  1. I have been happy with Quicken since at least 1995.

I fell in love with Quicken Home & Business and used it for years. Even after my switch away from Microsoft to the Apple world I kept a Windows machine around just to run Quicken.

I recently decided to ditch the Windows machine and try out Quicken for Mac 2016.

Overall I would say that this product continues to lose functionality and ease of use compared to previous versions. Nevermind the delays in the modern version.
Now I am noticing my first big glitch. I gave my BofA savings account a nickname via their app and my Quicken stopped downloading any transactions. I called Bank of America and they said that they stopped supporting Quicken last August and that I would have to have Intuit "reset" my account in order to download anything.

When I went to quicken.com to look for customer support... I find out that it is only M-F 8-5. How is that good customer service when practically everyone will be doing their "quickening" after work and on the weekends?

I tried to get through on their 24/7 chat support feature....let's just say that it is now 24 hours later and at least 6 attempts later and I still cannot connect with anyone.

Shaking my head Quicken/Intuit.  Something must be deteriorating over there.

    Anyone have any better solutions?

In my family worship night we had the chance to meditate on what Paradise would look like. We all shared what we thought it would be like and then we where able to paint it on a canvas. It was so fun! We had the new song melodies in the background and we all sang as we painted. I love our family worship night! There is no doubt that this is the best life ever! Today was a wonderful day! My 8 year old had an oppportunity to share the resurrection hope with his friend at school. His friend was crying on the bus and my son asked what was wrong. He told him that his grandpa had died and that he wouldnt ever get to see him again. My son felt so bad and quoted to him what Revelation 21:3,4 says by memory. He told him that Jehovah promises to bring back our dead loved ones. His friend had never heard of Jehovah. So for our family worship we decided to make a care package for his friend including the timely Watchtower and a beautiful card. He decorated it with a dinosaur because he likes them. All glory and thanks goes to Jehovah for helping my son know what to say to his friend and for providing the spiritual encouragement that he and his family will need in the form of these articles. Today was a great day!! Photo shared by @jray1111
