La asistente del Presidente de la República de Osetia del Sur en asuntos religiosos Sonia Khubaeva anunció LA CAZA de los representantes de las organizaciones religiosas no tradicionales. Según ella, la actividad de los "Testigos de Jehová" en Osetia del Sur es ilegal, y las fuerzas de seguridad tienen el derecho de detener las reuniones religiosas. Khubaeva considera a los testigos como EXTREMISTAS.

El apóstol Pablo escribió que la voluntad de Dios es que “hombres de toda clase se salven y lleguen a un conocimiento exacto de la verdad” (1 Tim. 2:3, 4). Y Revelación 7:9 dice que quienes adoran a Jehová provienen de “todas las naciones y tribus y pueblos y lenguas”. w14 15/12 3:1, 2

Are you a young person? If so, be assured that you, as a part of Jehovah’s worldwide congregation, are really appreciated. In many countries, a large number of those getting baptized are young people. How encouraging it is to see so many youths joining the ranks of those who have decided to serve Jehovah! As a youth, do you enjoy being with other young people? Likely you do. A certain happiness comes from enjoying pleasant times with those of our own age. However, whether we are young or old and regardless of our background, God wants us to be united in worshipping him. The apostle Paul wrote that God’s will is that “all sorts of people should be saved and come to an accurate knowledge of truth.” (1 Tim. 2:3, 4) At Revelation 7:9, we find the description of God’s worshippers who come out of “all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues.” w14 12/15 3:1, 2

They gathered to worship God
19, 20. How were encouraged God's people to gather to worship him?
19 The Bible Students taught that, whenever possible, should meet to worship God. Not enough to leave false religion: the true Christian should practice pure worship. Already in the first issues of the Watch Tower magazine readers he was encouraged to come together to worship God. We find an example in the July, 1880, where Brother Russell recounted one of his tours of speeches and highlighted the cheerleaders were the many meetings had been held. Then he invited readers to write to him occasionally a few lines to tell how they were doing with the meetings. Some of these comments appear in the magazine. He suggested: "We all want to know [...] how the Lord is blessing. Tell if meet regularly with people who share their valuable faith. "
20 The same magazine published an article in 1882 that encouraged Christians to meet the goal of "edify, encourage and strengthen each other". The article stressed: "There is no need to have someone with higher education or a special talent. Everyone take your Bible, pen and paper. Use all aid available to them, as a concordance [...]. Pick a topic and ask the guidance of the Holy Spirit to understand. Then read, reflect and seek the relationship between biblical texts. This way you will be guided to the truth. "

Se reunían para adorar a Dios
19, 20. ¿Cómo se animaba al pueblo de Dios a reunirse para adorarlo?
19 Los Estudiantes de la Biblia enseñaban que, siempre que fuera posible, debían reunirse para adorar a Dios. No basta con dejar la religión falsa: el cristiano verdadero debe practicar la adoración pura. Ya en los primeros números de la revista Watch Tower se animaba a los lectores a reunirse para adorar a Dios. Hallamos un ejemplo en el número de julio de 1880, donde el hermano Russell relataba una de sus giras de discursos y destacaba lo animadoras que habían sido las muchas reuniones que se habían celebrado. A continuación invitaba a los lectores a que le escribieran de vez en cuando unas pocas líneas para contarle cómo les iba con las reuniones. Algunos de estos comentarios aparecerían en la revista. Él sugería: “Todos queremos saber [...] cómo los está bendiciendo el Señor. Cuenten si se reúnen regularmente con personas que comparten su valiosa fe”.
20 La misma revista publicó en 1882 un artículo que animaba a los cristianos a reunirse con la meta de “edificarse, animarse y fortalecerse unos a otros”. Do not expose your mate’s weaknesses or harp on his idiosyncrasies—not even jokingly. Remember that marriage is not a competition to find out who is stronger, who can shout louder, or who can think of the most cutting remark. True, we all have flaws, and sometimes we upset others. But there is never a justifiable reason for either a husband or a wife to use sarcastic and demeaning speech, or worse, to shove or hit each other. (Prov. 17:27; 31:26) It takes great moral strength to imitate the greatest man who ever lived, Jesus Christ, and to control one’s spirit. A man who verbally or physically abuses his wife is anything but manly, and he will lose his relationship with Jehovah. The psalmist David, who himself was a strong and courageous man, said: “Be agitated, but do not sin. Have your say in your heart, upon your bed, and keep silent.”—Ps. 4:4. w15 1/15 3:16, 17

Nunca debemos hablarles a otros de los defectos de nuestra pareja o quejarnos de sus faltas, ni siquiera en broma. Recordemos que el matrimonio no es una competencia para ver quién es más fuerte, quién grita más alto o quién dice cosas más hirientes. Claro, es normal que a veces el otro haga algo que nos moleste, pues todos somos imperfectos. Pero eso no nos da derecho a ridiculizarlo o avergonzarlo, a decirle cosas hirientes y, menos aún, a darle un empujón o hasta golpearlo (Prov. 17:27; 31:26). Requiere mucha fuerza moral imitar al hombre más grande que ha pisado la Tierra, Jesucristo, y controlar el carácter. El que maltrata verbal o físicamente a su esposa no demuestra ser muy hombre, y por supuesto no puede tener una amistad con Jehová. El salmista David, que era un hombre fuerte y valiente, escribió: “Agítense, pero no pequen. Digan lo que quieran en su corazón, sobre su cama, y callen” (Sal. 4:4). w15 15/1 3:16, 17

NOTICIAS CONFIRMADAS DE HAITÍ
El paso del huracán por Haití ha dejado mas de 1000 muertos y nos preocupamos especialmente de los nuestros. Nunca anunciamos algo si no se nos confirma debidamente y ya estoy en condiciones de deciros que entre los testigos no hay habido ninguna victima, pero casi todos los hermanos han perdido sus casas, hasta las reconstruidas por la organización tras el terremoto.
En la foto puede verse un salón del reino que por ser de ladrillo soporto al huracán pero ha quedado sin techo y el agua entro dentro.
No hay casas, no hay donde ir, no hay comida, ni agua, pero sabemos que Jehova no es sordo a las oraciones. Con todo, no nos limitemos a orar. Vamos a la pagina JW.ORG y aunque solo donemos un dolar, entre todos ayudaremos a la organización a ir en socorro. Todos tenemos nuestros problemas, pero no podemos permitir que los nuestros pasen hambre y sus hijos.
