These  faithful  sisters  are  over  70,  widows  &  still serving  Jehovah  together,   with  the  assistance  of  their  canes.....

When we become disciples of Christ, we embark on a journey. That journey can lead us to life, whether in heaven or on earth. Along the way, however, we must be careful not to get distracted or lost. (1 John 2:15-17) How can we stay on course on our journey? Our Exemplar, Jesus, led the way. His journey was recorded in the Bible. By studying that record, we learn what Jesus is like. We can come to love him and exercise faith in him. (1 Pet. 1:8, 9) Recall that the apostle Peter said that Jesus left us a model for us to follow his steps closely. (1 Pet. 2:21) If we carefully follow his steps, we will reach “the goal” of our faith—salvation. w15 2/15 2:1, 2

Why are you posting this every couple of months. Saw it more than once.  The heading is incorrect. It was not Pope Francis. 
This is what it said:  "The Catholic Church raised a "cry of alarm", according to La Repubblica, because every year ten thousand thousand Catholics  become Jehovah's Witnesses.
The Jesuit Giusseppe De Rosa said that "from a religious point of view the most dangerous are Jehovah's Witneses.  They come fully trained; they always have the Bible in their hand."
In an editorial dealing specifically with Jehovah's Witnesses, the Jesuit magazine La Civilta Cattolica of February 18, 1984, wrote:  "The first reason for the spread of the movement lies in the propaganda techniques [that is, in the preaching work]. The work on the one hand is painstaking, carried out from door to door by people who are scrupulously trained in this work and strongly convinced ... " etc etc
Why are we so hungry for the plaudits of worldly men?

Hasta donde se ha permitido información no confidencial, la compartimos.
Todos estáis al tanto de que en breve podremos contar con el nuevo libro de canciones "CANTEMOS CON GOZO A JEHOVA" que ha sido presentado en ingles, pero que estará en otros idiomas, incluido el español en pocos meses.
Varios cánticos actuales les ha sido reformada la letra, otros conservan la melodía pero la letra es absolutamente nueva y hay cánticos aun por estrenar.
Digitalmente estará colgado en JW.ORG mañana lunes 3 octubre
La nueva central mundial de Warwick, sera inaugurada el 7 octubre de 2017, por lo que la próxima reunión anual sera en aquella central. Siguiendo los modernos sistemas de comunicación actuales, dicha reunión sera retransmitida en tiempo real a todos los salones de asambleas de EEUU.
Fue el hermano Splane del cuerpo gobernante el que anuncio el nuevo texto anual que sera fuente de inspiración para todo el año 2017 (¿sera el ultimo en este sistema?). Como ya sabéis es Salmos 37:3 y sirvió de base para un discurso sobre David y su vida. Se resalto que había plena certeza de que David no moriría ante Goliat dado que Jehova ya antes había anunciado que seria el rey de Israel y no iba a permitir que su muerte contradijera su voluntad.
Disfrutaremos pronto de un nuevo vídeo explicativo de todo el camino de Brooklyn a Warwick. Y otro vídeo donde son entrevistados los médicos de las sucursales Betel por el mundo.
En apenas 2 semanas, podremos ver un nuevo vídeo en Broadcasting sobre todas las obras en Warwick, la nueva central mundial.
Los platos fuertes fueron dos discursos del cuerpo gobernante, llamados "ESPERE LO INESPERADO" y "HUYA A JEHOVA"
Geoffrey Jackson, presento el discurso "Espere lo inesperado". El hermano se hizo notar por su conocida forma de expresarse al decir: "NO SABEMOS QUE SUCEDERÁ EN LA GRAN TRIBULACIÓN. NO SABEMOS COMO JEHOVÁ SALVARÁ A SU PUEBLO. LO QUE SI SABEMOS ES QUE LO HARÁ, Y LO HARÁ "CON ESTILO".
Cuando Haman urdió traición contra Ester y su pueblo, se encontró con que Jehova hace las cosas a su manera. Recordemos que Haman pensó erróneamente que el rey iba a concederle un alto rango. Eso es lo que se llama ESTILO DE JEHOVA de hacer las cosas.
También habló de Pablo y Silas cuando estuvieron en la cárcel, habló de Ezequías, de Moisés y los israelitas y cómo los egipcios eran tan estúpidos como para seguirlos a través del Mar Rojo. Jehová siempre se hizo cargo de las cosas ¡con estilo!

La comparación de nuestros días con los días del diluvio, garantiza nuestra insistencia en que vivimos los últimos días del sistema. Algo paralelo a los días de Sodoma y Gomorra que muestran que Jehova tiene un limite paciencia respecto a la violencia e inmoralidad.
Se nos ha comunicado que el cuerpo gobernante cuenta con un nuevo miembro aunque habrá que confirmar la noticia pues hasta donde sabemos esa persona es de las OTRAS OVEJAS.
El cuerpo gobernante aprovecha esta fecha de la reunión anual para mantener también otras reuniones paralelas con grupos de hermanos y hermanas especializados. de allí nos llegan novedades pero de momento no compartibles.
¿Que religión en el planeta cuenta con una dirección humana que les provea de tanto alimento y tanto refinamiento en nuestra cultura religiosa y organizacional? SOLO EL ESCLAVO FIEL Y DISCRETO. ¿Te lo vas a perder?

I think that you may have misunderstood me what I meant was that there would normally be a crowds of tourists there.
I added the ".......I guess!!!" because I have never been there. I hope that clarifies what I said.

JW  study  in  the  past.... hmm,   &  today  ;o)   More  easy  now,  but  also  more  time ?   I  like  our  jw.org  pages  -  very  good  for  us  and  all  people  around  the  Earth ❤
 

The Brothers have certainly used modern electronic media advances to the full, for our advantage..........the last Regional Convention was a fine example of that.
