It's called "extrapolational humor" ... where you take an idea and deliberately misconstrue it ... and run it out to the absurd. 
It works best for visual jokes ... but often times does not translate well outside of one's native language and it's idiomatic imagery.
The best examples I have ever seen of this is the British comedy of Monty Python.

Hahaha....  I  knew  it,  could  only  be  a  JTR - joke   I  hope, Nicole  also  understand   But  a  small  hospital -table  with  special  electronic tools, is  looking  very  different  to  a  JW - cart-mobile  with  Monitor...  hehehehehe   ( and  we  can't  steal  it !)
I  like  your  big  fantasy - jumpings !  NO  problem.....

When you go to the hospital, they bring in a cart (a small table on wheels) with a LOT of electronics on it, to do Electrocardiograms (record all manner of heart activity, with squiggly lines ... on a computer monitor) and other tests.
Probably the cart also has a printer so the squiggly lines of heart activity can be printed out.
So technically .... and it was a joke ... well..... it was an ATTEMPTED joke .....
This satisfies the question that I can answer, with as short an answer as the question was .... um... if you consider getting a cart to be short term.
( ...with a flourish cues the drummer over in the corner with the cymbals .... and the ceiling mounted flashing APPLAUSE sign ...)

WHO really is Jesus Christ?
Today, some say he was a prophet.... others claim he was a smart teacher......, some deny he ever existed at all,  and stories about him are just a fable......
Others claim  he was ALMIGHTY GOD HIMSELF  in human flesh,  when he came to the earth over  2000 years ago.
Only a very few of the earths inhabitants today will admit that Christ Jesus is actually exactly who he said he was as related by his words recorded for us in the Greek Scriptures. He stated over and over,  that he is the Son of his father,   Almighty God Jehovah.
The Bible teaches us, that Jesus was the very first of Gods creations.  And that all other things in the universe were created through this precious son.
Today, Christ Jesus sits at the right hand of his Father, Jehovah God, in heaven.... and he serves his father as the King of Jehovah's Kingdom. This Kingdom, today, is ruling over loyal subjects of Jehovah.....  and will soon cleanse the earth of all the wicked persons, and this righteous Kingdom will rule over the earth for ever.  SEE  Daniel 2:44.
How can there be that much confusion over this simple question?  READ carefully  Matthew 16, verses 13-17, and you will see that many who personally knew him as he preached the kingdom message, and saw the miracles he performed .....even they were confused as to who Jesus really was.
In verse 16, Peter knew the truth. He stated. "You are the Christ, the SON of the living God."
Who do you think is responsible for spreading the lies about Christ Jesus....?   It is non other than Satan and his demons!   And who are we imitating if we spread these lies to other peoples?   The answer is as clear as the noses on our faces!
