The Jehovah's Witness Church has released a statement following the untimely death of Prince, who officially converted to the religion in 2003. "We are saddened to hear about the death of Prince Rogers Nelson, who was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 2003," the church said in a statement obtained by PEOPLE. The church said that Prince "found fulfillment as a Witness and in sharing his faith with others." The statement added: "We do not have any details regarding his medical condition or the cause of his death. Our thoughts are with his family and friends, particularly his fellow worshippers in the Saint Louis Park congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Minnesota. In this picture is my son age 23 . He’s serving in Warwick . This has a special meaning to me that Jehovah have the opportunity to be his mom. I am not bragging I feel honored I left the truth 26 years ago. All I ever wanted to be was a mother so I prayed if if Jehovah would just let me have one child I would teach him everything about Jehovah God. After two more children and 8 years of marriage to a non believer we divorced. I kept my promise at age three he said momma I’m gonna be a Bethelite and do and go where Jehovah wants me . The scripture you reap what you sow also has positiveness to it . I know have four baptized children and married to s wonderful servant of Jehovah for 15 years. No did he have it easy but he would say momma remember Jehovah knows best patience and reliance. She served in their church for 35 years and became a Pentecostal pastor for 15 years. Now she’s happily serving Jehovah. What an inspiration! I would never forget the moment she said she’s glad she found the truth with Jehovah’s Witnesses and that she’s truly overjoyed by the fact that she’s now part of Jehovah’s organization. She really is an inspiration and definitely one of the many sources of encouragement to be more close to Him. I love this org. I love meeting His people.
