I do not recall the Old Law simply focusing on women alone when it comes to blasphemy. Regarding blasphemy in the face of God punishment in this regard applies to a man and or a woman, not a single sex alone. @BillyTheKid46 Agenda 21 is in regards to the 21st Century and it entails the worldwide United Nations program for sustainable development that is put in a a local based level, something of which we see today that is taking place, with the idea of global thinking while at a local level (think globally, act locally). As for the year, you referring to the population increases/decreases? I would not say there is a difference, more like binding it's time, continuing to grow in power and resources so when they have to unleash all that stored up power, they would want to make sure that it's effect can be felt. Another thing is those who marry and have children with those of a selected group who are of this fold, so the children can grow up in this circle and when they grow up and are capable of having children, their children would also repeat the cycle.
As for population control, that is a large chunk of the pie of it's own, however, this is also included, as is within making a shift and or change to a populace, such as immigration in the US and other parts of the world such as the EU.

Botnets
Botnets are often structured with their command and control servers based on a censorship-resistant hidden service, creating a large amount of bot-related traffic.[27][33]
Bitcoin services
Bitcoin services such as tumblers are often available on Tor, and some – such as Grams – offer darknet market integration.[34][35] A research study undertaken by Jean-Loup Richet, a research fellow at ESSEC, and carried out with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, highlighted new trends in the use of Bitcoin tumblers for money laundering purposes. A common approach was to use a digital currency exchanger service which converted Bitcoin into an online game currency (such as gold coins in World of Warcraft) that will later be converted back into money.[36][37]
Darknet markets
Main article: Darknet market Commercial darknet markets, which mediate transactions for illegal drugs[38] and other goods, attracted significant media coverage starting with the popularity of Silk Road and Diabolus Market[39] and its subsequent seizure by legal authorities.[40] Other markets sell software exploits[41] and weapons.[42] Examination of price differences in Dark web markets versus prices in real life or over the World Wide Web have been attempted as well as studies in the quality of goods received over the Dark web. One such study was performed on Evolution, one of the most popular crypto-markets active from January 2013 to March 2015.[43] Although it found the digital information, such as concealment methods and shipping country, "seems accurate", the study uncovered issues with the quality of illegal drugs sold in Evolution, stating that, "... the illicit drugs purity is found to be different from the information indicated on their respective listings."[43] Less is known about consumer motivations for accessing these marketplaces and factors associated with their use.[44]
Hacking groups and services
Many hackers sell their services either individually or as a part of groups.[45] Such groups include xDedic, hackforum, Trojanforge, Mazafaka, dark0de and the TheRealDeal darknet market.[46] Some have been known to track and extort apparent pedophiles.[47] Cyber crimes and hacking services for financial institutions and banks have also been offered over the Dark web.[48] Attempts to monitor this activity have been made through various government and private organizations, and an examination of the tools used can be found in the Procedia Computer Science journal.[49] Use of Internet-scale DNS Distributed Reflection Denial of Service (DRDoS) attacks have also been made through leveraging the Dark Web.[50] There are many scam .onion sites also present which end up giving tools for download that are infected with trojan horses or backdoors.
Fraud services
There are numerous carding forums, PayPal and Bitcoin trading websites as well as fraud and counterfeiting services.[51] Many such sites are scams themselves.[52]
Hoaxes and unverified content

