I am assuming your husband would let you know ("consult") if he was going to send money to his relatives and not just do it without telling you, and not do anything that you are not aware of, it's called communication.  Marriage is a partnership, where both are equal but only one makes the final decision.
Unfortunately many husbands are quite happy to abdicate their responsibility as heads, as a lot of men can be quite lazy, and so it's easier for them Then there are others who think that the only way to exercise headship is to be a tyrant.  As for women, I would say they are much cleverer than men in matters of the emotions. Men (in general) want to please a woman (and I’m not talking about sex) and feel fulfilled as men when they succeed.  Women can take advantage of that and wreak havoc with men’s minds (Eve, Delilah, Cleopatra, etc. etc.)This is where women wield a lot of power over men and this can be misused much to the detriment of both sexes. A woman can make or break a household, that’s how much power they have, regardless of whether the man acts as the head or not. When the scriptures talk about a woman having respect for her husband, it goes both ways of course. When they respect each other’s God given positions, and respect each other as human beings, only good can come out of that.

I see we have a few feminists here.  If you investigate where feminism comes from you will not be so eager to promote this way of thinking! 
Any case I am female and I am very happy in the congregation.  Sisters have a wonderful opportunity to spread LOVE, look after the sick, preach, look after their husbands and children in a godly way and use their wisdom to advise the young sisters and accomplish much good in the congregation! 
One can support the young ministerial servants and just be a force for good and teaching the younger ones to care for others...... No, our job is much nicer than that of the older men who sometimes have to take sad cases of those who are disruptive etc. ..... We can help the disruptive ones before they can become a problem!  And if you do it in the right way..... you will never be a threat to anyone! 
And we have time to study and bring great honor to Jehovah in much preaching work and just teach the younger ones to be more grateful (not greatful!) for the things Jehovah has done for them.  Good women can be a powerhouse in a congregation !!- and don't underestimate the power of the bright side! ...... keep those lamps shining!
Single sisters have a hard time to stay single - and many never have the hope of a husband. Give them some attention because they can feel lonely and depressed!  How nice a kind hearing ear is.  They are eternally grateful and when they have a problem they know where to go!  Also the sisters who have an unloving husband.  They need to trust someone who will not say anything about it to someone else.  How nice when a mature sister can use her talents and knowledge gained from the scriptures in an upbuilding, positive way! ... or just give a hug! Difficult marriage can be very hard on people! One can give tips on what helped for you - but not in preachy way - in friendship way.  Reveal the problems you had and how it was overcome - it builds trust ...... but NEVER talk bad of anyone!
Older sisters have the maturity to spread themselves out and also see when younger ones are ailing or going in wrong direction.... give attention.... this is how we should look after each other.
I am NOT feminist!  I used to ask my husband if I wanted to send money to family members or anyone because he knows I will never do anything he is not aware of. (And I earned a pretty good salary at the time!)  I do it because I WANT to; because I think it is right; and I think it builds trust!  Trust is very important in life and yet many people underestimate its power.  He respects me for respecting him!... and he trusts me!
I tone down my talking (I love to talk) when I am around brothers who are still unsure of themselves or immature.  You get those who feel that they are supposed to know it all because they are  men - especially in spiritual way.  They still need time to help them grow.  I am quick to pick up when people are threatened -  it is a way of being kind to them and also to keep yourself out of trouble. 
There are many smart women out there - but if you have to show it off all the time - shame on you!   I think emotional smartness is better.  Learn to watch people and learn from their reactions.  
I have often said (my husband says it too!) :  If you meet a person - even if it is a worldly person - and they have not learnt to be compassionate and kind........ their life - the time they spent on earth has been in vain - they never learnt anything!

But first I have to learn for driver's license in Sweden - and pass it - it is hard.... and get better in my Svenska! Too much on my plate.   I have been very ill - a throat infection for two weeks - so bad that the glands do not want to go down... so this is why I have spent more time here on the forum because I just could not get myself to concentrate on my books!

