Queen Esther reacted to The Librarian in Day of one's Birth vs. Birthday celebrations
The reference is to celebrating the birth of one's baby boy or girl. Nothing can stop a man from celebrating that. He is not celebrating the day only the fact that it happened.
Birthdays are a remembrance of that day. Not a solemn remembrance but a celebratory one.
That is my best guess at trying to answer your question. Maybe someone else will chime in with something more concrete.

Does the Bible clearly show Jehovah's view? Yes, it does.
Could others seeing our tattoos be stumbled or affected negatively? Yes, it's possible.
The rest lays in the heart of each individual. It's easy for us older ones. However, may as many younger brothers and sisters as possible see Eoin's timely post. And, thank you for posting. lenjomc

It is to us God has revealed them through his spirit.—1 Cor. 2:10.
If you have been serving Jehovah for decades, you may have noticed a gradual shift in the way our literature explains many of the narratives recorded in the Bible. How so? In times past, it was more common for our literature to take what might be called a type-antitype approach to Scriptural accounts. The Bible narrative was considered the type, and any prophetic fulfillment of the story was the antitype. Why have things changed? As we might expect, over the years Jehovah has helped “the faithful and discreet slave” to become steadily more discreet. (Matt. 24:45-47) Discretion has led to greater caution when it comes to calling a Bible account a prophetic drama unless there is a clear Scriptural basis for doing so. Thus, we find that our literature today focuses more on the simple, practical lessons about faith, endurance, godly devotion, and other vital qualities that we learn about from Bible accounts. w15 3/15 1:7, 9, 10, 12

Pray constantly. Give thanks for everything. This is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.—1 Thess. 5:17, 18.
When we have our blessings firmly fixed in mind and heart, we are ready to pray to Jehovah and offer thanksgiving. (Ps. 95:2; 100:4, 5) Many view prayer as merely a way to ask God for things. We, however, know that Jehovah is pleased when we express thanks for what we have. The Bible contains numerous heartwarming prayers of thanksgiving, including those offered by Hannah and Hezekiah. (1 Sam. 2:1-10; Isa. 38:9-20) So imitate those faithful servants who showed a grateful spirit. Yes, thank Jehovah in prayer for the blessings that you have. The benefits from doing so are many. Your spirits will be lifted, you will grow in love for Jehovah, and you will draw ever closer to him.—Jas. 4:8. w15 1/15 1:7

Go . . . and make disciples of people of all the nations.—Matt. 28:19.
As Jesus’ followers did that work, eventually the “good news of the Kingdom [would] be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations.” (Matt. 24:14) The disciples loved both Jesus and the good news. Yet, they might well have wondered just how they could possibly carry out their commission. After all, they were few in number. Jesus, whom they proclaimed to be the Son of God, had been put to death. His disciples were viewed as “uneducated and ordinary.” (Acts 4:13) And their message ran counter to the teachings of the prestigious religious leaders. Whatever concerns they may have had, the disciples got busy preaching the good news not only in Jerusalem and Samaria but throughout the then-known world. Although the disciples experienced difficulties, within 30 years the good news was being “preached in all creation under heaven” and was “bearing fruit and increasing in all the world.”—Col. 1:6, 23. w15 2/15 3:1, 2, 4

Queen Esther reacted to Melinda Mills in Does Jehovah control the weather?
    *** bh chap. 11 p. 112 pars. 15-16 Why Does God Allow Suffering? ***
"15 Why, though, has Jehovah allowed suffering to go on for so long? And why does he not prevent bad things from happening? Well, consider two things that the teacher in our illustration would not do. First, he would not stop the rebel student from presenting his case. Second, the teacher would not help the rebel to make his case. Similarly, consider two things that Jehovah has determined not to do. First, he has not stopped Satan and those who side with him from trying to prove that they are right. Allowing time to pass has thus been necessary. In the thousands of years of human history, mankind has been able to try every form of self-rule, or human government. Mankind has made some advances in science and other fields, but injustice, poverty, crime, and war have grown ever worse. Human rule has now been shown to be a failure.
16 Second, Jehovah has not helped Satan to rule this world. If God were to prevent horrible crimes, for instance, would he not, in effect, be supporting the case of the rebels? Would God not be making people think that perhaps humans can govern themselves without disastrous results? If Jehovah were to act in that way, he would become party to a lie. However, “it is impossible for God to lie.”—Hebrews 6:18."
    =========
I don't pretend to have the answers, but Jehovah did not stop the great wind that struck the house and killed Job's children, nor did he stop the fire that came from heaven killing Job's sheep and his attendants.  He did not stop the violent windstorm that nearly killed the disciples in the boat of the lake on the sea of Galilee.  In Job's case it was an event from Satan which Jehovah agreed to permit.  In the case with the boat that nearly filled up with water due to the storm while Jesus was asleep, it turned out that Jesus was able to display his ability to calm the wind, thereby showing his future power over the elements as King of God's Kingdom. Jehovah has given Jesus power to also undo death so Job will get back his children in the resurrection. (Luke 8:25; Job 1:16,19; John 3:8)
However, I like the point in paragraph 16 above which shows that if Jehovah prevented all horrible events from happening  (including weather events - and weather disasters are often aftereffects of the mistaken and selfish decisions/work of man) he would in effect be  making people think that humans can govern themselves without any disastrous results and would then become party to a lie.
In the new world all earthly systems will be healed and all Jehovah's sons will be taught by him and "they will do no harm or cause any ruin".  Everything and everyone will obediently cooperate for peace and harmony of the universe.