There are reports of crowdfunded assassinations and hitmen for hire,[42][53] however, these are believed to be exclusively scams.[54][55] The creator of Silk Road, Ross Ulbricht, was arrested by Homeland Security investigations (HSI) for his site and allegedly hiring a hitman to kill six people, although the charges were later dropped.[56][57]
There is an urban legend that one can find live murder on the dark web. The term "Red Room" has been coined based on the Japanese animation and urban legend of the same name. However, the evidence points toward all reported instances being hoaxes.[58][59]
On June 25, 2015, the indie game Sad Satan was reviewed by Youtubers Obscure Horror Corner which they claimed to have found via the dark web. Various inconsistencies in the channel's reporting cast doubt on the reported version of events.[60] There are several websites which analyze and monitor the deep web and dark web for threat intelligence, for example Sixgill.[61]
Phishing and scams
Phishing via cloned websites and other scam sites are numerous,[62][63] with darknet markets often advertised with fraudulent URLs.[64][65]
Puzzles
Puzzles such as Cicada 3301 and successors will sometimes use hidden services in order to more anonymously provide clues, often increasing speculation as to the identity of their creators.[66]
Illegal pornography
There is regular law enforcement action against sites distributing child pornography[67][68] – often via compromising the site by distributing malware to the users.[69][70] Sites use complex systems of guides, forums and community regulation.[71] Other content includes sexualised torture and killing of animals[72] and revenge porn.[73]
Terrorism
There are at least some real and fraudulent websites claiming to be used by ISIL (ISIS), including a fake one seized in Operation Onymous.[74] In the wake of the November 2015 Paris attacks an actual such site was hacked by an Anonymous affiliated hacker group GhostSec and replaced with an advert for Prozac.[75] The Rawti Shax Islamist group was found to be operating on the dark web at one time.[76]
Social media
Within the dark web, there exist emerging social media platforms similar to those on the World Wide Web. Facebook and other traditional social media platforms have begun to make dark-web versions of their websites to address problems associated with the traditional platforms and to continue their service in all areas of the World Wide Web.[23]
Commentary
Although much of the dark web is innocuous, some prosecutors and government agencies, among others, are concerned that it is a haven for criminal activity.[77] Specialist news sites such as DeepDotWeb[78][79] and All Things Vice[80] provide news coverage and practical information about dark web sites and services. The Hidden Wiki and its mirrors and forks hold some of the largest directories of content at any given time.
Popular sources of dark web .onion links include Pastebin, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit and other Internet forums.[81] Specialist companies with Darksum and Recorded Future track dark web cybercrime goings on for law enforcement purposes.[82] In 2015 it was announced that Interpol now offers a dedicated dark web training program featuring technical information on Tor, cybersecurity and simulated darknet market take downs.[83]
In October 2013 the UK's National Crime Agency and GCHQ announced the formation of a 'Joint Operations Cell' to focus on cybercrime.[84] In November 2015 this team would be tasked with tackling child exploitation on the dark web as well as other cybercrime.[85]
In March 2017 the Congressional Research Service released an extensive report on the dark web, noting the changing dynamic of how information is accessed and presented on it; characterized by the unknown, it is of increasing interest to researchers, law enforcement, and policymakers.[86]
In August 2017, according to reportage, cybersecurity firms which specialize in monitoring and researching the dark web on behalf of banks and retailers routinely share their findings with the FBI and with other law enforcement agencies "when possible and necessary" regarding illegal content. The Russian-speaking underground offering a crime-as-a-service model is regarded as being particularly robust.[87]

Many individual journalists, alternative news organizations, educators, and researchers are influential in their writing and speaking of the Darknet, and making its use clear to the general public.
Jamie Bartlett
Jamie Bartlett is a journalist and tech blogger for The Telegraph and Director of the Centre for the Analysis of Social Media for Demos in conjunction with The University of Sussex. In his book, The Dark Net,[88] Barlett depicts the world of the Darknet and its implications for human behavior in different context. For example, the book opens with the story of a young girl who seeks positive feedback to build her self-esteem by appearing naked online. She is eventually traced on social media sites where her friends and family were inundated with naked pictures of her. This story highlights the variety of human interactions the Darknet allows for, but also reminds the reader how participation in a overlay network like the Darknet is rarely in complete separation from the larger Web. Bartlett's main objective is an exploration of the Darknet and its implication for society. He explores different sub-cultures, some with positive implications for society and some with negative.[89]
Bartlett gave a TEDTalk in June 2015 further examining the subject.[90] His talk, entitled "How the mysterious Darknet is going mainstream", introduces the idea behind the Darknet to the audience, followed by a walkthrough example of one of its websites called the Silk Road. He points out the familiarity of webpage design similar to consumer sites used in the larger commercial Web. Bartlett then presents examples of how operating in an uncertain, high-risk market like those in the Darknet actually breeds innovation that he believes can be applied to all markets in the future. Other media
Traditional media and news channels like ABC News have also featured articles examining the Darknet.[91] Vanity Fair magazine published an article in October 2016 entitled "The Other Internet". The article discusses the rise of the Dark Net and mentions that the stakes have become high in a lawless digital wilderness. It mentions that vulnerability is a weakness in a network's defenses. Other topics include the e-commerce versions of conventional black markets, cyberweaponry from TheRealDeal, and role of operations security.[92]

