What a thrill it is to read in the Yearbook the combined results of our activity! Think, too, of how we are united at regional, special, and international conventions, as we listen to motivating Scriptural talks and give attention to dramas and demonstrations. These parts often highlight God’s loving appeal to serve him with all our being. The commemoration of Jesus’ death also unites us. With appreciation for God’s undeserved kindness and in obedience to Jesus’ direction, we gather for that event yearly, after sundown on Nisan 14. (1 Cor. 11:23-26) And in the weeks before the Memorial, we cover as much of our congregation’s territory as possible, inviting others to join us for that important occasion. Our individual efforts might seem insignificant. Brothers who are learning to serve in the congregation should be taught to think in terms of Bible principles. For example, suppose an elder asks a brother to keep the entranceway to the Kingdom Hall clean in appearance and safe for walking. He could consider Titus 2:10 and explain how the brother’s work to enhance the Kingdom Hall will “adorn the teaching of our Savior, God.” He could also ask the learner to think of the elderly ones in the congregation and how carrying out his assignment will benefit them. Having such conversations with the learner as part of his training will help him to focus more on people than on rules. He will experience the joy that comes from seeing how brothers and sisters in the congregation benefit from the service he renders. Further, the elder should commend the learner for the effort he makes to apply the suggestions. Sincere commendation does for a learner what water does for a plant—it makes him thrive. w15 4/15 2:7, 8

History reports on and of had mistakes, do you remember that?   Yes, in the past our imperfect people made alot mistakes too, worshiping a golden calf...  etc. etc.  Ok, never say never....  bec. Imperfection and very hard endtime.  But Jehovah want rescue us❤️ lets try be loyal for an everlasting and the real life !!

Bible history reports gives otherwise, different facts ... understand?   Description that is given in such reports assure readers that Israel people believed very sincerely that they worship one true god, but in fact they worship 2 or more god's.  So never say never :)))))

Este es mi Hijo, el amado, a quien he aprobado (Mat. 3:17). Los ancianos deben ayudar a los hermanos que desean tener más responsabilidades en la congregación enseñándoles a pensar en los principios bíblicos que se deben tomar en cuenta en cada situación. Por ejemplo, imagine que un anciano le pide a un hermano que mantenga limpia y sin obstáculos la entrada del Salón del Reino. Le lee Tito 2:10 y le dice que el mensaje del Reino será más atractivo gracias a su trabajo. También le hace pensar en los beneficios que recibirán los hermanos de edad avanzada. Eso lo ayudará a entender que, aunque es importante cumplir las instrucciones, lo principal es beneficiar a las personas. Cuando el hermano vea el resultado de su labor, se sentirá feliz de haber sido útil a la congregación. Además, el anciano debe felicitarlo siempre que siga sus sugerencias. ¿Por qué es esto tan importante? Por la misma razón por la que es indispensable regar una planta: porque es la mejor manera de hacer crecer al hermano. w15 15/4 2:7, 8

Jueves 5 de octubre.
De él todo el cuerpo, por estar unido armoniosamente y hacérsele cooperar mediante toda coyuntura, contribuye al crecimiento del cuerpo (Efes. 4:16). Los resultados de la labor de predicar son muy emocionantes, como podemos confirmar año tras año al leer el Anuario. Además estamos unidos en las asambleas regionales, especiales e internacionales. En ellas escuchamos discursos y vemos representaciones dramáticas que nos motivan a servir a Jehová con todas las fuerzas. Otra cosa que nos une es la Conmemoración. Todos los años, después de la puesta de sol del 14 de nisán, nos reunimos alrededor del mundo para obedecer el mandato de Jesús de recordar su muerte. Así mostramos agradecimiento por la bondad inmerecida de Dios (1 Cor. 11:23-26). De hecho, dedicamos las semanas previas a invitar a nuestros vecinos para que nos acompañen. Uno solo de nosotros no puede predicar a todo el mundo. Pero cuando sumamos el trabajo de todos, somos capaces de llegar a millones de personas con el mensaje de que el único que merece toda la honra y gloria es Jehová. w16.03 3:4, 6, 7
