Humility restrains us from overstepping our authority. I'm  not  a  Doc. sister  Ann, so I can't  give  you  roughly a perfect  answer !  We're  all  different  humans  with  still  more  different  bodies...  I  saw  in  this  Article  a  little  first  aid  by  a  heart  attack.  I  agree  with  you, calling  also  very  fast  the  No. 911 / in  USA,  for  a  professional  help !

When I would  live  far  from a hospital  and  the  emergency doctor  needs  long  time, then  the cayenne - selfmade tea  were  prob. a  fast  possibility  for a first  aid, I  hope  so !   I  know  from  many  TV  reports,  that  take   prompt  action  is  so  very  importend !  The  first min.  can  be  lifesaving... Pomyślmy: Nasi prarodzice, Adam i Ewa, zostali umieszczeni w rajskim ogrodzie. Wszystkie ich potrzeby były zaspokojone, a oni mieli widoki na życie wieczne w pokojowych warunkach (Rodz. 1:28). Warum müssen wir uns davor hüten, die Dankbarkeit für Jehovas Güte zu verlieren? Weil wir die Neigung zur Undankbarkeit geerbt haben. Unsere Ureltern Adam und Eva lebten in einem paradiesischen Garten. Für ihre Bedürfnisse war gesorgt und sie hätten für immer in Frieden leben können (1. Mo. 1:28). Aber all das schätzten sie nicht — sie wollten sogar noch mehr. Was war die Folge? Sie verloren alles, was sie hatten (1. Mo. 3:6, 7, 17-19). Inmitten einer undankbaren Welt könnten auch wir den Blick für all das Gute verlieren, das Jehova für uns getan hat. Wir könnten unsere Freundschaft zu ihm für selbstverständlich nehmen. Außerdem könnten wir unsere Wertschätzung dafür verlieren, Teil einer weltweiten Bruderschaft zu sein, und voll und ganz in den Dingen dieser Welt aufgehen, die bald vergehen wird (1. Joh. 2:15-17). Diese Abwärtsspirale lässt sich allerdings vermeiden, wenn wir darüber nachdenken, wie Jehova uns segnet, und wir ihm regelmäßig für das Vorrecht danken, zu seinem Volk zu gehören (Ps. 27:4). w15 15. 1. 1:5, 8

Show yourselves thankful.—Col. 3:15.

Why should we remain alert to the danger of losing our appreciation for Jehovah’s goodness? Because we have inherited a tendency to be unthankful. Consider: Our original parents, Adam and Eve, were placed in a paradise garden. All their needs were filled, and they had the prospect of living forever in peace. (Gen. 1:28) But they did not appreciate their blessings. They greedily desired more. As a result, they lost everything. Man, 101, Found Alive After Nepal Quake.....

*Funchu Tamang*  is pulled from under his home a day after the Nepal government rules out finding more survivors.
Funchu Tamang was rescued on Saturday and is now in hospital in the Nuwakot district, north-west of Kathmandu, with only minor injuries, police official Arun Kumar Singh said.

The death toll left by last weekend's devastating earthquake now stands at over 7,000 and is expected to rise further as rescue teams from  more than  20  countries  work  through  the  rubble.

He said: "He was brought to the district hospital in a helicopter. His condition is stable.

"He has injuries on his left ankle and hand. His family is with him."

Several others were also found alive, including three women who were rescued from rubble in Sindupalchowk - one of the districts which was hit worst by the quake.

One had been buried by a landslide, with the other two were underneath a collapsed building.

Nepal's government had ruled out finding any more survivors in Kathmandu on Saturday.

More than 100 people were also killed in India and China.

Police in Nepal say at least 109 foreigners are still missing, with a further 57, including British dual national Hemchandra Rai, confirmed dead.

O reino dos céus é semelhante ao fermento que certa mulher tomou e escondeu em três grandes medidas de farinha, até que a massa inteira ficou levedada. — Mat. 13:33.

Essa ilustração se refere à mensagem do Reino e o efeito que ela tem. “A massa inteira” de farinha representa todas as nações, e o processo de fermentação retrata a divulgação da mensagem do Reino por meio da obra de pregação. A fermentação de início não é visível. Só algum tempo depois é que seus efeitos se tornam evidentes. Jesus contou essa ilustração para mostrar que, assim como o fermento leveda a massa toda, a mensagem do Reino tem o potencial de se espalhar e produzir mudanças. A mensagem do Reino já chegou “à parte mais distante da terra”. (Atos 1:8) Mesmo assim, as mudanças causadas por essa mensagem podem passar despercebidas por um tempo. Jezus użył tego przykładu, by pokazać, że orędzie o Królestwie może niepowstrzymanie się rozprzestrzeniać i powodować zmiany. Dotarło ono „aż do najodleglejszego miejsca na ziemi” (Dzieje 1:8). Jednak zmiany wywołane przez to orędzie nie zawsze są zauważalne; niektórych początkowo nie widać. Il n’empêche que des changements ont lieu, et ils ne sont pas seulement d’ordre numérique. Mittlerweile hat sie den „entferntesten Teil der Erde“ erreicht (Apg. 1:8). Die Veränderungen, die durch die Botschaft bewirkt werden, sind jedoch nicht immer gleich sichtbar und manche werden deshalb anfangs nicht bemerkt. Doch es verändert sich etwas — nicht nur die Zahl derer, die die durchdringende Botschaft annehmen, sondern auch ihre Persönlichkeit (Röm. 12:2; Eph. 4:22, 23). w14 15. 12. 1:10, 11

The Kingdom of the heavens is like leaven that a woman took and mixed with three large measures of flour until the whole mass was fermented.—Matt. 13:33.

This illustration refers to the Kingdom message and what it produces. “The whole mass” of flour represents all the nations, and the fermenting process pictures the spread of the Kingdom message by means of the preaching work. The spreading of the leaven is initially unseen. It is not until some time later that the effects become evident. Jesus used this illustration to show that the Kingdom message has power to spread pervasively and to cause changes. The Kingdom message has reached “the most distant part of the earth.” (Acts 1:8) However, the changes caused by the message are not always discernible; some of the effects may even go unnoticed at first. But there is change—not just change with regard to numbers but also change in the personality of those who accept this pervasive message.—Rom. 12:2; Eph. 4:22, 23. w14 12/15 1:10, 11