@JOHN BUTLER  John, the WT publications are often helpful to gain understanding of the Biblical truth. I still often check the online Jw library. But I do not just swollow the explanation. I check with the scriptures I remember that are related to the subject and what is important is to pray for God's guidance. That helps to see things better. I would say that it is impossible to learn correctly without prayer. Satan is there lurking all the time to mislead us when we read the Bible. If we don't pray for protection and God's guidance, then our mind is open for Satan to twist up the scriptures.
 
The individuals in the great crowd are evidently men and women of God, so I would surely apply 2 Timothy 3:16 on them also.
Revelation7:14 “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation,+ and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.+ 15  That is why they are before the throne of God, and they are rendering him sacred service day and night in his temple; and the One seated on the throne+ will spread his tent over them.+

And before I got the anointing I never thought that the Bible was written only to the anointed. And I still do not think that. So this idea is maybe promoted by the GB so that the other sheep would not bother to check with the Bible if GB explains the Bible right.
2Timothy3:16  All Scripture is inspired of God+and beneficial for teaching,+ for reproving, for setting things straight,* for disciplining in righteousness,+17  so that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work.
I was pioneer for 5 years and not anointed and we pioneers were always taught to reason with people using scriptures. So worldy people should be able to understand scriptures even not being baptized.
We had the Reasoning-book for ministry also. So what prevents you to understand the Bible?
If you first pray to Jehovah for guidance and then you ask an anointed to show you from the Bible the answer, then you should be able to understand if the answer is true or just twisting of scriptures.
And you should never become a follower of men or women who are anointed because we can be mistaken. You should always remain only as Jesus' disciple. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.
But on the other hand you will surely enjoy and benefit to be in company with good anointed christians. But make sure to always check if the anointed really explain the Bible correctly. You should never trust an anointed on face value. 
I as anointed would not be happy if you believed every thing I say without checking first with the Bible and reasoning making a logic conclusion.
Like prophecies, you can not find the answer in the Bible who exactly is for example Babylon the Great. That must be compared with existing entities and an examination must be made to see wich entity fit the description we find in the Bible.

Seconded. Some who has no idea who are conspiracy theorist who spread misinformation has no idea of the giant monster that hides under their bed, in this case, within the very fabric of the government and their connections, or that of the global mafia. Only a few people speak the truth of what this is, but not all.
The Dark Web is a place you do not want to go to and I say this because of experience in my younger years, this was some months after 9/11 well into my early teens. On the surface some go their to look for things they cannot find on the normal internet, others uses the dark web for easy access to prostitution or sell oneself into prostitution, other instances regarding money exchange, etc. Going deeper into the Dark Web however, is a whole other beast altogether, some corners far darker and mental conflicting than the other.
If I had to compare it something, the deeper you go it is like going to the deepest parts of the ocean whereas there is no light and the fish down there looks like something out of a monster movie. It is so dark it is like the sun has gone out, and if we have to get biblical, Exodus 10:21–23 whereas the deepest and darkest corners of the dark web can be felt, even mentally.
That being said, if you want my advise, it is better for someone to explain it to you in full detail rather that going there yourself if you are unprepared of what you will stumble upon.

Indeed, I am knowledgeable, and yet time and time again I state I am a follower of the Christ, who seeks truth in the Scriptures, a slave servant to the True God and so forth. I don't see how I was not clear for over a dozen plus times in this regard.
Now for the questions
[A] Yes it is necessary to have wisdom, or as you put it, spiritual wisdom, so you can spot truths and untruths, as well as dealing with people who profess a false teaching and or practice, which 1 John 4:1 can come into play when testing the spirit. This also goes hand in hand with the truth of something outside of the realm of the Bible, hence why I am vocal and speak strongly against conspiracy and or false information, a number of times on this forums and elsewhere.
God wants us to have wisdom, to be knowledgeable. When it comes to Scripture, I can sum up everything in a single verse
2 Timothy 3:16 - All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, Therefore, you have to be wise, when it comes to people who preach God is a woman, or those who preach that drinking poison makes you a True Christian, and or those who preach Adam has more than one wife, and a list of other false doctrines and heresies known to man.
Speak the truth against untruths, that is what I do, and as someone who is technically a truther, I speak against conspiracy and falsehood also.
One does not need higher education to study the Bible. A poor homeless man can teach you Scripture when his only educational background is middle school level.
Wisdom regarding the Scriptures can be learned by all men, and such men can speak the truth vs. those who preach falsehood.