Winter starting...... Yes, my husband took job here so I can preach to the Arabic refugees.  Of course I did not foresee the language difficulties..... and getting new, potent, germs! I am learning Swenska so I can understand the meetings and keep talking!.  We only have an Arabic group here and have one new meeting attendee!  He changed his name - Muslim before!   Not baptized yet.  but exciting!

LOL.  My mother told many stories about these farm toilets and how children had to run past the geese (who were worse than watchdogs) to get there!   As a child I often went camping with scouts in the fifties and sixties.... many wonderful memories ..... and showers were outdoors and toilets were long-drops.. 
Children were always terrified in the dark when there was a "hisssss" or something crawling over a leg......flies and mosquitos  etc.

My uncle used to grow corn on his farm in very rural North Carolina, for him and to sell, and for pigs, and he made cornbread for his hunting dogs.  He had a well made of vertical concrete pipe sections going down, and you got water by pulling up a bucket on a rope.  He would let corn completely dry out, and I would hand crank a device that stripped the hard corn from the corn cob, when I visited him.
There was a bin of stripped corn cobs beside the outhouse, and were used as toilet paper, which required some considerable skill to avoid a ....*coff* ... disaster.

@Arauna I am a feminist but I still loved what you said in your post. It shows that you are keenly aware of what sisters think, what they go through, and how they should think in order to build up the congregation under their circumstances. You really should consider submitting a version of this to the brothers at Bethel. Your husband apparently knows your value and your values. I'm sure he would help facilitate this if it's not something you feel comfortable with.
I know a sister who wrote a couple articles for the Awake! while her husband worked in the Service Department, and another sister (now ex-sister, unfortunately) who was very well respected by Brother Lloyd Barry and both Brothers Karl and Don Adams and put together a huge portion of the Proclaimers book. At least one sister I know is currently involved in research, perhaps there are more.

It is a “disgusting thing” – an “abomination standing in the holy place”.  Yet, the Watchtower has attempted to change scripture to support this abomination.
NKJV for Ezek 44:6-9 -  Say to rebellious Israel, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Enough of your detestable practices, people of Israel!  In addition to all your other detestable practices, you brought foreigners uncircumcised in heart and flesh into my sanctuary, desecrating my temple while you offered me food, fat and blood, and you broke my covenant. 8 Instead of carrying out your duty in regard to my holy things, YOU put others in charge of my sanctuary. 9 This is what the Sovereign Lord says: No foreigner uncircumcised in heart and flesh is to enter my sanctuary, not even the foreigners who live among the Israelites."
Now, read the NWT:

I hope you can see the devious ploy of the Watchtower to support their elder body; but by doing so, they contradicted their own intention.  Firstly, they say the priests brought foreigners into the sanctuary, then it is state they didn’t “post others as caretakers”, as if they needed to.  The NKJV version shows that the sin was “foreigners” were brought into the sanctuary and put in charge of the priestly duties. 
The “others” in God’s sanctuary today, is the “Gentile” elder body, replacing “Israel” – replacing the authentic priesthood and removing the “daily sacrifice”.    Rom 2:28,29; Dan 8:12;7:25;11:31;12:11; Matt:24,25; Rev 13:7; Matt:24,25; 1 Tim 4:1; Rev 11:1,2; 6:14,15;17:14

