Silly is what we ( the guys! ) are looking for!
there is a principle in searching out the truth or common sense of any matter, and it sounds very profound in Latin ... "Reducto ad Absurdum", that is, to reduce something to the absurd, to see if it still makes any sense. 
It also works the other way ... to extrapolate an idea to the absurd (but I do not know the Latin expression for it ...), also to see if the original idea makes any sense.
I used to wear military style "dog tags" when I was younger, and the bottom two lines said
" NO BLOOD OR
BLOOD FRACTIONS"
The idea being that anyone who was in a position to give me  blood while  I was unconscious, and could not resist, seeing that phrase on a MILITARY style dog tag, absolutely would NOT violate it.   Even better than a medical directive ... as in a court of law, if he did, I would end up owning his house, car, and medical office ....and he would INSTANTLY think of that.
They will ALWAYS open your shirt to take vital signs before giving blood, and there, in glorious stainless steel, in a format and style that they instantly respect, on a stainless steel beaded chain is a medallion that says
" NO BLOOD OR
BLOOD FRACTIONS"
I was only PARTIALLY kidding about the next size up from the bracelet you featured would be an 8"x10" sign on a neck chain, because that bracelet is HUGE ... and LOUD (visually).
Considering the PROBABILITY that you will ever need it, which is extremely low ...and the size of the thing, it screams  "Give me blood", which the other Brother jokesters alluded to.
Years ago I thought of tattooing an identification number on my body, in case I got blown up, so when they found my body, it could be identified ... and after a great deal of thought decided that it would be best on the soles of my feet.   I never did this, but I would have NEVER considered putting it on the inside of my left forearm, in a style similar to that used in Nazi death camps.
It's the same reason why Sisters getting married do not get wedding rings made from big old-style faceted glass doorknobs.
However, one of those bracelets might be a VERY good idea, when checking into a hospital for routine maintenance.

PS. When my dog would be allergic of meds or similar...  of sure, he had a special chain with a saving text around his neck !  Our German Shepherd dog was one time away for some days, when I was a kid.... but all was okay  

To be honest I don't think I could wear that. It would be like I was expecting to be transfused at any moment. It's like someone allergic to peanuts wearing a "no peanuts" bracelet. Plus, how would it be understood? Like you don't have blood or what? I think JWinsider is onto something. No, it's too in your face, and ugly at that.

At the morning worship with the Bethel family.....  ( and  Bro. LETT )
Brother  Lett of the Governing Body, made a few comments regarding out of work of preaching and bearing witness to others.
He made the point that we should not be discourged by not-at-homes or those who are not interested in our message.
He mentioned that even if 80% of our visits were not-at-homes, and 20% were not interested,  we still have many reasons to be joyful.

Primarily, because we are PLEASING JEHOVAH.
Also, we are fulfilling our responsibility to bear witness to others, there by proving that Satan the Devil is a liar.
Additionally, we are helping the Angels determine the condition of people's heart.
He then gave this example of a typical day in field service.
AT THE FIRST DOOR we go to, after we knock, a woman peeks through the window, sees us, but doesn't answer the door.
We mark it as a not-at-home, but the Angels mark it as something else.
They can see the condition of the woman's heart.
AT THE SECOND DOOR we knock at, no one is home since the husband and wife are both at work, but we leave a tract, a conversation begins.
" Those Witnesses were by our house today, they sure are persistent."
The Angels are watching and make note of it.
AT THE THIRD DOOR we knock at, no one answers.
This is because the woman at the first house called her friend at the third house and warned her that we were coming....
She says," Boy, those Witnesses sure are persistent, they just don't give up "
We mark it as a not-at-home,  but the Angels mark it as something else
We knock AT THE FOURTH HOUSE and no one is home.
However, a lady across the street sees us.
The Witnesses had knocked at her door last week, but she didn't listen.
She says to herself, " Those Witnesses sure are persistent, but very well dressed, even their children are well behaved,...
Maybe I should listen to them the next time they knock at my door."
Again, the Angels make note of it
We knock AT THE FIFTH HOUSE,  and again,  no one is home.
But a garbage truck passes by.
The driver tells his co-worker," There go those Witnesses again " The co-worker asks," Aren't they the ones that don't accept blood transfusions ?"...
" Yes " the driver replies," But look at how well dressed and well behaved their children are.  I wish my children were the same."
The Angels make a note of this
So at just THESE FIVE HOUSES, there may have been five not-at-homes marked down, but look how many conditions and reactions of the heart the Angels were able to observe.
Now imagine how many of these same scenarios they observe being played out around the world each and every day.
How important it is that we be in the ministry....  TO HELP OUR ANGELIC BROTHERS -
to see behind the response we receive at the doors,  yes !!

DENNIS CHRISTENSEN FACES10 YEARS IMPRISONMENT  SIMPLY FOR PARTICIPATING IN A RELIGIOUS MEETING IN RUSSIA.. 
Dennis christensen who have been in pre-trial detention since may 28,2017 faces a 10 years imprisonment if found guilty of allegedly  organizing  the activities of the organisation of Jehovah's  witnesses in russia which was banned by the supreme court in russia on April 20,2017.
On May 28,2017,at least 15 masked and armed police with guns together with Federal Security Service (FSB) officers disrupted the peaceful  religious service of Jehovah's witnesses. The police collected copies  of identification documents of the 70-80 people in attendance during the meeting of Jehovah"s witnesses  and seized their electronic devices. Mr. Christensen who served as an overseer  was immediately taken to the detention in Oryol because they thought he was the "leader" of the group as he was conducting a bible study the day of his arrest. 
Mr Christensen was charged with organizing an illegal religious activity under article 282.2 of the Russian Criminal code and he faces up to 10 years of imprisonment.
Dennis who married Irina Christensen on August 3, 2002  have no children.From the day of his arrest, their banks accounts have been frozen and their bank card confiscated although they have received help from the brothers and sisters. 
The hearing will resume on May 14, 2018, and is scheduled to continue for several days during the month. If convicted, Mr. Christensen could face a prison term of six to ten years. JehovahÂ’s Witnesses worldwide are alarmed at this possibility and are concerned for the welfare of both Mr. Christensen and his wife, Irina.