The UN agenda seems like a joke to some, we are even called crazy, but in the end they do not realize how grave these agendas from the UN actually is. We already have NGOs doing some of the most absurd in the EU regarding migrants.
The people are gullible just as they were in Washington and Texas and elsewhere regarding the role the UN has regarding religion, just as they were when the UN also has their hands in the education system and how they are grooming out children, even in colleges and universities with utter subtly.

On 11 December most countries will sign the UN Compact in Morocco.  It is part of the "Agenda 21" plan for the 21 st century  started in 1992.  Read up about Agenda 21, agenda 2030 and about this Compact for Migration which will criminalize anyone saying anything against the UN plan.  Those countries who signed are obliged to assist migrants financially and basically all people have a right to migrate....(no more borders).   About 20 nations are now fighting  it and will be forced by fines for not complying.  It is part of the UN plan for one world government...  Is this real? I lived for a few years in the former USSR. I could hear comments why Stalin was admired. Some liked his brutality. One new broder liked Satalin's expression that translated sounds like: 'When a person is gone, the problem is gone.' = 'Нет человека, и нет проблемы.'
Many liked also that Stalin was the leader that defeated the Germans and that he expanded the Soviet union. Especially the native Russians liked that. But subjugated territories were not so happy with that. 
Actually the ethnic Russians were only about 50% of the Soviet union's population.
My wife is from Latvia, and she has told me that they dreaded the Russians that Stalin transfered to Latvia. The Russians spyed on Latvians for slightest discontend. And many Latvians were caught and sent to Siberia and never came back. 
Yeah, the Russians felt like they owned the world thanks to Stalin.

I don't question that. But a symbolic God's woman can have several forms. There is a symbolic heavely woman. That has been there for longtime. Genesis 3:15 testifies about that. But at the same time the fleshly Israel was symbolically God's earthly woman and he spoke of himself as a husband of Israel.Here is the scripture:
Isaiah 54:5  “For your Grand Maker is as your husband, Jehovah of armies is his name,And the Holy One of Israel is your Repurchaser. He will be called the God of the whole earth. 6  For Jehovah called you as if you were an abandoned wife and grief-stricken, Like a wife married in youth and then rejected,” says your God. 7  “For a brief moment I abandoned you,But with great mercy I will gather you back.
So let's remember that simultaneously God had symbolically two wives. One in heaven and one on earth.
So let's now look at Revelarion 12. Because it looks like it speak here simultaneously about a heavenly God's woman and an earthly God's woman. 
 Revelation 12:4 And the dragon kept standing before the woman who was about to give birth, so that when she did give birth, it might devour her child.5  And she gave birth to a son, a male, who is to shepherd all the nations with an iron rod.
Until here this seems to speak about the heavenly woman. But the next things in Revelation 12 about the woman has earthly characterisrics:
 6  And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God and where they would feed her for 1,260 days.
Here the wilderness is hard to apply to a heavenly place. And who are they that will feed her for 1260 days? The anointed have got the responsibility to feed the domestics. Matthew 24:45-47. I think it is talking about that. And similarly as the early Christians fled when the roman armies came to Jerusalem, so it will be wise for the Jehovah's witnesses to flee and Revelation 12 seem to be about that. 
Then again in Revelation 12:15  we read how Satan will try to cause harm to the woman with earthly methods: "And the serpent spewed out water like a river from its mouth after the woman, to cause her to be drowned by the river. 16  But the earth came to the woman’s help, and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up the river that the dragon spewed out from its mouth."
How could this be about God's heavenly organization? Impossible!
If it is symbolically it does not fit heaven. If it is literally it does not fit heaven. So it must be about God's earthly woman in our time. Jesus' bride are the anointed. So the ordinary JWs as a group should be God's earthly woman.