So the organization must create a "special" place just for those who claim to be of the "righteous anointed" so the 'power' can work through them in a collective way? Or give them a prominent place in each congregation and allow some "deceivers" who claim to be anointed in amongst them?  How do you separate the deceivers who internally have a love of prominence and secret power.  ........ but wait ........... the anointed  already have an opportunity to serve as ministerial servants or elders on a 'body of elders ' in each congregation and can "contribute" their wisdom and humility by 'washing the feet of the others' and not taking prominent places! 
We already have a central organization in which these super-anointed with special insight  could be part and work together on the "committees" to send out the food at proper time and not just 'edify themselves'.  (oh yes - I remember now that ALL members on the committee must agree with all the points being published - otherwise they cannot be published - and they are NOT all anointed..... (too  bad the organization uses some of the non-anointed and do not use the ideas of one person only). But those who manage to stay humble and serve on the committees already contribute their lives to the washing of the 'feet of others' .... and not run ahead with their own information. (Direct order from bible)  
Jesus had all the information of his previous life...... I know only of a few places where he gave us glimpses of this in what he said but never to draw attention to himself!  I have known a few people who say they are anointed and I have also seen those who take their anointing so seriously as a "personal responsibility"....... I am a bit skeptical of those. The reason....... Jehovah will never choose people who have a good chance of breaking their integrity.  They will be tried and tested (suffer) before they are chosen...... and after this they also have to be proven before he seals them.  I think that Satan or self-delusion can make people think they are anointed and then take emblems unworthily . If they do not repent of their error they can find themselves outside the organization and working "against the other anointed". I am not saying you are - but the possibility exists. 
However, the impracticalities coming forward from your "complaints" against their use of the term "Zion" does not sound logical..... mostly self-centric......The GB is 'under' heavenly Zion (Hebr. 12:22)  - so as an extension of Zion they represent Zion on earth.... they recognize the direction they receive from Jesus and oversee the congregations and ensure they remain clean. When the elders work together properly (collectively) the spirit of Jehovah can operate freely in the elder body and direct matters - they do not need an anointed one to function.
All practical matters - organizational, legal and other directions (practical matters) come from GB for uniformity and also to keep us collectively informed..  In elder groups where one finds individuals with super-egos (unfortunately they do exist) - this body does not function as it should....... on this I agree with you. This is why we have so much material now which cautions elders that they are merely shepherds.  Jehovah eventually removes those who remain hardened in their ways.... I have seen this happen often..... they come off the self-made pedestal.  
Jehovah is love and is also at same time logical. In fact the logic of the bible is the reason I believe it is the only reality..... and the timeline etc. has convinced me of this. But the most important is the fulfillment of the warning work to the world - the preaching work.
The anointed cannot do this themselves - so we (lesser mortals) are organized and are citizens of the new "land" in which we receive the spirit as Jehovah measures out to our asking and our work. All of us are asked not to spread out own ideas as if it was "doctrine" which can lead to much valse information being spread out there. We obey now because we view ourselves as being under the heavenly government and our cooperation is important. We have a channel and we should respect this channel - just as israel had to.   This is the reason they ask all of us not to form intellectual groups of study on our own...(not just the anointed).  One can study on your own as much as you like but do not be a dissenting voice and hinder the work we are doing - that is ego-centric. ... and we know who is the originator of that quality!

