Например, старейшина может попросить молодого брата, который умеет работать на компьютере, распечатывать с сайта jw.org ободрительную информацию для пожилых братьев и сестер, у которых нет компьютера. Или, если вам нужно выполнить какую-то работу в Зале Царства, попросите одного из молодых братьев помочь вам. Поступая так, мы сможем наблюдать за молодыми, хвалить их и видеть их успехи. Сегодня все больше и больше людей становятся частью всемирного собрания. Все опытные христиане, а не только старейшины могут помогать молодым и недавно крестившимся братьям раскрывать их способности. Благодаря этому будет больше полновременных служителей, а также тех, кто «пригодны, чтобы учить других» (2 Тим. 2:2). w14 15/6 4:18, 19

Une parole en son temps, oh ! combien elle est bonne ! (Prov. 15:23). Nous pouvons favoriser les progrès spirituels de nos compagnons en faisant appel à leurs services. Un ancien pourrait demander à un jeune frère sachant manier un ordinateur d’imprimer depuis le site jw.org des articles pour en faire profiter les personnes âgées n’ayant pas d’ordinateur. Ou encore, si tu dois participer à des travaux d’entretien de la Salle du Royaume, tu pourrais demander à un jeune frère de t’accompagner. Ces initiatives t’offriront l’occasion de voir ces jeunes à l’œuvre, ce qui te permettra de les féliciter, puis de constater leurs progrès. De plus en plus de personnes rejoignent notre congrégation internationale. Tous les chrétiens expérimentés, et pas seulement les anciens, peuvent aider les frères jeunes ou nouveaux à tirer le meilleur parti de leur potentiel. Ainsi, davantage de chrétiens s’engageront dans le ministère à plein temps et seront « qualifiés pour enseigner les autres » (2 Tim. 2:2). w14 15/6 4:18, 19.

Uma palavra no tempo certo, oh! quão boa ela é! — Pro. 15:23. Podemos encorajar nossos irmãos a fazer progresso espiritual por trabalhar com eles. Um ancião pode pedir que um jovem com facilidade em usar computadores imprima matérias encorajadoras do jw.org para os idosos que não têm computador. Ou, se você for fazer alguma manutenção no Salão do Reino, o que acha de convidar um jovem para ajudá-lo? Essas iniciativas lhe darão a oportunidade de observar os jovens, dar algum conselho e ver os resultados. Cada vez mais pessoas se achegam à nossa organização mundial. Λόγος που λέγεται στην κατάλληλη στιγμή πόσο καλός είναι!—Παρ. 15:23. Μπορούμε να υποκινούμε τους αδελφούς μας να κάνουν πνευματική πρόοδο συνεργαζόμενοι μαζί τους. Κάποιος πρεσβύτερος θα μπορούσε να ζητήσει από έναν νεαρό που είναι καλός στους υπολογιστές να τυπώσει μερικές πληροφορίες από τον ιστότοπό μας οι οποίες θα ήταν ενθαρρυντικές για τους ηλικιωμένους που δεν έχουν υπολογιστή. Ή αν έχετε να κάνετε μια εργασία στην Αίθουσα Βασιλείας, γιατί να μην πείτε σε κάποιον νεαρό να σας βοηθήσει; Τέτοιες πρωτοβουλίες θα σας δώσουν την ευκαιρία να παρατηρήσετε τους νεαρούς, να τους δώσετε έπαινο και να δείτε τα αποτελέσματα. Στην παγκόσμια εκκλησία μας συρρέουν όλο και περισσότεροι άνθρωποι. Όλοι οι έμπειροι Χριστιανοί—όχι μόνο οι πρεσβύτεροι—μπορούν να βοηθήσουν τους νεαρούς αδελφούς και τα καινούρια άτομα να αξιοποιήσουν πλήρως τις δυνατότητές τους. Με αυτόν τον τρόπο, όλο και περισσότεροι θα αναλαμβάνουν την ολοχρόνια διακονία και όλο και περισσότεροι θα έχουν «επαρκή προσόντα για να διδάξουν και άλλους».—2 Τιμ. 2:2. w14 15/6 4:18, 19

