Jehová no prohibió que en su nación hubiera extranjeros. Permitió que “una vasta compañía mixta” de egipcios y otros extranjeros acompañara a su pueblo en su salida de Egipto (Éx. 12:38; nota). En el mensaje que Moisés dirigió a los israelitas justo antes de que cruzaran el río Jordán y entraran en Canaán, les dijo que debían “amar al residente forastero” (Deut. 10:17-19). Los israelitas tenían que aceptar entre ellos a todos los extranjeros que estuvieran dispuestos a obedecer las leyes básicas que Moisés había recibido, como los Diez Mandamientos (Lev. 24:22). Algunos de ellos se hicieron siervos de Jehová y compartieron los sentimientos de Rut, la moabita. Jehová los acogía bondadosamente entre su pueblo (Núm. 15:14, 15). Cuando Salomón dedicó el templo, quedó claro que Jehová aceptaba la adoración de extranjeros. Eso se reflejó en la oración de Salomón (2 Crón. 6:32, 33). w14 15/11 4:11-13

Jehovah did not forbid the presence of non-Israelites among his people. He allowed “a vast mixed company” of non-Israelites, including Egyptians, to accompany his people when he delivered them from Egypt. (Ex. 12:38; ftn.) Just before the Israelites crossed the Jordan to take possession of Canaan, Moses told them that they “must love the foreign resident” in their midst. (Deut. 10:17-19) God’s chosen people were to accept in their community any foreigners who were willing to observe the basic laws given by Moses. (Lev. 24:22) Some foreign residents became worshippers of Jehovah, sharing the feelings of the Moabite Ruth. Jehovah welcomed them as members of the community of his chosen people. (Num. 15:14, 15) When Solomon’s temple was dedicated to Jehovah, provision was made for non-Israelite worshippers, as reflected in Solomon’s prayer.—2 Chron. 6:32, 33. w14 11/15 4:11-13

Dies ist ein Auszug aus einem Brief :
Als ich die Relativitätstheorie vorschlug, verstanden mich nur sehr wenige und
was ich Dir jetzt zeigen werde, um es der Menschheit zu übertragen, wird auch
auf Missverständnisse und Vorurteile in der Welt stoßen.
Ich bitte Dich dennoch, dass Du es die ganze Zeit, die notwendig ist, beschützt –
Jahre, Jahrzehnte, bis die Gesellschaft fortgeschritten genug ist, um das was ich
Dir als Nächstes erklären werde, zu akzeptieren.
Es gibt eine extrem starke Kraft, für die die Wissenschaft bisher noch keine formelle
Erklärung gefunden hat. Es ist eine Kraft, die alle anderen beinhaltet und regelt und
die sogar hinter jedem Phänomen ist, das im Universum tätig ist und noch nicht von
uns identifiziert wurde. Diese universelle Kraft ist LIEBE.
Wenn die Wissenschaftler nach einer einheitlichen Theorie des Universums suchten,
vergaßen sie die unsichtbare und mächtigste aller Kräfte.
Liebe ist Licht, da sie denjenigen, der sie gibt und empfängt, beleuchtet.
Liebe ist Schwerkraft, weil sie einige Leute dazu bringt, sich zu anderen hingezogen zu
fühlen. Liebe ist Macht, weil sie das Beste was wir haben, vermehrt und nicht zulässt,
dass die Menschheit durch ihren blinden Egoismus ausgelöscht wird.
Liebe zeigt und offenbart. Durch die Liebe lebt und stirbt man.
Liebe ist Gott und Gott ist die Liebe
Diese Kraft erklärt alles und gibt dem Leben einen Sinn in Großbuchstaben.
Dies ist die Variable, die wir zu lange ignoriert haben, vielleicht, weil wir vor der
Liebe Angst haben, weil es die einzige Macht im Universum ist, die der Mensch nicht
gelernt hat, nach seinem Willen zu steuern.
Um die Liebe sichtbar zu machen, habe ich einen einfachen Austausch in meiner
berühmtesten Gleichung gemacht. Wenn wir anstelle von E = mc² zu akzeptieren, die
Energie akzeptieren, um die Welt durch Liebe zu heilen, kann man durch die Liebe
multipliziert mal der Lichtgeschwindigkeit hoch Quadrat zu dem Schluss kommen,
dass die Liebe die mächtigste Kraft ist, die es gibt, weil sie keine Grenzen hat.
Nach dem Scheitern der Menschheit in der Nutzung und Kontrolle der anderen Kräfte
des Universums, die sich gegen uns gewendet haben, ist es unerlässlich, dass wir uns
von einer anderen Art von Energie ernähren.
Wenn wir wollen, dass unsere Art überleben soll, wenn wir einen Sinn im Leben finden
wollen, wenn wir die Welt und alle fühlenden Wesen, die sie bewohnen, retten wollen,
ist die Liebe die einzige und die letzte Antwort.
Vielleicht sind wir noch nicht bereit, eine Bombe der Liebe zu machen, ein Artefakt,
das mächtig genug ist, den gesamten Hass, Selbstsucht und Gier, die den Planeten
plagen, zu zerstören. Allerdings trägt jeder Einzelne in sich einen kleinen, aber
leistungsstarken Generator der Liebe, deren Energie darauf wartet, befreit zu werden.
Wenn wir lernen, liebe Lieserl, diese universelle Energie zu geben und zu empfangen,
werden wir herausfinden, dass die Liebe alles überwindet, alles transzendiert und
alles kann, denn die Liebe ist die Quintessenz des Lebens.
Ich bedauere zutiefst, nicht in der Lage gewesen zu sein, um das auszudrücken,
was mein Herz enthält, das leise mein ganzes Leben für Dich geschlagen hat.
Vielleicht ist es zu spät, mich zu entschuldigen, aber da die Zeit relativ ist,
muss ich Dir sagen, dass ich Dich liebe und dass ich, dank Dir,
bis zur letzten Antwort gekommen bin.