So the organization must create a "special" place just for those who claim to be of the "righteous anointed" so the 'power' can work through them in a collective way? Or give them a prominent place in each congregation and allow some "deceivers" who claim to be anointed in amongst them?  How do you separate the deceivers who internally have a love of prominence and secret power.  ........ but wait ........... the anointed  already have an opportunity to serve as ministerial servants or elders on a 'body of elders ' in each congregation and can "contribute" their wisdom and humility by 'washing the feet of the others' and not taking prominent places! 
We already have a central organization in which these super-anointed with special insight  could be part and work together on the "committees" to send out the food at proper time and not just 'edify themselves'.  (oh yes - I remember now that ALL members on the committee must agree with all the points being published - otherwise they cannot be published - and they are NOT all anointed..... (too  bad the organization uses some of the non-anointed and do not use the ideas of one person only). But those who manage to stay humble and serve on the committees already contribute their lives to the washing of the 'feet of others' .... and not run ahead with their own information. (Direct order from bible)  
Jesus had all the information of his previous life...... I know only of a few places where he gave us glimpses of this in what he said but never to draw attention to himself!  I have known a few people who say they are anointed and I have also seen those who take their anointing so seriously as a "personal responsibility"....... I am a bit skeptical of those. The reason....... Jehovah will never choose people who have a good chance of breaking their integrity.  They will be tried and tested (suffer) before they are chosen...... and after this they also have to be proven before he seals them.  I think that Satan or self-delusion can make people think they are anointed and then take emblems unworthily . If they do not repent of their error they can find themselves outside the organization and working "against the other anointed". I am not saying you are - but the possibility exists. 
However, the impracticalities coming forward from your "complaints" against their use of the term "Zion" does not sound logical..... mostly self-centric......The GB is 'under' heavenly Zion (Hebr. 12:22)  - so as an extension of Zion they represent Zion on earth.... they recognize the direction they receive from Jesus and oversee the congregations and ensure they remain clean. When the elders work together properly (collectively) the spirit of Jehovah can operate freely in the elder body and direct matters - they do not need an anointed one to function.
All practical matters - organizational, legal and other directions (practical matters) come from GB for uniformity and also to keep us collectively informed..  In elder groups where one finds individuals with super-egos (unfortunately they do exist) - this body does not function as it should....... on this I agree with you. This is why we have so much material now which cautions elders that they are merely shepherds.  Jehovah eventually removes those who remain hardened in their ways.... I have seen this happen often..... they come off the self-made pedestal.  
Jehovah is love and is also at same time logical. In fact the logic of the bible is the reason I believe it is the only reality..... and the timeline etc. has convinced me of this. But the most important is the fulfillment of the warning work to the world - the preaching work.

Imagine a system where all one must do to enjoy the status of 'teacher' is to partake! Instantly, they are recognized as an authority! Genuine annointed Christians will follow this route, of course. But any Tom, Dick or Harry can do it, too. Afterwards, by talking a good game, they will convince many of their special credentials. It won't affect the running of things, because elder/servant bodies are formed on other considerations - but some of the local friends will be wowed.
I've known six locally. Only one was generally accepted. Witnesses don't judge such things, but one can become aware of a grapevine consensus. The one 'unchallenged' was a tireless pioneer who had been around forever and was always in harmony with theocratic organization - in no way did she 'compete.' (and even her acknowledgment was not universal)
Others were all unusual in one way or another, and one of them got to be so critical of things that another ceased association with her. Still another began partaking only after (not immediately after) being appointed an elder. The circuit overseer approving his appointment, said that he qualified - because he did - he met the scriptural qualifications to an acceptable degree. But he added as an aside: 'He's not the most humble person in the world.' He and the hyper-critical one became best of friends; he got to be critical himself, and they eventually departed together. He is still alive and is generally thought to be an 'off the wall' apostate. I think he has authored a book or two. For whatever it's worth, his family, before becoming Witnesses, included some who claimed psychic status and did water witching. 
I can't imagine a better arrangement than that of the current 'slave.' They must be of the annointed AND they must have been refined, with decades of full-time humble service. No harm done, then, if someone partakes through unbalance or self-deception. The path they take is only between themselves and God, which is how a truly annointed one would want it anyway.
 
 
 

