I think it is far fetched.  I think it is simply a matter of "Drive -By Journalism" ... they want to report easy stuff that they do not have to get out of their car or office to report.

It's not deliberate evil, or any agenda at all.

In observing BillytheKid46's irrational and hateful posts, I have noticed a correlation between them and the Dilbert Cartoon of the day.  It seems that whatever Billy is talking about ... the cartoon of the day explains his perspective from the viewpoint of reality.  It's just AMAZING!

Of course, coincidence is NOT causality, but it sure is spooky how many times the Dilbert Cartoon of the day explains whatever it is Billy is talking about.

Of course, it may be a coincidence that there is no photograph of Ernest Borgnine, and Elizabeth Taylor in her later years, together ... some say it's the same person ... but that is one of those mysteries ... like how the Egyptians built the Pyramids.

It has been my experience that the GB, and the Elders have just as many problems as everyone else ... AND ... are overworked, and under-talented to do a good job. This causes them to be MORE frustrated than the general JW population, and they become tyrants, actively chasing people away, if those people have mental abilities above that of chickens.

.... and recently I have come to understand a LOT about chickens.

During WWII and the great persecutions of Jehovah's Witnesses by the Nazis and their supporters,  the Elders were the ones that caved, and the general JW "rank-and-file" did not.

Knowing and understanding this has led me to the conclusion I never want to "reach out", to become a "Company Man."

Soon, with artificial intelligence, and robotics ... we may someday get less vulnerable Elders.

Until them, I just endure what we have now.

In the 'run-up" to 1975 I WAS THERE, AND PAYING ATTENTION, and thought everyone had gone nuts. I used to build model airplanes that could fly, but if you took every part and scaled it up to a real-life airplane, it would NOT fly.

It seems to me that ground resistance and wind shear would make such an under powered real life aircraft no more airworthy than a cast iron boat anchor.

I can patent  an aircraft that is powered by the fires of hell (if there were any, and there are not ...).