The Russian government were covering up their atrocities - this is why it is so hard to determine how many really died.  Even if people are wicked - they still try to cover up what they are doing because somehow they know it is wrong....
Do not be misled......  this kind of power in the hands of few together with the philosophy that the death of few is for the greater good - is satanic.  This new world order speech looks similar.... this is why it is much more insidious than we expect.  The far left youth in America is talking this way. Because I am vigilant I notice it immediately.  Have you seen what Ms Cortez has been saying? This is an indication of the thought of the new generation.
Use it  but do not trust Wiki - the pedia.  It is edited by scholars who come from these universities which are pushing the gender engineering agenda.  I have seen history rewritten when the agenda changes.   A good example is UNESCO - see how they are rewriting history to suit their agenda.  In South Africa, the history has also been rewritten.  I lived it - I know what is true and false. 
Similarly, the scholars at all major universities are saying there is a wonderful religion of "peace". Hence, all the killers who are committing a real genocide in North Africa and middle east against Christians (large percentages of Christians are not getting refugee status and are being killed - but nothing in the news about a genocide) are called isolated cases by people who are mentally ill.  I know the religion and the history (I did my homework) .....I 'know' the university scholars are rewriting the 1400 years of war history.  ( Note: I hate the religious ideology of this religion - not the people......  I love the people but feel extremely sad to see them exploited by a bad mental state and the lies they are indoctrinated with). Fortunately there are the odd few who become JW but they all have a terrible time from family and a lot of suffering. 
I live in a socialist Europe and I see how and when socialism works..... Communism is much different - it is extreme socialism - you do not want to live under it. There is a trend now to whitewash the history of communism. Why?  It is underestimated by the West and it is getting a better reputation...... Why?
So despite the death tolls - this philosophy is back in another, more acceptable form.......And it was carefully engineered back! 
Perestroika was a short aberration.  The Frankfort school left Germany (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frankfurt_School) and came to USA during the second world war. Its ideas were taken up by the French and changed to the new post modern way of thinking. This new way of thinking is "rebranded" communism but much more dangerous......the French revolution and the Russian revolution comes to mind.  The second phase of both revolutions killed many people.
Why is this new philosophy so appealing to all students, colors of people and genders?  It promises total equality, dignity and acceptance.  Why are they so militant about it?  It teaches that social revolution is good for the greater good of all.  Communalism (the new philosophy of Agenda 21) fits in with this like a glove. This philosophy has  been undermining the west since the sexual revolution of the sixties.
I know this is not going to work.  They will call 'peace' when they get the major part of the agenda done.... and then bring in the morals that all will have to adhere to - ONE human religion which accepts all creeds and all religions (and morals) and one may not protest it.  If you do not cooperate and preach your own religion - big problems for you!!
With surveillance capabilities now available and already in operation - there is nothing they cannot do.
This is how I see this unfolding...... Bible prophecy being fulfilled - exactly to the letter.    When one watches TV and sees the indoctrinated youth then one gets an idea what is lying ahead.  
These riots in France started with the elderly and spread to others as they are sick of the social injustices of the governments who are only telling the news they are filtering.  Rapes, no-go zones, attacks, daily mentally sick people are killing others with knives... People are already afraid of the future and the new citizens have all the rights. 
No matter how much they protest - behind the scenes the plan is going ahead as governments have committed to the agenda (Agenda 2030 is on internet too!) and the new migration compact which guarantees the rights of immigrants at financial expense and the rights of its citizens. (godly justice? - I call it human justice.....) 
This is my take on the events happening.  I could be wrong.... but I am not taken in by this new diabolical philosophy.   
I believe that all people will be equal under Jehovah - but it is a loving and willing process...... not forced on people.  It is a willingness to share at expense of self and yes - it will be a form of communalism - but loyalty to Jehovah and is principals will make people cooperate unselfishly to get the earth back to its previous condition.  No-one will tell others what to do.  The elders will be facilitators, inform and ask us to cooperate. explain the reasons. Unselfish love is no part of any human philosophy - only in the teachings of Christ.
(So this Agenda 21 sounds wonderful!  it will not meet Jehovah's standards and will bring the great tribulation.)
The 144000 will oversee from heaven but society here will be like loving sheep - no nasty qualities. Cooperation will be there in loving way.  This is the way of Jehovah.  (by the way - this is why I do not buy the story that the real anointed are outside the congregation now)..... The real anointed are going to heaven and elders are now being trained to take their place.  The 144000 do not need important places in the congregations right now.  They share in a precious heritage - but their focus should now be on preaching not ruling/teaching the congregation as individuals.
 We do not need human rulers...... this is the message throughout the bible.  Jehovah and Christ are our rulers - with the understanding of the previously imperfect 144,000 in heaven.  Each person will have self-control and correct themselves according to Jehovah's laws.   Their happiness at receiving "life" during the 1000 years will be their most cherished gift. 
 