I don’t know what the person you mention thought he would accomplish by going back into the organization, or even how he thought he could get reinstated if not through some sort of deception.  Jesus predicted we would be “thrown out of the synagogues/”congregations” by those who believe they are serving God in doing so.  Acts 9:20; 2 Cor 4:5; 1 Cor 1:22,23; Matt 10:17,18; John 16:2; Rev 13:15,16
During an anointing the “token” of holy Spirit is put into one’s heart, which allows them to see truth. 2 Cor 1:21,22 1 Cor 13:9,10  Individually; yet, as a collective Body, Holy Spirit avails knowledge more abundantly through all. 2 Cor 3:4,5; 1 Cor 6:19; 12:22 We will see this in completeness when the gathering of the Bride/the Temple is finished. It cannot be comprehend it in the organization, since they are told to remain separate from one another, not even to study the Bible together.  Surely, that should make one question why this is so, especially since an elder body works together freely.  God’s anointed ones are “scattered” in this way deliberately by Satan, since he knows the power of the holy ones; he knows that it is through their connection with Christ, that he will be destroyed.  Rev 12:7-9  Everything he can do to keep them apart, quiet and in submission to the GB and elders, buys him time. 
But why the organization.
During this time of the end, Satan must make the deflecting offer from following Christ completely (not through a person or an organization John 4:21-24) as enticing as possible, well-cloaked as “truth”, “different” than any deceitful tactic he has ever used against God’s people.  Dan 7:23; 2 Pet 2:1-3 He baits with basic pure truth, which the organization initially offers. Rev 8:10,11 God allows it; he allows Satan to do this, but he has given us its identity in Revelation and through many scriptures, if we seek out its understanding.   The prophetic words of Jesus, the earlier prophets, and the apostles can help discern the trap.   The organization, as beautiful and as enticing as it may seem, is very close to bringing the power of the holy ones to nothing. Dan 12:7   It has been a gradual process that is reaching a climax.  The anointed remnant faces the most powerful deceitful foe to come upon any anointed one since Christ; because from them, the remaining ‘living stones’ of the Temple will be set in place as the capstone. Zech 4:7,6; 1 Cor 1:28,29  The Kingdom arrives once that is accomplished.  Their test is unique as they face the fourth beast of Daniel and Revelation’s two Beasts. 
God never creates the deception; Satan does.  God never does the destroying, it is all from Satan and those who sell off their “inheritance”.   1 Pet 5:8; 2 Cor 2:11; Rev 12:7,15, 17; 1 Tim 4:1; Matt 24:4,5; 24,25; Heb 12:14-16
While the Watchtower focuses on the world’s literal signs as fulfillment of the end, very few notice the symbolic signs that are affecting God’s authentic priesthood.  Very few see that the “Gentile” elder body should not “represent” the “royal priesthood”.  Matt 24:15; Rev 11:1-3; Ezek 44:6-9  Very few can discern that the individual sacrifices of praise in various gifts and forms of the anointed ones, have been extinguished by a “wicked slave” and its own “Body of elders”; because what the physical eye takes in, is so much grander in scope than the symbolic spiritual signs. Matt 16:2,3 This is Satan’s excelling accomplishment, to create the delusion using his worldly power; because as he said to Christ, all that is in the world “has been delivered to me”. Luke 4:6,7  He has produced a successful counterfeit, bringing literal meaning to Jesus’ words in Matt 24, including a physical earthly organization called “Zion”.
Jesus’ own tests and trials, which were put on him by Satan, were conquered through his obedience to God, resulting in his perfect holiness. All authority, both in heaven and on earth, has now been given to him. Matt 28:18  This ignites the battle between Christ and his Truth, Satan and his lies.   His priests (Is1 a 43:10; Pet 2:5,9,10) must imitate his obedience in order to also receive their “kingly” authority.  They must become just like Christ, worthy to be his Bride, and to see God.  They must sacrifice their lives under the “New Covenant” promise of life, bringing life to the rest of God’s children through the Kingdom covenant. Rev 12:11 Through the Wt’s condemnation that one who speaks in Jesus’ name is considered spiritually “dead”, the anointed and many others, lose their “life” they had previously known in the organization, to gain eternal life in Christ.  Heb 13:10-16; John 15:20,21; Luke 9:24; 17:33
Heb 5:8,9 – “though he was a Son, yet learned obedience by the things which he suffered. 9 Having been made perfect, he became to all of those who obey him the author of eternal salvation”
Heb 4:15 - For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted in every way as we are, yet without sin.
 Phil 2:8 “he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death -- even to death on a cross.”
Although we know how the apostles suffered for their steadfast faith, never have we seen any anointed leader in the organization suffer as Christ did.  It should make one sit up and take notice. They appear to be immune from suffering for Christ’s sake; the reason is clear through the scriptures.  Rev 13:11,12; 2 Cor 11:12-15
 The organization teaches it is the only way to achieve spiritual security, which produces a state of sleepiness among the “virgins”, just one of Jesus’ parables that can be applied to the climate the anointed and JWs live under in the organization.  Matt 25:6-13; 22:8-10