This answer certainly will not sit well with some, but I'm a stickler for full disclosure. In the long run, I think we do better when we're completely open and honest with everything we have learned.

(1 Peter 3:15) . . .always ready to make a defense before everyone who demands of you a reason for the hope you have. (John 3:11) 11 Most truly I say to you, what we know we speak, and what we have seen we bear witness to,. . . (Matthew 5:14, 15) . . .. A city cannot be hid when situated upon a mountain. 15 People light a lamp and set it, not under the measuring basket, but upon the lampstand, and it shines upon all those in the house. (Matthew 13:52) . . .every public instructor who is taught about the Kingdom of the heavens is like a man, the master of the house, who brings out of his treasure store things both new and old.” (Philippians 1:9, 10) . . .that your love may abound still more and more with accurate knowledge and full discernment; 10 that you may make sure of the more important things, so that you may be flawless and not stumbling others up to the day of Christ; There is no support "for our use of this year archaeologically and historically speaking." What might be even more surprising is that there is also no support for our use of this year (607) even Biblically speaking. It evidently started out as a mistake in the 1800's, but we have been stuck with it ever since. I'm aware of members of the Governing Body who have said that we should just "scrap our entire chronology" and "start over from scratch." (Those are almost exact quotes from Brother Sydlik, but Brother Swingle, and R.Franz, and others were of a similar mind. I only heard it from two of them personally, but there was a time when almost half the Governing Body gave evidence that they did not believe it necessary to start the "generation of 1914" in the year 1914: D.Sydlik, L.Swingle, G.Suiter, B.Schroeder, E.Chitty, R.Franz, K.Klein. There were evidently even more members of the Writing Department who believed the same way.)
The most disturbing quote I remember on the subject was from a brother in Writing: ". . . if we showed humility, we'd be humiliated."
For many years, we (WTS) never thought that the 607 date was the strongest or most important method to reach 1914. In fact, 1914 had already been "proven" through several other methods. But after we discarded those other methods, the only one that still remained was the "7 times" (2.520 years), so we simply assumed that since 1914 was correct, all we had to do was subtract 2,520 years, and that would take us back to the destruction of Jerusalem. 1914-2520=-606. That's why we used the date 606 BCE for so many years -- up until 1943 and 1944. That was when we finally, formally accounted for the fact that there was no zero year between 1 BCE and 1 CE. (This is something that the Watchtower had previously questioned.)
Rather than keep 606, which would mean moving the end of the 2,520 years to 1915, we naturally just kept 1914 and moved back the destruction of Jerusalem to 607 BCE. The actual date for the destruction of Jerusalem (archaeologically and historically) didn't really matter, as long as it was exactly 2,520 years before 1914.

After saying all this, I should add that this should not create any doubts in the Scriptures, or the fact that we are living in the last days, or that our deliverance is getting near. It should not create any doubt about the fact that we have been provided with a full banquet of spiritual food, and should be appreciative of everything we have received. This should not reflect in the slightest on the thousands of truths we have learned about Trinity, Soul, Ransom, Jehovah's Sovereignty, Hell, Neutrality, Preaching, New Heavens & New Earth, etc., etc., etc.
This is only meant as a full, true and honest answer, to the best of my knowledge, to the initial question of the post.

Ide . . . e fazei discípulos de pessoas de todas as nações. — Mat. 28:19.
— Col. 1:6, 23. w15 15/2 3:1, 2, 4

    He was raised up.—Matt. 28:6.
Not many days after Jesus died, the apostle Peter faced a formidable and hostile group of men. They were powerful Jewish religious leaders—the very ones who had orchestrated Jesus’ death. The men demanded an explanation. Peter had healed a man who had been lame from birth, and they wanted to know by what power or in whose name Peter had done this. The apostle courageously answered: “In the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, whom you executed on a stake but whom God raised up from the dead, by means of him this man stands here healthy in front of you.” (Acts 4:5-10) Earlier, Peter had fearfully denied Jesus three times. (Mark 14:66-72) What accounted for his courage now that he was before the religious leaders? Holy spirit played a vital role, but so did Peter’s certainty that Jesus had been resurrected. w14 11/15 1:1, 2
