Two people have died in rallies after a court’s decision to remove President Park Geun-hye from office, South Korean police said on Friday. A hospital official said a man in his seventies died from head wounds after falling from a police bus in front of the Constitutional Court after it ruled to oust Park. The official said the man, believed to be a Park supporter, was bleeding heavily when he arrived at the office. Police have not yet released details about the second death. Thousands of Park’s supporters angrily reacted to the verdict, shouting and hitting police officers with flag poles and climbing on buses that police used to create a perimeter protecting the court, while others gathered to celebrate the Constitutional Court’s decision.

A helicopter has crashed into a television tower in the Turkish capital of Istanbul, killing at least five people. The accident happened in dense fog. Two pilots, four Russian nationals and a Turkish citizen were on-board - according to a spokesman from the company that owns the aircraft. The exact cause of the crash is not yet known

A second attack in Dusseldorf, in less than 24 hours, has left an 80-year old person injured. Police say the suspect of today’s incident is still at large. In the meantime, the number of people injured in the Thursday ax attack has risen to nine. Four men and five women are among the injured, police announced, adding that one of them is 13 years old.

Over 1,500 sailors from seven NATO member states took part in Poseidon 2017 military drills in the Black Sea near the port of Constanta on Wednesday. 17 battle ships, a Puma IAR 330 navy helicopter, two MiG21 Lancer jet fighters and two speedboats took part in the multinational drills, which involved troops from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary. The excercises are due to last until March 13th and are part of Operation Atlantic Resolve.

House Energy and Commerce Committee Chair Greg Walden (R-OR) and Ways and Means Committee Chair Kevin Brady (R-TX) spoke with reporters about their proposal to replace the Affordable Care Act. They said their bill, the American Health Care Act, is the repeal and replace legislation needed to “clean up the mess” of the current health care law, and that it shifts power back from the federal government to the American people.