 

I agree blood is blood - if it is 10 or 40 million.   But I am interested in how people get to that point of killing large numbers and how they justify it.... and could it happen again.  Are we on our way to another wave of this? 
My mentioning these  numbers was to demonstrate how deadly the philosophy is and how we may see more killing. Under communism, neighbors snitched on neighbors they did not like and made up stories to get their apartments, food or other privileges.  Could this happen again?  Many of those in the Gulags were innocent victims.
There is an arabic word THULM which means injustice... and the related word : thalaam means darkness.  Very apt for what is waiting for mankind.
 
 

Someone posted a response today on one of those two videos about the "code" enforcement for Agenda 21.  They said it was to get people off the land to build a speed train track.   Trains are a large part of the UN plan - to get people out of cars and in public transport.
I may mention that South Africa is badly polluted too!  DDT was used when I was a little girl - literally everywhere!  I played on grass with DDT.  It was later banned but when the new government came in  it was again legal  and most probably ongoing.
In Sweden there are many wilderness areas and public transport is excellent. So this part of the plan is very good.  I believe Sweden already has a high conformity to  Agenda 21.  People ride cycles and walk a lot!  Which is also healthy.   My husband and I love to walk in the "skogen" the forests - which are stunningly beautiful.  We do some "Oxygen bathing" in the forests. 
Food is my greatest concern.   Production will be planned and will be rationed.  All mass meat farming is  the largest food sector producing methane - which is the largest contributor to global climate change. ... than transport. And what will the quality of food be if companies like Monsanto/Bayer produce it?  They genetically engineer as much as possible.... one sickness in a potato or a rice plant can leave millions without food.  They remove all diversity of plants and only genetically engineer one variety.

I'm not saying that Stalin wasn't like that, only that as more and more documented evidence comes to light, this evidence supports a very manipulated story. What you say here is what I always believed for almost my whole life. If the evidence doesn't support the story I was told to believe when I was in school, then I prefer to look more closely at that evidence.
But this doesn't mean he wasn't just as wicked as so many others. A person who kills one, or even none, might be just as evil in other ways as someone who kills millions.

I think this is where people should pay attention in the way you have paid attention to ongoing and current events, even those that seem so innocuous. Agenda 21 may have been exactly the right thing to propose based on the evidence. But the reasons for these proposals, as you point out, are reasons that are extremely dangerous. Even if Agenda 21 was all marvelous and wonderful, it would point out exactly how an imperialist or fascist state could undermine the good intentions.
As you say, water shortages are already here in places and are on the horizon for many more. I perceive a purposeful delay in ocean desalination technology and collection of freshwater at places where large rivers empty potable water into oceans. I think it's just one of many areas of potentially imperialist control. Deaths could easily number into the millions or even billions during a great "water" tribulation. Satanic schemes, as you say, seem so easy to plant into the minds of human leaders. The actual events of the great tribulation are supposed to remain unpredictable so that sudden unexpected destruction could truly come at any time like a thief in the night. But there are many options that appear all too visible.
You have big names like Bill Gates for example falling into the Malthusian propaganda saying, in effect, that the world has too many poor people to take care of.
And although this belongs as a response in the Agenda 21 topic, it can be just as appropriate here. It's the letter that Summers wrote in 1991 about how places like Africa are still "UNDER-POLLUTED." There was a claim that this proposal to dump more toxic waste in third-world countries was a joke, but the context of other speech surrounding this letter shows that it wasn't:
