@Nicole... Very good tips ! But I read more times, better NO lettuce at evening, bec. it can ferment in your stomach ;-( then not so good sleeping... Better is, cooking oat - flakes & milk, etc. Thats a light meal for the stomach and the sleep is running to you >>>>>>>> Test it.... I can sleep after eating, WHATEVER - hahaha - To 95 % NO problems ! I can sleep by day or by night.... When my body needs resting, the clock - time is not importend.... only a bed

Mucha gente sufre cosas por las que nosotros nunca hemos pasado. Algunos están discapacitados debido a un accidente, una enfermedad o la vejez. Otros tienen depresión, ataques de pánico o heridas emocionales por haber sufrido algún tipo de abuso. Los hay que están criando solos a sus hijos o viven con familiares que no sirven a Jehová. ¿Cómo podemos imitar el amor de Dios en esos casos? Escuchándolos con toda atención hasta comprender —por lo menos un poco— sus sentimientos. Así podremos apoyarlos, lo cual es otra forma de imitar el amor de Jehová. No todos necesitan lo mismo, pero quizás podamos fortalecerlos y levantarles el ánimo con nuestras palabras o ayudarlos con alguna tarea (Rom. 12:15; 1 Ped. 3:8). w15 15/5 4:6, 7

Others are coping with emotional trials because of depression, panic attacks, or the aftereffects of abuse. Still others are part of a religiously divided family or a single-parent household. Everyone faces some problem, and often it is one we ourselves have not experienced. In such a case, how can we imitate God’s love? By listening intently until we understand the other person’s feelings, at least to some extent. This will move us to imitate Jehovah’s love by acting according to the need. The need is different with each individual, but we may be able to provide spiritual encouragement and some other practical help.—Rom. 12:15; 1 Pet. 3:8. w15 5/15 4:6, 7

Le hace creer a la gente que el dinero es la clave de la felicidad. Pero eso es una gran mentira que puede llevarnos a perder la más valiosa de nuestras posesiones: la amistad de Jehová. Jesús advirtió a sus discípulos: “Nadie puede servir como esclavo a dos amos; porque u odiará al uno y amará al otro, o se apegará al uno y despreciará al otro. No pueden ustedes servir como esclavos a Dios y a las Riquezas” (Mat. 6:24). En efecto, no podemos ser esclavos del dinero, pues dejaríamos de servir a Dios, y eso es precisamente lo que quiere el Diablo. No permitamos nunca que las posesiones materiales ahoguen nuestra amistad con Jehová. Para vencer al Diablo es indispensable rechazar el materialismo (1 Tim. 6:6-10). w15 15/5 2:12

The love of money is a root of all sorts of injurious things.—1 Tim. 6:10. https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/dt/r1/lp-e/2017/5/12 Jehovah wants us to live comfortably—a fact that becomes clear when we consider the beautiful surroundings that he provided for Adam and Eve. (Gen. 2:9) But Satan can exploit our desires with “the deceptive power of riches.” (Matt. 13:22) Many think that money will make them happy or that material possessions are the key to success. Such thinking is pure deception, and it can cause us to lose the most valuable possession we have—our friendship with Jehovah. Jesus warned his followers: “No one can slave for two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will stick to the one and despise the other. You cannot slave for God and for Riches.” (Matt. 6:24) If we slave exclusively for Riches, we have stopped serving Jehovah, and that is precisely what Satan wants us to do! May we never let money or the things it can buy eclipse our friendship with Jehovah. To fight Satan, we must maintain a balanced view of material things.—1 Tim. 6:6-10. w15 5/15 2:12

On April 20, 2017, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized the activities of the "Jehovah's Witnesses' Administrative Center in Russia" as extremist and banned its work. The court also decided to convert the property of the organization into the income of the state, incl. And real estate. We, the representatives of the active youth of the city of Pechora and their sympathizers, strongly urge that the confiscated building be transferred to the balance of the youth policy sector for further deployment of a base there for the development of amateur music groups. This will be a great help for the creative ascent of talented and ambitious musicians, since a very large number of them have to huddle around the apartments and try to create in creative nezheta.