Mysterious Tears...

CRYING accompanies us from the day we are born. One expert explains that as babies, crying became our “acoustic umbilical cord,” because we cry to have our emotional and physical needs cared for. But why do we shed tears as we grow older, when we can communicate in other ways?

Emotional tears flood our eyes for a variety of reasons. We may cry because of grief, frustration, or physical or psychological suffering. But euphoria, relief, and achievement likewise provoke emotional tears—in this case, tears of joy. Tears can also be contagious. “If I see someone else weeping—whatever the cause—I can’t help but feel moved to tears,” says María. Maybe imaginary situations in a film or a book have also made you cry.

Whatever the reason, crying is a powerful nonverbal language. “There are few other ways to say so much in such a brief interval,” explains the book Adult Crying. Tears provoke reactions. For example, most of us find tears of sadness difficult to ignore because they alert us that someone is suffering. In response, we may try to comfort or help the one who weeps.

Some experts believe that crying provides a useful outlet for our emotions and that systematically holding back tears may damage our health. Others argue that the physical or psychological benefits of crying have not been scientifically verified. Nevertheless, surveys estimate that 85 percent of women and 73 percent of men reported feeling better after crying. “Sometimes, I know I need to cry,” explains Noemí. “Afterward, I can take a deep breath and see things more clearly, in their true perspective.”

But this feeling of relief may depend not only on tears. The way others respond to our crying also plays an important role. For instance, when our tears move others to comfort us or to help us, we feel relieved.  But if the response to our tears is not good, we may feel ashamed or rejected.

Clearly, mysteries about crying remain. What we do know is that shedding tears is one of the intriguing emotional responses God has given us.

Newborn babies usually do not shed tears when they cry. They have enough moisture to protect their eyes, but tears appear after several weeks when their tear ducts develop fully.
Three Different Types of Tears

    Basal Tears. Tear glands constantly produce this clear liquid to protect and lubricate our eyes. It also improves our eyesight. When we blink, this fluid is spread over the eyes.

    Reflex Tears. These tears flood our eyes when an irritating substance or particle gets into them. Reflex tears are also associated with actions as varied as yawning and laughing.

    Emotional Tears. These are the “human” tears that we shed when we feel a strong emotion. They contain a 24 percent higher protein concentration than reflex tears.

When Jehovah directed Abraham to move his household to the land of Canaan, he willingly complied. Because of Abraham’s faith and obedience, Jehovah established the above-mentioned covenant with him. Years later, however, Abraham and his wife, Sarah, were still childless. Had Jehovah forgotten the promise that he had made to Abraham? Moreover, life in Canaan was not easy. Abraham and his household had left behind their home and relatives in Ur, a prosperous city in Mesopotamia. They traveled over 1,000 miles (1,600 km) to reach Canaan, where they lived in tents, endured famine, and faced marauders. (Gen. 12:5, 10; 13:18; 14:10-16) Yet, they had no desire to return to the comforts in Ur! (Heb. 11:8-12, 15) Rather than focus on “the things on the earth,” Abraham “put faith in Jehovah.” (Gen. 15:6; Col. 3:2) Yes, he fixed his mind on the things above in that he concentrated on God’s promises. w14 10/15 4:7, 8

Certainly, a real shout of praise to Jehovah, our loving God...........it is wonderful to see the happiness of our Brothers and Sisters  in those countries, where they could not afford to build a meeting pace with their own resources (monetary), when they have a new Kingdom Hall............interesting, too, is the fact that in many of those countries Bible Studies and meeting attendance have increased..........as I said a great shout of praise to Jehovah.

Jehová podía liberar, o rescatar, a Pablo de la muerte. Isaías escribió: “Él realmente se tragará a la muerte para siempre, y el Señor Soberano Jehová ciertamente limpiará las lágrimas de todo rostro” (Is. 25:8). Como un padre que elimina encantado la causa del sufrimiento de sus hijos y les seca las lágrimas, Jehová acabará de una vez por todas con la muerte que hemos heredado de Adán. Y cuenta con un ayudante: Jesús. En 1 Corintios 15:22 leemos: “Así como en Adán todos están muriendo, así también en el Cristo todos serán vivificados”. Jehovah could rescue Paul from death. Isaiah wrote: “He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces.” (Isa. 25:8) Like a father who removes the cause of his children’s suffering and dries their eyes, Jehovah takes great joy in bringing Adamic death to nothing! In this he has a collaborator. First Corinthians 15:22 reads: “Just as in Adam all are dying, so also in the Christ all will be made alive.” Similarly, after Paul asked “Who will rescue me?” he continued: “Thanks to God through Jesus Christ our Lord!” (Rom. 7:25) Plainly, the love that moved Jehovah to create mankind did not grow cold with the rebellion of Adam and Eve. And the one who shared with Jehovah in the work of bringing the first couple into existence did not lose his special fondness for their offspring.—Prov. 8:30, 31. w14 9/15 4:9, 10