The Watchtower says that Armageddon is looming, giving their interpretation of the Beasts in Revelation.  Yet, nothing in that realm of vision has attacked the “holy ones”/saints” or surrounded them, except the Watchtower.  They twist the abomination of Matt 24:15 to be “a” holy place in Christendom.  The literal fulfillment of this scripture concerned Jerusalem.  Today, it is spiritual “Jerusalem” that is under attack.  Rom 2:28,29

If somebody today made a "sin" and after that come to the state of repentance and god forgive him,  he is free from that sin.
If tomorrow he made new"sin" of same kind or another kind and after that come to the state of repentance and god forgive him,  he is free from that sin.

When Paul circumcised Timothy it is not an example of Paul implementing Jewish Law!  This happened AFTER the governing body in Jerusalem had already decided that NO more circumcision to be done by Christians. Acts 15:6-29
Paul knew in his mind how these Jews were prejudiced against Timothy because they knew his father was Greek - and he wanted Timothy to accompany him on the preaching work to the Jewish people.  So he knew they would not accept Timothy to preach to them - this is why he was practical to circumcise Timothy.  It sets a good example for us to be adaptable when preaching to unbelievers.  BUT later he chastised Peter for hypocrisy when he hypocritically did not eat with Christians who were uncircumcised. Rom2:25-29; Phl3:3
Jehovah required the circumcised Jews to also be circumcised in their hearts: Jer 4:4

But if you go to "for elders eye only - Shepherd book" you will see how term, concept "repentance" have many human explanations, rules, elements about how to "recognize" is it  particular repentance real repentance, from bro or sis who are confronted with elders and/or judicial committee. Here we have again, that people in own understanding of Gods standard made their interpretation/s on what is "standards" in case of "repentance" and made rules, list on this - what look like real, genuine, sincere repentance. Here we have; 1) man made models of how must repentance look like, and   2) you have few humans who make decision/s for you on their personal, subjective interpretations about how you, as sinner in front them, looks like, do you show "enough"  repentance that is "visible" to them, elders. :))))

I refer to my old (long) discussions with you about the blood issue. How my own baby SURVIVED because she DID NOT receive blood when she had her cancer.  The surgery took the WHOLE DAY and it looked like she was going to die... and how she healed much faster after her blood stabilized and .........how many people die from blood but it is not put on their death certificates as anaphylactic shock... That is not a scriptural teaching if you put it in a scriptural context.
That happening has conditions attached to it, otherwise every single person on earth would have this happen to them, even Hitler. I had a Bible study once, a science teacher and a former atheist. Something she said that I had never really thought of in this way before, she said that we (JW) are kind of preparing people for living under God’s rule when it starts ruling over the earth.  I thought that was a very interesting observation from an outsider, and a practical aspect. But I would take it even further, how about God is preparing people to live under his government.  When you look around in the world, can you see why it is reasonable to conclude that God does have conditions for those who want to live under his rule, and that not just anyone will be invited? He gives humans the opportunity now to “apply for citizenship” in the new world and he also has a “program” going which helps them “meet the required standards” for entry.  After all “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of the heavens, but only the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will”. And you know the rest of that chapter....
 

