention, but he was too busy at that moment. Tess twists her feet to make a screeching sound. Nothing. She cleared her throat with the most disgusting noise she could muster. Nothing.
Finally she took a quarter out of her glass and slammed it on the glass. That worked !  ;-)

The pharmacists asked in an annoyed tone: "And what do you want? I have here my brother from Chicago, whom I have not seen and spoken for a long time," he said without waiting for an answer to his question......

"Well,  I want to talk to you about my brother," Tess said, in the same disgruntled tone. "He's really very, very sick ...   and  I want to buy a miracle."

"Excuse me, what do you want?" Said the pharmacist.

"His name is Andrew, and he has something bad, it grows in his head, and my dad says that only a miracle can save him now, so how much does a miracle cost?"

"We're not selling miracles, little girl, I'm sorry, but I can not help you," said the pharmacist, already a little gentler.

"Listen, I have the money for it, if it's not enough, I'll get the rest together, tell me how much it costs."

The pharmacist's brother was a well-dressed man. He bent down and asked the little girl, "What miracle does your brother need?"

"I do not know," Tess said, raising her eyes. "I only know he's really sick and Mama says he needs surgery, but my dad can not pay, so I want to use my money."

"How much do you have?" The Chicago man asked. "One dollar and eleven cents,"  Tess barely heard.  "It's all money  I've,  but  I can get more if I have to.

"Well, what a coincidence," the man smiled. "One dollar and eleven cents - that's the exact price of a miracle for little brothers." He took her money in his hand, and with the other hand he took her hand and said, "Take me with you, I want to see your brother and your parents, let's see if I have the kind of miracles you need."

The well-dressed man was Dr. Carlton Armstrong, a surgeon specializing in neuro-surgery.  The operation was completed successfully,  and it was not long before Andrew was back home. Mom and Dad were happy and talked about the chain of events that had brought them here.
"The operation," whispered her mother, "was a real miracle. I wonder how much it would have cost?"

Tess smiled. She knew exactly how much a miracle cost ...   one dollar and eleven cents ...    plus the faith of a small child.

It is claimed that this is a true story. (Author unknown)

    Are miracles happening ...
The sick world in which we must be today must drastically enter the "surgery." Through His Word, the Bible, Jehovah has promised God that He will restore Paradise on this earth. (2 Peter 3:13)

But for this to happen, wickedness will have to be removed, completely cut off. (Psalm 37: 9-11, Proverbs 2:21, 22)

All the sad things that we see around us have to be eradicated before a paradise can be restored. It will literally be a miracle - Revelation 21: 4, 5.

Jehovah's Witnesses believe these massive changes will come soon. Why? The miracles already performed by Jehovah God prove that he has the strength to fulfill his promises. Compare only six of the miracles recorded in the Bible, with the promise to make it for the future.

(James 2:26) 26   Yes, as the body without spirit is dead, faith without works is dead.

The little girl literally acted in accordance with her belief,  that her little brother was cured by "miracles"

    https://wol.jw.org/es/wol/dt/r4/lp-s/2017/6/7

God is not partial, but in every nation the man who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him.—Acts 10:34, 35.

    https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/dt/r1/lp-e/2017/6/7

The Mosaic Law was given to one nation—fleshly Israel. In contrast, spiritual Israel would be made up of people from many nations and backgrounds. The Mosaic Law governed fleshly Israel in the Promised Land with laws carved on stone. For spiritual Israel, “the law of the Christ” was mainly based on principles inscribed on hearts. “The law of the Christ” would apply to and benefit Christians wherever they lived. (Gal. 6:2) Spiritual Israel would benefit greatly from guidance from God through his Son. Just prior to the establishment of the new covenant, Jesus gave two significant commands. One dealt with the preaching work. The other focused on the conduct of Jesus’ followers and how they were to treat fellow believers. These directives were for all Christians; thus they apply to all true worshippers today, whether their hope is heavenly or earthly. w16.03 4:10, 11

The joy of baptism. Yesterday at a circuit assembly in Brazil !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.jpg

(Luc. 14:28).

    https://wol.jw.org/es/wol/dt/r4/lp-s/2017/6/6

Who of you wanting to build a tower does not first sit down and calculate the expense to see if he has enough to complete it?—Luke 14:28.

    https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/dt/r1/lp-e/2017/6/6

Every year thousands of young people around the world get baptized. (Eccl. 12:1) Christian parents and elders in the congregation want to make sure that such young ones make a decision that is not only voluntary but also well-founded. The steps of dedication and baptism are the start of a life during which Christians will experience blessings from Jehovah but also opposition from Satan. (Prov. 10:22; 1 Pet. 5:8) Therefore, Christian parents take time to teach their children what is involved in being a disciple of Christ. In the case of young ones who have no Christian parents, the elders in the congregation will lovingly help them to count the cost of discipleship. (Luke 14:27-30) Just as it takes planning to complete a building project successfully, so it requires preparation to serve Jehovah faithfully “to the end.”—Matt. 24:13. w16.03 1:1, 2
