Every species of bird has its own range-that is, a particular part of the world in which all the members of the species normally live. Some birds have a broad range. The osprey and common barn owl, for example, live on every continent except Antarctica. However, no species of bird is found in every part of the world, and many species have an extremely limited range. For example, a species called the Whitehead’s broadbill lives only in a small, mountainous area of northern Borneo. It’s been narrowed down to an African or English barn owl. Compared to most birds Barn Owls have a very low wing loading (large wings supporting a lightweight body) this means they are able to fly very slowly without stalling and hover in only the slightest lift (rising air). Slow flight gives the birds ample time to locate and pinpoint prey on the ground below, and the low wing loading enables them to pass through the air very gently and hover with minimal effort. The owls’ feathers are very soft - another adaptation for quiet flight. The flight feathers are covered in a layer of tiny hairs that trap air within the feather surface and the foremost wing feather (the tenth primary) also has a row of tiny hooks that help to deaden the sound of air hitting the wings’ leading edge. Almost-silent flight enables the birds to hear the tiny sounds produced by their small mammal prey and approach them undetected.

Our group for remote rural witnessing. Just some experiences from one of the communities we visited. A do not call turned into “send me magazines every month please”. We got postal addresses of some of whom we will write letters to. And then at 3pm, around 20-25 locals gathered to hear an impromptu talk about the bible’s future promises, as they had lost loved ones earlier that week. Northern Territory, Australia. 3. Here is the Spanish version:

    As for installation:

Installing Watchtower Library on a Mac

You have two options to install the official Watchtower Library CD-ROM on your Mac if you don't want to use a virtual machine, like Parallels or CrossOver.

I highly recommend using Stefano's app as this is the more stable of the two.

    A Stand-Alone WOL App

You can download PB's WOL app as an alternative to WL4M if you cannot get Watchtower Library for Mac to run. (requires 10.7 or later)

    Copy and Paste

Some times the copy and paste feature does not work in Watchtower Library for Mac when you want to copy something from Watchtower Library

To get it to work write a dummy text, mark it in TextEdit or Word, then copy and paste it in either TextEdit or Word. After you have done this you can copy and paste from Watchtower Library.

    Deleting Individual Libraries

    1. Go to Finder
    2. Click the menu item Go and hold down the Alt button
    3. Now click on the menu item Library that has now become visible
    4. Navigate to this path: Application Support/Watchtower Library for Mac/

You will now see one or more files containing strange names, but they are just names generated by WL4M. But you can't see which file represents which library, so you have to drag a file onto the Desktop and see which library was removed from the book shelf in WL4M.

Laura and I are moving soon to a group that is working to become a congregation, hopefully in the near future. The friends in our congregation were kind enough to have a going-away party, and in the photo a group of children from the congregation are singing Kingdom song #111, “He Will Call” to us with much enthusiasm. Needless to say, tears flowed freely. Of course, it helps to know we enjoy an eternal hope, and eternal friendships. -Guanajuato, Mexico ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

-Guanajuato, Mexico
