I just wanted to share this with you my grandma is 91 years old and is on the infirm list for pioneers. She has early stages of dementia. But she remembers Jehovah. I thought she would like the video the society made a while back of the sister who was an older pioneer. She got a real kick out of it. WATSONVILLE — Mary D. Boedeker died surrounded by her family on Tuesday, April 19, 2016. She was 87. She was a woman of many wonderful traits. She was a graduate of Manteca High class of ‘46, received her Nursing Degree from Saint Mary’s San Francisco class of ‘50. She was a Jehovah’s Witnesses for over 45 years. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Frank and Al Triglia. She is survived by her children, Anne (Bill) Black, Theresa (Dennis) Crouch, Diane Boedeker, Miriam Maclin, Henry (Patricia) Boedeker; and siblings, Elise, John, Joseph (Hazel) Triglia, Carmel Melgren and Daniel (Marie) Triglia; 10 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, send donations to Lewy Body Dementia and Kindred Care Santa Cruz County in Mary’s name. Private services.