We are seen as extreme in Russia because we refuse to go to army, and refuse blood. (I think the neutrality issue and the preaching issue will be the two things that will lead to JWs persecution all over the world in future - personal opinion!)
The Russian ortodox church is the only church endorsed by Putin because he is busy building Russian nationalism.  His foreign list of allies is also growing which includes, Assad, Turkey and Iran (the most vile of governments in the middle east who will eventually vie to be the main power (caliphate). For now Russia/Putin is using them for his goals. He obtained a port in Syria did he not? - right on the doorstep of the West!  Most people think Putin is doing a better job in the East than Trump and in his own country he is seen as a rock star - even though the economy is not doing as well in Russia due to oil price drop.
The Russian ortodox church claimed that JWs are 'extreme' in the landmark court case and JWs were NOT allowed to submit evidence to the contrary. The court case was just a sham. If Ortodox say it is so - then they accept the evidence! So this church is being used as an instrument of the Russian government. (bedfellows Rev 17)
The communist block may still be (personal opinion) the king of the north (China -Russia as their influence is spreading all over the world (China has bought most mineral rights in Africa) while they - Russia and China - suppress/oppress every person or religion back home who does not play their game. Iran and Turkey too - are totalitarian governments. 
Meanwhile, the West has been taken over by cultural decadence - I kind of plan the communists put in place after the Russian revolution hundred years ago when the revolution did not spread - which was propagated intensely after the second world war.  It came from communist and atheistic philosophical thinking which started at the Frankfort School of thought.  Read up about it. It has led to total deterioration of values in the West, all kinds of degenerate sex freedom, decadent morals and breakdown of gender (67 genders recognized at some universities) - and no sense of right and wrong and 'all religions are the same'.  The values of right and wrong is "subjective" -  like beauty. Everyone can just do what they feel as long as no-one is hurt. (modern progressive thought which came from the Frankfort school).
There is no moral backbone anymore - and this is exactly what satan wants because all these philosophies are taking over. People do not really obey the bible any more - they do their own thing. In the place of the bible - the -isms - are taking over at universities and other institutions, even in the justice system. One smart philosopher who believes in the Bible said:  People do not believe in nothing - they believe in 'anything' when they throw the bible out. Many -isms are now taking the place of the bible.
Many of the modern 'new age' and other religions which are steeped in Kabbalism as well as many secret organizations all come from the one source - Satan and the occult.  Most of the western world has now become an occultocracy.  I think Satan is going all out to rule everyone on earth and to replace the people's faith in god with philosophies or organizations which fight for their pet causes. Another powerful ideology is Islam and other religions - which want to rule the earth - and they have the money resources to sow propaganda!  Some parts of the world is weak and some are strong..... iron and clay which do not mix.
I had to leave my revelation and Daniel book behind in USA when I moved.... but I remember the image which the brother posted above.  The fierce beast of iron is the Roman empire and the one horn which rises up and speaks grandiose things was the British empire which rose up later from the Roman empire (the Roman Pope was appointing kings for almost 1000 years in Europe - mostly Germanic kings since the time of Charlemagne until Napoleon took it away.)
Britain fought many sea battles against Spain, France and Netherlands (who had colonies all over) to become the world power This was before the anglo-american world power which co-joined and became the last world power.  Britain also broke away from the catholic church (king Hendry 8) which later led to the conditions for people to start translating the bible more freely and investigating what the bible really teaches (according to Daniel 12:

It seems like Russia is starting to feature in world affairs (but has a bad economy).  This week Russia called for the UN to have greater powers to keep the world from war and further "unity" amongst the world's peoples.  Will we see the UN gain more powers when it is extremely  corrupt already?  Islam is controlling UNESCO and human rights organization at the UN.... and this week they were so silly as to appoint Mugabe to a position (and then remove him after an outcry).
World powers are buying weapons again similar to the cold war era.  China has started to build its own air craft carrier ships......but is still behind.... we can only watch..... but things are brewing! Many other countries are aspiring to have nuclear weapons which can bring massive destruction.
 Time will tell - we just watch on the sidelines as we see bible prophecy go into fulfillment!