Ein Wort zur rechten Zeit, o wie gut! (Spr. 15:23) Wir können andere zu geistigen Fortschritten anregen, wenn wir sie um Mithilfe bitten. Ein Ältester könnte beispielsweise einen jungen Bruder, der sich mit Computern auskennt, fragen, ob er von jw.org etwas Erbauendes für Ältere ausdrucken würde, die keinen Computer haben. Warum nicht bei Arbeiten am Königreichssaal einen jungen Bruder bitten, mit einem zusammenzuarbeiten? So ergibt sich die Gelegenheit, junge Leute zu beobachten, sie zu loben und zu sehen, was sie daraus machen. Heute strömen immer mehr Menschen in die weltweite Versammlung. Alle erfahrenen Diener Jehovas — nicht nur die Ältesten — können jungen Brüdern und Neuen helfen, ihre Möglichkeiten auszuschöpfen. So werden immer mehr den Vollzeitdienst aufnehmen und viele werden „befähigt sein . . ., andere zu lehren“ (2. Tim. 2:2). w14 15. 6. 4:18, 19

A word spoken at the right time—how good it is!—Prov. 15:23. We can stimulate fellow believers to make spiritual advancement by working along with them. An elder might ask a young brother who is good at using computers to print some information from jw.org that could be encouraging for the elderly ones who do not have computers. Or if you are involved in doing work around the Kingdom Hall, why not invite a young brother to work along with you? Such initiatives will give you the opportunity to observe young ones and offer commendation and see the results. More and more people are joining with us in the worldwide congregation. All experienced Christians—not just elders—can help young brothers and new ones to achieve their full potential. Thus more and more will take up the full-time ministry, and more and more will be “qualified to teach others.”—2 Tim. 2:2. w14 6/15 4:18, 19

Ο Λόγος υπηρετεί τον Ιεχωβά εδώ και αναρίθμητους αιώνες, διότι η Αγία Γραφή δηλώνει: «Στην αρχή ήταν ο Λόγος, και ο Λόγος ήταν μαζί με τον Θεό». Πριν από 2.000 και πλέον χρόνια, ο Θεός έστειλε τον Λόγο στη γη, όπου έκανε πιστά το θέλημα του Πατέρα του ως ο τέλειος άνθρωπος Ιησούς Χριστός. (Ιωάν. 1:1-3, 14) Κατά την προανθρώπινη ύπαρξή του, ο Γιος του Θεού υπηρετούσε όσια ως ο «δεξιοτέχνης εργάτης» Του. (Παρ. 8:30) Μέσω εκείνου, ο Ιεχωβά έφερε σε ύπαρξη πολλά εκατομμύρια πνευματικά πλάσματα στον ουρανό. (Κολ. 1:16) Σχετικά με αυτούς τους αγγέλους, μια Γραφική αφήγηση μας λέει: «Χίλιες χιλιάδες τον διακονούσαν [τον Ιεχωβά]». Gott ist nicht ein Gott der Unordnung, sondern des Friedens (1. Kor. 14:33) Jehova, der Schöpfer des Universums, geht immer organisiert vor. Seine erste Schöpfung war sein einziggezeugter Sohn. Er wird das „Wort“ genannt, denn er ist Gottes wichtigster Sprecher. Von je her hat er Jehova gedient. In der Bibel heißt es: „Im Anfang war das WORT, und das WORT war bei GOTT.“ Gott sandte das „Wort“ vor etwas mehr als 2 000 Jahren auf die Erde, wo es als der vollkommene Mensch Jesus Christus treu den Willen seines Vaters tat (Joh. 1:1-3, 14). In seinem vormenschlichen Dasein diente Gottes Sohn seinem Vater treu als „Werkmeister“ (Spr. 8:30). Jehova brachte durch ihn viele Millionen anderer Geistwesen im Himmel ins Dasein (Kol. 1:16). Von Engeln wird in der Bibel gesagt: „Da waren tausend Tausende, die ihm [Jehova] ständig Dienst leisteten“ (Dan. 7:10). Gottes zahlreiche Geistgeschöpfe werden als Jehovas „Heerscharen“ bezeichnet — sie sind also gut organisiert (Ps. 103:21). w14 15. 5. 3:1, 2

God is a God not of disorder but of peace.—1 Cor. 14:33. Jehovah, the Creator of the universe, does things in an organized manner. His first creation was his only-begotten spirit Son, who is called “the Word” because he is God’s principal spokesman. The Word has served Jehovah for ages, for the Bible states: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God.” A little over 2,000 years ago, God sent the Word to the earth, where he faithfully did his Father’s will as the perfect man Jesus Christ. (John 1:1-3, 14) During his prehuman existence, God’s Son served loyally as His “master worker.” (Prov. 8:30) By means of him, Jehovah brought into existence many millions of other spirit creatures in heaven. (Col. 1:16) Regarding such angels, one Bible account informs us: “A thousand thousands kept ministering to [Jehovah].” (Dan. 7:10) God’s numerous spirit creatures are referred to as the well-organized “armies” of Jehovah.—Ps. 103:21. w14 5/15 3:1, 2

