REPHAIM (Rephʹa·im). A tall people or tribe. There is uncertainty as to the meaning and origin of the name. Likely, they were called Rephaim because of being descendants of a man named Raphah. At 2 Samuel 21:16 ha·Ra·phahʹ (literally, the Raphah) seems to employ the father’s name to stand for the entire giant race.

There is a lot of mis-information about the wicked angels going around which almost gives credence to the story that Nephilim survived the flood. Of course they all use the Book of Enoch - which is a second century book written 2000 years after the flood.  Enoch was a seventh generation grandson after Adam and Adam was still alive when Enoch was born.
Enoch was a faithful man (approx 5th century after Adam) and would not have written a false history down.  Enoch was “transferred so as not to see death,” which may mean that God put him in a prophetic trance and then terminated Enoch’s life because he had many enemies.  He was a prophet of righteousness like Noah.
Some Jewish zealot in the 2nd century decided to write this book and today it is used to spawn a lot of false teachings. The Hebrew scriptures were put together by Ezra in 5th century BCE.  So the hebrew scriptures were already completed by the time a "person who called himself Enoch" decided to add some inaccurate stories to the bible.  While there was a lot of Jewish oral tradition, it is doubtful that this written book was saved by Noah and survived the flood on the ark.
The best preserved book of the book of Enoch is the Ethiopian one and those from Qumram in Aramaic.  So it seems to have been some sects which used these books. 
The indications that this book is not inspired is its references to Enoch visiting the heavens a few times

Yes - the Jewish calendar was based on the moons.  The beginning of the month was the new moon - so they  (people who worked the land) would know where they are in the stream of time - to plant and also attend festivals.  If I remember correctly they inserted a partial month every few years so everything would line up.  
 
The sun calendar  is 365 days.  I am not sure but the Egyptians used sun calendar as did the Romans.  I am answering from memory as I have to go,,, Let someone else expand on this. 
JWs always use the biblical year which is 360 days. All our prophecies are worked out with this number of days.

Christians should be giving out of free will, what they can give or whatever promise they made themselves to give. The Tithe is not something required for Christians to do, but in churches of the mainstream, this is a practice, not only 10% in money given, but in some situations, 10% in other things too. This is why some in even the educational spectrum sees this as a money making type of thing and utilize it in the churches themselves.

Adam was perfect - meaning he was perfect to the extent that he could have passed the test.   Jesus was a mere man ( like Adam) and passed the test.  Jehovah had enough trust in him to make the right choice. 
After we have passed the test as perfect people we will have proven that we want to remain faithful to jehvoah and can be locked into a relationship with him by eating the tree of life. 
It was a very simple test that Adam failed to fulfill.  Soon we will face much harder tests as imperfect individuals but jehovah will support those who want to and choose to stay faithful.  We will not be tested beyond what we can bear.

This means he had not eaten from it before - and Jehovah now took his opportunity away to eat it. 
After the thousand years the bible indicates that those who pass the final test as perfect people (like Adam and Eve ) will get to eat the tree of life.  What is so hard to understand that.  Unless you read fallacies on other religious websites. I notice you quoted a Muslim website.

I do not agree with this statement.  from the insight: The expression “tree of life” is used with regard to true wisdom, the fruitage of the righteous, the realization of a thing desired, and calmness of the tongue; it is also associated with the crown of life. (Pr 3:18; 11:30; 13:12; 15:4; Re 2:7, 10)
They were put outside the garden because they had eaten from the tree Jehovah said they may not eat. There is no way he would guarantee their everlasting life if they had not passed the test. The tree of life did not have inherent life-giving properties in its fruit - BUT it represented gods guarantee of everlasting life to those he would allow to eat of its fruit  Gen 2:9; 3:22

The spiritual temple in which Jesus is the high priest - he went into the presence of God (if you read Hebrews) to bring his sacrifice to be accepted in the Most high (the presence of Jehovah) of the spiritual temple.  
The under-priests have the Holy - wherein the lamp stand gives them light, the show bread of food they consume to help them stay faithful and offer up prayers on the golden incense table. 
So they ARE fed by Jehovah.  The spiritual food does not make them perfect but the ransom allows them to have a  righteous standing before Jehovah (despite their mistakes and weaknesses. ) 
The bible says if you despise these "little ones"  ... well you should know what it says!

We all sin - some sin to the extent where it is human error and others to the extent where they become apostates.  Some do not agree and some become direct opposers.  Some criticize and others appoint themselves as self-righteous judges...... and what does the bible show when you judge?   You have put yourself in the place of GOD!

We can can choose to do so many things as long as it remains within the "right and wrong" boundaries of Jehovah..... that is: in every situation one has choice to do the morally correct action in line with your conscience, holy spirit and the principles of from jehovah. Adam and eve had the inclination to do what is right..... until they seared their conscience
How do we know Adam and eve understood right from wrong? Morality?  Jesus was a perfect human on earth. He was surrounded by thieves, revilers, prostitutes and even satan who tempted him...... but he was not tempted to do  wrong but in each situation CHOSE to do the right action. He never seared his conscience, did not speak from his own origin and did not violate the law - not because he was programmed to do what is right but because he exercised FREE WILL and CHOICE. Could he have sinned? Yes..... but he exercised his choices in the most difficult of situations - setting a wonderful example for us.
So what does it mean that "adam became like us " knowing good and bad........ it means that they have made themselves like God to choose their own morality - they rejected the good and bad limits jehovah had set on them. From this point forward mankind was doomed because they would now rule themselves and create religions and philosophies to manage societies. All would fail to bring true peace, security and happiness. 
Soon the outcome of Adam's wilful choice of independence will reach the final conclusion:  We have freedom in everything but jehovah created us to be part of him.... to do this we must remain within the moral boundaries he set for us, stay close to Him in his love and remain Holy. But we will do this by free will because we realize that to choose to be separate from him will distort us.  We are free and yet bound to Him  in a loving way. 
Jehovah is not a dictator. He wants us to realize that we should choose by free will to willingly choose his moral values because it is the only beneficial thing for mankind. Only if all people willingly show self-sacrificing love like Jesus can we bring happiness and harmony to earth. Self-sacrifice means that we will not use our free will to be selfish, choose out own way or ne hurtful to others in any way....
