    Amateur drivel

    I agree.

He should have used clip on wireless microphones with the receivers plugged into the mic jack of his video camera,  I have AZDEN mic system that will take two wireless clip-on microphones on separate channels and combine them at the camera.

It would have made for much more consistent sound when he was outside.   Also ... there was no explanation about what the SUBJECT of his disfellowshipping hearings was all about, ( all hush-hush ... can't tell you...) so it seems that his whole spiel was about an ignorant and clueless CO, of which we know from experience, there is no shortage.

    No news there.

I was once explaining to s high ranking Elder type about how I view duty to put up with the shortcomings of the Elders sort of like being in the Marines, and you have to obey the officers even though ..... and he cut me off in a loud angry voice "I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING ABOUT THE MARINES!" ...  and so I was not able to explain my viewpoint at all.

And that elder had ASKED .... for.... my viewpoint.

What he accuses is entirely believable, ONLY because I have seen similar things over and over and over.  He, however, provided no proof .. or even relatable context to make HIS story anything but noise.

Although the author of this video may have some legitimate concerns, he did not provide any background information, such a "who?, what?, when?, where?, how?, and /or why?", so like his compressed air train horns for his truck, although impressive, had no meaning.

Without enough information to check any story he might be trying to tell for accuracy, it is worth what it is.

    NOISE.

I spent about two hours in the hospital today havin' my very first colonoscopy ... where you lay on your side and a room full of people put tools and cameras up your butt, to see if you have mushrooms growing there ... and I had six baby mushrooms aborted before they developed fangs and ate me while alive.

Although the probability of excessive bleeding was very low, ... "things happen", and I insisted on no blood or blood fractions, as is my custom ..... so I think Jack Ryan's question is valid, pertinent, and IMPORTANT.

Having that PRINCIPLE firmly answered in one's own mind is the beginning of truth. liberty and freedom from enslavement to the minds of men, and even the vagaries and delusions that we hold dear in our own little minds, made mostly of fat.

The TRUTH will make you free ... anything else will enslave you.

Afterwards, because I had not eaten anything for 36 hours before the procedure, I came home and had a HUGE ham sandwich Hoagie/Grinder.

    I even enjoyed the Oink.

As i mentioned before, about this verse. Hope is good thing, but dog will never be a lion............. But it is fine to be a dog if you have good people around who love you.

My deceased Father, in one of his observational moods, spent some time watching how well I took  care of, and loved  my dog, Jed, (Jedediah Dog), and remarked "If I am ever reincarnated, I want to come back as your dog."

    ECC: 9:3-4

" This is the evil in everything that happens under the sun: The same destiny overtakes all. The hearts of people, moreover, are full of evil and there is madness in their hearts while they live, and afterward they join the dead. Anyone who is among the living has hope[b]—even a live dog is better off than a dead lion!

As to whether it is better to be  a live dog or a dead lion .... It is better still to be a LIVE LION, than a dead dog.

    ....and a lot easier!

Unless of course, you are among those agenda driven great unwashed masses who suffer from WDS, ( "The Sword That Cuts Both Ways" (tm) ) for which things that make normal common sense make no sense at all.

We would find some of those cans—the kids and me—when we hiked the Allegheny trails and got points for each pop or beer can that we found. Extra points awarded for one of these old-timers. Is the front molar I found in the Miller Lite can yours?

No ... at that time I used to drink Miller High Life, the Champagne of bottled beers, and when I could get it Hamm's Beer, in 2-1/2 gallon mini-kegs.  I would find out about a Witness Party ... er... gathering in another city, and show up uninvited and knock on the door with one hand, and with the other hand, holding the keg on the other  shoulder.

They would look at me ... and look at the keg ... and look at me ... and look at the keg ... and I was always enthusiastically welcomed. in.

Is this the one you bought as the final hurrah before the system was to end but then didn’t?

This was in 1976, and it was a 1971 Corvette 454 convertible, but I had been driving a Ford 250 pickup truck with a slide in large Camper in the bed, and as I told the Brothers at the Kingdom Hall, I really needed a good Service Vehicle .... so I traded the pickup truck and camper (which had a small sailboat upside down on the roof) in on the Corvette.

I would pull up to the KIngdom Hall ( .. Roanoke, Virginia) and the Sisters would swoon and wave both arms at me, and hollar "I LOVE YOU!", which was interesting, but it was not a 1975 consolation prize.

  6. And addressing some of JW Insider's concerns, ideas and memories are ATTACHED to each other ... and speaking of dogs does evoke religious ideas of faithfulness, and loyalty ... and hopefully not  rocks.

As an example, even though I know intellectually that there is absolutely no evidence whatsoever that there is a "Rainbow Bridge", my heart has faith that perhaps Jehovah's love for Humans will cause him to create one ... just as I am now constructing a chicken coop and chicken run,  that costs over a thousand dollars, for my wife's 20 pet week-old baby bantam chickens, which SHE  bought for one dollar each, now living in a kid's plastic swimming pool under a heat lamp, on our dining room table .... so my dogs cannot get to them.

    ... for the next MONTH.

    .... sigh ......

Something I am happy to do ... although in my wildest imagination, I never planned on, or thought of.  Perhaps similar to Jehovah's love, and a "Rainbow Bridge" (?).

NOW .... we have a topic that includes Jehovah's Witnesses beliefs, hopes, expectations .... dogs... and CHICKENS!
