Thank  you  very  much  for  that  report  @Nicole....  I'm  too  far  away,  sorry    But  I  still  remember  our  last  total  solar  eclipse  in  2015 !   Its  really  a  fantastic  nature - spectacle....   But  never  make  photo's  with  normal  cameras,  its  too  dangerous  for  our  eyes !    I  read  about  chaos  on  different  US  streets  on  Sunday / Monday,  maybe  also  sick  or  blind  eyes  after  that  -  we've  so  many  unreasonable  humans,  sorry  ;-(

In what a world we're living?  Chicken are so clever and special animals, I read stories  of different long time sisters   So funny, special and loving. Sister Beth is weekly writing from her chicks, hens and roosters...  funny and sad stories. And always fresh eggs, wow !  In Germany we just have again an egg catastrophe !  I buy rare but the best eggs. Sometimes now from the farmer, they have not this chemie inside !  And I love fresh potatoes, veggies, fruits and more??  Noodle salad, on hot days cold. Or I cook chinese, thats ready in max. 20 min. and SO tasty. Ca.8 €  for 3-4 persons. For us 4 € !  I love yummy eating and mostly fresh??

When I was a boy, my uncle had a farm that had many chickens, but only ONE Rooster.
The Rooster was old, and not "performing his Roosterfull duties", so he bought a YOUNGER Rooster and put it in the barnyard.
It was immediately challenged by the Old Rooster and they both  agreed to race around the barn three times to see who would be the "Head Rooster".
The third time they were chasing each other around the barn, my uncle came out with his shotgun, and shot the New Rooster,  exclaiming ...
"That's the third Homo Rooster I have had this month!"

Oh yes, you can !  Many prayers are NOT from JW...  Jehovah is listen and very fast comming 2 sisters or brothers to exactly that door. I heard alot experiences of that. Often just our last door was so especially. In the need and when honestly, its of sure respectful,  yes !

(Psalm 65:2) O Hearer of prayer, to you people of all sorts will come.

Supplication is fervent intense prayer.  We all know the outcome of that - that Cornelius became a believer and holy spirit came upon him and that he became the first believer (Christian)  from among the non-Jews.
Many more scriptures abound to prove that Jehovah listens to all types of people who are sincere in their search for Him.  That is why we have so many accounts of people who were desperate and they prayed to God and then they heard a knocking at their door, and as usual Jehovah's Witneses (who are working with the angels (Rev 14:6)) were there to help.
The person asking the question should also review chapter 17 in the Bible Teach book.  There is nothing there that says he cannot have a relationship with Jehovah and pray to him immediately if you are sincere.  See scripture below.
(Psalm 145:18, 19) 18 Jehovah is near to all those calling on him, To all who call on him in truth. ר [Resh] 19 He satisfies the desire of those who fear him; He hears their cry for help, and he rescues them.
 
However, in time you will make a dedication to Jehovah in prayer. So you need to be in the habit of praying to Him. You will symbolize your dedication by water baptism later, making it public. 
(Romans 10:10) 10 For with the heart one exercises faith for righteousness, but with the mouth one makes public declaration for salvation. . .
(Hebrews 4:14-16) 14 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold on to our public declaration of him. 15 For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tested in all respects as we have, but without sin. 16 Let us, then, approach the throne of undeserved kindness with freeness of speech, so that we may receive mercy and find undeserved kindness to help us at the right time.

Be careful Michael...  In Germany they warned us before our last total Solar eclipse in 2015 !  I post somethings on sunday here... A handy, iPhone or Digi cam. all too dangerous for such of photos.

Never again Â   Our nice eyes...   I got one time burning eyes  in my first holiday in Madrid, Spain, in the hot July sun?? ;-( Three days a feeling like sand in my eyes, but after that, all ok again !  I not used sunglasses in my young ages...  Now often sunglasses, thats better for protection 
But while enjoying the very rare Solar Eclipse, we need special glasses !  Our last in Germany was in March 2015 and the Doc's warning all people in time, very good !