I remember similar nice talks with truckdrivers on the way to Camping in south Switzerland. I had alot Literature in diff. languages with me. It was always a little success. In Ascona / Locarno, I was on & off with a sister on the way preaching. The people there mostly in good mood ! I liked the mixed congregation in Losone ;o)

Não me dês nem pobreza nem riquezas. — Pro. 30:8. Jeová não quer que seus servos vivam em extrema pobreza. (Sal. 37:25) E um dos meios mais antigos para fugir da pobreza é mudar-se para outro país. Para evitar morrer de fome, o patriarca Jacó enviou seus filhos ao Egito para comprar alimento. (Gên. 42:1, 2) Hoje, a maioria dos que decidem se mudar não fazem isso porque estão passando fome. Em vez disso, talvez estejam atolados em dívidas. Outros simplesmente querem melhorar o padrão de vida da família. Nos dias de Jesus, também havia muitas pessoas pobres e desfavorecidas, e elas talvez achassem que, se tivessem mais dinheiro, seriam mais felizes e se sentiriam mais seguras. (Mar. 14:7) Mas Jesus não queria que as pessoas confiassem no dinheiro. Ele queria que elas confiassem na Fonte de riquezas eternas — Jeová. Em seu Sermão do Monte, Jesus explicou que a verdadeira felicidade e segurança não dependem de coisas materiais, nem de nossos próprios esforços, mas da amizade com nosso Pai celestial. w14 15/4 3:4, 5

(Γέν. 42:1, 2) Σήμερα, οι περισσότεροι από όσους αποφασίζουν να μεταναστεύσουν δεν αφήνουν το σπίτι τους επειδή λιμοκτονούν. Ίσως όμως έχουν κάποιο δυσβάσταχτο χρέος. Άλλοι θέλουν απλώς να βελτιώσουν το βιοτικό επίπεδο της οικογένειάς τους. Στις μέρες του Ιησού, παρόμοια, πολλοί ήταν φτωχοί και σε μειονεκτική θέση, και ίσως πίστευαν ότι θα ήταν πιο ευτυχισμένοι και πιο ασφαλείς αν είχαν περισσότερα χρήματα. (Μάρκ. 14:7) Αλλά ο Ιησούς ήθελε να θέτουν οι άνθρωποι αλλού την ελπίδα τους. Ήθελε να στηρίζονται στην Πηγή του μόνιμου πλούτου—τον Ιεχωβά. 16 You open your hand... And satisfy the desire of every living thing. Give me neither poverty nor riches.—Prov. 30:8. Jehovah does not want his servants to live in abject poverty, and migration is one of the oldest remedies for poverty. (Ps. 37:25) To avoid starvation, the patriarch Jacob sent his sons to Egypt to buy food. (Gen. 42:1, 2) Today, most who choose to emigrate do not leave their homes because they are starving. They may, however, be laboring under crushing debt. Others simply desire to raise their family’s standard of living. In Jesus’ day, many people were likewise poor and disadvantaged, and they may have felt that they would be happier and more secure if only they had more money. (Mark 14:7) But Jesus wanted people to place their hope elsewhere. He wanted them to rely on the Source of lasting riches—Jehovah. In Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount, he explained that real happiness and security do not depend on material things, nor on our own efforts, but on our friendship with our heavenly Father. w14 4/15 3:4, 5

Der Patriarch Jakob beispielsweise sandte seine Söhne nach Ägypten, wo sie Nahrungsmittel kaufen sollten, damit die Familie nicht verhungerte (1. Mo. 42:1, 2). Die meisten derer, die heute beschließen, ihre Heimat zu verlassen, sind nicht am Verhungern. Einige haben vielleicht hohe Schulden. Andere wünschen sich einfach einen höheren Lebensstandard für ihre Familie. Auch in den Tagen Jesu gab es viele Arme und Benachteiligte. Vielleicht dachten sie, sie wären glücklicher und besser abgesichert, wenn sie mehr Geld hätten (Mar. 14:7). Doch Jesus wollte, dass sie ihre Hoffnung auf etwas anderes setzten. Sie sollten sich auf den Quell unvergänglichen Reichtums verlassen — auf Jehova. In der Bergpredigt erklärte Jesus, wie wenig wahres Glück und echte Sicherheit von materiellen Dingen und eigenen Bemühungen abhängen und wie viel von der Freundschaft zu unserem himmlischen Vater. w14 15. 4. 3:4, 5
